  @EE good morning..i can have a anytime upgrade but when i go online, ee app, it shows that i have a iphone 6 when i have a Samsung Galaxy note 10+, surely this effects the costs as if i trade in iphone 6 its worth £80, my phone £300, any help please. Ta

  @EE hi there I have been a log customer for 15 years always paid on time and I have a £110 early termination fee to upgrade, given the current circumstances with covid could this £110 be waived so I could upgrade early? Thanks Scott

  @EE My internet is not working (Knustford) for the last 2 hours and we are all working from home these days. All of us pay good money for an uninterrupted service. Please look into it!

  @EE hi, I've had no signal where I live since the beginning of November now. Quite ridiculous I'm paying for a contract that I can't even use unless I'm on WiFi (and even then, the WiFi calling doesn't work) When will this signal issue be fixed? It's getting ridiculous.
