@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@EE Hi, I got a message saying you are doing essential works in Eastern Rother area on 22 Apr and to use wifi calling to keep my service running. My wifi is also provided through you via your phone network, does that mean I may have no service that day?

I was in @EE gillingham this morning, browsing over the phone collection. The gentleman's customer service and persistence was very good... i didn't leave with an upgrade however, it was nice to have some banter with the sales person.

@EE still paying for a device I cannot use and have no faith in must be nice taking money from vulnerable people for a service they're not receiving I honestly feel as though this qualifies as a disability hate crime because thats how I feel my perception is

@EE Thanku Georgia, but I have accepted the fact that network coverage changed when Orange changed to EE and it is just not possible to make or receive calls indoors. Texts can sometimes arrive quickly or hours later.

Can’t call a complaints teams can’t call the management team and the social media pages are not helpful. @EE your treatment of loyal customer in regards to a problem you created is disgusting.
