@EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

@EE rubbish signal in Gateshead tyne and wear, checked coverage earlier and it said there was a problem but now says its fine but network not working! Seems to be a common issue this evening and needs resolved ASAP! Luckily my WiFi is with virgin!

@EE your 4/5G network is not working in Bath properly. Multiple different phones not even able to load sites on safari properly.
