@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE can you please explain how long the issues of no Wi-Fi is going to last in HD3. As like many I work from home and not having any WI-FI just isn’t good enough. Before you ask I have already sent you a message and had zero reply so far the customer service is at a all time low.

@Pastyno1 @EE Worst network ever. It took me 30 minutes on the phone asking them to block my SIM after fraudulent behaviour for them to actually begrudgingly do it. During that time, someone had managed to swap my SIM and access my PayPal.
