@bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

@bt_uk I had hoped a recent complaint with BT had been resolved. I have now had £649 taken from my bank for the non return of a handset the demand for which BT had said was an error & I need not worry about it! Although I emailed them this morning BT have not replied. Disgusting

@btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

@Ak1fK @bt_uk Google about ombudsmen and take straight to them. You don't need to wait for bt and i would do that anyway given tune involved and handling of issue

I am a disabled customer with @bt_uk and I’m absolutely disgusted in how they handled my complaint, they took my money they should give it back as I was unable to use my landline for over 2 years, £33 pm and they offered me £70 total refund. Disgrace grrrr

@sherbsvilletv @andyb7274 @bt_uk Did you manage to get your fibre 900 working? 11 days I've had mine and its still not working, absolutely terrible customer service from BT who tell you what you want to hear then do nothing they have promised. Tonight our fibre 900 has been so slow we couldn't watch Netflix

@MarkMowbrayNE @redvanman12 @bt_uk To be honest, I wouldn't blame the staff, I worked on a BT contract a few years ago and the process was a nightmare, trying to book an engineer was down to 1 phone number, 2 guys answering it, constantly engaged. The staff will be limited by call stats and how many calls taken

Well after 11 day my @bt_uk #fibre900 is still not working correctly! BT are the most incompetent useless bunch of clowns I've ever dealt with. They can't even book an engineer correctly. Time is running out before I have this crap removed and get a different provider.
