    @EE just found out the inlaws used their phone abroad to ring home. each connection attempt was too bad and crackly to use so they disconnected in 30-40seconds.. charged £2.50 each time they did this. total cost was around extra £30 on my bill.. grrrrr

    @virginmedia Yeah but as mentioned the person I spoke to was useless and very rude! So doesn’t suprise me at all. Ok, but doesn’t change that we won’t have internet for over a week by that point. Luckily my phone is with @EE so they have boosted my data so I can do all that.

    @EE Was due an upgrade last year, never received a text to remind 45 days where i could upgrade on my ANYTIME plan. So, tried to upgrade, they wanted the phone back and £300, told me to come back in Aug. So much for the ANYTIME plan. Disgrace.

    @EE UK best mobile network my neck trying to give me Edge in 1 of the biggest cities in England yeah. Not even 4G or 3G but Edge you know. And still yet to come back to me after an Agent telling me I can upgrade for £80 despite my being offered a Fee Free upgrade and qualifying!

    2/2 @EE Also, I received a handset with a faulty mic, which has been replaced, and both phones have a terrible signal in many areas (maximum of two bars). Our previous phones on 4G appear superior at this point.

    @EE hi I called you other day about moving address and was told I wouldn’t be charged my broadband bill this month to help with the move, but I have still been charged?
