  @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

  @aftertheflood_ @EE i’m a new customer too (day one for me!) thankfully set up the main hub before it went down, but can’t set up the main hub in the bed rooms as app been down all day and i need the app! not a good start i must admit

  @EE Checked all the locations I’ve been and there’s apparently no issues. I’m disabled and currently living alone. This is not safe, and not fair when I’m paying for a service!!

  @EE has the network been down the past few days , i cant seem to use any mobile data. ive had signal and 5G but it dosnt seem to work or load anything pages, or texts,calls over WiFi, on my data. ive restarted my phone multiple times, ive also tried the airplane mode trick

  @EE hello EE, I just had your broadband installed, so I can pause my daughter's WiFi, it's not working. If it is not resolved soon, I'm off back to sky. Please help.
