@EE EE have been no help, whatsover on 26 Feb @ee said they'd send another card (failed) now want to keep my £15 for a further 14 working days. On Friday said they'd call me, (failed again) Now EE say the matter is resolved.

@EE Passed 7 weeks I tried countless times to contact you through 'Let's Chat' on your website. I've been billed twice as much as the initially agreed amount. Even though I am not in my flat !!! I REQUESTED TO CANCEL BEFORE. YOU DON'T LEAVE ME ANY OTHER OPTION THAN CANCELLING MY DD.

@EE @InkedCrafter EE are constantly putting up their prices. I upgraded only a few weeks ago and prices have already risen by almost 5%. Should have gone with another network, bad service and exploiting customers under contract. Other options must be better than EE, save time and money #unEEthical
