    @EE It is Tough with EE. Only the Staff Care You See. The Company is owned by BT. HERE : Poor/Non Existent Signal is Occasionally FREE! Perhaps It is Worth Considering T☆☆☆☆!!

    @EE awful processes and customer services for the statutory 14-day returns period. Wasted 5+h on getting a faulty device within 5 days of receipt,to be returned. Shunted from pillar to post. EE seem to run down the clock and make statutory returns as difficult as possible. Shame

    @EE after spending 3 hours on your online system trying to buy phone + plan to join network it somehow failed me on security check but it still put my order through and is pending payment even though the phone line have told me they can’t process my order?

    @EE issues with 4g and even phone signal since yesterday. I’m at home and never since being with EE (2010) had an issue. What is wrong?

    @MrMatt_Robinson @EE Talk about 'levelling up' too - it's inevitably the northerners that are required to travel to London most often. I've lost a lot of time/productivity in 2.5 hour (each way) chunks this year. East - West just as bad!
