    @currys @EE how hard can it be to cancel one of your mobile broadband connections? I returned the product within the 14 day cooling off period...and here I am, 2 weeks later, and neither of you can seem to sort your stuff out. Meanwhile, I'm left in the middle...powerless. joke

    @EE Trying to get through to someone with an upgrade query. Ring 150. Automated message gives me some sales rubbish then hangs up after saying it'll send a text to allow me easier connection. Click the link in the text and it rings 150. WTF?

    @EE @MarcAllera Spoke to a nice chap in your Exec. office about the slow data/internet. He said power repair work being done, should be fine by this week. It's not. So I reply, screenshot attached shows status as fine for postcode. Reply (from someone else) said, 'work has finished'. Great...

    @EE been loyal customer since about 1992, Orange then EE. I remember free upgrades & loyalty being rewarded. Now I enquire about discount on ipad 12.9 Pro on my business account and I’m told that’s not something they do. They should be giving me a free ipad for my loyalty!!!!!
