@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE Ignored completely, now really looking forward to the call in a month to cancel EE after 10years of £50pm and an extra line took on this year on top of that

I was told i was going to have a call back in two occasions. I am yet to receive a call. This is beyond a joke now. This has been happening for 3 weeks...I was still charged extra for some reason? I’ve never had any problems with @EE but this has been a frustrating experience.

@EE Its now 4 days without internet or the ability to make calls. Your texts just say it will be up in 7 hours and it never is. Is anyone actually working on this. Broadband has been shocking for a month now. Llandinam, Powys

@EE evening, do you know what the problem is with coverage in area TN31 and how long it will take. It’s been at least a couple of hours and I’ve checked the website can’t see any info apart from there is a problem. I’m on call and need to be contactable. Thank you

Absolutely useless @EE 2nd time my Mrs has sat in all day for broadband upgrade to be installed only for your installers to not bother showing up. No phone call, no email. Nothing. Disgusting service
