@EE First time as an EE broadband/TV customer Day 1 no internet or TV. Engineer not available till Wednesday no guarantee it will be fixed then. Still being charged from today. Will EE cover my phone data and that of my family or pay me back my annual leave ? Buyer beware

@EE No thanks. I’ve been a customer for the best part of two decades. I shouldn’t have to ring up to barter for a deal. Loyalty should be two way
