@EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@EE And because I'm not an EE mobile customer you can't offer any compensation (free data wouldn't really help anyway as a mobile hotspot is too slow to work)

Followed the instructions on the @EE website to factory reset the smart hub, done this 3 times, still didn’t work. Have had small issues before with lose of internet for 10-15 minute period but by the time I get to contact #EE it comes back on. This is not the case now

@EE tried phoning for the 9th time this week!!!!! I need my phone as a keyworker & EMERGENCYS! and have had hardly any signal atall!!!! I will be withholding my payment unless someone contacts me ASAP!!!
