    @BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    @bt_uk Thanks, but telling me that it will be fixed by the 30th is not asap. It's been down since 8th, every time I call, the update is it needs to go to another team to analyse. It's ridiculous. A cable has been broken. It needs fixing. It needs the FND team. Get an appointment.

    @bt_uk Having greeted the chap, I am aware. Just getting more frustrated that I reported the issue on 1st Oct and it has taken this long to get, what appears to be a simple error, attended. Fingers crossed he can fix it 🤞🏻and that I receive adequate compensation for the lack of service

    @bt_uk @BBCWatchdog could I please escalate an issue with BT? I was advised our local Internet services would be back on Saturday. Still nothing and now I've had to take a day off due to me working from home at the last minute. I assume compensation will be paid? @CTSI_UK

    @bt_uk When will I get my code to buy an xbox series x? I registered ages ago, I got the link to the stock but no code in my emails! Slightly gutted is an understarement. Been a bt customer for years
