    @JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

    @EE It's quite frustrating, numerous customer service agents can't help. The QR code to download the SIM or the app don't work. Really disappointed with the experience I'm having as an EE business customer and wished I'd gone with #o2

    @EE anyone else having the same problem? Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. Still waiting for a call back from 22/7 was told it would be within 72 hours. I have the chat transcript

    @EE WHAT. A. LET. DOWN… on my iPhone all morning from just before 8am, to hopefully get a PS5 and website kept playing up. Called up and no one could help… Now you’re showing no stock, just disappointed and was a messy experience…
