  @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!

  X really are useless, right? Report an account for impersonating @EE support and X says the account did not violate their terms of service. So they can carry on scamming.

  @LeilaniDowding @EE already happened in Wolverhampton with my parents. All comms in now reliant on the internet, mobiles. Dad's on the emergency roster for energy, cos of oxygen machines, but it's soooo cack-handed. The govt is always blindsided by tech and the lobbyists money. They are all morons

  @hevvuhh @EE they’re terrible, customer service worst I have ever dealt with. moved to Virgin, got gigabit and only pay £28 odd quid a month!

  @EE Also. It was never this bad 12 months ago. Something has changed your end. To many people in the area now with Sizewell C starting and you haven't kept up with the pace and causing a bottle neck. 🤔😳

  @EE Do you access to accounts in your high street stores? I’ve just been on phone for 25 mins and eventually spoke to a lady but still the same issue
