@EE Had two conversations this morning and on both calls my phone kept going silent for approx 5 seconds, several times on each call from 2 different people ? Any help?

@EE EE continues to dismiss customers, and, conveniently, experience 'a high volume of calls' if there is a problem, whilst connecting straight away if EE wants money. Cue the 'sorry you feel that way' dismissal from EE.

@EE service/signal issues since Tuesday. Both me and wife are with @EE and now received update to say they need to send and engineer out and for update on 28th July. 7days from now. Not good enough. Are you to compensate for both mine and my wife bills this month???

@EE hi, i left EE recently with the date on my last bill being the 13th and am due a refund. as i’ve left there seems to be no options to contact EE, and calling the customer number doesnt have any appropriate options for my query, could you help please?
