@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@EE I am so disappointed again with you and your service. Since Thursday my Mobile 4G WiFi box has stopped working, will not connect to the internet or get a signal, rang you up and I got told it would be fixed by midnight last night however nothing has changed. More lies👍

@EE @Martin7Adams My partners same having to use WiFi calling and even that'***** & miss even those she sat 3 metres away from the box. You guys really need to up your game and not push 5g in certain parts of the UK. We all need stability 👍

1. If the offer is true, why would @EE have it? The whole point of feedback is to gauge customer satisfaction but if you have such offers then whats the point? Is it even a metric then? 2. If its not an offer, what kind of culture has @EE instilled thats making salespeople do it?
