@ee @SamsungUK I brought a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and made the order for the free earbuds. The first claim there was an issue I tried to make a second claim as advised by EE and it was rejected as i had already claimed. How do I claim my earbuds? Phone purchased in September

Yet again on my UK staycation and @VodafoneUK network is unsurprisingly awful and a huge letdown. Thank goodness for complimentary hotel wifi. @EE here I come. @VodafoneGroup - please improve your service and stop making excuses for your poor network.
