@EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@EE Hello, I have a family emergency in Germany, but I don't seem to be able to make any calls to a German network (only possible to call WhatsApp and threema). Is there a network disruption? I need to be able to make a call to a German hospital. Thanks
