@jmcomms @EE Since about the end of August, only get signal on EE through London Tunnel 1 for now, nothing on o2 or Three, I don’t have Vodafone to check. It’s a welcome addition, the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras drive me insane having no mobile signal.

@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@EE @btsport It would be a shame to leave EE for a better deal I’ve got similar deals from 2 other places but I’d rather not switch numbers or sims but I can’t justify getting less for the same money. Doesn’t make sense if I can’t get the same as a new customer with EE but I can elsewhere.

@EE renewed my contract with you this week. I was promised Apple Music for the duration of the contract. After a 2 hour live chat and a call to 150 it’s still not set up. Diabolical customer service. How do I get this sorted?

@EE I ordered an upgrade phone with Essential 100GB which I got an email for that but in my EE the new plan is Smart 100GB which is more expensive. I called customer service but they cannot change it for me and tell me to return the phone then I will miss the pre-order period
