    @EE my bt sport which is accessed through Apple TV constantly lags making watching football difficult. I have no issue with Netflix or Amazon through my television at all. This little box has been poor since I was made to get it. Now it says loading. I shouldn’t have to pay.

    @EE It wasn’t just my phone saying 3g my dads phone is on the same network saying H+ so I don’t know what’s going on my device is a 5g device so there’s no problems on my end at all it’s just weird that I went outside in my area and my phone saying edge connection

    @EE New connection. Also, saying "some delays" is a joke of an understatement...considering the delay they said was 11 weeks! No compensation offered for breach of contract, and no alternatives offered - not even a sorry. Such crap "service".
