  Hey @EE Right now, 21:35 on a Friday evening, in the centre of Truro, this is the appalling state of my 4G connection. This is a regular occurrence, any time of day, but again I find myself so frustrated that I'm calling you out on Twitter. Many millions of users pay you huge amounts of money ... you really need to up your game for your customers. @Starlink is breathing down your neck now, and price comparison means many of us could very well switch providers if service doesn't improve.

  @EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

  @AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

  We are now into month 4 of limited or no @EE mobile signal in our village, this is beyond ridiculous. Why on earth am I paying for a service not being provided? @EE state they have the best UK coverage!

  @EE I reckon that it's a combination of you both. Yesterday it would not work on EE iPhone but got to login on my Giffgaff iPhone but missed the 7:30pm deadline since it asked me to update app first with only minutes to go. Only once have I had the problem on GG, but 4 times with EE

  @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

  @ThreeUK I renewed my contract for a one year last year with you guys. Turn off a couple of months maybe realise I cannot wait to leave in September. And jump to @EE . I’ve been with 3uk since 2012 since you joined Vodafone, my signal and 5G have been terrible

  How can @EE keep getting voted best network when their systems and support are the worst! Impossible to access my account whilst abroad because they have taken the app down and their system is also not able to send text verification messages. I feel like they are going backwards

  @EE why is always the last year of a contract and network goes to crap. The new pro always promise the network is going to get better so people get a new contract with you when you’re talking absolutely nonsense.?
