    @EE @SamsungUK WiFi calling and connection issues since updated phone yesterday. Some research saying this is a known issue? I've tried the usual, on/off/sim out/ clear cache/ do the hokie cookie/ put a finger in your ear Still no joy Any advice please?

    @Matt_H_UK @EE Not if you don't have a signal for a mobile. Use What'sApp but if wi-fi is down no What's App either.

    @ThePollitt @EE Website/ap is properly garbage for upgrading (but then so’s the BT one, so no surprise there!) I found it easier to pop into the shop, was sorted in 10 minutes.
