@EE Hi, I’m currently on my way to work. We are having terrible problems with the internet dropping out repeatedly and dropped calls while at home. It’s frustrating and annoying and it is effecting me receiving work as I rely on the the phone as do we both

  • georgepma1 george critchley (@georgepma1) reported

@O2 One week since I signed your contract & still I haven't got a phone that works-it now phones out but not able to text out & crucially, not receiving phone calls or texts. I will have to return to your Burnley shop. Reason I left @EE was poor after sales service despite my loyalty.

  • GobbyJack Gobby (@GobbyJack) reported

@EE We are long standing customers and feel let down. It’s only since we moved provider for the WiFi to yourselves from BT who we thought you worked alongside so it shouldn’t have made this massive difference.

  • KatieJ_UK Katie J 🐝🏳️‍🌈🦦🦥 (@KatieJ_UK) reported

@EE I’m very disappointed with ur company I’ve been a customer from when u first took over t-mobile and I’m due a upgrade and get told oh we can’t do price match with other companies and can’t make the contract cheaper it will cost u £50 a month so loyalty means nothing now days

  • whitto77 Steve Whitton (@whitto77) reported

@EE any idea when the ME5 postcode might get some consistent signal. Drops out every 5 minutes, useless.

  • Crazy_DavidP David Preston (@Crazy_DavidP) reported

@EE Don't even bother, they send you faulty second hand goods and leave you out of pocket when you return it. And their coverage is crap. 94%? I can prove its less than 50%

  • kevspencer51 Kevin Spencer💙 (@kevspencer51) reported

@vicky_entwistle @EE That's not the way to do business, where are their customer service values??? 🤬

  • vicky_entwistle Vicky Entwistle (@vicky_entwistle) reported

Just to let my Twitter Family know that if you fail to respond to a text message from @EE about your contract coming to an end they will continue to take payments on devices that have already been paid for in full. In my case to the tune of £600. Money that is not theirs.

  • da_vids19 David (@da_vids19) reported

@EE since when did your customer service become so bad?

  • aninkyaffair Paz (@aninkyaffair) reported

@LiToast @bt_uk @EE People say bad things about Virgin but we’ve had them since mid June when we moved house and haven’t had an issue at all. They’re actually over delivering on the speeds they quoted when I signed up to their super fast fibre.
