    @chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

    @EE but last time I was told this and agreed to this I was told straight away nothing can be done and that the only option I have is for them to send me a deadlock letter, which I had no option to accept as I was offered no other means of resolution.
