Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? In early days when they were T-Mobile, would get rewarded for being a loyal customer but as a EE customer, no such luck. Instead it’s higher costs and poor customer service.

IVOR MECTIN (@IVORMECTIN4) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE We had a power cut Saturday, WE LOST OUR BROADBAND CONNECTION FOR 4 HOURS. the providers of our fibre optic broadband had a recorded message on their phone line to "email them" or use their website to report an issue !
