@EE Nope. I've just asked to cancel the order. I'm sure there are reasons, but apparently, even though you successfully delivered the original SIM in less than 24hrs, that just wasn't an option for a replacement, even when it was EE that messed up.

So frustrated with @EE who sent two phones and are billing me for two phones and two plans but not allowing me to send the one sent in error back to them! Awful customer service - hours on hold and rude staff. #eecustomerservice #eephones
