@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@EE are you aware of a bug in your iOS app where every time you get a message alert for the help chat, when you click on it to read it you’re instead logged out of the app and have to set up pin, Face ID etc all over again just to get back to the chat?

@EE wow fair play phoned to cancel my sim only contract and see how much I would have to pay to end contract for a new phone and cheaper deal elsewhere and they didn’t even ask WHY? Or if they could do a better deal 🤔…. Let’s start looking for a better deal 👌🏼

Finally upgraded to the Google Pixel 7 on 5G and loving it so far. Shame that @EE 's network doesn't support gaming due to the NAT settings so I can't actually use the damn thing to play!

@EE hi guys I need your help. When my mum rings me off her mobile there’s no dial tone so she doesn’t know if the call is registering. My phone rings as normal. Hers works fine for all other calls
