  • markgosy Mark Gostling (@markgosy) reported from Kennington, England

@jmcomms @EE Since about the end of August, only get signal on EE through London Tunnel 1 for now, nothing on o2 or Three, I don’t have Vodafone to check. It’s a welcome addition, the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras drive me insane having no mobile signal.

  • markgosy Mark Gostling (@markgosy) reported from Kennington, England

@jmcomms @EE The WiFi on the underground at stations only isn’t ideal either, you just get connected and then the train moves and WiFi drops. I was at the channel tunnel today and think I saw the BTS gear, signal in both tunnels.

  • CarlLawrence33 Carl Lawrence (@CarlLawrence33) reported from Battle, England

@EE I'm trying to add my number to my new account as I have just moved as keeps saying error in the app and the website, please help

  • duncztwitte Duncan mcdougall (@duncztwitte) reported from Ashford, England

  • i2bobby_ Bobby (@i2bobby_) reported from Ashford, England

@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

  • w800dy Dan Woodcock (@w800dy) reported from Hamstreet, England

@EE I had no signal in the TN262LB area (home) for the last 6 days . Do I need to cancel my contract or something?

  • duncztwitte Duncan mcdougall (@duncztwitte) reported from Ashford, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • cantgetinvolved Nicky 💙 (@cantgetinvolved) reported

@EE Yes. My husband was on the phone yesterday. Seems like EE want us to go to 4G router. More money and not unlimited. Just want some reliability from our existing service. Watch a film without a wheel of doom. Video call my granddaughter. Not much to ask.

  • ree_tweets_ Ree (@ree_tweets_) reported

@EE hello, can I cancel my current contract and change my number over to a new EE contract easily? Upgrade deals are not very good at all but new customer one is a lot cheaper which doesn't make sense

  • Dicky154 Martin Dickinson (@Dicky154) reported

Considering that @EE is all about technology and communication, their app is absolutely terrible. I mean beyond ****!

  • lisasevern Lisa Severn 🏳️‍🌈 (@lisasevern) reported

@bt_uk So if dsl broadband goes down locally, everyone will switch to the same @EE cell? I think I'll need a new mobile provider if this catches on 😕

  • miles527 Miles (@miles527) reported

@asda_mobile Hi, I am doing this switch on behalf of my elderly grandparents. They received the SIM about 1 week ago and the schedule was put in for yesterday (via the online account). This morning the signal is still on @EE. Are you able to advise if the signal is lost the next working day?

  • tinytinpanda oh. (@tinytinpanda) reported

My mum and dad have been trying to sort their broadband/telephone since March after their line developed problems. @SkyUK wouldn't help unless they renewed their contract (but still charged them for no service). They decided to try @EE, who keep cancelling/moving their order...

  • richards9_neil Neil Richards (@richards9_neil) reported

Rural ultra fast broadband becoming a bit of a joke I think. Network installed March 2020 available Jan2021! 3 failed install’s because @WeAreOpenreach can’t manage contractors to install. @EE can’t get any update from #openreach mafia as you can’t talk to them @Dines4Dales

  • Alicurtis1993 Ali (@Alicurtis1993) reported

So today is day 6 of waiting for @EE to switch my number over from my previous network provider, hoping today will be the day so I can use my new phone 😔

  • jimmyll04218854 jimmy lloyd (@jimmyll04218854) reported

@O2 I’ve done this about 15 times. It’s multiple postcodes. It’s not specific to one location. You can’t fix it. What would be ideal is if you could release us from our contract so we can go back to @EE or @VodafoneUK who have provided us with much better coverage in the past.

  • emma__jenkins Emma Jenkins (@emma__jenkins) reported

@EE so I'm massively pregnant and having fainting spells. Someone your end hasn't set up my automatic top up. I get separated from hubby on the school run and have no credit to call or text him for help. Your agent didn't care and didn't help me.
