Johno (@Johno_nufc) reported@EE not sure what’s going on with the service lately but it’s been very poor for me. In my local area and currently down in the Kent. Can’t even get logged onto my ee account ridiculous!
-
Anthony Savage BSc (@TS77UK) reported@EE They said they can't help as it's from Flow but if I wait 48 hours then it MIGHT fix itself and allow me to order. You missed the main point about cancelling without asking me if a different colour would suffice. But thank you for replying. Colby from Ireland was amazing though

Gareth Owen (@gjo2405) reported@EE Why have I got to keep on calling? Surely good customer service would look at the number of complaints about the poor broadband and then propose a solution? Oh and also take into account the number of times I’ve called during the course of the complaint as well as accept fault

RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported@bmstewart2004 @EE are no different. I get a message to extend my contract when it ends in November with "great offers" but I'll be paying £3 more per month through the app (currently £49.99/mo). They want me to "contact customer services" to talk about it but no, I shouldn't have to. I can wait until my contract ends, then go through my Zable Credit Card and take advantage of the same speeds, etc for £25/mo. You want to retain your customer vase, EE should offer the same prices as "new customers" on the app. Which is where we are told to do all our business.

RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported@picklefork1965 @bmstewart2004 @EE Yeah, EE isn't a rip-off at all, espcially considering at nearly 4 years, we've had one drop-out on broadband and we rarely go below 900Mbps, when their guarantee is 700Mbps. I'm well aware, just with any company, if you ring up, they'll give you the best possible deal. My whole point is, we shouldn't HAVE to ring up. The deals should be there as standard on the app that they so excessively want, everyone to be on. It's not just EE, every major Broadband/Phone/TV company want you to use their apps. For £100/m we get 1Gig Broadband, Now TV Sports, Entertainment, Netflix and Xbox GamePass. My problem is, the broadband is cheaper for me to let it run the contract down from EE and then apply through my credit card company and get the same broadband speeds at half the price for the same 24 month contract.

Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE And a total waste of time that is - I don’t want apologies, or someone to say sorry - I want a resolution to something that has been going on for nearly a month now - not fit for purpose is how I describe the (non) service I have received from everyone I have dealt with so far
