@EE Thanks for the reply. But this does not work. I've tried it from two phones and two laptops. I can log in fine but the online shop does not work at all. If I cannot upgrade today who do I call to cancel my contract? Need a working phone asap!

@EE Morning Chris. It's probably been happening from around xmas-new year time until today. I got a replacement handset around 4 weeks ago and thought it was maybe that but saw a tweet to EE from someone else in the same area as me having the same issues

@summers0805 @EE I've also been having a nightmare with signal problems in Irvine the past 2 weeks but it seems EE aren't particularly bothered in assisting over twitter anymore unless you show an interest in wanting to upgrade
