@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@scienceguru589 @EE Oh don’t get me started on the service, in my mums village where they’re adding so many new houses our phones don’t work so have to use messenger or other WiFi assisted calling. My mum was told to maybe move to one of the new houses to get a better signal

@watson_sonny @EE I've done my latest with no problems, they used to be around twice a year, but seem to be one a month lately, I've looked into it online, and the consensus seems to be the pros outweigh the cons, so ; annoying as they are, guess we're all stuck with them.

@EE Yet the network and the service is getting worse and your profits are increasing? I have nothing against @EE as a business they have been great when I first joined. Just the slow decline is making the increase in cost less and less worth it

Confirmed upgrade with @EE over the phone a week ago, chose a model I was told was in stock and was advised of a 48-hour dispatch. One week later no update. When I try to call your listed customer service lines to enquire about stock, my call gets dropped. What options do I have?
