@bt_uk It's more the point we were given no notice. We have teachers and doctors working from home here who have been left in the lurch. Very poor service.

@bt_uk Do you deliberately try to make life difficult for a a home move - twice you have messed it up - and I moved a month ago. I still have no service and now you have just sent me an email saying you are sending the equipment.... to my OLD address. How is that helpful exactly?

Absolutely awful service from @BTCare Full Fibre install today, poor Openreach engineer has just called me to tell me they’re not doing internal work and you should have told me. This has been known over a week, and you’ve not told any customers even though you should have.

@bt_uk @LBC Your customer service is dire, complainant procedure unfit for purpose, and service is nonexistent. USE SOMEONE ELSE! Don’t use BT!

@bt_uk Well you’re becoming greener by not providing services due to incompetent customer services

@bt_uk I'm now being told 25th instead of this week. I cannot be doing with all of these delays. 16th of October was our original date. My original complaint hasn't had a response and I have a case handler. That's how ridiculous the situation has become.

@bt_uk I did that ages ago and nothing has been done. The school down the road where my daughter attends are really struggling due to the broadband also! It needs sorting even if just for them.

@bt_uk Contract has started or not even when the service hasn’t been fully connected. Nobody minds the delay, I definitely don’t, but the poor engineers having to tell me 25 minutes before my appointment isn’t fair on them.

Great @bt_uk drops my internet. Tells me it going to take 20days to fix and won’t even sort out a temporary use of a dongle without £10 a month more. Extortion and bad customer service.
