    @bt_uk Hi just upgraded to halo 3+. The smart hub 2 works great, good wired speed, strong wifi. For the hybrid device, I'm getting three blue strong bars, the central signal ring is white which I can't find any info on that colour. Mybt app says no signal when hybrid tested

    Come on @btsport I series linked MotoGP to watch the MotoGP races the box has recorded every session except the MotoGP race. Rossi's last race and the stupid box fails to record. Why do I pay for this.

    @bt_uk Nope hybrid connect flashed green for a long time but the central circle went back to solid white. Though still got 3 solid blue bars on it. The actual smart hub 2 works fine Mybt app still says no signal when the hybrid signal is tested

    @bt_uk Ah, okay. Hadn’t realised it only worked with that. Maybe you could consider adding Mobile Number support for those that don’t have landlines?
