@SeanQui95970135 @grshorwich @EE A proportion of my monthly bill, mine is £108 for one handset. Available on other networks for £48. I pay a premium for a significantly larger network of masts and support. That’s the problem. They’ve gone silent.

@EE what is the issue with your service today? I'm in Canada and having to resort to wifi at restaurants just to get around the city. Additionally I missed a bus thanks to not being able to show a mobile ticket. £78 I am paying you a month!

@the_pintman @vickymc01 @EE So by your logic any company can throw out their customer agreement with no impunity? If you own a business, your customers should take note... this guy thinks it's ok to *maybe* honour an agreement.

@carl_h_photo @grshorwich @EE Fair but truthfully it's coz they simply don't know. I agree a worded response like regrettably we still have no ETA available or in the event one is, provide that. It's a data center issue but still needs engineers on the ground. It's awful but they will fix it soon I'd say.
