    @EE Who can I talk to to fix our broadband? Phoning leads to an automated message saying you are taking time out to congratulate yourselves on a year well done and no one is available. Unbelievable!

    @EE No signal in the ML1 area for 3 days now, the past two days I’ve been told it will be fixed within 4 hours but now I’m not getting a response on Facebook and your live chat is closed? I have an important phone call to make this is ridiculous.

    @EE tried to phone your broadband team, apparently they are not available due to exceptional service, well not to me it isn’t how can i contact you before i just cancel and move to sky mobile and broadband?

    @EE @LordXenu069 Hi David we have the same issue here, I’m working from home and unable to do any work. I’ve restarted our router numerous times today with nothing happening.
