i'm not a battery for the matrix (@lowercase00) reported@BenGungyal @EE EE exploits existing customers as do they all. I was on a very basic phone contract that they wanted £20.00 per month for when you can get exactly the same deal on the EE network for less that a fiver. Just goes to show how greedy they all are.
