@EE Hi, I spoke to an Advisor through the EE app but the issue is not resolved. He said he could see some technical issues & advised me to delete the app & reinstall it.

@EE help! I’m abroad, have my roaming switched on and it’s been working fine but today can’t seem to access any network so am stuck at the hotel. Have switched phone on & off, changed to manual network selection, not working!!

@EE I phoned last night and he just wanted to send another engineer, its a waste of my time and theres. Router isnt fit to support 1gig BB so i have full speed with a router that barely sends out a third over wifi

Now confirmed to me not only is @O2 the worst network provider with terrible service but there apps are crap too definitely time to leave. @EE I hope you have got some good deals, better service and apps that actually work
