@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE I have to make sure £10 is on for it to automatically renew but will have to do that when it falls due by DM as not got phone fixed yet so still cant text or email from phone, no idea how much it will cost, say 30 mins to fix where I contacted off facebook

@EE I’m absolutely FUMING! I’ve just signed up for a contract phone and it was due to be delivered TODAY and the courier service you’ve chosen never KNOCKED or RANG THE DOOR BELL and have now essentially gone off with a £1,000 phone!!!
