@EE I took a contract out with free add-ons. I was told on a chat with one of your colleagues that they would only activate when I messaged 150. I’ve just seen on the app that the free period for them ends next month even though I’ve never used them or activated them. How?

@EE my S20 5g has been shockingly bad from the start, camera is terrible, battery life absolutely rubbish, and constantly glitches when going to the open apps display. What can you do to help me out?

@EE I was in a live chat earlier with grant at Newcastle and he gave me a link for the TPS while helping me out and of course I clicked on it and got cut off. I couldn’t get back on so can you thank him for his help for me. Cheers

Neighbour has new BT in, @skytv internet goes down...... coincidence. I THINK NOT! And I now have 2gb of 4g to last me 6 days (thank god for @EE. and my data, it’s avoided a lot of meltdowns from my SEN brother)
