@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@EE I keep receiving a message on my iPhone saying “no SIM card is installed”, any suggestions? It’s been working fine until the last hour or so, I have tried restarting phone and after 5 minutes, the same message has appeared. WiFi is connected but no phone signal showing

@EE Harrassed yet again...had to just hang up...I cancelled yesterday as my contract was ending...explained ive got a new phone and going sim earlier....now ringing me up today offering me sim deals...not interested but kept going on....pathetic

@EE well.once again when it comes to upgrading my phone your online deals for new customers can't be offered to customers who have been with you since before you were EE. Constant inconsistent service and I'm fed up of it

@EE are a scumbags! They messed up, ignored my complaint, limited my network when I went to the ombudsman so I couldn’t make a call and then shut off my network when I refused the remedy so I can’t receive calls. Now they’re refusing to accept electronic proceedings
