@EE pretty unhappy with EE. Ordered an upgrade on Friday with a 24 hour despatch. iPhone was in stock per website. It’s been 4 days and not a peep. Called up today and told on back order 7 days. Website misleading consumers. Quite like to cancel my upgrade and leave EE.

You need to up your customer service game! I was paying £25 for 30Gb, unlimited txts and calls but have switched to @EE now I have 160gb, unlimited calls and texts for £20! Result.

I have to say @EE and @SamsungMobile very poor customer service ! Attempting to sort a charging issue with phone and EE gave an "mot" and refer to Samsung, Samsung process of trying to get help is deliberately difficult and complicated , got my money now not Interested

@GilesPalaeoLab @EE Literally this week found out that EE’s ‘free’ tablet they gave me last year with my broadband/phone package wasn’t free and they had been charging me for it… despite the fact I never wanted it but it was ‘free’ and made my contract cheaper… until it didn’t.
