  @EE did you have issues this morning with 4G in IV27? Phone was only picking up edge and 4G router stopped completely. Hopefully if it was an issue now fully resolved

  @EE Disgraceful customer service from @EE unable to help, unable to call you back, despite spending numerous hours calling them. Unable to escalate to a manager as apparently managers don’t take calls. Waiting on insurance claim for 3 days despite paying for next day replacement.
