    @bt_uk When digging up roads, sort your traffic management! Yr hopeless temp traffic lights at Pool in Wharfdale, Yorks today turned a 5 min drive into a 45 min crawl making me late for my best friend's funeral where I was supposed to read. Never using BT services again! #angry

    @DrFluffster @bt_uk Nothings worked this far dude, they just keep telling me someone will call me with an update. Nobody at BT seems to want to help at all, they’ve ****** this up beyond all belief! They just keep telling me it’s an openreach problem and can’t let me speak to them.

    @alliburkephoto @bt_uk @gigaclear Same, I've had 4-5 engineers around in the past year or so, it's a temporary fix as a few days/weeks later....back to the basic problems while paying £140 a quarterly!!

    Our broadband contact is up for renewal and I just can't work out BT's pricing structure? My interpretation is as a customer of almost 4 decades they want to charge me almost twice as much as a new customer? @BTGroup @bt_uk #BT

    Massively disappointed with @bt_uk my mam is in tears with how she has been treated by customer services. Had no phone line for weeks due to a fault then charged loads of timeline charges. Transferred through to a number of staff no one in BT has ever heard of a timeline charge??
