@bt_uk I've tried speaking to two people on the chat now as I can never get through on the phone. Both have said there's no record of me closing the account so I'm being charged an insane termination fee AND my old housemates had to pay to be reconnected.

@Hells4Heroes @bt_uk I’m with BT Helen.. & my Wifi was terrible at the time, they sent me out a new up to date router & boosters for free.. they can test the speed remotely for your Mum. I have worked in telecoms previously & they’re the best provider.

Five days since @bt_uk were supposed to install broadband. Endless phone calls, broken promises and verifiable lies across 8 customer support team members later we still are without internet. As someone working from home, they are endangering my job. Disgraceful. Pathetic.

@btsport I've paid for this ppv and you keep cutting the sound on interviews and corner instructions. By definition I'm over 18 and have bought the ppv....could you treat us like adults as this is not an ofcom requirement. As ever you're ripping off your customers.
