@EE I upgraded my sim only contract over the weekend which required a new sim being sent out this week however you've disconnected my current sim card so I've been without a network for nearly 24 hours, anyway you can re-activate my current sim?

@OpenreachHelp I’ve tried this with @EE daily for a week. Given people are meant to be working from home the service all round is terrible. Again, no help from any party and causing considerable stress

@EE That was the problem - I couldn’t top up. 150, the website and the other phone numbers published didn’t recognise the number printed on the SIM packaging as being a valid number…

Hey @EE spoke to one of your support team on Saturday re problems with BT sport app after signing up. Mentioned there were ongoing issues. Any light in the tunnel with regards to this issue being resolved?
