@bt_uk Yeah but the best they could off was a 4G hub in an area with terrible signal and no phone line for 5 days, which my partner needs to work

@bt_uk The one save point for BT is the support people dealing with me have actually tried to be helpful. Still not sure why it takes 12 weeks for you to get someone to install a cable for the broadband I actually ordered in the first place.

@bt_uk We are still waiting for this situation to be resolved. Yesterday we were assigned a case manager to address this issue but they promised to call us back and never did. In the meantime another day of being unable to work and another 3 wasted hours on calls to @bt_uk

@btbusinesscare @BTBusiness @BT without doubt you have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have spoken to lots of your lovely colleagues and feel like I should be on the payroll with the amount of time wasted since Sept 16th yet still my issue isn't sorted! FFS
