@EE By the look of it you respond to people who ask for upgrades (2 hours ago) but not people who are asking for actual help as stated in your original tweet(8hrs ago)? Great service guys. Top notch. And your app has been down all day with no explanation on here. Really, really bad.

@EE As far as I can see you have had 10 replies today to this and responded to 2 in 11 hours. Genuine question, what is the point of telling people to contact you on here for help and you are here until 11pm if your response rate is so pathetic or if it isn't regularly monitered?

@EE have the rudest staff and the most useless customer service, ordered a phone in the 1st was told within 7 days. They've changed it twice without informing me, customer service also refuse to check the stock in store because they'll get a disciplinary. Ridiculous. 😡😡

@ee Can you advise what ports and MTU are required in order for Wifi Calling to function? And any particular wifi ISP router settings that may need adjusting to allow wifi calling to work for an EE mobile customer?
