    @iowrunningmum @EE But when this sort of thing happened to me when I worked there, if they said X, and there was a call on the date they said and what they said was credible (I.e. not saying you were offered free BB for life), Iโ€™d believe the customer.

    @Ofcom Could you help direct me in the correct path. @EE sold me contract which as been billed incorrectly for 5 months since I been with them, 1 hour calls each month to get them to add credit and not fix the issue. Endless managers and complaints and it's making me ill.

    @EE Itโ€™s not a 1 off, it seems to be every time. Itโ€™s really bad that you are unable to provide a reliable service directly opposite the BT/EE HQ in London!
