@EE Hi I recently spoke with online chat but didn't quite get the result I was hoping for, I'll give customer care a ring tomorrow as I'm very confused about being able to trade in my current device and receiving the monthly discount.

@EE Fine let’s do the DM thing where what would have been a 1 minute conversation will take an hour as you’ll be messaging around 20 people, the ONLY good things about EE are data share and Kevin Bacon, your customer service consistently SUCKS.

@EE love how you’ve switched off my current sim card before the new one has even arrived… not like I reply on my phone for work or anything. Like. Can’t even call you now either. No service. Typical. Literally do this every time.

@EE I’m so pleased you are putting up prices by almost 10% next month! Loyal customer for years and I will certainly not be renewing my contract when it comes to an end

@EE Crap price increase though! "This means the price of all of your charges (including your price plan charges) will increase each year from March 2022 by the Consumer Price index (CPI) rate of inflation (5.4%) published in January that year plus 3.9%"
