@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@EE absolutely disgraceful. Ordered phone on Monday and was sent email to contact you. 3rd day trying to get through been on hold for over 1hr and still waiting tonight again. Awful customer service

@EE Could you tell me why you've closed our complaint we put in this morning without even contacting us. All we wanted was to upgrade how hard is that but now you've added an extra £40 on it when we have the original invoice. You have lost a valuable customer of 10 years

@EE significant drop in data on mobile and 5G dongle! It’s gone incredibly slow overnight when it used to be super speedy both internet and mobile? Strange that’s it’s both it’s bad now with? Maybe a problem in the area?
