    @EE I have been a customer since the early 90’s via orange. Run our business phones through you. I am seriously considering leaving you. I live 12 minutes walk from the centre of Harrogate HG1 post Codd and cannot get a 3/4G Signal on my street or in my home 1/2.

    Don't generally do recommendations. But here's one. Never, ever use @EE. Their 'customer service' is like paying a monthly fee to be repeatedly kicked in the bollocks. Truly dreadful experience. Avoid.

    In case anyone missed it the first time, I repeat my recommendation to never, ever use @EE and if you do, then don't believe a word they say. If they can't squeeze more cash out you then they aren't interested. Set of chiselling shysters.

    Apparently it's time for my mobile phone 'upgrade'. In other words I will waste an afternoon arguing with the dreadful @EE with them trying to flog me some Chinese crap whilst I try (and usually fail) to keep my temper. Wish me luck.

    @EE my ee app has been down & inaccessible for weeks now. When I can get on it, it says it can’t show my data amounts! How do I change the settings to show them? It says ask the biller payer & I am the bill payer!! Help please!

    The customer advisor my wife spoke today was totally obnoxious, and thins were above his pay grade! The phone was meant as a Xmas present for our other daughter! Absolutely appalling service from @EE (so called UKs number 1 network) @BBCXRay @Ofcom

    @EE Hello and happy new year. There seems to be a problem with password reset emails from the MyEE app - or rather a lack of them. I'm not the only person experiencing this and it has been going on for a while. Needs fixed.

    @EE Hi - I provided my PAC code for my new EE Sim on Monday. I received Sim on Weds, but as of today Jan 1, my old number has not transferred . Is there a delay with transfers? The PAC form link is not working on your website either. #EE

    @EE #5G #network EE has terrible 5G in London West End. Using my phone today in Covent Garden and it constantly drops calls. Internet is very slow. Had 4G and it was so much better. EE has deteriorated. Problems with EE 5G since I upgraded months ago.

    @EE customer service is great. Just rang up because my broadband isn't working (due to a fault) and they apologised because it can't be seen to till Monday and have given me an extra 50GB of data just in case it takes longer and I need to remote teach from home. And on NYD.

    I get my upgrade from @EE next week. The new customer offers are lot better then upgrades. Am I better giving my notice and going elsewhere or starting a new contract??

    @EE How do I find the phone number of my data dongle? I’m desperately trying to cancel my contract but ALL your contact methods insist on me putting in the number 😡😡😡
