@LeeGrif53356557 @mouthwaite @EE That is similar to what happened to me and was when I found out how awful their security in looking after your personal data is. I ended up having to close my bank account and open a new one and involve the police as EE were shocking.

@mouthwaite @EE Join the club! Unfortunately EE r the best of a bad bunch. Our local towers went down and it took them over 6 mths to fix, all the time saying there was no issue.

@VermillionGecko @mouthwaite @EE I never said it did, I said that seeing this makes me feel sad purely because I've had great customer service when others clearly aren't receiving that and to me that's disappointing because we should all receive the same.

@mouthwaite @EE Regardless of their customer service, there are global shortages and delays on all things technology. 7 days is lucky, a lot of people are waiting much longer so a bit of patience is needed 👍🏻

@mouthwaite @EE 02 isn’t any better. To be honest I can’t say any provider right now is bothered about customer services cause truth is you need a phone and your going to keep the contract till you can move and try another provider
