@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

So @EE is reintroducing roaming costs in Europe. What a slap in the face and a broken promise... Come contract renewal I will take the families 4 contracts (currently 120/month) to a new provider. Might as well cancel the broadband as well

  • JamesUpsher James Upsher (@JamesUpsher) reported

So if you are leaving @VodafoneUK (cause no tube WiFi) and want a network with visual voicemail, decent central london capacity, inclusive roaming costs to Europe and USA, let me save you an hour: the answer is @EE with the Roam Pass (£2 thing doesn’t impact that, yet).

@EE First sim / new customer. I have set up an account which is unusable until you register a phone but it doesn't like the number that came with the sim.

Sort my signal out down here in Broadstairs. Or the phones are coming back with a legal letter. I get more reception from masts I’m Belgium and France. You are costing money. That doesn’t happen for long. Sort it @EE

  • NickMillerUK Nick Miller (@NickMillerUK) reported

@EE’s decision to reintroduce roaming charges for the EU guarantees I will never be a customer of theirs again. It’s just exploitative. Even their argument that it will help investment in UK based customer services makes no sense. 1/2
