  @toadmeister Should be the case in all places of employment - in particular educational establishments at all levels. Problems with @EE but would not go near their store in Livingston yesterday as draped in progress pride flags. Only British Heart Foundation had similar. Sorry changed

  @EE Having spoken to an EE guide on the phone they tell me the service will not be fixed/resumed until tomorrow morning. My internet is still down and has been since lunch time. At what point do we seek compensation?

  @EE When you assure your customers that you will be contacted within 72 hours. Why does it never happen? I have been mistreated , miss sold items, offered a refund and yet still not revived months later! Disgraceful
