Apparently it's time for my mobile phone 'upgrade'. In other words I will waste an afternoon arguing with the dreadful @EE with them trying to flog me some Chinese crap whilst I try (and usually fail) to keep my temper. Wish me luck.

Don't generally do recommendations. But here's one. Never, ever use @EE. Their 'customer service' is like paying a monthly fee to be repeatedly kicked in the bollocks. Truly dreadful experience. Avoid.

In case anyone missed it the first time, I repeat my recommendation to never, ever use @EE and if you do, then don't believe a word they say. If they can't squeeze more cash out you then they aren't interested. Set of chiselling shysters.

Complaints process @EE a complete waste of time. Sit on it for 3 weeks, send a text asking if you still want to continue with complaint, sit on it a week then close complaint.
