    @jmcomms @EE The WiFi on the underground at stations only isn’t ideal either, you just get connected and then the train moves and WiFi drops. I was at the channel tunnel today and think I saw the BTS gear, signal in both tunnels.

    @EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

    @jmcomms @EE Since about the end of August, only get signal on EE through London Tunnel 1 for now, nothing on o2 or Three, I don’t have Vodafone to check. It’s a welcome addition, the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras drive me insane having no mobile signal.

    @EE Unfortunately I was told that as I am not in arrears there is nothing you can do & the agent checked with the collections team who confirmed I had to miss 2 payments before you could help

    Have to say bit dissappointed to go in store and be told no stock of the item required @EE although available to order online apparently obviously being a customer for over 20 yrs counts for nothing nowdays so no mobile now for at least a week hopefully no-one needs to contact me

    @EE Any issues with broadband in the HP13 area? Been on the go slow for the past couple of hours and ping times are double what they usually are. Restarting modem and router have made no difference.

    @EE I changed my plan due to one of your advisors offering me a better deal and for some reason my phone now doesn’t work at all without WiFi. So I get no signal, can’t make calls or texts..... very inconvenient as I use it for work. Sort ASAP!
