Hi @EE phoned earlier to discuss upgrading phone. Advisor was looking at the wrong account telling me the cost of the monthly contract is £127.00 and not the £27 paid each month then wouldn’t except she was wrong. Poor service and worrying that this happens...

They suggest that I signed up for a more expensive monthly package after early in the chat saying no, that's more than I can pay each month. Why would I do that? I'm freelancing, I do tax returns, I'm not that bad at numbers. Also, freelancing during a pandemic! @EE

@EE when are you going to deal with the mast issues in Wansford, Cambridgeshire? We've been waiting months! Working from home a nightmare and getting worse. Surgery pharmacy can't even take card payments. This is high priority. Completely unacceptable.

@EE I was cancelling my contract as was told even though I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years I wouldn’t be able to upgrade and then went to cancel last month told it was £90 and then when I went to cancel yesterday told I had to pay £250
