@EE Thanks for that Casey. I may call after going into town shortly for shopping to see what they say. IF (as the number has been used since the ex left in Sept 2019) could be arranged to be either dropped or lowered asap, then you could keep this very loyal customer for the upgrade

@EE hi, I've had no signal where I live since the beginning of November now. Quite ridiculous I'm paying for a contract that I can't even use unless I'm on WiFi (and even then, the WiFi calling doesn't work) When will this signal issue be fixed? It's getting ridiculous.

@EE hi there I have been a log customer for 15 years always paid on time and I have a £110 early termination fee to upgrade, given the current circumstances with covid could this £110 be waived so I could upgrade early? Thanks Scott

@EE I am in Dubai and my phone has no signal. I have clicked the £6 a day package for international roaming and calls and still nothing?! Please message me urgently! I cannot make or receive calls! This is detrimental to my stay here!

@EE It’s in regards to an account that I do not have and never opened with yourselves as on my credit score it states that I have opened an account with you guys in 2017 which I’ve been told there isn’t one on there however I would like this in writing or an email...
