    @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

    @EE can someone please contact me please as having trouble with my contract but can't ring as saying no sim card and this has already been fixed once

    @BenGungyal @EE EE broadband didnt exist 15yrs ago wtf you talking about?! It was BT up until last year when EE took it over & creatd their own plans. I know coz I was moved from BT to EE when the company was bought out &Course it goes up it goes up every year march with the API even in contract

    @EE I tried to phone you twice yesterday (12.30pm and 17.00pm). I am not spending 25 minutes and 45 minutes of my life on hold. Why don't you offer a call back service? @Ofcom

    @IamjustWendy @EE thats the problem. i could've done a shed load of work not knowing if their obvious internal outage was or was not having an effect on my broadband. as it happens it seems purely coincidental. and a factory reset on their box fixed it.

    @EE I am trying to top up my PAYG account but the app keeps saying “something went wrong” when I log in and when it says it’s sending a passcode to my email. I can’t call customer service because my phone has no data

    @EE I’ve just tried ringing my local garage to book my car in for a service - the mechanic struggled to hear me (one bar of signal strength on 🇬🇧 best network?!) so what’s the issue?

    @VodafoneUK really not happy. It seems when I call 191 I can’t even talk to someone to complain. 7 mth issue and no one gives a stuff. Let’s see if @EE are able to offer me a better service after 30 years of being a Vodafone customer.

    @EE | already did that. They changed it. It immediately changed back. It has happened several times before. There should be an option in the app to manage it myself. I'm an idiot for talking to a bot. But I'd be an idiot to talk to you too because the same thing always happens.
