@EE Hi Craig, thanks for your reply, it's more than I've had from Plusnet! I've already spoken to them twice and they said it would be fixed on Friday but it's still not sorted. I'll have to phone them again but their service status page says all OK which is clearly wrong 😡

@EE your 4G router service is atrocious. Have been non stop problems for the last 2 weeks. I’m trying to work and it’s impossible with the internet dropping out every 5 minutes. Have reset router 3 times already today.

@EE my phone is persistently losing its Internet connection. Every few seconds. Across multiple apps. I’ve rebooted, reset network, deleted and reinstalled apps and I’m up to date with iOS. What on earth is going on???

@EE Hi, I’ve finally managed to speak to someone on 150. They have sorted it. They advise it should be generated within the next couple of days. They aren’t sure what the problem was.

@EE I’m in Norther Ireland and I haven’t had 4G wifi since Friday 17th June. I’ve phoned EE once and used the online chat twice over the past week and still the issue is not resolved. I am very unhappy about this. EE how are you going to get this sorted?
