    Don't generally do recommendations. But here's one. Never, ever use @EE. Their 'customer service' is like paying a monthly fee to be repeatedly kicked in the bollocks. Truly dreadful experience. Avoid.

    In case anyone missed it the first time, I repeat my recommendation to never, ever use @EE and if you do, then don't believe a word they say. If they can't squeeze more cash out you then they aren't interested. Set of chiselling shysters.

    @EE Sending it back, making me reorder - really !!!! Your website was poor took 3 attempts first time. Oh & she needed it quickly for work - absolute crap customer service - jobs worth processes too

    Apparently it's time for my mobile phone 'upgrade'. In other words I will waste an afternoon arguing with the dreadful @EE with them trying to flog me some Chinese crap whilst I try (and usually fail) to keep my temper. Wish me luck.

    @EE visited your Leeds Briggate store today. Complete waste of time. Completely unable to assist. Only interested in trying to sell me an upgrade. Not impressed. Why am I bothering with s contract when your post-sales support is so piss-poor.

    Shout out to @EE who just called out of the blue to knock 25% off my huge phone bill incurred from a Zoom dial-in call disaster in Dec, slightly softening this unfestive blow and genuinely making my week less awful. Unprompted, brilliant customer care 💪

    @EE Seems no way to easily add a new eSim to an existing contract??? Nothing in support and only vague forum posts about some £7/mo option??? Which means EACH WATCH would need it's own eSIM contract?

    Well 1st day with @EE and already they have ****** up , there's me thinking the switch from @VodafoneUK was going to be an improvement but boy was I wrong , these 2 are both as bad as each other, as you were, Benny out

    Have my first 4G watch but @ee seem to be the WORST provider for support. Unless you buy it direct you have to buy a WHOLE NEW CONTRACT???

    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    @EE havin trouble with broadband. Its connected to wifi but no internet connection. Tried turning the route off and on but still nothing

    @LorenaCasetti @EE I had an issue with a family friends number, they hadn't used the phone and number for a long time so the number was made inactive. Unfortunately there's no way to reactivate it.
