    @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

    @EE you have no problem ordering a new line/sim online in a few minutes. Why do you force me to speak to an agent when I want to cancel? Why the dark pattern? You really think users will give up because it is too complicated? All you’re achieving is pissing off your customers…

    @EE just wanted to say thanks to Leigh Scott H, Level 2 technical team in Newcastle at long last managed a fix for me to be able to make calls at home. Great lad spent quite a bit of time to get a fix for me in HU7

    @EE The best option for me is “I want to cancel one of my lines”. The best reason for you is “none of your business”. Can I be more clear than that? The fact that you let me order within 10s online, but force me to call 150 to cancel is plain stupid.
