We’ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & they’ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

I have called the 'customer service' number but the options are wholly unhelpful and don't address my problem. The App is also useless. Please advise.

Scott Speight (@scottspeig) reported@MarkyTalk @EE Try @spusu_uk same network, fraction of the cost. Apparently they manage this by only providing customer service via WhatsApp (although I find it works well). Only issue I have is no Direct Debit option. Just card.
