    @bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

    @btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

    @bt_uk I have a problem with my land line, done your self check procedure and you confirmed that there is a fault. I check the status of the fault and it says slow broadband not land line! You said you need to send an engineer but the next available date is 5th September!

    @bt_uk All broadband packages should have signal around the home I don't understand why I am guaranteed a speed but not a signal around my home that just seems stupid without the signal they won't be any speed what the hell I added halo as this was to ensure I had the best package.

    @bt_uk Hi Sharonk - have an engineer booked for Monday pm and mini router on the way in case the connection drops completely so hopefully the issue will be resolved quickly.

    @bt_uk @BTCare set up Smart Hub 2 and trying to run speed test so apart from new digital phone not working there seems to be a gltch with the Smart Hub 2 - so please send me a replacement My page has started showing me nothing but ads and notifications.

    @bt_uk I had the engineer out on Saturday and he was going to get me additional WiFi sender as I don't have very good signal up stairs can you tell me if this had been sorted as he stated I was entitled to 3 free of charge

    @bt_uk And if they fail? We’ve been in a continuous loop on this for over 2 months now. We received a message yesterday saying that our complaint would be closed even though it is resolved!

    @bt_uk I have tried repeatedly and at great length. Since it was months ago that I sent the thing back, no I don't have proof of postage. What do you think I did with it, swapped it for a leg of lamb down the pub?
