I love it when I upgrade my phone on the phone to @EE with a "guarantee" my new device will arrive today (my only day off) when if not I could have gone to a store to upgrade today. Only yo have to ring them and find out it's been picked and won't be with me untill tomorrow WTF

@EE My contract has ended and I'm still paying full price for it and don't wish to upgrade or stay as a customer. How can I go about cancelling it? Is there a quicker way than phoning up?

@Ofcom @EE Thanks @Ofcom they have been raised back in September but they are still not resolved. We are being told estimated fix date 28th November !! Meanwhile no phone line or broadband …..

@EE what’s with the really slow connection speeds along the WCML? It’s never usually fantastic (I get it, 125mph isn’t slow) but this is almost unbearable. Any idea why it’s so bad?
