@EE That’s not much help as I do not have the cable from the previous phone. Why not just send a standard USB cable instead of the C?

@Kat3Pr3ston @EE @Nyilah It was my problem earlier, but luckily I fix it. What I did is simply long press the chrome and click 'App Info'. After that click uninstall update because that what causes your apps to crash. Hopefully this method helps, and i'm sure it will..

@ee I am absolutely appalled by your customer service you should be acting with some level of compassion during this lockdown but not you you just think about yourselves. You lure people in telling us you’re no1 for customer service! Yet to see it!!

@EE I have been using the same details since 2017 without a problem until now. However logging out of and then logging back in to the BT Sport app with the same details seems to have reset something and it now works again.
