  @AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

  @EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

  @EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

  @EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

  @EE I no a m v a a cater for an elderly relative and it was not possible to go in store this weekend. Also, the staff in the Eltham branch are vile to customers. They told my neighbour they would not serve her because she was deals. Why on earth would I return to that store for help

  @EE 3-4 hours on a call, promised a credit of £408 only to find out it’s not been applied. Agent agreed the miss sell after listening to a call. This is suppose to be the best network apparently. Can someone please assist getting this sorted.
