  • ORYAtech ORYAtech ✪ (@ORYAtech) reported

Hi @EE , I think it's time we part ways. How do I cancel my contract?

  • lannadle laura maidment (@lannadle) reported

@EE 14.4% means as a loyal customer of over 10 years I will be moving Broadband and mobile to another service. Shame on re

  • ersatz1967 John Illingworth (@ersatz1967) reported

@EE Ergo my statement was indeed correct. I have been a customer of EE in one way or other for over 25 years. In that time, I presume that EE has invested heavily in its networks etc. I don't recall it ever putting prices up by 50% to allow for further investment in infrastructure

  • iainthompson77 Iain (@iainthompson77) reported

@EE 14.4% inflation though is quite steep don’t you think? I’ve been a customer with yourselves for 10+ years and I’ve never know such a huge increase?!

  • bushboy31 Simon Bush (@bushboy31) reported

@EE So you're £9m profit doesn't help with that, and that was just for ONE QUARTER of the year!!!!! I know let's slap our loyal customers with a %14% pay rise per phone , I have 3 lines so I'm looking at a rise of £24 , that's a new contract We will be leaving EE in August

  • chaosofcold Ah Damn (@chaosofcold) reported

@EE raising their prices 14% means I’ll be in the market for a new network! Who do people recommend? #EE

  • abetts2022 Andy Betts (@abetts2022) reported

@EE So you're increasing investment in the network and CSR to the vulnerablen by 14.4%? What would this figure have been if it were not for astronomical inflation and how would you have afforded this otherwise?

  • Stefano119531 Stefano11953 (@Stefano119531) reported

@Wiglanta1971 @EE @tescomobile If I were you I'd think about that very carefully & I say that as a current but soon to be ex Tesco mobile customer.

  • AddickAddict Gary Naylor (@AddickAddict) reported

@EE 14.4% increase. That isn't a change in contract. That's inflation plus 3.9% for the same service! I do hope that all the employees of EE and BT (EE's parent company) have had their salaries increased by 10.5%. To not do that would be rather hypocritical after all.

  • DaveRob1112 Dave Robbo (@DaveRob1112) reported

@EE Will definitely be something I'm looking into! Especially when some of your competition are advertising no price increases during length of contract! I understand it's EE's policy to hike the prices yearly but CPI + 3.9% is poor judgement on EE's side due to current climate!
