@EE Trying to get through to someone with an upgrade query. Ring 150. Automated message gives me some sales rubbish then hangs up after saying it'll send a text to allow me easier connection. Click the link in the text and it rings 150. WTF?

@EE my data is not working so I bought add an on. Still not working but the person I spoke to said I couldn't cancel it. Then they hung up because their shift ended...
