@EE App is impossible to sign onto, and your teams refused to contact your delivery company, who kept delaying my 'next day' delivery! You opened a complaint, promised a call, no call, then just closed the complaint! For a comms company, you have no idea about customer service!!!

@EE My screenshot was from your coverage checker. The trouble is that's complete fiction: there has never been any reliable signal here (@O2 and @VodafoneUK are just as poor). My concern is that we will have no back up here during power cuts once we switch to Digital Home Phone

@EE @charles_uk Genuinely what is the point in having X, Facebook etc when your go to is call us? Your customer service is poor at best. Trying to call EE is non existent as it try’s to palm you off with texts and go to website. It’s a shite show since you have been bought by BT.

If anyone is ever thinking about switching to @HeyBroadband I cannot strongly advise against it. It is unbelievably ****. The staff are Unbelievably useless. Spend most of my WFH days having to hotspot off my phone ffs FYI cheers @EE should have just got broadband off you

@EE Rude. Absolutely rude. Who treats peopleThat's the way it is with them. You get too right. They get scared. And instead of listening, they slam the phone. Like you're the problem. But you're not. You're the one who's owed. And they hate it. So what did you do after? Storm out

@scottspeig @Andy_1098 @EE I signed up woth spusu when my 3 contract expired a few months ago. Saving £20 a month. Key will be when I need roaming, that was issue with 3, said you could buy roaming for 7 days, twice I bought it and it didn't work! EE previously were excellent.
