    @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

    @EE Hi, i bought a sim pack for 75gb from your site. I cant seem to activate it. When i enter the sim serial number it doesn’t go further. Any help?

    @EE I tried more than once, never managed to get a person without your automation ending the call and now raised a complaint as well. Not good enough, a vulnerable consumer would be highly distressed by this apauling service

    Hi @EE, I've been sent a contract summary of a new plan I took out with you, but I've had no confirmation of my order and my service has not switched from my current provider. It looks like my order was not processed, and now the same deal is not available. Please can you assist.

    @EE over hour of more bullsh*t service. Trying to get overseas data top up for one on my 4 staff bus numbers. Doesn’t work. Chat for 4O mins waiting to chat to person. Call. Useless person who does nothing. Then transfers. Start again. No answer to issue. 6pm arrives. Call ends.

    @EE How would I go about raising a complaint? I’ve spoken to Virgin Media who have said this happens a lot with EE putting through broadband or checking when no permission is given or basing an upgrade deal on it. Store didn’t want to know.
