@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@EE shocking levels of customer service this week. Seems 7 years of coughing up £60 a month doesn’t count for much. I will now be without a working handset for 2 weeks. Money for nothing, good business model. Highlight was a store worker conveniently missing my lifetime warranty!

@EE Hi @EE .. the app for my account tells me I haven’t any texts or phone minutes left. And only 100mb of data left. Not one of these pieces of information are correct. Anyone else have the same issue? C’mon, #EE ! Get a grip..

@EE so I have been your customer for years. I’m visiting America and got a text telling me I needed to pay a ridiculous amount of money for internet, which I did. My son then informed me that for £10 I could get an add on having 43gb. You charge your customers over £30 for mb??

@Gizzipig @EE The app was totally rebuilt about 2 months ago and there has been quite a few issues. Always a good idea to delete and re-download. I wouldn’t call through at moment as that’s definitely a known issue on PaYG accounts and the app.
