    @EE I have arranged for my broadband to be switched over today from sky to ee however it is not activated yet. My previous switch from BT to sky was seamless and was done overnight so I did not perceive any interruption of service. I am wfh and I can’t login. Please help

    @EE if I ordered an upgraded phone that arrived without a nano sim card rendering it unusable, could anyone tell me how I get that sim without going fruitlessly online 4 times or being cut off from being on hold with EE customer services? #BadCustomerService

    EE @EE is normally really good phone you call 150. It's usually a quick process and you hardly have to wait. Bit iv been hold for like 20-25mins now listening to music. Why is customer service and general service all going down hill and poor now. So frustrating.
