@EE I have been a customer since the early 90’s via orange. Run our business phones through you. I am seriously considering leaving you. I live 12 minutes walk from the centre of Harrogate HG1 post Codd and cannot get a 3/4G Signal on my street or in my home 1/2.

In case anyone missed it the first time, I repeat my recommendation to never, ever use @EE and if you do, then don't believe a word they say. If they can't squeeze more cash out you then they aren't interested. Set of chiselling shysters.

Apparently it's time for my mobile phone 'upgrade'. In other words I will waste an afternoon arguing with the dreadful @EE with them trying to flog me some Chinese crap whilst I try (and usually fail) to keep my temper. Wish me luck.

@EE I have had problems with data gifting because the option doesn't appear. This has gone on for months and I have to call your technical helpline to transfer data to my son. Are there any fixes to the app, because this is a real pain!

Don't generally do recommendations. But here's one. Never, ever use @EE. Their 'customer service' is like paying a monthly fee to be repeatedly kicked in the bollocks. Truly dreadful experience. Avoid.

@VincentRowlatt "Funny" you should mention that, I got a Text on my Old Mobile(still going on PAYG, for answering the Main Door from the Entryphone) from @EE, stating that as of 15/1/23 there will be changes to their Service, so Internet is ONLY available via Wi-Fi ! 😱 🤔 ☹

The BT Sport app through EE is absolutely shocking! Keeps buffering at vital points in a Football game. Freezing, screen blinking and blurred for long periods. Internet connection is excellent. I'm paying for a service that's absolutely terrible! Why is this ? @btsport @EE

So much for @EE's "best customer experience with 100% of our calls answered". 44 minutes on hold, only for them to then shut their phone lines off at 9pm and disconnect me. Thanks, #EE. Thanks for wasting nearly an hour of my time. Great first impression for a new customer.

Ok so I've been trying to access my @btsport add-on from @EE for 4/weeks and its not working. What kind of service is this? I'm paying a service to waste my time on the phone, online, on an app and not getting anywhere , 50mins+ today and nothing, for 4 weeks? No one following up
