@EE App update is horrendous. I now have to link my sim to access account details?.. Only to be told, "come back later" every single time I try to link? If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Four times I've now spoken to you @EE this week about a lost or STOLEN tech order....I'm still in limbo. Pathetic this it really is. You'll be hearing from the police as I've reported this as theft. You've been absolutely no help thus far to me. Shambles outfit you are.
