@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

Great customer service from @EE despite it being a bank holiday - problem not resolved but we are are hopeful and being kept updated. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

@EE Chose a tariff - been a customer for years. Was told that the tariff not eligible for NHS discount. The said tariff is available to anyone - so, how do you explain that NHS discount can't be used? It's a clever ploy, which makes @EE look good...whereas, there is no discount!
