We had an engineer out last week to check the internet, and they said everything was fine... and yet the signal still cuts off about 10 times a day... working from home is impossible 🙈 @EE

  • Queenof_Speed Diana V 🇮🇹 (@Queenof_Speed) reported

@EE Hey is there any signal issues in MK41 7RS area? My signal all is morning has been shocking and calls are dropping. I have no bars

  • DmytriwHarriet Harriet (@DmytriwHarriet) reported

@EE is there an issue with the broadband in Suffolk. My internet is going down every 20 minutes and it's driving me nuts! Your website also only shows how to restart and aprt your router, so i can't actually find out if there's a problem in my area.

  • lbp__x LAURA (@lbp__x) reported

@hello_candicex @MoneySavingExp @EE I’ve been paying £123 for the last 3 years for a phone and tablet. A tablet that’s contract ended over a year ago and I’ve paid £500 for a service that hasn’t even been used. How can that be justified? I had no way of finding out because of their site / app being faulty.

  • JambonBagette J (@JambonBagette) reported

@Buckfire1 @EE @EE be honest with your customers. Long and short of this is that EE don't have an answer and each case is having to be manually adjusted and the 'back office' wouldn't hear it until after the 14 days, despite all adverts stating 14 days. Consider a complaint / OFCOM submission.

  • lbp__x LAURA (@lbp__x) reported

@EE I have spoken with your team this morning who told me the contract ended last year and that it just rolled over. I had no notification of this as you would like a phone contract. I’ve also been told I still have to pay for next months bill as well as it takes 30 days to cancel.

  • RosieeHill Rosie (@RosieeHill) reported

@EE I am in the process of researching head office information and discovered you're owned by BT. Who knew? I realise everyone is working with fewer staff members but there must be someone who has more access/control than a customer service representative?

  • RosieeHill Rosie (@RosieeHill) reported

@EE So the only telephone number in existence for someone to call is the customer services team, who can't do anything to help me? I've tried calling them, facebook message, email, online chat, and now reactivated twitter to speak to you. I am despairing please help me.

@Diddy987 @EE @btsport Like I say. If you have the problem take it up with Sony. Not the company who has no power in the matter
