    @EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

    @EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

    @EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

    @AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

    @EE since upgrading my Apple Watch plan I can’t use the data. Re-added the data plan on the app but it created a new number which I’ve now had to cancel and you still want to charge me for. How do I add the data plan for the number I’m paying for and not add a totally new line?

    @EE You have cut off a sim card with my phone number for my company, and we are being treated extremely badly in trying to retrieve a pac code to get our number ported !!! How can you help now ???

    @EE I arrived in Spain and just tried to call an English Tel number and can't. Recorded voice says "calls are restricted and I need to call 470" but nothing happens when I do. Can you help. I got a new phone in May and this is my first trip overseas with it.

    @EE Dear @EE how about deep apologies for absolutely rotten, clueless customer service by your call centre? And…the insulting offer from the ‘manager’, close to a week of joining EE, still no phone. Where and to whom should one make the complaints?

    @EE You cancelled my EE broadband installation for the second time despite me calling at 4:48pm and saying they will be at mine by 6pm. I had to wait 3 weeks for another appointment now I have to wait 8 more days. Horrible customer service
