@GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

@bt_uk Hey BT I was in the middle of work tonight at around 1230am and lost my broadband connection. Went through troubleshooting. Restarted my router and now have solid orange light. Status page says you are working on the network. Was this planned maintenance? I live in SW16

@bt_uk I was on hold for 2 hours and they can’t help until Saturday - after the existing line is cancelled and new order made for 5th time - as I said leaving my mother phoneless for too long. It’s dreadful.

@bt_uk All of a sudden my Youview box has stopped working, which is annoying. More annoying is I can’t ever get through on your phone line. Any chance someone can help me out - especially as I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving.

It’s over 3 months since I placed an order with @BTBusiness for a new line, broadband & BT cloud voice system. I haven’t even got so much as a phone line & no one is taking any ownership. My complaint IMP-106347447 is still open @btbusinesscare. What is the point of complaining!

@bt_uk I'm extremely disappointed, as signed up back on the 17th Oct for install on 2nd Nov. Have now cancelled, as 8 missed install appointments. I then had the phone put down on me, after I requested to cancel. Very frustrating, now followed this up with a complaint letter!
