    Endless @EE incompetence. Never possible to download pdf bills from the website, despite promises it's about to be fixed. So I have to call every quarter for them to be emailed. Latest email doesn't even have them attached. Any better providers out there?

    @SJG1007 @EE Yeah my app is down too. Just when I need to use it. Forces you to sign in with new passcode then tells you "something isn't right"

    @EE useless customer services no email address, live chat are less than helpful, all you do is keep raising complaints which never get resolved

    @EE number via DM for my broadband and tv before I finish work otherwise I’ll be having lovely call to cancel everything on the drive home!! 😡😡 and don’t worry about the “thanks for choosing us” email from when my services were changed 3 days ago, got lost in sky I’m guessing!!

    @EE have some of the worst customer service. I’ve tried to speak to people multiple times about my broadband speed and they don’t respond or give any help.

    @hridoyreh @OrevaZSN Similar with @EE. Locked out. Won’t receive SMSs or calls. They took my € for top up (I thought that was the cause of no SMSs). I can’t get to the website. Password not recognised. Can’t change it because the SMS never arrives. Luckily it is not my primary number. Good bye EE.

    @EE Ok, I’ll call (yet again). I will also be filing a consumer protection complaint because you guys have no business calling yourselves “UK’s best network” and my partner and I deserve some real accountability for the stress you’ve caused us.

    I don’t normally post but is there anything more frustrating than phone signal…. @EE @O2 2026 and in the southwest of England for 250 miles travelling up north. Not one stable phone call. #shambles

    @EE got lots of problems with my internet connection when i am out and about besides being on full data plan i now see my mobile data is switched off very unhappy with EE as I can no longer call you to sort it
