  @EE 0r bt or whatever they call themselves- equally as useless as each other. It’s taken me all day today trying to get connected to a service. Spoke to the Guide three times and got cut off each time issue not resolved. I do really need it sorted quickly or I’m off the sky

  @EE Ee have elderly customers they fail to fix their phone lines and internet with 30 days put vulnerable customers at risk, fail to keep their customers informed of repair dates and times, and BT totally ignore customers, and don’t value when you been with them 20 plus years

  I recently changed my tv and bb provider from @bt_uk to @EE the system was supposed to be a straight transition withe same quality of elements but the EE system is rubbish and it is almost impossible to speak to someone to help

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

  @EE I have phone 150 a few times this morning to report issues with my broadband service. After selecting a couple of options I’m told that a message will be sent to help work out the issue. An hour later still no message.
