@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

@bt_uk Why was my complaint "VOL013-644382501708" closed without any details taken, feedback given or any form of resolution? I'd like to give BT the opportunity to look in to this before submitting this case with the ombudsman.

@bt_uk I spent 1 hour 20 minutes on Wednesday transferred to 5 people and eventually they cut me off this is the worst company in the UK by a country mile I will be going to the media outlets over their handling of this case awful experience

@Burgy_Tog @bt_uk If can't login to MyBT account then Text FIX with the full landline number to 61998 via mobile which will trigger some automated tests on your line and if it doesn’t fix your issue then BT will be in touch. Cost of Texts are free unless you are on Virgin mobile
