@EE why is your signal so crap today? Apparently my area is fine but I’ve not had signal for the entire time I’ve been outside my house today.

  • tessabreenmusic Tessa (@tessabreenmusic) reported

@EE after storm Goretti residents of TR12 have had no internet since Jan 8th. This means vulnerable, elderly people cannot phone emergency services or speak with loved ones. Can you give me an estimate when they will be back online?

  • GNEAlex22 Alex Davies (@GNEAlex22) reported

@EE @Andy_1098 They’re crap I raised two complaints about not being able to manage my account using the app and online, it’s been 6 months and still nothing has been done!

  • eddzz_ Eddie mcsheffrey (@eddzz_) reported

@Andy_1098 @EE I’ve been with @EE for about 6 plus years now, I’ve got 2 phones and broadband with them an it always goes up, never any loyalty discounts other than the bare minimum

  • hail2thestreet Hail to the Street (@hail2thestreet) reported

@EE Hi, I’m on EE Pay As You Go. My SIM worked abroad previously but roaming has stopped in Germany. I topped up in April but had no chargeable activity and now I can’t receive SMS or log in. I need my UK number kept active for return to the UK. Please help re-enable roaming.

  • westrowhendo John Henderson (@westrowhendo) reported

@Andy_1098 @EE We had the same with O2. Been with them decades and didn't mind increases in line with inflation but the £2.50 hike was a 14% on our 2 phones. Used Uswitch to save £26/month. Use an EE Sim for home Internet because the landlines keep falling down so we'll be switching that now.

  • Ste_Story Ste (@Ste_Story) reported

@Andy_1098 @EE Just moved myself, can't get anywhere near prices elsewhere despite having been with em for yonks. All the phone calls I had with them pre contract end & when getting pac code was about how they're the "best network" but they were more expensive over 36months than ID over 24!

  • boats74 boats 🛥 (@boats74) reported

@68marsh @EE @Andy_1098 Same here, signal went crap once Chinese gear was taken away, Vodafone 100x better now and half the price nearly

  • minihousemaker JustJo (@minihousemaker) reported

@EE @Andy_1098 I have been with EE even before they were EE. Got my through Orange which then went to T mobile and then EE. Been with them for about 28 years and never ever had a loyalty gift. Hey @EE how about it, I must be one of your longest standing customers

  • hail2thestreet Hail to the Street (@hail2thestreet) reported
