@EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

@EE hi i upgraded my phone via telephone 11 days ago had the order conformation email and paid for delivery.. Never heard anything since so decided to track it and its saying it has been cancelled?! No email to tell me or anything shocking service

@EE I've had 3 chats with your staff - 3 times a failure to understand that they've erroneously put my Apple Watch on a Family Member plan. I never asked for this, I made this explicitly clear from the start and still the same wait 24h, re-pair your Watch rubbish.

Called @EE to discuss upgrade options yesterday, had to use the SMS system - still waiting for my options to be sent to me. Terrible service on offer. Will try and speak to a human today - if no good will try other network offers.

@MorleyyXX @EE The other was I was looking at which I really want, but not only is it out of stock, but again, stupid upfront cost on low tariff, was the Samsung S20 FE.

@EE it has now been weeks where the signal is so bad that there is no signal at all - what is going on please and what are you doing to compensate as I am paying the same each month for no service .

@EE I have been going round and round in circles with the website and the app, which are the worst I have used, and it looks like I can’t get a data add on without being next to my Mifi… Is this the case? I really need to add-on but it won’t let me as I am not near to it!

@EE lost track on how many times I've called to resolve an issue. Always promised a call back that never happens Phone and network still unreliable pointlesss owning Nearly £50 a month for a network with virtually no coverage in my area EE.
