    @BabyLossLawyer @DerekRKENT @EE When I was in manufacturing this was called 'Being sent around (the houses)' Directors should train staff to take ownership of a call. The person receiving it stays with the customer until the customer gets a clear acceptable answer.

    @ee my phone will make calls but can't receive them. It just says this phone is currently unavailable. How can I fix this?

    @Simon_Richards8 @EE They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlocks_” on instagram to get it unlocked, i got mine unlocked by them

    Non legal question.What phone provider has the best customer service as @EE is beyond terrible and an hour wasted on hold for their error & being passed from 1 person to the next.‘Call this number’, on hold for 25 minutes with zero care for how this disrupts the day.Suggestions?

    @O2 - you are the 7th circle of hell. PAC transfer from EE not working. Number lost. Pointless customer service, never resolve any queries, endless hold times. If the PAC system isn't working why are you processing transfers? Why did I leave @EE !!??Contacting ombudsman.
