  @bt_uk I've tried speaking to two people on the chat now as I can never get through on the phone. Both have said there's no record of me closing the account so I'm being charged an insane termination fee AND my old housemates had to pay to be reconnected.

  @bt_uk Maybe invest in rural areas for real though instead of chucking fibre into houses which get 10times the amount we get. 3.5 down is not worth what I pay every month.

  @bt_uk I did this. It sometimes says there is an issue. Sometimes not. The message is generic though & just gives a 24 hour time line. How do we get more precise info please?
