@EE They are absolutely not back to normal @EE I've had nothing but issues with my mobile data for nearly 2 weeks now. It blips between nothing, 4g, 5g then nothing again all within a second and nothing will load on my device unless I'm connected to WiFi. This is disgraceful.

@EE I am currently in spain, I am away quite a bit in July, is it possible to cancel for August as i am not going aboard then so I don’t want to pay for it. Can you let me know how to cancel and when is the best time so I don’t get charged for August onwards please.

@EE Are you kidding me?! More 'essential improvements'?! I would like to be able to use the service I am paying for, which I need for work! This is ridiculous. Should be offering compensation as this whole time I have hardly had any 4G!!

@EE It changes en route, sometimes OK then terrible. I appreciate that on a train u log on to different masts but this shld be taken into account when u (or ur subcontractors) map out ur network coverage. Main travel routes should be covered as many passengers will be trying to work.
