    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with โ€œfibreโ€ Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @bt_uk now being told thereโ€™s a area fault that will take a week to fix?! A WEEK. Forget using this service and forget using @EE as providers. No urgency at all. Pathetic

    @EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. Weโ€™ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & theyโ€™ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

    @Hepworthclare @EE I tried to get a new phone at @tescomobile yesterday- they no longer do data transfer for you. Will be taking my contract somewhere that does! Fed up of paying more, for less support.

    Been with @EE /Orange over 20 years and now having to pay a small fortune to get out of a non competitively priced contact? 2 phones on basic SIM only..1 out of & 1 in contract (10 mth left) ยฃ23 pm! ยฃ5 pm each on Sky . ยฃ117 to cancel plus new cost ยฃ22 for 1 SIM. @MartinSLewis

    @StuartT34021273 @EE My issue is that I literally canโ€™t return a watch I no longer need because of their incompetence. They wonโ€™t initiate a return because they say a store issued the order (it didnโ€™t) and the store says they cant do a return. Charlatans.
