JC (@jaykona3670) reported@EE Tried that and end with a text message service that I have already been through about 4 times with no success. I was given no option to talk to a guide, the call just hung up at the end. I can’t book an engineer as the link provided by the BOT will not load.

Sort it!

JC (@jaykona3670) reported@EE I have done this and end up texting the EE bot. How do I cancel this subscription as I’m spending more time trying to fix this problem. I’ve had enough of EE, I was told this would be seamless and trouble free by EE.
