I already called more than 15 times on the EE customer service in the last 9 days and discuss the whole situation again & again every day for 1 to 2 hrs, but in the end, there's no solution. @EE @GOVUK

@EE Very good thanks, happily looking at new network providers as the supposed retention offers made to me were appalling. £3 pm more than i pay now to get less benefits and a substandard phone. For an identical offer from another provider it was £15 pm less than you retention offer.

@EE @sfarq11 I was frustrated contacting support for all the time till I was referred by a friend to Multitask_support on Instagram they did an excellent job retrieve cmy stranded account.

@EE sorry but why has my service been so **** everywhere recently… paying £50 a month to have 1 bar of service everywhere I go including my own house

@slf_toon @EE Oh & just be be clear, they endlessly replaced the SIM as any excuse to waste my time but I bought a new phone (switched back to iPhone 4) in case the new Android was the issue (didn’t like it much anyway) & then Apple replaced the iPhone just to rule out it being the issue.
