  @the_unholy_hand @EE @namredips82 Over and over and I’m just sat her crying because literally no one will help me and one advisor in retentions kept accusing me of swearing and being rude when I wasn’t just so he could end the call. So now I’m back in the queue to start again.

  @the_unholy_hand @EE @namredips82 DPD have lost my router. EE won’t cancel the contract or send me another one. Channel Returns says they can’t cancel because I don’t have a product to return. Delivery dispute say I have to to wait a fortnight. Retentions tell me to contact channel returns. And it begins again

  @EE I do not support hateful news, please do not advertise with them anymore. We are all EE in our family and all due to renew, will go elsewhere if by Sept you are still advertising with them..
