    @EE you are pathetic. I’ve been asking for months for a cheaper mobile package and you couldn’t help despite me being with you for 17 years and now that I’ve requested a PAC code you are calling me constantly to offer me a better deal! Why couldn’t you offer me this earlier??

    Oh, how strange. All your lines for leaving are closed, but I call up to “join” and the call is answered immediately. This just took away any doubt I have about leaving. I’m moving to @EE. Their speeds are slower, but at least their customer service is top tier.

    @EE worst network in the world no emails or texts or calls disconnected me for an outstanding balance of 41 quid now can’t reach any of my family even though I’m on direct debit, one would understand if it was a lot of money but I been with Ee a decade last time such a shame

    @Tesco @CivicLilly1 Problem is most major companies are the same & the lack of an efficient help desk is a rich feeding ground for the fake accounts who pry on the upset disgruntled frustrated customer - I’m trying to get a simple answer from @EE and had multiple fake accounts try to trap me
