    @btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

    @bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

    @bt_uk I had hoped a recent complaint with BT had been resolved. I have now had £649 taken from my bank for the non return of a handset the demand for which BT had said was an error & I need not worry about it! Although I emailed them this morning BT have not replied. Disgusting

    @bt_uk Hi , no we have given up on BT ,they sent a engineer to fix discs but no he can't cause he works for open reach not BT ,and we just found out BT have sold us equipment that is not even ready for Scotland false advertising and bullshit so angry the stress 😡😡

    @OpenreachHelp Fix my phone line ? Been over 6 months #worstservice ignored by @bt_uk nothing done missed deadlines rude staff on the help line . All smiles in twitter useless in helping customers

    @bt_uk I've posted another query on the Community. Let's see if I get a response. I noticed MANY other threads of people complaining BT Cloud doesn't work, including many people complaining that the latest version has completely broken their Cloud service, like it has for me.

    @bt_uk Oh, I’m aware. I’m venting because I feel like that’s the only option I have. If history’s any guide, once the fourth attempt is unsuccessful I’ll be calling up to get that sorted. That’s assuming I don’t look into arranging service with another provider, of course.

    @bt_uk I'm sure the BT engineering team is indeed working out how to get me connected. My issue is not that, but the daily "update that isn't an update" "Will complete" should be reserved for the day when you mean it.

    My despair with @bt_uk continues. Here's how raising a complaint works at BT. You raise a complaint. They close it. They don't do anything. They don't ask you if your complaint is resolved. They just close it. Dreadful company. Terrible customer service.

    @BTCare THREE I repeat THREE separate phone calls to you discussing our contract making it abundantly clear that we weren’t to be cut off from the internet only for you cut us off. You are a communications company?!?! How can you be so bad at this?!?!?
