    @AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

    @EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

    @EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

    @EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

    For some reason @EE still haven't made calls into ukraine free. Which is ******* absurd. There's a war on and they're charging £1.50/minuite. Fix it now.

    @EE With this it's not the network that would worry me. It's the whole feedback loops and sensors on the robot that would worry me. Shaving is a tactile thing not a purely visual from such a camera.

    A reliable Internet connection is a key part of my cancer treatment. I recently had a problem with @EE and @MarcAllera and his team pulled out all the stops to fix it. Kudos to them for great service.

    @paintandashes @EE My network #Giffgaff hasn't increased prices in YEARS!!! When other networks put up prices they put up package sizes. Currently I'm getting Unlimited voice and text + 15gb a month for £10. If your customer wants to swap reply to this tweet & I'll get them£5 extra on first top up

    @EE Hi, I am going to America on Thursday and I am looking at the roam further add on. If I add it on and then cancel it when I am back the end of this month will I only be charged for one month? And are there any charges when you cancel it?

    @EE Still very angry that after many months/years still apaulling unacceptably poor service for CF3 2NA. Tired of the constant so called fixing it offputs with lack of calls In or out!... Shameful business practice.

    @wobblybee @adacable @EE years ago I worked briefly at the customer serv call centre for one of the Ls mentioned and we regularly got calls from angry people who got confused between the concepts "cheap international calls" and "cheap roaming rates"

    @EE hi, I ordered a new phone yesterday & have not received a delivery time slot yet, would you be able to check if the order went through? I had a few problems getting it all sorted so just wondering if it's actually worked, thank you
