    @hrrylolz @EE They constantly lie. I was offered a iPhone 17 pro max on the app telling me I was eligible tried to do it. Told I can’t. 25 years a customer can’t even do a better deal on Apple Music for someone who has 3 lines with them. We’re better off elsewhere!

    @WriteMindedPub @EE @Plusnet i switched to plusnet about 6 months ago, brilliant service first class customer service too, and deffo cheaper than EE my previous provider

    @EE having issues speaking to one of your stores that have mis-sold a phone and being redirected to your main contact number who are pushing me back to store so in lovely loop of not getting matter resolved.

    @EE I’ve done it now but there is always an issue. It says don’t use the WiFi so there’s no way to actually do it.

    @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!
