  @BTCare hi! We’ve received several calls recently with regards to disconnecting our landline and internet connection. This is most certainly a scam as it’s automated. I have the number it’s been called from this time. Can you help?

  @bt_uk DM sent to be clear the agent that eventually dealt with it was great but in 2021 it shouldn't need a phone call for an existing customer to get the best renewal deal. Letter offers weren't available online and call centre wait was 30 minutes.

  @bt_uk I’m sorry I am not happy with this outcome - it’s poor service and as you say you are hiding behind a lockdown that was already in force when you took the order and arranged the date. Ref to UK lockdown is inaccurate and inappropriate.

  .@bt_uk had Smart hub 2 installed yesterday for super fast fiber broadband. It doesn't work! have nothing. We don't get how signal here either. Called BT, engineers don't work weekends. Left us dead in the water. Should never have stayed with BT let alone upgraded
