And may I suggest you speak to Morgan from Customer Services who did his best to help last Thursday/Friday. The attitude of the store manager today was appalling.

And when I make some funds online to bank+buy food you are WiFi and cell tower signal blocking. I use home WiFi to earn mine fair + exodus England+U.K+B.I

Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!

At first it was brushed off that there’s an issue but after being on hold for nearly an hour they then seemed to recall there’s an issue.
