It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

This is a regular occurrence, any time of day, but again I find myself so frustrated that I'm calling you out on Twitter. Many millions of users pay you huge amounts of money ... you really need to up your game for your customers. @Starlink is breathing down your neck now, and price comparison means many of us could very well switch providers if service doesn't improve.

You can’t deal with the people who deal with email complaints IN THE SAME COMPANY because it’s a different team.
