    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

    @bt_uk Hello I received a text message today regarding VOL055-2871298536199 saying you’ve detected that my speed isn’t what it should be. However when the engineer came out last week he essentially said to me that by maintaining my speed it was compromising the stability.....

    @bt_uk Wifi isn't working. I am connected via ethernet at the moment. However, I pay for wifi too, so this ongoing problem i've been having for months and being told it is fine its not, is not the service I am paying for!

    @bt_uk So why did BT allow us to go ahead with an order if they knew we couldn't have it installed until 20th April? We have given our current provider a month notice as no one ever said it would be an issue to install? Why did no one tell us this?

    @EE I had btsport free for 3 months, the 3 months ended this morning and I’ve now been charged £15 and I’m not able to cancel it anywhere, can someone help please as I don’t want it anymore
