@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@EE after 20 years of custom, you still treat people like dog crap. Putting a £30 phone bill up £5.50 due to inflation. This contract finishes soon so you can stick your custom where the sun don't shine. Disgraceful

@EE Hi, my phone keeps losing mobile data and bringing up a ‘no sim’ error. I have removed and cleaned the sim and port but still keeps dropping. Only 1 year into the contract. Is this a network error or phone error?
