Don't generally do recommendations. But here's one. Never, ever use @EE. Their 'customer service' is like paying a monthly fee to be repeatedly kicked in the bollocks. Truly dreadful experience. Avoid.

@EE visited your Leeds Briggate store today. Complete waste of time. Completely unable to assist. Only interested in trying to sell me an upgrade. Not impressed. Why am I bothering with s contract when your post-sales support is so piss-poor.

@EE worst phone system in East Scotland absolutely useless. By the way in your tv advert, you didn’t land a plane. You spoke to the pilot landing the plane. Slight difference. I’m surprised you managed to speak to her to to be honest.

.@EE you have owed me ~£180 for approx 6 months. I have called at least 5 times if not more, each time staff have told me the cheque is coming. I lodged a formal complaint and was followed up with saying the cheque has been posted 3+ wks ago. Still nothing. Please resolve asap

@EE 1/ Hiya. Need some help pls. I have a simcard that I usually keep activated every 6 mths. I wanted to use it more often, so I remembered I needed to activate it. I didn't recieve any emails from EE as a reminder to keep it activated. So I thought all was fine.

@EE Hiya Craig. I didn't get any texts either. I can't rem when I topped up. I know I made a call less than 6 mths ago. I use this num as a spare. I want my dad to use it now, as he has a mob finally. Seems like there is no signal. I checked on the EE app. Says, no signal. :,(

@EE what is going on with the app. I have tried to sign in for several days have had to change my password numerous times even tried to register again but I cannot access my account. If I go thru a browser no problem but thru the app it’s impossible

@EE hi, your website isn’t allowing me to switch numbers, I’ve entered my PAC number and both mobile numbers but when I press next it loads for a second and then nothing happens? Please help I need my number switched ASAP

@EE Thanks mark phone number for the phone in question is 07947 178985 I think it’s the sim is faulty we can make calls but she not getting any texts coming through hope you could sort it or send a new sim 15 Hazelshaw Dodworth Barnsley S75 3PU thanks for you help Mark

@EE I thought EE had best coverage in London but it's poor service in many parts of London.. and yet your contracts are expensive, for what? Rubbish service?
