  @EE At no point is it mentioned that only wifi will do the speeds and anything else wont. All our stuff is ethernet. Oh and also im still being charged up till the 21st for a substandard and misleading set up.#bt #ee @BT @EE . Never again . And totally inept customer service too

  @ee yet again we have poor coverage, but each time I check the app it says no problems in area. Well I’m stood with my phone in front window looking onto a mast and I have 1 4g bar. Clearly something isn’t working yet im still paying for a decent coverage/reception

  @Hepworthclare @EE I tried to get a new phone at @tescomobile yesterday- they no longer do data transfer for you. Will be taking my contract somewhere that does! Fed up of paying more, for less support.

  @scotlabnurse7 @EE It's dreadful. Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.
