@EE downgraded my contract to PAYG and advised that despite being overseas there would be no further requirements. I am now informed I need to be in the UK to reactivate the SIM? Not a viable solution to return to the UK currently. Do not wish to lose the number.

Really disappointed with @EE ordered a accessory add on yesterday, just a ps4 bundle, no information all morning, phone lines jammed and kept cutting me off, then a email at 2pm today saying it's out of stock, no indication about when it'll be back in. Such poor customer service.

@EE With awful CGI effects to boot! It doesn't show anything that wasn't possible on 4G. After all, your previous adverts inferred that 4G made it feel like being in a movie, even though you're watching it on a tiny screen! Your adverts are annoying, and misleading!

@EE Ok. But there R endless outage flags all over the Midlands, not just our postcode. I’m always told “there was an issue. It’s fixed now”. Then it happens again. How many are suffering the same?

@EE Nvm I’ve prob got more chance of any response by calling you. My suggestion would be given I’m dissatisfied completely with your lack of urgency on twitter and the appalling service I’ve received is to respond to tweets quicker. I’ll be filing a complaint about you

@EE of course after the equivalent of about 8 hours in the customer service chat.. repeated non understanding from your staff and no call backs from the complaints department..you guys are useless! How hard is it to activate applenewsplus!
