@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@EE Had another nightmare exchange with EE Excutive Customer Relations. They really are very cruel people. No interest in customers. Just bullying people. Managers refuse to get involved or acknowledge any of my emails. It's an abusive situation. Degrading. I hate that they enjoy it.

@EE just switched to you and wish I hadn't. Issues with my phone and it's impossible to get through to customer service. At least @Vodafone answer the flipping phone.

@EE Hi! BT Sport is one of the add-ins I have…what EE failed to tell me is that the app is incompatible with LG TVs, BT won’t let you watch it on a non-EE laptop and BT sport now doesn’t work with Safari so incompatible with iPhones. A very unhappy customer right now!

@TheOneWHi @EE Yea it’s actually a joke. Same issue here mate, but they did waiver this fee last year when it was due to COVID! So might do it again this year once enough people complain about it

@EE hello. My account was closed today because I have ported my number to use with another network. My new number hasn’t been carried across yet. Are you able to confirm whether my account was closed because you’re aware of the switch to another network. Thanks

@iandeeley @EE Yes, but EE and Three only has 5MHz of spectrum and it's pretty awful. Both use it as a last resort (phone will seek to use 1800MHz first). Vodafone and O2 has twice the bandwidth, plus 900MHz. 700MHz gives 10MHz of 5G (or 4G on Three) and should complement 800 brilliantly.

@MorganBroadcast Or ditch the physical sim and move to an eSim most networks support this now. I believe @EE charge around £5 to change to an eSim then there is no sim to be removed from the device.

@EE I have had the most awful experience with EE. I would be very cautious about taking any contract with EE. It their customer service - Excutive Customer Relations - don't expect respect or any decency from them. Worst comstomer experience in my life so far. Painful.

@EE these people are lying and deceitful. They don’t do as they say and charge you money for the pleasure! Can’t provide a service, steer clear!
