    @EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

    @EE @MarcAllera Looks like #EE is refusing to fix the problem that they caused. Not even responding to my communications. That is why 76% of #EE customers rate #EE as BAD on Trustpilot. If @MarcAllera was paid on customer satisfaction he would be a poor man.

    @EE No it doesn’t change change colour at all, only when I restart/ factory reset the router, it’s down right now and it’s letting me connect to the router on devices but there’s no WiFi, Nat type or connection, it is a aqua blue colour right now.

    @EE Thanks for your help. So if for example I went for a 12 month contract £10/month for a phone sim, I would have to pay an additional £7 per month for the watch to have data usage too? It doesn’t use the data which is part of my phones plan?

    @EE You over charge, you’re not helpful, you always add more money onto bills and never the amount it’s supposed to be and what was agreed.. it’s ridiculous! I’m sorry but you definitely shouldn’t be saying you’re the UK’s best company because you’re not at all..

    @EE FAO EE Engineering Network team. An elderly neighbour has asked me to ask if there is a problem with LANDLINES in PR4 2ND. No dial tone no broadband. Landline is dead. Other neighbours report intermittent service, v poor internet.
