@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

  • SouthDevonSue Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Mevagissey, England

@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

  • crosst03 Tami Cross-Halls (@crosst03) reported from St Austell, England

@EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

  • mcpalms Matt Palmer (@mcpalms) reported from Truro, England

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE You’re having an absolute joke putting my bill up by £5.53 a month most of the time I have no service in my house ! I get no signal at work ! Can’t even make a phone call paying £60 a month been a customer 16yrs 😡😡😡 I want something doing!!

  • Hathor32563459 Hathor (@Hathor32563459) reported

@EE don’t provide valid services to PAYG users, but charge them more. Cue a ‘sorry you feel that way’ fob off & demand for DM, which EE never read & my being blocked from Twitter.

  • Dante_Pulse Rasaieru Niijima (@Dante_Pulse) reported

@MarcAllera @EE Thank you sir. You are Good and Kind. You are loyal and instil discipline in your staff and customers. That's a good thing. I was never going to betray you. With out you I would not have made it this far not even close. Cervantes and Yuna Alighieri

  • thomassentia Thomas Sentia (@thomassentia) reported

Cannot wait for my never ending contract with @EE to be over. Worst network imaginable. Being ripped off left right and centre 😫

  • John_MrP1 John (@John_MrP1) reported

Poor poor 4G from @EE in Milton Keynes, what’s going on?

  • hwallop Harry Wallop (@hwallop) reported

As Twitter is mostly for moaning, I thought it only fair to say that the service I've just got from @EE was really quite good. Not only did they answer their phone immediately (I know!), I got a discount on renewing my contract "for being a loyal customer for 21 years"

  • nmk_London nmk (@nmk_London) reported

@EE How can this prepared response be believed? For more than 15 years, that I have been travelling to Dundee, the EE signal has been rubbish. You expect me to believe it’s going to change. lol! Apparently O2 and Tesco users have no problems!

  • nialli Neilsby (@nialli) reported

Ringing @EE customer support, the twice try to transfer me to another department. Then they hang up. Not great

  • smitt2204 round the twisties (@smitt2204) reported

@EE If I've got to start messing about with settings to get a signal, it ain't going to happen. Easier to throw the phone in the van and leave it there.

  • LVacey Vacey™ (@LVacey) reported

Dear @EE Any chance u can stop ur signal being ****?.. Its 2022 not 1998 ffs
