@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE my contract ends on the 5th of Jan, do i have to cancel my direct debit and what happens after? i’ve ordered a new sim only contract, and received a confirmation email, but there’s nothing showing up on my account in relation to this.

Hi @EE just looking at new phone deals. Why is it more expensive to buy a new phone as an existing customer? E.g. £43/mo & £30 upfront for iphone SE 128 on 100GB vs only £37/mo and 0 upfront for a new customer. Where is my incentive to stay with you?

8 days and #EE cannot connect me to a signal abroad. The incompetence and lack of work ethic combined with the childish sarcasm from their technical team insults your intelligence. @EE sort it out..... DO NOT CHOOSE #EE IF YOU TRAVEL ABROAD
