    @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

    @EE I cannot log in. Neither on the website I'm sent on an endless loop of confirming my identity with SMS codes. I rang EE and they told me it was an issue across the board affecting many customers and that it would be solved shortly. Could you help, please? Thank you

    @EE I’m looking for some help with regards to my old contract phone, we’ve given it to my daughter, set up a new Apple ID but it’s went into activation lock. Contacted Apple and they need proof of purchase, we don’t have that as it’s been 2+years Is this something we can request

    Don’t often take to X but I’m beyond frustrated with @ee Business Customer Service response today. I don’t mind any company making human errors, but the true test is how they manage their customer response…call centre and chatbot epic fail! Shoulda gone to @Vodafone

    @EE Don’t need to check online I used my phone to check, online it says I can get 5g, but it only ever shows 4g with poor speeds, is this enough reason to leave my contract ?
