Never go to America with @EE . Have been trying to get help from EE for 5hrs straight, followed all their advice and have added abroad packages for roaming I’m paying for yet no signal/data/internet connection while traveling America alone, worst customer service & not reliable

@EE @BTGroup has the worse customer service. Quick to take your money but slow to help when they have made a mistake. Why am I having to spend a whole month chasing a #insurance claim

@EE you have replaced one faulty phone with another faulty phone. Providing a faulty reconditioned iPhone when I have paid full whack for a fully functioning one is appalling service. #daylightrobbery #ee
