@girl_tinder @bt_uk Had issue too when my went, engineers antics were suspect. E1 came with tools to do half job, not any eventuality. E2 came & promptly said I finish so soon so can’t do all work today. Proceeded to repeat E1 work instead of what he could’ve been doing. Took 3visits to fix

@bt_uk Well BT failed again. Still no landline and not till Tuesday next week. Such fabulous service. I’m 71 and at risk and BT have cut off my landline since 1/8/22. I’ve nearly lost my number of 36 years. And 3 dates to sort have failed. Wonderful service, NOT.

@girl_tinder @bt_uk The two times in my life when I thought I actually may have a heart attack were caused by @bt_uk! The worst customer service ever. Caused mainly by the split with open reach.

@bt_uk can you explain why I’m paying what I’m paying for bt services when I’ve just spent the last 90 minutes trying to get my youview box to work , if no acceptable answer is given then I will cancel my direct debit 😡🤯cheers

@girl_tinder @bt_uk A similar thing happened to me with Sky. Turns out you're automatically entitled to compensation for each day without service, which takes the edge off but still a nightmare dealing with those fools

@bt_uk So if you can’t show me so I just have take on faith that what you guys tell me and the charge is accurate ? I don’t think that’s acceptable. How can I know and how can you help me diagnose it ? You must know the IP’s etc ?
