    @EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

    @EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

    Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

    The Automate saga continues after weeks of trying to get it working. We're at the "if we offer a discount and ignore it, ot might fix itself" methodology Honest to God, 1 Automate tracker and they can't get it working and don't seem to want to know. Very poor. @EE

    I can’t believe @EE and the terrible deal they did for me on the iPhone 13 pro max as an upgrading customer I think it’s time to switch over to another provider

    @Kyra1986Crane @EE I have an idea. I will call them bit later, have you on the line through Wi-Fi to my friend. Or, get yourself in to the nearest #EE shop and give'em what for. The very least they can do is credit you. They are not providing you with a service that you are paying for!!!!!

    @EE So I’ve got the anytime upgrade yet you can’t get on this system to offer my price plans, yet any Tom **** and Harry can order a phone if they don’t have this plan. This is really poor from EE this happened last year you’d think they would have learnt

    @EE so I got an email stating I could upgrade early with 100% off the upgrade fee but when I’ve gone to upgrade it’s still saying I have to pay? Hope you can help x

    @EE having issues to get though to your advisor. I am having issues with my broadbands but your customer service is very determined to call me which is not possible with my deafness. Is there any number I could get in touch directly please?
