@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

Have had such a shockingly bad experience with @btbusinesscare - have been waiting since November to get broadband installed into the church for live streaming. Time to cancel the order and go elsewhere. Any recommendations?

@bt_uk how do I cancel a product without having to phone up? I can order via the web; why can't I cancel via the web? A 14.4% price hike is literally ridiculous given the shoddy service you've been providing me for the past 6 months.

@bt_uk nope, still doesn't work, and been on phone for almost 20 mins, pretty sure it's a tech issue on BT's end. I changed my pass twice and it is correct. however, I'm so done with BT for today. do appreciate the reply

@bt_uk my service fell OUT OF THE BLUE this afternoon and the estimate is for the 7th for a fix. i want a discount for the amount of time my service is down bc i had to pay for mobile data. this is a joke i live in central london and you don’t have one emergency engineer???

@nsandihelp Have found a solution to the problem. Our @bt_uk line restricts international calls. We unrestricted it, and your call then came through. Why are your calls coming from abroad?
