@EE what a disgrace. Was told numbers from bt mobile would be ported over automatically within 24 hrs. Did not happen not even 36 or 48 hrs. Caused major problem when I had an emergency situation yesterday.

@EE My PAYG sim has had no service for over 6 days. I phoned and was told my account has been cancelled due to inactivity but I've used this number for over 12 months. After investigation you realised that this was a known issue and I was told to wait 48 hours? 6 days ago..

Is @EE Wi-Fi as good as Kevin Bacon tells us? Thoughts please! I need to get rid of @virginmedia, wi-fi was dire and is now even worse since they did the recent change, customer service almost non existent, been with them over 20yrs, time to go!
