@bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

@bt_uk I had hoped a recent complaint with BT had been resolved. I have now had £649 taken from my bank for the non return of a handset the demand for which BT had said was an error & I need not worry about it! Although I emailed them this morning BT have not replied. Disgusting

@btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

@bt_uk Not good enough when asked for reimbursement of loss of earnings to be told you don't do this for personal customers but only business customers well if I am paying for a service to use to enable me to wfh I expect to be treated fairly and no different..

@bt_uk No. The email said "we're sorry you're stopping your services". She had not requested this. No one at customer service has any idea. Whenever she phones to get it sorted she gets the runaround and put on hold for over 2 hours. She's 72 and recently widowed.

@bt_uk hey BT i’m absolutely appalled at the current connection i’m having and have been experiencing all day today. just want to play some valorant with the homies but i can’t even watch netflix. please help me fix this, we’ve tried everything but the area is all effected !!! :(

@timdobbsphoto @bt_uk Have to say, ours was down in January, mini hub arrived the next day & was fantastic. I suppose it depends on how good your mobile signal is but I couldn’t fault it.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Scott. @bt_uk admitted they’ve screwed up. So we’ve got to enter another 30 day exit period, continue to pay bills for a service we now don’t use, then wait for the refunds to come through. Just another reason why we decided to leave BT and join Sky Broadband
