    @bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

    @bt_uk I had hoped a recent complaint with BT had been resolved. I have now had £649 taken from my bank for the non return of a handset the demand for which BT had said was an error & I need not worry about it! Although I emailed them this morning BT have not replied. Disgusting

    @btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

    @BTCare My pensioner parents are paying for BT Sports but can't it watch on their TV due to a problem with your service (your engr has conf today). Your advisors say they can't cancel the subscription because they can watch it on a phone or tablet if they wanted too! Seriously?

    So the inept staff at @bt_uk rang to tell me that they cannot install the broadband I had before, and they have no date for when they will install a new service - but don’t worry, they won’t be switching off my temporary mini hub.

    @bt_uk please help im going insane here... Been trying to change my phone number back since it was changed after joining you march 18th...still no luck I am repeatedly told that it will be done and it never is. Also unable to access any of my broadband details 🙈🙈🙈😡

    @bt_uk No chance. I’m off. I’ll be in touch with With Ofcom though. It’s a really bad dishonest service, with rude customer service to boot. Why would I stay? I’ll try and get my money back through a county court judgement.

    So that’s my day wasted and me still stuck with a broken phone all thanks to the incompetent staff working for @bt_uk 🙄 They didn’t even want to know about me making a complaint, I got told they would open my complaint but close it again straight away...

    @bt_uk hi, we are in Middlesbrough TS5 and our fibre went off around an hour and a half ago. No known issues according to your website. Reported via the app but not received a callback
