    @EE @mhairiblake Oh wow, so you are ignoring all my tweets purposefully. What a very poor customer service ! I guess I'll cancel my direct debit straight away and contact the Ombudsman then, since you are clearly refusing to do anything about issues your customers have with the level of service.

    Hey Twitter, what would you do when you can't reach your phone provider's CS line (or they eventually hang up on you), they're social media team purposefully ignores you, their in-store staff can't help regarding an issue you've had for weeks ? Spoiler : it's @EE.

    @EE @aaliboo137 So when I placed my order on the 21st of October, the advisor told me it would be sent out within 7 days… he would have known this was lies and now 11 days later, still no dispatch. Why do @EE lie to get your order?! Send me the 512gb version at no extra cost as a resolution!!!

    I know it's a cliché to tweet to complain about bad customer service, but after @EE "accidentally" cancelled my fibre today, despite saying I had 14 days left, I feel I need to warn anyone else leaving @EE. When I complained I got told "you shouldnt' have cancelled". Shocking!
