Never get what I was promised constantly resetting my router,going through fault check . 2nd router plus engineer visit still the same had a tits full. How do I find out when my contract is up so I can go elsewhere.. 😡

JC (@jaykona3670) reported@EE Tried that and end with a text message service that I have already been through about 4 times with no success. I was given no option to talk to a guide, the call just hung up at the end. I can’t book an engineer as the link provided by the BOT will not load.
