  @EE Checked all the locations I’ve been and there’s apparently no issues. I’m disabled and currently living alone. This is not safe, and not fair when I’m paying for a service!!

  @EE When you assure your customers that you will be contacted within 72 hours. Why does it never happen? I have been mistreated , miss sold items, offered a refund and yet still not revived months later! Disgraceful

  @VodafoneUK @EE your signal along with every other mobile network in the UK is pathetic. You even advertise that when one doesn’t work the dual network kicks in. Well it’s shite. I can’t make calls or receive signals in so many places which is 3rd world levels of embarrassment

  @BTGroup should delve into @EE bb pricing/retention. Long term 1.6gbps customer, £85pcm. New customers? £28 for first year, 35 from May 27, 41 from May 28. 2yr deal would be £769. Me? £2040 if I change nowt. 'Special' retention deal was £1941. Shocking difference. @MartinSLewis

  @hulllad47 @robbopalmer @EE Same here. They told my parents they could have 2 free tablets and a decrease on their monthly payments. Neither was true. Complained and they said they would get the tablets picked up by DPD. DPD never arrived. After 4 further DPD no-shows we had to send them back via Royal Mail

  @robbopalmer @EE I got a refund off them when I cancelled my contract then received 2 letters threatening bailiffs if I didn't pay the outstanding balance which was the refund they had sent me. Absolutely the worse customer service I've experienced 🙄
