Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

@bt_uk Its not an order its an upgrade. Its now a complaint being dealt with by a manager, well 2 managers now. They call twice a week to give me an update but the update is that there is no update. Its really unbelievable.

@sadaplays @bt_uk You should never had settled the problem with them on the phone. Ombudsmen would have been the better way to go. It would have took longer but you would have got every penny plus more back

@bt_uk Hi BT, the last 2 times I’ve called through your advisers have been useless and when I said that I’d like to raise a complaint with Liam from the billing team, he told me that he’s not the person that deals with complaints and put me back to the switchboard

@LauraP_71 I never use Amazon due to their employment practices. It just seems odd that the tournament hasn’t been on free to air, or Sky, or BTSport, for many years. I don’t think they even have highlights shows on other channels.
