    @EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

    @EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

    @EE So waited for an engineer to fit it which they did. Still no TNT, apparently I now need 4 bits of kit to do, which 1 did before, no one was able to help me, so having been with a company since 1981, I am gone

    @EE fix your app’s log in page to what it used to be, just password or FaceID, second day I’m trying to log into my acc and I need to change password AGAIN, 2 factor authentication was setup for 10 years and now I have to redo it?! Codes not coming through to my mobile. Fix it!

    @EE in Pendeen in Cornwall and your broadband isnt working. I understand there are issues. Can you let me know the current situation as to when this will be sorted out.

    @EE I placed an early upgrade order yesterday, got an SMS today saying "issue with the order, contact us", the chat agent is giving me a different price, and saying the order number is actually only a reference number. This smells fishy. Is it legitimate process? Thank you

    @EE Hi, broadband customer here. For some reason I can’t see anything related to my broadband account, not the bills, not my current plan, nothing. When I try to link my broadband to the website it says the account doesn’t exist. I’m also a mobile customer and this is working ok
