  @EE Yep, tried those, not connecting, up until this year I'd never had a problem anywhere, not very impressed to be honest. Hubby's on Sky, got a connection straight away!

  @EE Hello I am angry I bought an EE dongle in August( what a waste of money it has never worked properly; the shop is useless, calling useless and now it is disconnected, I cannot get onto the internet, it says my internet password is wrong when the right one as per my card
