@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE you are not helping -your customer service is just so bad - I can’t send picture texts and your customer service said use whats app but my family member isn’t connected to whats app - nor is my mother

@O2 your data coverage is terrible! Constantly being put on E whenever I turn my wifi off! It’s shocking! Think @EE are the way forward!
