    @EE Spoke to customer service nothing they can do. Have to speak to Sony. Once done, it's time to look elsewhere. Having your agents imply ignorance is not good

    As I frequently use Twitter to moan, it's only fair I point out I've just had great customer service from @EE. And a reminder to always telephone a company to haggle a price increase/new contract. You often get a far better deal that what it is offering on its website.

    @EE I am at the absolute end of my tether I have been a customer for 20 + years, never missed a payment, 4 lines but customer service is a total joke If my issue is not resolved today then I’m going to another provider. This is not good enough

    @EE Hey Jess - I know its not your decision as a Social Media Manager on how pricing is managed. But during a cost of living crisis, for companies to continue on the "Inflation plus RPI" train is pretty wild. Almost a 14% increase on my bill. And no way to cancel without penalty.

    @EE You have to check your camden high street store.. manager and assistant manager both OfF at the same day?? wth. when problem occur no agent can authorised to any problem that need to be resolve.

    Hi @EE im a pay monthly customer & been thinking about switching to you from Sky BB, mainly because im an ee mobile customer. Only thing is you don’t have full fibre available. @WeAreOpenreach states it’s not in rollout plans currently. We have cityfibre full fibre available!!
