Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

@bt_uk took 20 minutes and being transferred around 4 different departments just to cancel SIM I’ve never used and get rid of BT sport - absolute pain in the bum!!

@bt_uk wow BT so I am a loyal customer of 8 years, pay a ridiculous amount a month and now you want me to pay £4 more a month for BT sport! So much for loyalty!
