@EE Trying to become a new EE customer & leave O2 Placed an order, got an email saying "Please call us to discuss order" but the email body is just a confirmation receipt Trying to call anyway to be sure - been on hold for 25 mins and counting Not a great start is it..

@Jessica85079057 @EE I got the money back but they are now refusing to take it off the bill which is now “overdue” despite explaining the fraud. @EE are shameless and don’t care about their customers. Just close the complaint and bury their head in the sand.

@Jamieleeboy @EE Same thing happened to me. Made a complaint, heard nothing back then they randomly take £787 from my account, no rhyme of reason why.
