@SunSport Shocking customer service. How can you charge for something they can't provide. Happy if they give the money to small clubs who can't pay staff etc with no gate funds. @SkySports @btsport

@bt_uk Just spoke with the team after being on hold again for 30 mins. Wrong hub ordered again! So another ordered today, fingers crossed it comes this time. Not a bad effort, what will be a week and 3 hubs. I'll not celebrate just yet though.

@bt_uk Your service is completely useless... I have now had three engineering appointments booked and the engineer has never turned up to any of them. Leaving us without a phone or our internet for weeks is completely unacceptable. Comes to something when Virgin Media are better.

@bt_uk hi, can you tell me when broadband service will be back online in G75. Service has been down all day and status report said there had been an incident and would be back online by 4.48pm. Service remains down.
