@EE what is going on when the ee wifi calling! I see that there are 2 bars only on my phone (usually I have no reception so I use wifi calling) but now because I have 2 bars but still no connection so I missed my gp appt call. Stick to providing the service you can provide.

What a joke @EE are. I was paying for my Apple Watch on my phone contract. Rang them up earlier to see why my phone bill had been so high recently, as I’ve changed to sim only. Turns out my watch contract finished months ago but they carry on taking payments unless you cancel.

@lesanto @EE Possibly so. Oddly - via DMs the people running the EE account on here at least demonstrate some understanding of the problem. They have no tools to fix it though, and those who do are either not telling the truth and/or ignoring me. Sigh...
