@EE can you help me please? I’ve recently left EE and changed my number to my new provider, but I don’t know if my iPad has been cancelled as well? As it was an additional line to my phone. Also when I log in it just says “Account Suspended”. Any help please?

@devcfc88 @EE It’s very one sided isn’t it. It doesn’t sit right with me that you enter into a contract and they can put the price up mid way through, and it doesn’t count as them altering the terms, and you’re not allowed to cancel.

@EE, a communications company, that refuse to communicate, unless you are rich enough to pay over £50 p.m. Cue the copy pasted 'sorry you feel that way' dismissal, demands for DM, that they won't read, and leaving me with a barely functioning signal.

@EE Hi! I'm trying to use my phone in New York, but I can't make any outgoing calls (including to you guys, for help!). I just get an instant 'Call Failed' message no matter what number I try. I have a Roaming Pass & data works, but not normal calls. Can you assist please?
