    @EE No, my SIM Card was still in the phone. I had trouble receiving my new device so didn't start using it straight away and never took note of the text.

    Please sort the broadband out in Myddfai @EE . My elderly parents have been without reliable service since 16th September. They rely on this service to keep in touch. Numerous complaints but no action as yet.

    @mags_louise @EE I'd avoid talk talk like the plague if I was you. Worse service I've ever had and I've never spoken to anyone who's had a good experience with them

    @EE Rescheduled for tomorrow , but not got high expectations considering all there vans serving the largest region in Scotland have all broken down on the same day!

    @EE Shocked I tell ya! Can’t login to app for a few months as it just gives an error. Website down too. New billing period and can’t transfer any data to family members. Signal in areas seems to be getting worse, yet EE are the best? Please state your metrics and measurement period.

    @EE Bloody awful service from your chosen courier supplier #DPD ,they've had the package since 12:50pm and their excuse for not delivering today " All our vans have broken down"!!

    @EE is there a technical problem with text messages?? I've not been receiving them today. I have to turn my phone off and then back on for them to come through

    @Ade88ola @EE I wouldn’t bother I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for a phone I’m now told if it’s not here by the weekend I can have a refund absolutely appalling lack of service go to virgin mobile much better

    Dear @ee and @O2 I’m counting down until I can change provider, AGAIN. Please sort the basics. So bored of hearing about 5G etc when every day I drive through areas which don’t even have a basic phone signal. It’s North Wales & N.Shropshire, not the moon.
