@EE After being a loyal and paying almost double monthly for the privilege on my iphone11 I am from today a @SkyUK mobile customer. The latest iphone13 pro max same plan only £52 instead of £95 new charge increased charges today! 3 phone calls you can’t/won’t match so bye bye!

@EE rude patronising so called executive team advisor. It’s worth every penny they are robbing me to leave them early. Refused to uphold previous advisors offer to leave contract despite call being recorded. I have been with EE for 20 years but NEVER AGAIN.

@EE So what you are saying is we pay for those who can’t afford to pay and for your future upgrades yet you can afford to give enormous amounts to your shareholders? Also the service has not changed over the past two years either.

@EE The home phone has not worked for about 3 years as no one was interested now they are more interested in the home phone than giving good Customer Service I told them I will take it further

*******. I know things are going up but @EE a 9.3% increase in tariffs is a bit much isn’t it? I know there’s yearly increase but never has it been this much. Another case of consumers bearing the brunt of the hard times suffered by all 😤
