@OpenreachHelp please help. We placed an order with @EE in November, we still don’t have a reliable connection. Now told that it’s going to be next month before an engineer is available. Local engineer says he’s not busy and he’s still waiting for our order.

The brilliant @EE once again proving that their customer service is second to none. Ordered a 4G hub on a pay monthly contract for my uncle’s care home he was moving in to as he’d been diagnosed with pancreatic & liver cancer, the unit arrived & within 2 days he had passed away..

@EE are you having broadband issues . In the LE11 area. Just had a call from BT saying all providers in area have slow running broadband and I can claim money back .
