    @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

    Due to @EE complete and utter failings I am unable to stream till Friday. This means I have to cancel the TF2 stream that people booked time away from work to be a part of. I am incredibly sorry for this and I hope to be back soon

    12 weeks without installation. 12 weeks my son has been waiting to move into his new home. Again today hes been let down by @WeAreOpenreach @EE everytime hes rang hes been told its fine its all in hand. 12 weeks?!

    @EE Its the same almost every day. There is no technical issue, it’s purely down to your lack of investment in coverage. Bills go up, coverage never improves. The UK has the worst 5G infrastructure investment in Europe.

    @EE rubbish customer service. Plusnet changed over my contract to you 2 weeks ago and each day I have to reset my Internet connection to sky. On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

    @EE any idea when you might fix the outages for your 5G/4G mobile home broadband in Southampton? 4G data works on my iPhone but my Home Mobile Broadband has been intermittent since yesterday, even worse today!

    @EE just had a representative of EE at my door saying they are "fixing peoples problem with slow Internet". He then asked my my ISP. This is a unhanded way of trying to get people to switch if they didn't know any better. @CTSI_UK

    @lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down
