Bionic_KT (@bionic_KT) reported@WeAreOpenreach @EE The issue is the lack of momentum by Openreach to gain this permission. I got this myself and passed it on via EE but they were advised by you that it had to be you that got this. So I gave details and now you’ve emailed once.

Daily Thoughts 🤷🏻♀️ (@dailythought99) reported@EE how do you justify £300 charges in one go to cancel wifi a bit earlier? You are money grabbing and have 0 ethics. I will never recommend you to anybody and will make sure everyone is aware how you operate as a business

RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported@bmstewart2004 @EE are no different. I get a message to extend my contract when it ends in November with "great offers" but I'll be paying £3 more per month through the app (currently £49.99/mo). They want me to "contact customer services" to talk about it but no, I shouldn't have to. I can wait until my contract ends, then go through my Zable Credit Card and take advantage of the same speeds, etc for £25/mo. You want to retain your customer vase, EE should offer the same prices as "new customers" on the app. Which is where we are told to do all our business.
