    @EE @sfarq11 I was frustrated contacting support for all the time till I was referred by a friend to Multitask_support on Instagram they did an excellent job retrieve cmy stranded account.

    @mikeseat @EE Same issue though for my Apple watch problem - as it isn’t direct with their network it won’t work for me

    @slf_toon @EE Oh & just be be clear, they endlessly replaced the SIM as any excuse to waste my time but I bought a new phone (switched back to iPhone 4) in case the new Android was the issue (didn’t like it much anyway) & then Apple replaced the iPhone just to rule out it being the issue.

    @slf_toon @EE Absolutely dire and disgusting the way they abuse the system and don’t care less if customers actually get a service from them. Oh later learned you can recall up to 6 months of direct debits so if you are going to stop paying may as well get the cash back. Wish I knew then.
