    @EE I've had problems with my phone signal in both Plymouth and Bristol since 10 June. Just 1 or 2 bars and often emergency calls only. When I do a network check in the area it says its a full signal, no issues. What can I do to fix this?

    @EE @nickythomas50 How many people need to report this every day before EE acknowledge it's a problem on their side instead of just always blaming peoples devices? I've used multiple devices, multiple browsers, same thing. I'm now moving 5 numbers away because I can't upgrade any handsets online.

    Never ever ever go with @EE if you actually want to have a working phone or good customer support!! With a current total of 8 hours of phone conversations (hopeless), 2 hours in an EE store, currently 3 false promises and 1 month later= phone issue STILL not solved!! 😡😡😡 #EE

    @EE Been having problems with my Brightbox 1 router since yesterday evening been restarting itself exactly every 30 mins. Tried factory reset etc but nothing seems to fix it. Any ideas?
