@EE hello - am trying to log on to your app. It won’t allow me in and redirects me to log in on your website with a password. Can’t remember what that is and so I’ve selected the reset password option (several times) but no reset email has come through. Please help.

@EE Hi, are you having technical issues with with your website and app and text billing? I’ve tried to log into both the website and app on 3 separate devices and encounter the issue that my account is not recognised both my phone number and broadband missing.
