    @EE I have been told another complaint has been raised to investigate why my original one was closed and Haris confirmed that there were no notes as to the reason. Such poor service.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE I live rurally, I don’t even have a mobile signal most of the time outside of WiFi. Rural communities are not served well by mobile phone companies.

    @EE you're giving me hassle and a problematic contract revision, IT SHOULDNT be difficult. You keep asking for equipment return yet I haven't received new equipment. Now you say there is direct debit problems yet a DD was already in place. THINK WE ARE HEADING TO CANCELLATION.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE It is very scary for us with poor or non existent mobile reception. In a real emergency - power cut, fire etc we would be scuppered.

    @stuuk11 @LeilaniDowding @EE Copper is being phased out for Fibre Optic not WIFI. Maybe its different for mobile companies but you would have to be insane to get your home phone and internet service with a mobile network company.

    .@ee @eesupport Hello EE its marcel. Pls fix my broadband it is ruining my valorant gameplay and im gonna have 2 Explore my options if u make me lose RR again. When it disconnects it says broadband is disconnected even though ive changed nothing. Thx - marcel customer

    @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!

    Does anyone have any tips as to how to get a response from @EE_coapp or @EE Have tried DMs, their useless help message function and a call. Nothing Think they’ve all left this Earth. So much for their performance guarantees
