@EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

I’ve worked In retail/hospitality sector my entire life, always have the upmost respect for anyone who does! But honestly @EE phone advisors hit a different nerve. Being spoke down to, short and abrupt! And I still haven’t sorted the issue 🙄
