  @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

  @EE why is always the last year of a contract and network goes to crap. The new pro always promise the network is going to get better so people get a new contract with you when you’re talking absolutely nonsense.?

  @EE This doesn’t help. There is no guidance advice just a vague claim. I cannot trust the information provided. I was offered a call from EE, I provided my details and have heard nothing. Given the size of your organisation this all reflects very poorly.

  @EE is by far the worst company when it comes to loyalty tax. come broadband renewal… the ONLY option was upgrade to 10% more cost and when I started the switch the most bored person in the world called…. @EE I don’t care you are the best … thank you but no thank you.

  @EE hoodwinked my 83 yo father in law into a new contract making him believe that would solve his signal issues in his home. That he went into shop to ask for help. Hes Still having signal issues. Now they want £179 from him to get out of the contract they mis sold him.

  @EE Hello.. I'm currently in the US and for the last few days have been unable to send texts and now my phone won't connect at all. I have wifi, but need mobile service. Any ideas?
