    @EE I've already started using it, but suddenly it stopped working today. I tried on / off 10 times. The indicator is green and the wifi and PC are connected but not connected to the internet. I have already paid a deposit of 250 £. Customer service is also not connected.

    @EE we are not able to make / receive calls or texts. Saying Emergency calls only. Is there a problem here. Will there be a reduction in our bill?

    @EE You sent me a sim card with a number I transfered to another provider months ago, said the only way to fix it was to go and buy a pay as you go sim from the supermarket and you could transfer the plan. I have now been charged for both and giving to fight my innocence.

    @EE Hi Mark, it is my VM BB, across multiple machines, multiple browser YOU / your supplier are blocking my IP address for no reason, it isn't blocked anywhere else. From talking to your call centre staff, it seems to be a widespread issue, yet no one knows how to unblock the ACL's
