It’s a welcome addition, the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras drive me insane having no mobile signal.

They make advisors force SIMO plans on customers rather dan a meaningful assessment of the customer’s actual needs & circumstances. This is making advisors put customers in unbearable conditions. You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre
