    @EE really poor signal strength since weds/thurs. mast at golf course looking decidedly dodgy.I take it you still haven’t resolved its issues? LL49 9YA

    @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

    The @EE website and app are the worst ive ever had to deal with. The app no longer logs in, and the website just sits idle. Thank god my contract is at an end.

    @EE Tried to speak to someone yesterday and he basically said that EE do not guarantee a data and a voice signal at the same time! I said well it’s been fine for years but recently seems to have an issue where ever I can be in the country. Apparently it’s not a problem so I was told

    @EE @WoodUksparky137 This is why now being with EE(Orange) for 30 yrs I now buy my devices outright or have a payment plan with the manufacturer & just have a SIM only package as sorry EE but since taken over by BT you are no longer the company you once were just now only offer the best network

    @EE How is this a marketing preference? How did i ever agree to receive notifications for mailbox messages every 15 minutes when I have never had a text message ever. It's a constant nuisance call which are unlawful. Stop them now! If I call i will just cancel & close my account.

    @EE internet is broken and the earliest you can get out to me for a *known hardware issue* is next Thursday? I WFH, everything relies on internet now. What are you going to do about this?

    @EE Absolutely awful service, left tonight without internet and told the issue might not be resolved until 17:30 tomorrow. Most reliable broadband…what a joke!

    @EE Your guys in the executive complaints dept stated today that it's a final decision and they can't challenge the repair shop. Your own staff took photos and videos confirming not damaged when I left it with you. Then the repair shop sent that laughable image. It's a known fault. Anyone reading this can Google Samsung fold 7 green lines screen. Instead of being reasonable you try to charge me £600 and claimed that this image is damage. It's ridiculous. Your letter informs me my only option is ombudsman. So that, other than an apology and a repair, is what I'll do. Along with everything possible to publicise this complete fraudulent farce, of which I've only just begun. Imagine losing a £2k per year customer for this man. Have a word with yourselves.
