  • paulgfromhg Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, England

@EE the usual shambolic level of service from your Harrogate store. Why can't your staff get even basic bits of information right. More inconvenience for me. Thanks very much for wasting my time.

  • andrewinripon Andrew Newton (@andrewinripon) reported from Sharow, England

@EE very efficient service to deal with my lack of connection to the phone network. A chatty person on Tweet.

  • paulgfromhg Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, England

In case anyone missed it the first time, I repeat my recommendation to never, ever use @EE and if you do, then don't believe a word they say. If they can't squeeze more cash out you then they aren't interested. Set of chiselling shysters.

  • daverowson Dave Rowson (@daverowson) reported from Harrogate, England

@EE Sending it back, making me reorder - really !!!! Your website was poor took 3 attempts first time. Oh & she needed it quickly for work - absolute crap customer service - jobs worth processes too

  • paulgfromhg Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, England

Don't generally do recommendations. But here's one. Never, ever use @EE. Their 'customer service' is like paying a monthly fee to be repeatedly kicked in the bollocks. Truly dreadful experience. Avoid.

  • paulgfromhg Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, England

Apparently it's time for my mobile phone 'upgrade'. In other words I will waste an afternoon arguing with the dreadful @EE with them trying to flog me some Chinese crap whilst I try (and usually fail) to keep my temper. Wish me luck.

  • paulgfromhg Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, England

@EE visited your Leeds Briggate store today. Complete waste of time. Completely unable to assist. Only interested in trying to sell me an upgrade. Not impressed. Why am I bothering with s contract when your post-sales support is so piss-poor.

@Hicksmat @EE @StuInAus Dont do contracts with mobile operators, always use a MVNO. Find the network u want to use then find which MVNOs use that network. U will save £££

  • jaecob_27 Jaecob /// (@jaecob_27) reported

@EE @Buckmyold47 Contract expires in April can’t wait to leave these money grabbing clowns. Service is shite as well tbh

  • Andrewgoodrich Andrew goodrich (@Andrewgoodrich) reported

@EE My monthly bill is going up over 20% due to the CPI and inflation is 3.4% so how does this equate? You can see how long i’v been a customer of EE. Please can you explain.

  • wendyhemsworth wendyh (@wendyhemsworth) reported

@EE @Pete_Bassist still ignoring the voices of the customers. being 'upfront' doesnt justify the % increase each time for no better service. i was paying £10 PAYG few years ago, now paying nearly £25 after this latest increase. i dont use phone, or text and rarely any data. its crazy. no loyalty

  • BigUndies429 Big Dave (@BigUndies429) reported

@Buckmyold47 @EE Left them a few years ago and went to ID Mobile, will never go back.

  • Martin_R_86 cpfc m (@Martin_R_86) reported

@EE @Pete_Bassist Been with EE over 10 years and I've finally had enough. Price increase each year is well beyond a joke. My plan was £112 a month but managed to get the exact same thing with 02 for £69! Uk's best network? I beg to differ...

  • william_1995_ scruffy looking nerherder (@william_1995_) reported

@EE @Pete_Bassist As a customer we sign a contract agreeing to a price, as a company why don't you agree to all contract for a set price throughout that duration? The customer doesn't recieve anything extra for the increased prices year on year.

  • Pete_Bassist Lanky B - Person of Tall ⬆️ (@Pete_Bassist) reported

Warning All. @EE have decided to put up your bills by a set amount each year, £2.50, this is detrimental to low users as their bill go up by higher percentages, i have made a complaint to @Ofcom as this isn't fair, it is hitting the low earners hard, they are utter scumbags.

  • Cwhitworth2016 Carol Whitworth (@Cwhitworth2016) reported

@EE @Pete_Bassist I'm still waiting 2 years on for you to join my mobile and broadband accounts together! I still have to use 2 email addresses with 2 separate accounts it's a massive joke you are useless when it comes to customer service to sort this🤦

  • dr_besty Alex Jones (@dr_besty) reported

@Andrewgoodrich @EE @Buckmyold47 I'll explain it. You're likely on a super cheap contract and it's costing them money to keep you on the network. There's absolutely no point in retaining a loss making customer.
