  @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

  @EE thoroughly disgusted with treatment today from Ee! Does it really take 5 days to get back to me with a complaint originally raised in February!!!!!!! Apparently managers don’t speak to the public!!!

  @LouNfu @EE They have areas which show perfect 5G cover yet data is slow or non existent- Shrewsbury SY3 is poor - I have raised this and they say “we have no reports of a fault” - it isn’t a “fault” It’s been like it for years! Same around SY22 - what you see ain’t what you get!

  I’ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and we’ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I can’t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service 👌

  @Benleo Had very similar with @EE utterly useless & even one year after it’s meant to have been sorted (thrown back within 14 days) they are still billing me per month for a non-existent broadband service. They are not just useless they are shysters too! They deserve to go skint!

  @EE Furious and appalled with customer service. Your employee gave my phone away to the wrong customer after leaving it for a battery repair yesterday. Went to pick it up at 5pm, for them to have no answer on what to do next!! No, I cannot call, because I have no phone. Please DM

  @EE they say been awarded best network says who? Hear at ee if you don’t get any coverage in your house and other people it fine to them wi fi calling should do the job what if u don’t have wi fi then u just don’t get signal and can’t get online no matter if you pay contract

  Sitting in Inverclyde Royal Hospital, can’t get even 4G on @EE , guy next to me to me getting full 5G on O2, my phone is fully updated iPhone 17 pro max so no issue there, been with EE since T mobile, think I might have to switch, service is awful now.

  @JoshCF_ Had the exact same **** with @EE broadband. 18 month contract came to an end, increased the initial price and new customers are £20 cheaper for the exact same deal. Retention is a joke to these bums.
