@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@Ryyymann @EE They won’t do anything, I’ve made many complaints along with documented proof of poor signal and they ALWAYS say mast signal work ongoing. They must have residence at this particular mast as they’re always there working on it when I speak to them

@EE The last 3-4 months have been dreadful for signal and service. My 4G is poor, my signal strength everywhere is never any better than 2 bars and calls keep cutting out constantly, have been doing for months.
