So imagine @EE offer customers TV’s/Nintendo Switch for being loyal customers @TheO2 offer nothing & have awful customer service. They offer nothing when confronted and are rude..#nothappy #cancelmycontract #awfulcustomerservice

@EE but last time I was told this and agreed to this I was told straight away nothing can be done and that the only option I have is for them to send me a deadlock letter, which I had no option to accept as I was offered no other means of resolution.

Very poor service from @EE was told in store that my cheapest option would be to take a new phone line out rather than upgrade. However was not told I’d have a huge cancellation fee or have to continue paying for a phone I don’t use! After over 15 years custom I’m fuming!
