Switched to @EE broadband...was impressed....then they just didn't turn it on. No contact, no communication, nothing. Terrible service and then after we phone them we get told then don't know when it will actually get activated?!?

@bt_uk gotta love being a loyal customer with @EE and joining BT yet both leave a family without internet/tv with SEN children for over a week due to move.... think its time I left EE instead of renewing... cant even give a 4G portable device to keep kids connected a week!

Not even a month into my contract with @EE and there has been a blackout with their service. Gotta wait for up to 6 hours, never had this before with @bt_uk so if it happens again then I’m leaving for another provider.

@EE I have your top tier 5G plan and 2025 flagship phone yet your roaming service in San Francisco is ridiculously poor. I'm fortunate I have a second sim that is not EE which is far more reliable.
