@EE Hi, I spoke to an Advisor through the EE app but the issue is not resolved. He said he could see some technical issues & advised me to delete the app & reinstall it.

Hey @EE good customer service would be to tell customers that photo ID is required for collecting a replacement SIM card to save on wasted journeys. 😠

@EE I'm travelling on the 17th and returning on the 23rd, my billing cycle starts on the 18th. Would that mean I just pay 1 day's worth in one bill and then 6 days in the other bill if I cancel it as soon as I get home?

@EE I phoned last night and he just wanted to send another engineer, its a waste of my time and theres. Router isnt fit to support 1gig BB so i have full speed with a router that barely sends out a third over wifi
