@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@RoyalMail @MartinSLewis @EE Why does terrible customer service seem to be endemic these days!!! Royal Mail lose a phone that I was sending back to EE and I have to pay £400 for it. How does this make sense....
