@GOVUK just FYI this person on an EE mobile is pretending to be you calling people and telling them their NI number will be terminated unless they pay them. number is 07813206907. @EE maybe you should terminate this number for committing fraud?

@EE absolutely disgusted with your service with the mobile signal in Storrington... the service has been down about hours everyday for the past 4 days and when it's logged they say its being worked on! Paying for a service which is not being provided! Horrendous!

It's been even worse than it usually is in Lymm (WA13), Your website says 'upgrades', which is what it always say when you're scrambling to fix your terrible network but don't want to admit to a fault incase you have to pay for loss of service,

@EE looks like I'm not the only one having issues, day 3 not being able to make or receive calls without them dropping. Apparently no issues in my area. Why is this happening then? Wasted 2 hours on chats yesterday. Feel like leaving. Been with EE & previous guises for over 20yrs

@EE Hi, unfortunately I do not have a landline and service is too poor to wait for an advisor I disconnect when I’m the queue. Also not open currently?

Honestly @EE signal is diabolical every single call I make drops after 20 seconds on WiFi or 4g. Can’t even call them to sort it out
