@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

@EE I believe this may be related to me recently porting my number a few days ago - can someone check via social media? As I've said, I'm unable to make any calls to 150 and I'm not 100% sure whether someone can actually call me without wifi signal

@KiraMarie84x @EE @virginmedia Things don't get better on EE. Didn't have any problems with VM. But prices forced a swap. Had to get a booster from EE and pay £7.99 extra a month for it, when their initial equipment is inadequate. Now I have my own network extension to cover the home fed by the EE router.

@EE The 5g you advertise and charge for yeah that 5g doesn't work just the same scripted response all the time and it's the same on the phone, complete waste of time

@EE what's the reason for mobile data not working yet again in West Cumbria? Love raising your prices but not not providing what you charge for, is there a way to end my contract early as I'm sick of paying for a service I'm not getting!
