@jmcomms @EE Since about the end of August, only get signal on EE through London Tunnel 1 for now, nothing on o2 or Three, I don’t have Vodafone to check. It’s a welcome addition, the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras drive me insane having no mobile signal.

@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

Genuinely sat here sobbing with tears running down my face at the level of customer service from @EE right now. 4 hours on the phone over the last two days and I still have had no help. And the **** disco music is killing me.

@the_unholy_hand @EE @namredips82 Over and over and I’m just sat her crying because literally no one will help me and one advisor in retentions kept accusing me of swearing and being rude when I wasn’t just so he could end the call. So now I’m back in the queue to start again.

My god, the @EE help section is useless. I'm looking to register a 4GEE Wifi portable router to an existing account and tried various searches but nothing like it comes up. 'register 4gee wifi mobile router' = one result: 'How do I use WiFi calling?'

@samledabb @EE 🫂 Hold music is a torture device anyway. Really bad hold music is basically a war crime. Also @EE what gives, I keep hearing you are awful with customers now from loads of people I know.

This is a ridiculous policy that makes amockery of all the advertising thats constantly shoved at us to tll us how wonderful @EE are. Mind you @Vodafone, @Virgin all the same, others too . if you dont live in a town or city they dont give a damn!
