@EE you robbing b'stards. I've been a customer of yours since day one but i do think this will be my last contract with you. I get that prices go up & stuff but to tell me my bill as of nxt month will be going up 14.4% is just **** to be honest.. not happy..

@wayniepooz @EE When you agree to the contract, almost all say they will increase by RPI+3.9% every April. As this increase is built-in, you don’t have the right to cancel. And RPI is 10%. Did you read the contract? You can often sign up for a new contract, probably on the old price too.

Received letter from @EE telling me my bill is going up 14.4% inflation plus 3.9% shamelessly exploiting people tied to contracts, corporate racketeering at it's worst, really tempted to tell them where to shove their contract after 23 years

@yanic1965 @EE Same. They gave me some poor explanation about it

Who else has problems with the EE network failing? There are 2 people in our house both with an EE contract and both have similar problems, not just in the house. @ee

@Gizzipig @EE EE employees can't/won't answer any of the direct questions I have put to them lately. Hopefully, the huge customer backlash and OFCOM investigation into them adding increases to fixed price items (ie handsets) costs them dearly!

@EE hi, the network seems to have been down for almost two weeks in Burnley now, which, considering looming price rises is ironic. What's being done about it? People can't hear me on calls and you can forget Internet access. Is everybody in the bb11 area getting a discount?

Another weekend without signal it’s not good enough @EE

@carolinesgreen @EE You have to change the authentication type in the network connection. Don't know if it's documented, I just did it by trial and error.
