    @jmcomms @EE The WiFi on the underground at stations only isn’t ideal either, you just get connected and then the train moves and WiFi drops. I was at the channel tunnel today and think I saw the BTS gear, signal in both tunnels.

    @jmcomms @EE Since about the end of August, only get signal on EE through London Tunnel 1 for now, nothing on o2 or Three, I don’t have Vodafone to check. It’s a welcome addition, the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras drive me insane having no mobile signal.

    @EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

    @EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

    @EE After 8-9 years I am thinking about dropping @EE I have broadband with EE & phone contract with 30gb. After being told I need to “upgrade in store because recently my GB usage has gone up” .. never over 10gb though, I’m having second thoughts.

    @EE over 24 hours since I made a fairly serious complaint about how my pocket landline has been disconnected without reason for a month losing me potentially thousands in business and no one’s got back to me!!

    @EE I am trying to login to my account on your website on my Chromebook. I have entered the correct details and the main page appears. Then when I click to look at my account it says "You've successfully logged out". It did that a couple of days ago too. Why is it happening?

    @EE hi! my pay monthly contracts end this month and i wanted to ask what happens to my bills afterwards? will the total cost go down to account for the phone being fully paid off? and if not what cna i do to minimize the price each month? (for obvious reasons)

    @GeorgeMonbiot @EE well George it seems they are all impossible to contact. EE sold mobile broadband to home that cannot receive signal.spent hours trying to ring, filled in forms, emailed response fill in on line form . repeat. want to return in 14 day time for Marion Knight

    @EE Reliable? You left me without data in Turkey and I had to call cust service that incorrectly told me no more data; I was eventually able to pay for and use more data the next day but you charged me over £100 for the call to cust services!!!
