@EE Hi I ordered the smasung S22 plus at the end of December I never received the confirmation txt, so you re done the order saying you had no record of the first one I recieved 2, I asked for a courier to pick up one said you'd get back ,now charging me for 2

@EE This is absolutely absurd. assured by Tracy wld remain in contact until the issue resolved. This hasn’t happened despite my attempts to reconnect. I feel very let down by your lack of cust service. Please dont communicate the same message again it is very boring and unhelpful

Disgusted with @EE my monthly mobile bill is increasing by £25… been a customer for years as soon as I’m out of contract on my lines I’ll be going. #EE

@EE And just like that, my annual cost for my 2 lines has increased by £22.80... How the hell is that justified, when the majority of my monthly payment is paying for a handset. Surely the increase should only relate to the service you provide, and not a handset being bought.

@DanteSinclair @EE Funnily enough i have just had the same issue. Customer service on live chat suggested the same. So EE will end up with a load of returned used phones ?????
