@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@jmcomms @EE Since about the end of August, only get signal on EE through London Tunnel 1 for now, nothing on o2 or Three, I don’t have Vodafone to check. It’s a welcome addition, the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras drive me insane having no mobile signal.

@EE are the upgrade deals on the website the same as if I call? With my Pixel 4XL having more battery issues, I'm looking to early upgrade out of my own pocket. iPhone 12 Pro ideally, 40gb/100gb data. I know I'll have an early upgrade charge & upfront cost. Looking for next month

Switching to @EE? worst thing ive ever done. Sent my phone to get a battery replacement, bc apparently its acceptable for the battery health to be 86% (not even had the phone for a year) and theyve not found anything because they cba to check the settings. Absolutely disgraceful

@EE Its been like it since 9pm it's now 9am that 12 hours so you guys can't try that hard to get it up and running..if I did have an update from your tech team I wouldn't be saying I've not had an up date would I..12 hours the service I pay for has been down.....best network my arse

Network envy, @ee? Even though "4G" is displayed, network is very unresponsive and impossible to use many apps.
