@EE The EE network says you get an excellent signal in the B301ET area but we get a poor signal in the house and outside.should this be expected. I have my mobile with BT who said contact you for advice. Thanks Thanks

@EE Yes I got one from you and returned it in about 5 days, has the feel of a £50 pay as you go phone from a corner shop. Software was old and clunky unlike the smooth operation of a Samsung, the display doesn't flex when you press to unlock where as the Pixel did and never unlocked.

I had to literally call @EE everyday this week for them to process my refund for MY money they stole from MY account. Said they processed it on Sunday, they never. Said they will do it Monday they NEVER, had to call Tuesday and they said they processed it But all now no money

@Minette_78 It's why I left @EE. I found a cheaper deal and had to call them to quit (forcing people to do that is a huge accessibility issue). They went all Delboy with how they'd definitely be able to beat it if I chatted to them more. I told them that only made me more resolved to leave.
