@MeStressymummy @mouthwaite @EE Faye,I’m unsure your comments are called for tbh. Regardless of what career people have, be it on tv or not. Everyone is entitled to customer support for a product they have loyally paid for. Lots of industries suffered during the pandemic. We all have to manage our cash flow !!

@mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.
