@TsuiAllen @Beth_Tastic @EE All that awful advertising has gotta be paid for. One day companies might realise that great service and a fair price might win and keep customers.

@Charl_H79 @EE @bt_uk The joke of the matter is, EE have since split their phone plan and data plans, so you get billed for the handset and your network access. I understand why prices go up, but I don’t understand why they’ve applied that increase to both the phone and the network plan.

@jeffwhisky24 @EE Buy a phone outright. Expensive to start off but I now never pay more than £8 a month for my phone.

@EE My point is they clearly is a mechanism to facilitate a fix as they is clear and multiple evidence that it is currently happening for other customers. It simply requires a will to put a fix in place. It appears that will currently doesn't exist.

@AnnieEaves @EE I’ve made a complaint 👍🏻 it is pretty rubbish, because I signed up on 30th and the sales guy didn’t mention the inflation this year, only next year. But tbf I won’t win because they’ve already got my money.

As if @ee are putting the prices up 14% - it would be great if they put the network quality and accessibility up that much. How does my physical phone cost more? Than when I ordered it? Surely the increase should only be the network usage…
