@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

  • Omodon Dermot O Callaghan (@Omodon) reported from Quintrell Downs, England

@Linseyhart10 @EE Absolutely rubbish signal for a while in Newquay, contract is up soon so I’ll be changing my provider, internet as well...

  • SouthDevonSue Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Mevagissey, England

@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

  • SouthDevonSue Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Mevagissey, England

@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@EE i know there’s a storm, but any idea when we’ll get signal back in SG9?

  • RTWRich RtwRich (@RTWRich) reported

@EE @bt Thanks for fighting to keep costs down for consumers... By yet again increasing prices well above inflation, despite massive spend on UK advertising, rights & a complex/expensive snr executive structure. Remember when we had a competitive mobile & broadband market? @Ofcom

  • jon_newton01 Jon Newton (@jon_newton01) reported

@EE Well I'll be, restarting has fixed it, thanks Tom. Now to call customer service to cancel the contract and move to another network with cheaper offers...

  • kirstythealien kirsty👽 (@kirstythealien) reported

@EE worst ever phone provider in the ever. Strongly recommend anyone to look else where. Most unorganised, unprofessional service. After 7 phone calls still not one person knows how to solve the issue. Company filled with people who don’t know what they are doing.

  • loulouxyz Louise (@loulouxyz) reported

@EE @tishtoshtess You believe it’s justified?? Ask the customers whether it’s justified? Do they think your service is worth an extra 4.4% above the CPI (since CPI is 4.9% and not the 5.4% you seem to think!)

  • prisbabin1 pb🦋 (@prisbabin1) reported

@EE I think there’s a problem with my EE … can someone sort this please?

  • CronshawRobert Robert Cronshaw (@CronshawRobert) reported

@EE Hi there is the EE network down in CF11 area as i keep getting a "Not registered on network" message whilst trying to make a call??

  • ScottishLachlan Scottish Lachlan (@ScottishLachlan) reported

@EE Already done by EE the only suggestion was wifi calling which is absolutely no good when I'm outdoors most of the time, I've talked about this 3 times now and was told I couldn't cancel, I will be and @CitizensAdvice will be contacted.

  • soucekyoself SoucekYoSelf (@soucekyoself) reported

@FPLFella @EE Yeah I’m moving away from @EE they do it to me every year (not to this extent) then their customer service try to swindle me when I go for an update. Terrible company

  • SherbetKirsty Kirsty : 💙 Polkabops (@SherbetKirsty) reported

@EE hi do you have any way of checking for any network issues please? Can’t find a site page. I think services have gone down in our area (understandable considering the weather!), but would be good to keep an eye on any repairs. Ta.
