@EE Thanks for getting back to me. Not got the original problem sorted - but we’ve abandoned that now after the drama of having no phones working at all but our phones are active again so back to square one and leaving things as they are!

@EE hi,Your agent hanged up, no call back. When I eventually got through again I was informed your systems are down and to call back. 25 min on hold and no answer. Please can a experienced EE agent get in the touch to resolve an easy SIM upgrade task?

@EE Not sure why you’re reinforcing what you would do IF I was a customer. I’m not. And I made it clear I wasn’t. Becoming a customer is getting less likely since it’s an uphill battle to get information. I’ve given up for now.

Was told by @EE that there was maintenance work happening. No issues but to my suprise I wake up this morning and now I have 5G! My speeds over 200mbs now.. Just that upgrade end of next month to do and il be happy

@EE is there an issue with the MyEE app and online accounts? It's not showing my remaining data, texts and calls. All show as 0, have deleted and reinstalled but it's same when login online too.
