@VodafoneUK And you know what’s worse, as much as I don’t like @EE as a company, they actually have (it still takes effort) a way to break through the silly non-support questions/answers phase & you get someone owning your issue, and a direct contact with them until they fix it. Try harder!

@BasedParalegal @EE I don't see where the evidence of an attack is. There could be a large number of reasons for an outage such as this, both malicious and not malicious.

Had to use my mobile data all night for work because @EE broadband has been off all night 😡 apparently down all over the UK and not a peep out of EE about it.
