@EE Hello there, my mum has £37.20 credit available on her phone (07908038625) which she wants to use towards an EE pack (Minutes, data & texts) My mum and I have have rang 150 and it just takes you around in a circle and it’s very frustrating. Please help with this issue. Ross

@thatbeetle @EE I did too! Had nothing but grief with EE service. Maybe they’ve improved since but I have had a wonderful time on Vodafone, they couldn’t be better imo
