Mark Gostling (@markgosy) reported from Kennington, England@jmcomms @EE The WiFi on the underground at stations only isn’t ideal either, you just get connected and then the train moves and WiFi drops. I was at the channel tunnel today and think I saw the BTS gear, signal in both tunnels.

Mark Gostling (@markgosy) reported from Kennington, England@jmcomms @EE Since about the end of August, only get signal on EE through London Tunnel 1 for now, nothing on o2 or Three, I don’t have Vodafone to check. It’s a welcome addition, the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras drive me insane having no mobile signal.

Virtue FC #levyout #enicout #backconte (@VirtueFC) reported@EE Every customer services line I tried to go through to is just cutting off before it rings. Also when you try to link through the website it says "bad gateway" all other websites and phone lines working fine so it isn't my handset.

Scotty (@scottyf82) reported@EE I've been a customer for over ten years, and before that with orange. My Bill's total over £1500 PA and have done for the past 8 years minimum. This is the thanks I get? If my contracts were coming to an end, I would leave.

Sally Greenberg (@sallygr1) reported@EE When I went to the EE shop on Argyle St in Glasgow, they said that they had no way of determining whether the card was correct, & I had to call customer service. Then I got put on hold. Finally I risked using it, & fortunately it did top up the correct account.
