@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@EE had no Internet for 4 days you were meant to send a engineer out this morning I’ve sat in and they haven’t bothered I had just renewed my contract with you but will cancel my direct debit so not ask for any money I will change to sky you are not reliable !!!

@EE I will be very honest in expressing my displeasure with your service to me and my family. First it was the non-functional App, limiting my ability to control my children's online activities (which has lingered for over 4 months). The latest is total outage of the Internet.

@EE Could you please teach the Bot on the EE app to read English. I said I no longer wanted to receive marketing as a long standing device issue has forced me to run down my contracts. With a view to changing suppliers The bot said sorry to see you go and begins cancellation. 😡
