Just tried placing my upgrade on the @EE app for the third time since 23rd December and yet again I have to phone EE to sort the order out. Just ******* cancel it. I'll go somewhere else.

@CooperKentfield @EE Spoke to a woman called Claudette that told me to go back to work Cos my internet connection is **** baring in mind working from home due to covid. Now been refused by 2 people to make a complaint. Laughable
