JayEnAar (@GorwayGlobal) reportedDear @EE Your website sucks. After logging in why on earth does it keep reverting to the opening page after every munu choice I make. All I wanted to do was to set up EU roaming (and be billed 2.72 per day) for ONE of the 3 SIMs on my account. Your website defeated me.

Paul Leetham (@leetham_paul) reported@EE Many thanks for your reply but the issue has now been sorted & restrictions removed. It was an error made by your billing department & so I was told a missing zero of my credit limit when it was redone

bernard mac liam (@bernapgwilym) reportedIf you're thinking of changing to @EE for digital broadband and home phone dont bother. Been a nightmare. Problem is knock on effects such as EV charger and smart devices. BT engineer and EE clueless. Have had to pay £122 to sort it. Simple with right advice. @WeAreOpenreach
