Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

@GeorgeMonbiot @bt_uk Funny thing is that I had exactly the same problem yesterday…despite 6 text messages from Openreach confirming the appointment. Now I have no internet/broadband at all for 36 hours and I’m still waiting for a call from Openreach…

@bt_uk would you please contact me re a fault I am trying to talk to you about. Your computer bit does not understand that workers in the street appear to have dug through our cable and there seems no way to inform you of vital detail you need to fix fault quickly.......

@HywelPlaidCymru @bt_uk Can confirm that BT have not helped and said my case wont be looked into until 29th Dec which means the new year I still wont have a service. I have been lied to here from BT as notes show what the engineer needs to do and now they are happy for myself to go without a service.

@bt_uk can you please tell me why my router is on ok but I’m getting no internet? I’ve just paid for it all@to be upgraded too. I vent even use my pc anymore as there’s no router connected to it anymore as it had to be moved downstairs. Worst service ever

@bt_uk Hello engineer has been out, can’t fix the problem so we have no streaming services, no tv, no internet over Christmas which is just great thanks BT nice Christmas present from you. He did say you can provide something called a back up but then we have strikes

@bt_uk Now BT will not review this until after the 29th Dec so goes into the new year before I get my line sorted. It's a shame that I've been lied to saying all messages passed on when obvs not. Shame this is the way companies treat their customers now. #NoWifiTV

@GeorgeMonbiot @bt_uk Having problems with the Royal Mail redirection service.The request failed after the money was taken from my account. After waiting for 50 minutes to speak to a human, he hadn’t got a clue how to help, and called me “Love”! I have now been waiting 30 minutes on another number.
