    @bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

    @bt_uk we have been having problem with our broadband. WiFi keeps dropping since last night and you had indicated this will be fixed by today but still dropping now.when will this issue be resolved.

    @bt_uk My Internet has been well below contracted speed since 07/06, I opened a complaint as I was getting nowhere with your customer services and have been promised multiple times management calls to discuss it. Please manage expectations better and help sort this out ASAP

    @BTCare I have been on the phone for 30 minutes trying to speak to someone about a compromised account. The customer care person was going to put me through to security, but I am now back to the start of the automated attendant. Is there a direct number that i can call?

    @JasonSykes @bt_uk I was traumatized when this happened to me last week because my accounts were filled with important information, till a friend told me about @zems_ins and how they assisted, I tried their service and it worked perfectly.

    @bt_uk All I want is land-line and WiFi. Thats a month! As I've said on numerous occasions, I suffer from severe disabilities. After all this time 4 or 5 no shows. Someone came out today. Still not working! Should be ashamed, disgusting way to treat customers.

    @bt_uk Utterly shambolic customer service. Nobody listens, customers get told one thing by an advisor and something different by another. A situation is repeatedly explained to you. Promises are made by your staff which never happen. Never had to deal with such incompetency.
