So @bt_uk have turned down the Wi-Fi on the home hub 5 routers, that’s beyond sneaky. Just to get everyone to buy the halo for an extra £7 a month. Can shove it if you’re gonna do that

@bt_uk Wednesday afternoon no broadband message 8.00p.m.,then 11p.m.,then 21-10-22 2.00 pm now its the 24-10-22 considering openreach are only fixing it now it appears I've been mislead, this is absolutely disgraceful and not the way to treat customers!

@bt_uk Do the notes mention being sent a 4g WiFi unit to tide member until Tuesday because the guy on the phone said there is a landline issue in the area.

@GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

@WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

@bt_uk I can't believe this, but you have cut off my elderly parents' phone/broadband again! And yet again no one from BT or Openreach is helping/responding. Last time it only got fixed when we approached your CEO. Is that really the only way to get things done? Shockingly bad.

@bt_uk Hi Alannah TBH we know whats happening. We reported a fault that requires a new box. Every time an engineer is booked to replace it, they don't turn up. We have even been promised a call from customer services to make sure all went that didn't even happen. Shocking service.
