@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

  • crosst03 Tami Cross-Halls (@crosst03) reported from St Austell, England

@EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

  • SalBourton Sally Bourton BEM (@SalBourton) reported from St. Mewan, England

What is going on in PL25 area @EE? It's been months now with no or very little signal - our village fb group is going nuts, lots of different answers as to why from yourselves apparently - what's the truth? And when we will get the service we pay for?

  • RhysBull2 Rhys Bull (@RhysBull2) reported from Saint Stephen, England

@EE is your service down in Cornwall ?

  • SouthDevonSue Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Mevagissey, England

@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

  • mejpearson Mary Pearson (@mejpearson) reported

@drkierachapman @c_j_d @EE Tell Me Once is very helpful, apparently there is another one for banks (which is found out about afterwards). But anyone who holds data should absolutely be part of a Tell Me Once website. It would help so much at the worst time of people’s lives.

  • c_j_d Clare Daněk (@c_j_d) reported

@knittyphd @EE That’s exactly the problem - navigating their abysmal user-unfriendly phone tree. Needs a separate dedicated number. You’d think a company doling out phone numbers could manage that, right?!
