  @chriscollins462 @MissCatTrap @EE You rarely need to go to the ombudsman. All you need to do is make an official complaint and ask them to provide you with contact details for the ombudsman in case you are not satisfied with their response.

  @EE So today our internet has been down since 10:30am, 30 houses have no internet so there sending an engineer out tomorrow he’s going to be busy!!!!! Why didn’t they just say there’s a site wide outage!!!!.
