@bt_uk Do the notes mention being sent a 4g WiFi unit to tide member until Tuesday because the guy on the phone said there is a landline issue in the area.

@GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

@WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

@bt_uk for a media communications company you're terrible at informing your customers. My bband had been down a week and the only info I have is from contacting you last week. No contact at all since. Was told maybe fixed on the 26/08 but clearly not. Any update for London E4?

@bt_uk Not sorted yet - apparently the new line order cannot happen until 30th Aug (Tuesday) ... and then it is up to me to port their old number across - why leave this to the customer when BT have caused the issue?
