@EE just off the phone with my very upset Mum who has had an awful experience in one of your shops - from one of your store managers making her feel old and incompetent. She isn't. Please contact me.

And @EE why are you charging customers 64p a minute to access a vital health service? 111 isn’t yet available in many parts of Wales and we have to phone an 084 number to use the NHS direct service. (1/2)

@EE - how do I cancel my contract? When I signed up you promised not to bring in roaming charges in the EU. You lied about this and therefore your T and C’s are now unacceptable.

@VodafoneUK I’m sure It won’t make a difference to you, but it does for me. So, just counting the last days of my contract with you and then off I go to @EE, @O2 or other company with better service and definitely a company I could trust

@EE A Samsung 4K TV. I was told when I called up you restock every Thursday. Then last night I was told it would be available within 7-10 working days on your webchat service to then be told this morning over the phone that you can't tell me when it will be available again if at all

@zem2005 @EE This has been going on for 3 days and I get a text saying it's been fixed and then it's down again for another 10 hours. It's not just EE it's other networks which seem to be affected. The signal from the mast has been like this for years and it's unacceptable. Please sort it out
