@EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

@EE I emailed again like you said and my issue has still not been resolved!!!!!! It’s been 10 days and still not had a response. Utterly disgusting. Impossible to get through on the phones as well!

What the hell is going on with the iOS @EE app, constantly tells me it’s the wrong password when I’ve been using it successfully for months, the reset password email never comes through to me either

@EE - there are clear problems with MyEE app - hundreds of customers reporting this on social media. It would be polite to post on Twitter, Facebook and on your website to inform customers - this would prevent them worrying needlessly that there is a problem with their account.
