    @EE visited your Leeds Briggate store today. Complete waste of time. Completely unable to assist. Only interested in trying to sell me an upgrade. Not impressed. Why am I bothering with s contract when your post-sales support is so piss-poor.

    Apparently it's time for my mobile phone 'upgrade'. In other words I will waste an afternoon arguing with the dreadful @EE with them trying to flog me some Chinese crap whilst I try (and usually fail) to keep my temper. Wish me luck.

    In case anyone missed it the first time, I repeat my recommendation to never, ever use @EE and if you do, then don't believe a word they say. If they can't squeeze more cash out you then they aren't interested. Set of chiselling shysters.

    Don't generally do recommendations. But here's one. Never, ever use @EE. Their 'customer service' is like paying a monthly fee to be repeatedly kicked in the bollocks. Truly dreadful experience. Avoid.

    For the avoidance of doubt, the call handler was lovely and not at fault at all. We talked about transphobic barriers and I pointed out that this was a prime example of one! So, @EE, what are you going to do to fix this...?

    @BSpice @BritishGas Customer services today are dire ….I was on Twitter messenger last night to @EE , conversation started at 17.01 and by 19.01 hadn’t got passed the security stage ! One question I asked took 45 minutes to answer. Phoned earlier said it’s 10 minutes wait, 30 mins later nothing

    Has anyone else had issues with @EE? My contract ended in July however they’ve still been charging me for the phone. So I’ve been over charged over £300 over the last 7 month but apparently that’s my problem! Their customer service is a ******* joke.
