@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

.@EE send fraudulent deadlock letters to customers closing their contracts early if the customer simply asks basic questions on their final bill, this is so they can hike the price, which they extort and coerce through threats to customers credit ratings if they don't pay. 1/

The way @EE treat customers would be if someone were to ask for a breakdown of their online shopping basket and because they asked for it the shop refused and instead increased the cost of their goods. That is exactly what has happened here @OmbudServices, why is that allowed?
