@jmcomms @EE The WiFi on the underground at stations only isn’t ideal either, you just get connected and then the train moves and WiFi drops. I was at the channel tunnel today and think I saw the BTS gear, signal in both tunnels.

@EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@jmcomms @EE Since about the end of August, only get signal on EE through London Tunnel 1 for now, nothing on o2 or Three, I don’t have Vodafone to check. It’s a welcome addition, the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras drive me insane having no mobile signal.

@EE Your customer service is shocking! I was on hold yesterday to your Channel Returns department for 45 mins before being disconnected. I'm on hold again 25 mins, I want to cancel an upgrade I was miss-sold. Get more staff. The form is not suitable I want to speak to a human.

@EE I was able to get into contact with the customer support line through mobile and they identified the issue as being a faulty landline, and I've been told that it is now being worked on.

@EE What's going on with my mobile signal in Devizes, Wiltshire? Been out for several days now and still nothing from EE. Customer service, what a joke. Land a jumbo jet yet I can't even message my sister 5 miles away!
