@EE broadband and customer services is appalling. Day 4 of no Internet, called today to get an update from day 1 complaint and can't find it on the system. Fobbed off with 'power cable issue' and 3-5 working day to get it sent out from today.

@eestore_uk @EE first contacted EE store CS on 18th August to change a faulty Dualsense controller.Several emails later and still no closer to help from your CS team.please someone help or give me a number to call. Service has been absolutely shocking the whole time.

@ee and there in lies the rub. I can’t see your response because of the failing your company is ill equipped to deal with. This race to the bottom of service is as frustrating as it is depressing. Guess I’ll just access your “digital menu” again tomorrow, which won’t work
