@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@SteveDrums2 @EE Hi Steve. There are several factors to consider. Your WiFi connectivity to your router - but let’s assume that’s ok for now (or try the previous test with a cat 5e network cable if you have a spare network socket on your router). Typically MB/s download speeds are affected 1/2

@EE Data over the past couple months has just been terrible. Not sure what happened but now I'm struggling to get 4G in places I had no issue with before, most notably my own home. Upgrade is due soon, I really don't want a reason to jump ship.

@EE Hi Rach, we have had poor/flaky signal strength for years. I've had to complain directly to EE several times and have been told the following more than once: "we are covered by only one mast & this mast is in bottom 10% for performance in UK".

@EE So my Contract ended last week, prior to this I asked to be Contacted to remain a loyal customer, but unfortunately no customer service from yourselves...need a deal to stay.
