Astonishing 14.4% price increase announced by @EE today, right in the middle of the cost of living crisis. I'll look to now cancel mid-contract because the rate is above inflation which is already sky high. Disgraceful.

@EE Is your network down in the south east? Can’t make calls unless on WiFi and can’t get through to your helpline. My wife has same issue also today. Your website reports all good, Downdetector suggests you have problems.
