@EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@EE A complaint was raised weeks ago, nothing has changed. Home broadband can't do anything as its with CAT. I get the same messages off you guys on here. I'm sick of it & we're looking into legal action against both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp

@EE I am a broadband and mobile customer and am having difficulties with phone signal - rarely going above 1 bar and have ‘no signal’ often. I have been cut off from work phone calls a lot today and need help to fix this issue ASAP. Thanks!

@EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue
