@EE @AppleSupport Been a customer for over 10 years of both EE and Apple yet I have been treated like I have just had a phone for 5 minutes. Being told by apple that my phones has broken due to a manufacturing fault and will never turn on again and sent me out of their store

@EE 2 days to get a reply from your customer service, they ask a question and I reply immediately and then never hear back ! You’ve taken money out my account twice now for “ one off service and charges” with no explanation. Refund my money and cancel my account

@EE mixed bag with you lot today. One lad telling us to shop elsewhere and not wanting to help and the other sorting us out with two upgrades and an hours chat. Doesn’t take much to be nice 👍🏻

@EE Hi, I've got a new sim and phone after my old phone broke, but it says "Sim not provisioned" tried using the Simswap but it either wants to text my old non-working phone or me to call 150 but I can't call because there's no network without my sim?

@EE @AppleSupport with no other phone to use, and to contact EE, so contacted EE and they arranged an appointment in a local store for a 'Mend and Lend' saying I would be given the same iPhone to have whilst the broken one gets sent off for diagnostics
