And may I suggest you speak to Morgan from Customer Services who did his best to help last Thursday/Friday. The attitude of the store manager today was appalling.

And you have 60 seconds. When you’re in a queue at @SubwayUK becuase their app has logged you out for no reason. 🙄

Les Cashmore (@LesCashmore) reported@EE very disappointed with you, tried to renew my broadband contract with you today in the shop & 3 customer service agents hung up on the staff. We tried to speak direct to you, same again you hung up. Perhaps you don’t want to give me the deal advertised on your app & website?
