@EE I don't pay over £100 per month not to be able to use my phone. What's going on?? Also is BT Internet being slow as a result of EEs lack of network

@carl_h_photo @grshorwich @EE Fair but truthfully it's coz they simply don't know. I agree a worded response like regrettably we still have no ETA available or in the event one is, provide that. It's a data center issue but still needs engineers on the ground. It's awful but they will fix it soon I'd say.

@EE Why did it take 6 hours for you to notice the outage, and would you care to be more specific about how many of us suffered. "A number" is an arrogant dismissal of the issue.

@EE what is the issue with your service today? I'm in Canada and having to resort to wifi at restaurants just to get around the city. Additionally I missed a bus thanks to not being able to show a mobile ticket. £78 I am paying you a month!
