@WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

@GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

Again, shocking customer service from @bt_uk no broadband again, one text saying to be fixed by 18.11, nothing since. 19.14 No internet. No updates. Nothing. 2 appointments for engineer to come to our house, both no-shows without warning or info. Shocking. I'll be off then...

@bt_uk @nick_murrell Just managed to speak to BT after an hour on hold. It's a general problem apparently. I suspect they forgot to renew their security certificates. They told me it should be fixed in 24-48 hours. Not good BT, also why no communication / banner on website etc?

@bt_uk is the email login website down or broken? Every time I try to access it, it says that the connection isn’t private and when I get past that the login website looks quite odd? Any help?

@bt_uk Thank you for letting us know. I’m glad you are aware of the problem, which seems to have been caused by an up-date or make-over of your website and web pages. Still annoying that even the “try this instead” suggestions do not work but result in errors and redirects to square one

@Harryb22 @btsport I also had a problem this week with bt so went to their community forum and it was sorted within 24hrs. I was sent a private message asking for account details then had a phonecall from bt apologising and confirming it was sorted.
