    @WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

    @GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

    @bt_uk Thank you but no there were not. The problem is still the same. It is affecting the neighbourhood (or at least those in immediate vicinity). I have reported this to BT. IT is also affecting other networks too (to my knowledge). It is not showing as a fault when line tested

    @bt_uk my wifi in sompting/lancing england isn’t working it comes on for 3 mins then goes off again? are others having this problem

    @bt_uk but there were works being carried out by @AffinityWater outside around the time connection issues began. I also understand that @OpenreachHelp changed the telecommunications pole that links to our properties around this time too

    @bt_uk @rajschahal hi BT you said we would have internet no later than midnight on Monday yet we are still here without internet? The halo you sent us has since been deactivated as I presume you think we have WiFi. Please help

    @bt_uk Yes but we see the whirling circle of doom regular and computer errors saying ‘poor connection’ and then ten minutes later ‘your connection has been restored’. Happy to wait the 10 (now 8 days) but finding this difficult. #workingfromhome
