@EE I got a new 5G S21 from you last month and it has never actually received 5G even though I've been in London, Brighton and other places that are supposed to receive 5G. Is there something wrong with the SIM?

@EE Well spoke to linzi and she was lovely and couldn’t apologise enough the gent from the executive team is an absolute disgrace Insisted that linzi had covered everything without even hearing me out quite clear he doesn’t like his job or customer and it was probably end of shift

@ThreeUK Shock horror, total loss of service in BN10, I don't think I've had a single month of service without issue Can you just buy them out @EE or @O2
