@EE FAO EE Engineering Network team. An elderly neighbour has asked me to ask if there is a problem with LANDLINES in PR4 2ND. No dial tone no broadband. Landline is dead. Other neighbours report intermittent service, v poor internet.

@EE I want to cancel my contract because I can get the Samsung s21 on sky for a lot less and more stuff. I got a txt yesterday saying I can keep this phone on the same contract at the same price I am paying now. I was not happy at that
@EE Hi I've just got an upgrade and you can imagine my shock to discover I have no Google services which you never told me about on your website 😳
So last Monday my phone was reported stolen (but not by me) & @EE blocked my account temporarily. Still waiting for a call back from the fraud team AND now my phone doesn't work with ANY SIM, even the new one I was issued... Any advice before I attempt to flash the device?
