Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

  • olipaul530 PaulO (@olipaul530) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

    @UpTheDarce @btsport Stupid decision

  • liam_dearing Liam Dearing (@liam_dearing) reported from Hessle, England

It’s nice that this final is free to air from @btsport but it’s a bad advert for their coverage to have Robbie Savage on commentary. Honestly can’t think of a worse commentator 😴😴😴😴

@luced42 @bt_uk Honestly, I was shocked when their engineer called me from outside my Mum's house within about half an hour. Being diplomatic, that's not the standard of service you tend to expect from major companies. Really impressed.

  • SoulfulScotsman 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Stephen Howie 🍀 (@SoulfulScotsman) reported

@Stillberto I've been having the same issue on several live events today on several BT channels on Virgin TV Go. @virginmedia have told me to ask @bt_uk - still waiting for a response.

  • shimlahp007 Ks (@shimlahp007) reported

@bt_uk Why .. because it’s not accurate information- u keeping tweeting “can you DM us” then turning into a bot or automated even mute frustrating exchange down a dead end road

  • RichCripps Richard Cripps (@RichCripps) reported

@bt_uk if you are going to replace a telegraph pole which means taking WiFi down would it not make sense and maybe be courteous to let people know rather than just cut us off, especially with so many working from home #CustomerService

  • GabrielMorena4 Gabriel Morena (@GabrielMorena4) reported

@bt_uk Please come fix this internet. This is awful. It’s been like this since 3am. What the hell are you doing?

  • vickerscrisps Ali Vickers (@vickerscrisps) reported

@bt_uk @BTCare @BTGroup with everyone working from home would it not be polite to inform customers that the internet was going down as you are replacing the pole. I’m a key worker who now can’t work - thank you BT ! #appaulingcustomerservice

  • L_windle86 laura Windle (@L_windle86) reported

@bt_uk I logged a complaint on Monday, was told someone would ring me back today to update. No phone call and an email to say my complaint has been resolved and closed, not good enough

  • jayboham killyhill (@jayboham) reported

  • AaronSadlerUK Aaron Sadler (@AaronSadlerUK) reported

  • RichCripps Richard Cripps (@RichCripps) reported

@bt_uk you’re replacing a telegraph pole outside our house. With so many people working from home might it have been courteous to let those effected know that WiFi will be going down? #CustomerService
