    @EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

    @EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

    @EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

    @EE sick of your signal at ca20 1pg constantly having to switch from aeroplane mode to try and get things to load or make phone calls. I work 10 hours a day and cannot get ANY signal.

    @EE About time you sorted out your web site! It's clearly not working as, despite being eligible, I am unable to upgrade to a SIM-only contract. You obviously didn't win any awards for your web site.

    Is @EE in the Ystradgynlais area having problems? Both last night, and Saturday night, the signal disappeared entirely, meaning I could not connect with either the dongle or the phone. Will this continue tonight?

    4 more weeks left in contract with @EE,then I am free of them. Terrible customer services. Been with them for years. Never again
