@bt_uk My BT sport monthly pass was due to renew on 16th March, I rang at the weekend to cancel the renewal (couldn’t do it online) and now the app/website is telling me I don’t have a subscription. On the phone I was told it would be active til Thursday (since I’ve paid for it!!)

This referee has given two fouls where the ball has clearly been won (some against Arsenal) Yet, when they absolutely clatter, pull, push and foul a player he doesn’t blow the whistle. Very very poor standard across Europe #afc #btsport

Dire service from @bt_uk Internet down for 6 days now. 2 dates to fix the fault first on the 10/3 and then on the 14/3 have come and gone plus a registered complaint that has been ignored. Very annoyed. Will be calling the ombudsman in the morning!

@bt_uk Been waiting over 3 months to get Broadband connection in house in middle of large West Norfolk village. 5 fruitless appointments, had to cancel and re order due to BT inability to patch cabinets correctly. Total mess and no sign of getting connected any time soon…2023??

@btsport I pay for UHD broadcasts of football. Hopeless, as I get constant pixelation and have to revert to Channel 430 for HD version - no problems. Neither do so have issues with other UHD content on Samsung Smart TV. If this doesn’t improve, I’ll stop UHD option and pay less.
