  @EE I need to speak to someone to give a timeline, send in images, emails etc. No one will help and fobs me off. The store hasnt even investigated it so I can deadlock and go the ombudsman

  @EE Ordered a phone Saturday 11th, called customer service Monday 13th 60+ minutes on the phone, called to again Tuesday 14th again 60+ minutes informed to reorder the phone, called again today another 60+ to be informed you don't have the phone in stock RIDICULOUS SERVICE

  @EE There was no damage on the phone it was 5 weeks old. Now there is i refuse to accept the phone back so I cant be blamed for anymore I cant do an insurancd claim because ive not damaged it and it'd be fraud! But yet theyre telling me its damaged and was when it was sent & it wasnt

  Best network 25 years running" @EE my plan is £25/month. This bill: £137. I called Jamaica. Didn't realise it was £4 PER MINUTE. £116 in out-of-plan charges with zero warning, no spending cap, no alert. Just a £137 bill hitting my Direct Debit on the 28th. How is this fair?

  @EE should be criminally prosecuted as they evidently failed to do anti money laundering & address checks on a Mrs Susan Burne who EE claim lives at my home! I live at my home & this fraudster never lived at my home! EE REFUSED to get fraud team to phone me! EE sucks!

  @EE It’s a moto E13 I think but it’s no good trying to guide me through it as I’m not with her again until next weekend. I am trying to find someone who can go with her to the shop in the hope that they can, at the very least put in some emergency contacts for her

  @EE @craig_trickett The link you share says no issues which is a lie as there is ALWAYS Issues, is this your clause for use not to cancel our contracts for you providing bad service? Fed up of it now!
