    @EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

    @MacsenRed @EE It’s frustrating because I’m trying to replace a broken handset and I was told 3 times. It IS in stock. Can’t order direct from Apple because for some insane reason Barclays rejects any finance application despite being able to get credit literally anywhere else.

    @EE I have to move to an FTTP contract within 2 months of the service being available because the Rural gigabyte voucher scheme run by the government stipulate this as a condition of funding the infrastructure build.

    @EE hi there I'm experiencing problems whilst texting my wife. Every time I send a text to her it says waiting connection and she don't get it or me from her. I've cleared data in my settings under messages but still same also reset network connection as well.

    Process options to cancel and return in 14 days. Phone? Indefinite long wait. Email with promised instant form reply? Not instant replied. URL to download form. Dead page. Get better @EE please.

    @EE funny fact is they still on here pretending to help u,when they can boost ur speed their end.Send tech out so ppl have to pay for THEIR issues.Then say outta the blue theres a problem inside the house?How when no1 touches it and the companies that have control of it?

    @EE its 2021 and cant even go a week without some kind of problem so much tech and still worse connection than aol dial up from back of the day how sad,still charge a fortune.Still charge for late fee if not paid on the day.. why pay full amount when dont even get good connection
