@EE Okay, and the rationale? Why? If I cancel my add on and buy through apple I'll maintain the current cost (of 9.99 per month). So EE is just being greedy and causing me hassle is my contention.

@EE so is it right that I have to pay for you to repair my phone screen under warranty all because it has minor cosmetic damage on the outer casing (as in literally one tiny chip on the side of the phone where the screen didn't have the issue)

Ok @ee now I’m seriously vexed! Not only can your chat helpers make any progress but if can’t even call customer services because you’ve illegitimately suspended my account. There will be a reckoning!

@mikejobson @EE Surely if this is a widespread issue, EE should be *at the bare minimum* be communicating straight away with affected customers what is actually happening - I imagine for many folks, a useless phone and a bill for £10k while abroad will be very distressing!

So disappointed with @DPDgroup_news & @EE today - after fantastic service from EE yesterday delivery & being able to contact anyone to complain that the driver simply didn’t follow delivery instructions wasn’t what was expected 😡
