@EE oh dear - we’ve “upgraded” our mobiles to you through @bt_uk and we’re having nothing but trouble . My new sim won’t work . My OHs does but he. Camt scan the QR code , he’s currently on the app ,has put in the PAC code but when clicking “next “ , nothing happens ? #rubbish

@EE are you not going to bother replying? I still have "emergency calls only", this has been the case for 3 days straight now. I am a woman living alone, I depend on having a working phone connection for my safety. When will this be fixed?

@EE I was online 4 nearly 2 hrs (whilst at work) to eventually be told there was a possible outage in my area, even though I'd already mentioned twice that a couple of other EE customers had no network. I couldn't make or receive calls for hrs. How will that be reflected in my bill?

@AppleSupport Hi, I have a iPhone13 Mini been suffering for 6+ months with various issues, including it gets so hot after 15-20 mins on a call you can't touch it. Been to Genius twice, got new SIM card from @EE and still the same issues. Any suggestions please?

Hi @EE. Are you any better at solving issues on here than on your phone line? You sent me a PAYG SIM a week ago that was disabled because it hadn't been used for over 9 months?, and the only way to fix it is to go in to a shop at my own expense...

@EE wtf is wrong with your website??? Its embarrassing 🙈 the mobile app and browser are actually shocking!!! Trying to upgrade, browser won't even log me in, just says 'you've successfully logged out' the app can't do anything!!!!
