    @ThePlaymaker001 @EE It doesn't surprise me. Last add to plan I had, I returned twice because it was faulty. They then added 5 on to my account, never processed them for delivery and it was only because I called to chase it that I found out.

    @EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

    @EE network services gone down again. Typical. This is the 3rd time now within this month. and you call yourself number one network? You are going the right way to lose your customers with frequent service problems. Now I know what EE stand for. 'Errors Everytime'

    @EE I left your service & there's a final bill to pay, but you cancelled my online account so I can't pay & your automated payment line won't accept the mobile number (nor will online chat) Now I've received a letter threatening debt collection agencies will be involved. HELP!

    @BalogunnerAFC @EE mine took 2 days from tracking to delivery. its not EEs fault i think. EE has instructed DPD to pickup your package but i think DPD could be having capacity issues and can only do so many pickups a day....
