@emstusimba @EE Unfortunately, It appears that they don't care about people with any form of issues, I'm considered neurodiverse, I've had hell for the last few months without a fully working device. Now they are trying to charge me £100 to upgrade 4 days early whilst refusing me my pac codes.

@EE I just received a text from EE saying my bill will be increasing by £12.59 a month from March.. that’s a pretty big increase. From what I can see, no other network provider seems to be doing an increase anywhere near amount. If this is the case, think it’s time for a change..

@EE So let's get this straight. The profits you make aren't used for business improvement outside of paying salaries and tax or for supporting customers. Instead you want me and the rest of your customers to pay an extra on top to help you achieve your corporate responsibility. Nice

@EE Today, 400m up the road in Fortune Green, NW6, appalling signal again. I tried to report it but it asks for the phone number, which I don't have to hand. Can you urgently update on this please? I'm now having to slave my phone's O2 data yet paying for yours as well?
