@EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@EE Help! Your app not working. Done a reinstall. Still no work. Luckily I remembered I could use website2 sign in n move data but not everyone will think of that. On mobiles we get use2 apps n 4gt about websites don't we. But pls try fix app. Since update bout 10 days ago it fail

@McRachy01 @EE Me too. Have sent 2 DM's now and still no reply. Customer service at EE in general has plummeted. Daughter (a loyal EE customer of many years) rang yesterday to upgrade and mentioned a deal she'd seen with another network and was simply told to go for that one!

@EE I am not able to view my plan on line. Of the 3 numbers on my account, 2 I can access, the 3rd cannot. I get an error saying that 'Something Went Wrong' when I select my number from the drop down. Any ideas?
