@EE It’s not really a misunderstanding is it? It’s wrongly sold to be honest. It’s an upgrade deal, an upgrade means you keep the same number, therefore it shouldn’t be part of the deal that’s sold. Can I cancel the upgrade?

@EE just want to say a massive thanks to the Sheffield - The Moor store who went out of their way to help my none tech savvy parents, even transferring my mums photos for her! Amazing service went out of their way please pass on and give them some recognition

@EE I received a 4gee router on Saturday, plugged it in and had 4 green lights for WiFi and very good signal. Since coming back in from work on Sunday, the network light has turned red and I cannot connect to the internet, I’ve just joined EE paying £40 per month for the next 18

Mobile phone contract help. The last time I changed my mobile with @EE was forever ago at Carphone Warehouse. I don't think I have a paper contract now - do I turn up with ID & phone?
