    @Benleo Had very similar with @EE utterly useless & even one year after it’s meant to have been sorted (thrown back within 14 days) they are still billing me per month for a non-existent broadband service. They are not just useless they are shysters too! They deserve to go skint!

    @EE Sadly the cottage I'm staying in has we WiFi on sim dongle so it doesn't work. Luckily I can connect in the pub to check messages but I'm not ringing customer service from a pub when surely you can just check your system and drop me a DM

    @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before
