    @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

    @EE | already did that. They changed it. It immediately changed back. It has happened several times before. There should be an option in the app to manage it myself. I'm an idiot for talking to a bot. But I'd be an idiot to talk to you too because the same thing always happens.

    @EE And that is useless too. Told it I want to pay my bill, it took me to the sign in page then took me right back to the chat with a message saying "You cannot type right now". Get your act together ffs, this is ridiculous.

    @EE it is absolutely staggering at how incompetent your company is at this point and how badly you treat your customers! Miss selling me products on multiple occasions and despite offering me a refund, i haven’t received it, and funnily enough now there is no record of my refund

    @EE is by far the worst company when it comes to loyalty tax. come broadband renewal… the ONLY option was upgrade to 10% more cost and when I started the switch the most bored person in the world called…. @EE I don’t care you are the best … thank you but no thank you.

    @EE why is always the last year of a contract and network goes to crap. The new pro always promise the network is going to get better so people get a new contract with you when you’re talking absolutely nonsense.?
