@JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

Today hasn't gone to plan at all. This afternoon I was unable to 999 until I reset my bloody phone again. I have a #PACCODE From @EE but am currently unable to use it as I require pack codes for my other devices. When they treat long term customers this badly it says a lot.

Do @EE think telling cold called clients to 'go away you bl...y idiot' when I ask them not to keep calling me will ever convince me to move contracts? You need to get more professional company chasing business

@EE the worst customer service to date! Been trying to get a repair since December. Told it was in warranty and after giving it in at 11am this morning got a call back at 5.30pm saying it’s not in warranty and we need to pay £400! What a joke! Not renewing our contracts!
