@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@EE It seems to be a @Rogers problem, i manually swapped to @Bell_Support and now it works fine..... slightly annoying though that I had to do that I have the addon for roaming in canada

@PKendrickWIG @MarinaPurkiss @EE I worked there for 10 years mate, I have a very good understanding of their processes. Frontline customer staff are limited to £30 refunds, managers are limited to £100. You need to escalate beyond that to get anywhere Hope this helps

@EE @MartinSLewis Yes EE know they have an issue with overcharging Roaming fees, yes they know they overcharged me (I raised the issue). No they can't change my upcoming bill because the system won't let them. More wasted hours in chat 🤦🙁

@IAmtheRedeemer @JenPaszkowski @EE Yeah EE was perfect until last season. They told me the mast capacity was reduced for some reason by nearly 40%, so on match days it cant handle the traffic. But they wont change it back & dont listen to customer

@EE Why can other internet providers come round in a few hours to fix issues but with EE we have to wait 2 weeks, with the wrong engineer being sent, the issue be misdiagnosed, and then the appointments being changed.
