  • paulgfromhg Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, England

Apparently it's time for my mobile phone 'upgrade'. In other words I will waste an afternoon arguing with the dreadful @EE with them trying to flog me some Chinese crap whilst I try (and usually fail) to keep my temper. Wish me luck.

  • paulgfromhg Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, England

Don't generally do recommendations. But here's one. Never, ever use @EE. Their 'customer service' is like paying a monthly fee to be repeatedly kicked in the bollocks. Truly dreadful experience. Avoid.

  • paulgfromhg Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, England

In case anyone missed it the first time, I repeat my recommendation to never, ever use @EE and if you do, then don't believe a word they say. If they can't squeeze more cash out you then they aren't interested. Set of chiselling shysters.

  • daverowson Dave Rowson (@daverowson) reported from Harrogate, England

@EE Sending it back, making me reorder - really !!!! Your website was poor took 3 attempts first time. Oh & she needed it quickly for work - absolute crap customer service - jobs worth processes too

  • paulgfromhg Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported from Harrogate, England

@EE visited your Leeds Briggate store today. Complete waste of time. Completely unable to assist. Only interested in trying to sell me an upgrade. Not impressed. Why am I bothering with s contract when your post-sales support is so piss-poor.

@Ofcom Thanks, I will. The inability to turn off @EE's voicemail on their digital voice landlines is a serious, unresolved issue.

  • W4NDUSSY Andrew (he/him) (@W4NDUSSY) reported

@EE customer service is dogshit I'm never buying anything from you again

  • George_MSc George MSc 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇳🇱🇺🇸 (@George_MSc) reported

@EE Thanks for your response, appreciated and I may give it another go at the weekend, it's a shame because if it was reliable signal we would take 5 sims. Will try again and come back to you when done. 👍

  • Miggy32Homan michael homan (@Miggy32Homan) reported

How come ee is so **** @EE

  • Compliance_Mgr Compliance Chris (@Compliance_Mgr) reported

@EE Why does no one call me back. I have not had mobile signal for nearly a week

  • lesleylyness lesleylyness (@lesleylyness) reported

@fluffybubbles73 @LisaCT68 @EE We aren’t on about scammers we are on about customer service …

  • michael_scobbie Michael Scobbie (@michael_scobbie) reported

@noodlesisn53081 @EE Mines has been terrible for a while now they are so bad

  • MeadowRosss Meadow 🌸 (@MeadowRosss) reported

    @EE are your systems down

  • briavelsjon Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported

@Peglet87 @EE If you've deleted an active eSIM whilst abroad, then you will now be offline until you return to the UK. A physical SIM activation can't be done abroad either - but is a tad trickier to damage irreparably.

  • geezerpaulr Refusenik Paul (@geezerpaulr) reported

So 30 years as a @EE customer and the so-called deal they are offering me is exactly what is on the website! Feeling a bit gutted about that. Looks like sadly it’s time to switch to someone else.
