@EE Once again, excellent customer service skills by @EE no reply to DM. They certainly dont care about taking peoples money for services not provided - unfairly charged for apple music on 2 accounts . . . shall I add screenshots to expose @EE ?

@EE @JOOPERS2014 @EE Same. No signal at home. Increased prices. End of contract. Leaving. I can’t see any benefit to customers of taking out a 24 month contract now it has a variant price clause.. ..especially one that at the time of taking out the contract is unpublished/unknown and volatile

@EE I don't know they sorted the phone issue and said they had also sorted the tablet issue. (they did something as it was showing £257+ to upgrade then went to free but now defaults to sim only deals)

@TheRatMan287 @EE Is it cable or via aerial. Not much stability there. Many factors. We had a new cable installed by engineer when they tested the installation. And i also found a pulled cable into the back of our router which gave poor connection. You also have ofcom
