@EE can you help me with something?

  • Weremoco Moco (@Weremoco) reported

@Deaky93 @EE Oh, heck no. Contracts are not a cheap way of buying a phone. I’d reccomend the apple upgrade programme rather than a network contract for the iPhone. Free applecare and a new phone every year, plus no network lockin on your handset! Or just buy outright.

  • ItsJamesPowers James 🇬🇧 (@ItsJamesPowers) reported

@EE I Need help. Your #MyEE system is all over the place. When I click on my tablet it's showing incorrect information. I need the plan re-building. 😭

  • Owenlljones Owen Jones 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇪🇺 (@Owenlljones) reported

@EE Mast issues in the BN12 postcode area are causing havoc with our 4G router today. Far from “the UK’s most reliable network”. Hardly able to do my job from home because of the issues. Please sort this out as it must be affecting a large number of people in the area.

  • SMHinthewild Steve Homer (@SMHinthewild) reported

@ColinBrazierTV @EE replied to my question of 10% + 4% and said its to invest in a better service. Its blatant exploitation of a contract loop hole and they are laughing at us.

  • asleather Andy Leather (@asleather) reported

@RichardJMurphy I received the same from @EE. This is on top of the several text messages from them promising to call, which never happens. I’ve been overcharged for over 18 months which apparently is my fault. Marvellous organisation

  • Nicnacs81 Nicola (@Nicnacs81) reported

@EE @RandomMoovies I have a solution…. Don’t force a massive price increase on people in the middle of a cost of living increase and blame it on inflation. Can’t wait to see what profits you post later in the year

  • bigkev8501 Kev (@bigkev8501) reported

@waynemckayPara @EE Correct. I get a basic phone signal in Chirnside Ambulance Station, no data at almost of the time. Some I'm getting a 14.4% increase in price for something I can't use for the majority of my time...

  • Anne983C Anne Ct (@Anne983C) reported

Wow, feel totally ripped off by @EE upgraded a few days ago to an S23. Order delayed after being confirmed by email. Called tonight to say they couldn't approve the price offered. Wouldn't budge on price at all charged me £30 fee and an extra £6 a month. 10 Yr + loyal customer.

  • MePeterNicholls Peter Nicholls (@MePeterNicholls) reported

@EE I took my contract out not even 2 months ago! I’m sorry but that is a poor excuse. It’s unethical in my view. We’ve all taken a hit, it’s not fair for you to charge near 4% MORE than inflation!
