@EE I did that lat night and they said it was a known problem and there's no eta on a fix , I can't view my bills or check my allowances for any of my numbers on my account , is it a known problem or not?

@EE your inability to provide a stable Internet service is beyond belief. I have had EE TV for 18 months now and nothing but issues with the TV boxes continously disconnecting themselves from the router. I have had enough of it, and cannot wait to cancel my subscription with you!

@EE thanks for your reply. Yes, regular mobile numbers + std v/m, all fail. Only see 1 roaming network. Agree it's strange that data works fine Also fails with "call over wif-fi" & wi-fi on or off

@janeholland1 @EE Yep. If it makes you feel better, I had the same issue with them, I suspect there’s one badly paid guy in a recycling centre with a huge pile of returned kit to unpack and a barcode scanner that’s broken.
