    @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

    @EE @Vizique During my protracted time wasting with your customer service somewhere along the very long, frustrating line you ascertained that I indeed have a fault. All I am asking is, if I have said fault all I want is an engineer sent round to have a look.

    @EE Hi, my mother has been trying to get through to your customer service all morning with no luck. She’s disabled and is struggling to find the correct number/option to speak to someone. Would it be possible for someone from your team to contact her, please? We’d really appreciate the help. Thank you.

    @vis_unita In all my years of driving and using my phone (hands free!) I have never had a call drop out! Never not been able to connect! Some people really do just imagine up things to be angry about! @EE customer

    @StuLittle1972 @EE Iv got the same text. But iv said that UK is behind countries like US,Canada, Europe and Asia when it’s come to mobile signal. Think the Government need to start looking at this so @andyburnham please do something

    @EE @Ofcom Finally sorted c4 hours later. Quite simply this is why people lying to sell is wrong and why online chat doesn't work. Time she will never get back unfortunately.

    @EE @kingseany94 I am in the same position as Sean and now been told it will be 9 days without internet access before an engineer can look at it. Very poor service.

    @SerpicoFranco Was pushed by BT by poor service etc and they said superior with EE. No incoming calls for several days, no call centre working. In fact 3 times needed the service it hasn’t worked. Will not renew with @EE

    @EE disgusting customer service and still not able to purchase what I was hoping to purchase, passed to 3 different people with an outcome of “ try again to purchase it later”? An offer which is clearly listed on your website? Terrible

    @EE @Cariboo9361961 "We never expect to see any issues"! What an absolute load of ****. The team will do absolutely nothing about it. I've reported numerous issues and yet my data connection is as **** as ever.
