@EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

@jmcomms @EE The WiFi on the underground at stations only isn’t ideal either, you just get connected and then the train moves and WiFi drops. I was at the channel tunnel today and think I saw the BTS gear, signal in both tunnels.

@jmcomms @EE Since about the end of August, only get signal on EE through London Tunnel 1 for now, nothing on o2 or Three, I don’t have Vodafone to check. It’s a welcome addition, the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras drive me insane having no mobile signal.

@EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

@EE just got off the phone to one of your customer service technical team, didn't catch the guys name but very helpful 👍 did his best to rectify my network connection issue. Now partially resolved but still not quite right, the minor improvement is appreciated

@EE I have a 4GEE WiFi mini 2020 with 50gb of data that reset on the 29th June & by the 2nd July it was finished despite being used sparingly & only when my WiFi was down.

@EE @Ofcom EE charging my mother in law for whatsapp calls. Despite the being over the internet they have charged her over £200 for supposedly international calls that were actually made via whatsapp. Apparently they acknowledge this as a widespread issue
