@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

@bt_uk disgusting service! My elderly grandad, who is on oxygen, has been without a phone line since Sunday evening! He has no mobile phone - and we were promised someone would fix it in 24hours. It’s now Weds eve and still not fixed - apparently coming tomorrow.

@bt_uk The issue wasn’t technical the contract was cancelled, BT still had our old address on the system despite having moved 12 months ago and receiving the halo3 equipment at our new address and paying the bills each month

Painful experience with @bt_uk continues. Account that should have been shut down in May is still open. I called a few weeks ago because I got a bill. They said there was still a service and that needed to be removed to create final bill. Waited 10 working days, no bill 🤬

Anyone had issues when watching live @btsport channels through broadband on Youview? Getting regular pixelation on live broadcasts, speed isn't an issue (full fibre), have rebooted router and TV box #bt #btsport

Absolutely shocking service from @virginmedia a 47% price increase for a customer of over 25 years and would rather lose a customer than give us a deal that new customers get. @BTCare @SkyHelpTeam can you do any better?

@bt_uk the TV is not working tonight, the box is flashing and the purple BT logo keeps coming on and off the TV. 2nd time in 2 months that's we've had an issue
