    @EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

    @EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

    @EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

    @EE Broadband been down for days. Told it is due to a faulty power supply which needs replacing and several other customers have reported this - causing a back log. As you know who, do you not think it's a good idea to send these out instead of waiting for customers to phone you?

    @EE I have EE Broadband and I was going to move to EE for my phone SIM but I have to say their website and app are dreadful and not easy to navigate at all. So I’m not going to bother. One more customer says no!!

    @EE I can assure you this problem is not fixed, my wife has had issues for about a week now. Her phone keeps telling her she's not connected to the network, has no service or emergency calls only. She can't even call 150. Bet she'll have no issues when it comes to paying her bill.

    If was possible to deliver appalling customer service over a three year period for TNT Sport, TNT on Sky, Discovery+ app, mobile signal, @EE would take biscuit. Every agent failed to deliver promises. Asked agent to stop calling me 'mate', he just kicked on. Dreadful experience
