@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@EE I think you might need to stop telling everyone to “turn it off and on again” and recognise you’ve got an EE-wide broadband issue. Why don’t you tell us what the problem is and when it will be fixed?

@EE I'm a network engineer I don't need troubleshooting tips but thanks. What I would like, along with everyone else is an acknowledgement that there is an issue and that @EE are doing their best to resolve it in a timely manner. Making people queue on the phone isn't helping
