@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

Have had such a shockingly bad experience with @btbusinesscare - have been waiting since November to get broadband installed into the church for live streaming. Time to cancel the order and go elsewhere. Any recommendations?

How come cellphone and broadband coverage in a bunker in a warzone seems more reliable than it is in many parts of the UK, @YardleyShooting? The UK telecoms cartel is still dominated by @bt_uk and needs to do better as a matter of urgency. Poor show @Ofcom.

Hi @bt_uk my Mum is paying you £94 a month for telephone and internet. She’s being ripped off for a product she doesn’t need but because she has 10 months remaining on her contract you’re doing nothing. She’d been a customer of yours for 50 plus years.

@bt_uk Have had no broadband since 18.2.22 and the only communication in this time was a letter about price increases. Can you help? Got a 15 yo trying to study for his GCSEs. You sent a data hub but we have no coverage on that network.

@BTCare Many of their friends are not digitally savvy so now cannot contact them. Faults happen I get that. It’s simply the lack of customer comms and a valid reason for the delay that is not acceptable. This kind of thing is isolating for the older generations who rely on home phones.

@bt_uk @Chris66092274 My parents were sold the same thing during lockdown over a year ago. They didn’t want to ‘be a trouble’ so I couldn’t get involved. It’s disgraceful. They have been with BT for 50 years!!! How can I sort this out ?

Hi @bt_uk Found out today that my parents, both in their late 70’s have been sold a ‘Premium’ broadband package at the cost of over £90 per month which in no way matches their needs and that they are now tied in for 2 years. Please can you help resolve this ?
