@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@btbusinesscare P.s. the engineer already came first thing this morning. He is the one who explained to me about the FEC errors.
@btbusinesscare Hope a whole team is coming because we’ve already had 3 engineers. All equipment has been replaced inside. Last @OpenreachHelp engineer said there’d been over 44,000 FEC errors on his test results. The problem is from the raised box on a pole outside to the exchange - not inside.
@btbusinesscare Catherine has today emailed customer to say she has to cancel this latest order and then proceed with yet another new order and then confirm new dates for installation appointment. At least I now have an email address for her. How long can this go on?
@bt_uk I would be great if you told me why BT is blocking my EE order to progress. Any solution would be highly appreciated. Please avoid directing me to EE. I had a long chat with them during the last 1.5 months.
@bt_uk Yes. My phone doesn't work when there is no power. Will BT refund me for down time due to the power companies outages? Or can I have a reliable copper line phone back please?
@bt_uk Sorry - one more question. Did BT, at the time I was taking these contracts out mention the "long line" and that "errors" are likely? How many others in this part of Devon have issues with BT? cc @AnthonyMangnal1 PS. Internet just dropped out again.
@bt_uk It appears they are not. I am aware BT and EE are the same company - and i am really stuck here and need a resolution urgently.
@bt_uk a customer service rep told me that I could not opt out of digital voice. So I have it. As I have a copper line can I not have both? I live rurally and a power cut means I have zero comms now.
@bt_uk is blocking me to get FTTP from @EE by faking a "technical fault". The "technical fault" is that EE offers a better price (£6 month less) than BT. Shame. The issue starting on 29th April. Lame excuse for 1.5 months.
@bt_uk I've already spoken to your support team but as by the time the service could be restored I'd be moving and I really don't want the switch to my new address to be messed up also I will have to live with it. Just don't mess up the move date and services...
