@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@EE On the flip side EE has given 2 months credit due to ongoing issues. I would rather have a phone and service that works than a free phone that doesn't.

@MarcAllera @EE Customer focused? First network to remove EU roaming & don’t offer competitive tariffs to keep long standing customers. Switched all our mobile contacts to O2.

@e4wizzo @MarcAllera @EE Yeah that's what I'm thinking I just keep getting the same excuses of a mast problem. It's been going on for years. Just rip it out and replace it with the new 5g mast that is needed.

I just want to say this service is one of the most horrible services I’ve used @EE , not only do the staff don’t listen but just push whatever service they want on you. Had no intention of BT, tell me why I’ve BT delivered to me & not EE broadband ?

@EE I understand EE would prefer to keep this off the public domain, but speaking to EEs technical department has solved nothing apart from wasting my time. I have no problem calling or sending a DM but there will now be a financial cost to EE for my time.
