Why does @EE make everything so difficult? I put my @VodafoneUK SIM in my new 5G phone and everything just works (except the speeds are terrible) with @EE I have to change my plan to a 5G-ready plan but then I can't upgrade my plan for another month! 5G shouldn't be an add-on!

@EE Trying to move to you but you don't want my business by telling me my bank details are incorrect. As a shareholder in @BTGroup @bt_uk this is totally unacceptable way to treat potential new customers.

@VodafoneUK I’m sure It won’t make a difference to you, but it does for me. So, just counting the last days of my contract with you and then off I go to @EE, @O2 or other company with better service and definitely a company I could trust

@zem2005 @EE This has been going on for 3 days and I get a text saying it's been fixed and then it's down again for another 10 hours. It's not just EE it's other networks which seem to be affected. The signal from the mast has been like this for years and it's unacceptable. Please sort it out
