Working somewhere with wifi . Saw the sign @EE network was showing as available. As soon as I sign up for 24hrs access. Now getting messages of being out of range? When it dies finally connect getting not secured no Internet. What a convicted.

@EE Mother in law lives in Gt Yarmouth I in Birmingham. She’s 93 and lives alone. Just had full fibre installed plus new landline in past few weeks. Twice now landline not working and engineer been out. I can’t sort since I no longer appear as 3rd party access. Which I have been.

@EE firstly I am not alone, according to staff in your shop they have lots of customers coming in unable to log on, and when i call customer service there's a 30 minute wait, so I'm not going to waste my time ringing another number and I'm going somewhere else, O2 looks good
