@EE Am absolutely fuming. Order placed Monday full fibre 100 £28.50pcm,confirmation email received. Called by one of your staff today. Order did not go through because of a website 'technicality' he will cancel & place it again. Received email stating charges £41pcm. WTAF!!!!

@EE have you got problems in KT20, usually great 4G signal, last few weeks it’s been awful, hoping from 4G to 3G to E…..not working.

@EE I got sorted through your online chat. Thank you. Have to say though my contract was up and I was going to stay with EE but after the problems using my phone in America sadly, I feel I have to change networks.

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. @EE has been amazing for phone signal, but todays customer service has been the worst… Almost had me in tears, eventually 2 managers in they saw it was their fault. PAC acquired, but now where?

@EE Not too shabby today, 7 data calls, 4 disconnected. 8 mobile calls, 3 disconnected. Various issues with data connection during the day, but that's kinda standard.
