    @the_pieface I did the same @02 to @EE the signal was excellent, but after a few month the signal reduced somewhat..

    @EE I just bought what was displayed as a 5GB PAYG data add on but it's applied as only 750mb. I've been trying to call for half an hour to speak to someone about it but your automated system won't let me select anything to talk to someone. Please help.

    Beware @EE charge you twice for delivery, an extra charge on the first month & for changing a number from another network! Didn’t need that money anyway! 🤬 always read the very small problem not!

    @EE @uterguy90 Will you PLEASE respond to mine from two days ago?!? I'm stuck abroad with a phone that won't connect to any Spanish network (other than the intermittent and unreliable hotel WiFi), contrary to what your colleagues advised me in the week!!

    @EE Like others here pre order silently cancelled! Phoned up to see where it was, on hold for ages as usual, no clue why cancelled. My advice give 5G and Apple Watch to MVNOs who run modern systems. EE is outdated dinosaur that would do better for everyone to loan its network out.
