    In case anyone missed it the first time, I repeat my recommendation to never, ever use @EE and if you do, then don't believe a word they say. If they can't squeeze more cash out you then they aren't interested. Set of chiselling shysters.

    Apparently it's time for my mobile phone 'upgrade'. In other words I will waste an afternoon arguing with the dreadful @EE with them trying to flog me some Chinese crap whilst I try (and usually fail) to keep my temper. Wish me luck.

    @EE visited your Leeds Briggate store today. Complete waste of time. Completely unable to assist. Only interested in trying to sell me an upgrade. Not impressed. Why am I bothering with s contract when your post-sales support is so piss-poor.

    Don't generally do recommendations. But here's one. Never, ever use @EE. Their 'customer service' is like paying a monthly fee to be repeatedly kicked in the bollocks. Truly dreadful experience. Avoid.

    @EE Sending it back, making me reorder - really !!!! Your website was poor took 3 attempts first time. Oh & she needed it quickly for work - absolute crap customer service - jobs worth processes too

    @EE the usual shambolic level of service from your Harrogate store. Why can't your staff get even basic bits of information right. More inconvenience for me. Thanks very much for wasting my time.

    @EE hi i called up like last summer to remove the contents block and apparently was told that it had been removed. but today i was using internet via data and it said there was a contents block on the website .... help?

    @EE Basically I can’t speak to anyone and during this remote cut off period and while living alone this is very upsetting and distressing. I reported the poor signal to EE before and was told that my signal is fine - when it isn’t. 2/2

    @EE and there we have it. Another cycle of not being notified of consoles to customers that have registered. Out of stock again. Site not working yet still managed to sell out. Hmmm very strange #somethingsmellsfishy

    @DJCElijah @EE Wouldn't be so bad but they don't notify you like they're supposed to. They limit it to online only so you can't ring them about it. Then this happens. Nearly 5 months I've been waiting and missing out several times from not being notified 🙄

    @ShinyQball @DJCElijah @EE I had this issue all morning- then chanced asking a relative once I gave up, who landed one for me right away on their account. Since EE claim there is no 'issue' (with the only advice being to clear your cache, etc)- this is obviously discriminatory in some way shape or form.

    @EE I'm deaf and don't hear on the phone. I have tried the messaging service via 150 and it takes me to the site which just says under maintenance

    Yet @EE did that despite being specifically told that I wasn’t interested in staying with EE is beyond incompetents, its in-fact verging on malevolent. As I say I’m absolutely fizzing. An official complaint has been submitted, though I’m tempted to go direct to @Ofcom 3/3
