@EE Not really other than it was an eiv response. The 3 valid responses are pass, fail and no more questions. Mine was the latter. Never mind, I’ve gone with Vodafone where there were no such issues

@tescomobile @EE Maria I believe it’s going ahead in the next 24hrs. Badly informed by Watford, he had no idea how to access his phone, very poor phone handover, I’m not at all impressed

@smartymarty83 @virginmedia I have no service randomly I asked them for a pack code while I was on the phone it got cut off and no service since yesterday but the lady said oh we can cancel your service until the pack code is used and I haven’t even give @EE my pack code

I recommend never using @EE to absolutely everyone. Liars and con artists that do not have customers best interests in mind.. Will say one thing and do another. Need a new home internet provider that don't scam their customers any suggestions??

@EE waiting for a new phone to be delivered. Thought I would check my account and @EE is trying to charge me over £70 for a 20min phone call…. Time to cancel and find a new provider

@helendaykin @EE @ThreeUK I had the same, been a customer from days of one2 one about 18 years. We would not match 3 offer so had to leave. Very poor loyalty offers for existing customers
