@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE Yeah well I don’t think that argument holds water. If access is doubling, then all those new customers are paying for the network so hitting loyal customers with an over inflation increase is not justified

Hi @EE please can you stop threatening my 72 year old mother with losing her phone number? Obviously she’s not really leaving the house at the moment so doesn’t use her mobile phone as much as usual but she does need it for emergency use.

@EE I have lost count of times people from BT and EE told me they can HELP solve the problem. It's already 2 months i m still can't get the broadband to work because I don't get the help as PROMISED!!! It is so so DEPRESSING!!!

@4realsmith73 @SamsungUK I'm currently trying to retrieve mine which is proving difficult, if @EE was open I'd quite frankly return the whole lot, why do they think it's acceptable to not even provide a compatible charger, to ensure customer has to buy other products.
