@JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

@ee So on the 8th time of chasing, after you added a second line to my account instead of upgrading it - I’m told the resolution and refund was essentially invented by the last person in customer service I spoke to. Ridiculous.

@EE I’m having issues every other week since I upgraded my phone with you guys. My bill last month failed, when I rang to rectify it you told me it’d try again which it didn’t so I paid through the app, you then tried to charge me 2 more times for the same bill (1/2)

@EE absolute joke we are not able to make any calls out and if we do it cuts off after a few seconds even on wifi calling. We only have our mobiles no house phone. How am I suppose to work with no phone, or god forbid there is an emergency? This has been nearly a week now!!

@EE recently accepted a deal from your sales team to switch from our then current TV/net provider to your package. TV line installed and now we have now been informed that the package sold by your sales team cannot be honoured?! Wasted time - disgusting service! Much thanks 👍

@EE Managed to get through, they say the two masts in the area are in a degraded state….then why do they allow connections to the mast and say its got full 4g coverage….utter joke of a network!

I've taken the very sad decision to Consciously uncouple from @EE the argument around service no longer justifies the severe differences in pricing!! I just can't accept that EE is now restricting what I can and can't do. 3/5 of my contracts are upgradable but #ee app says not
