@EE I'm trying to put credit on somebody else's ee phone but I never get confirmation that its done and the phone I'm trying to top up has no credit. Why is this so difficult? I have approved the payment at my bank, I need to put credit on this phone. Can you help please

Hey @Samsung @SamsungMobile @EE My new Galaxy S22 Ultra. When I play videos on my phone or social media the sound doesn't sync to the video its always off. Please help

@EE Went into the Falmouth store today to cancel my Apple Watch contract, as I have a new watch. Store was empty, 3 colleagues sat on their phones, 1 hovering. I was told they couldn’t help me, I would have to ring 150. LITERALLY what is the point of your stores?
