Hi @EE @EEHelpdesk I have a landline number currently with Sky Business, with internet also.I want to get rid of that service completely, keep the number, and have all calls be permanently diverted to a mobile number. Is this something you can do and add to my account please? 🙏🏻

@EE signal checker says signal in my area is good…. But got several weeks it’s been noticeable how poor it is across the town centre in particular and the neighbouring town too… anyway to report this when the checker says it’s ok?

And then to add insult to injury, I am unable to look at the settings on my @EE router from my pc because they want me to download and use an APP instead which I will never do. The great enshitification continues...

Would never recommend @ThreeUK - poor network (often getting <10mbps + poor call quality), poor customer service and even when leaving to change network again, they managed to mess up my number port to the point my temporary number doesn't work! @EE and @O2 highly recommended
