Clare Hepworth OBE (@Hepworthclare) reported@scotlabnurse7 @EE It's dreadful. Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.
-
Kevin Gunn (@gunnyDev) reportedHey @EE, Long time customer here since the orange days. I have many devices with you, including broadband. We use the little 4g wifi boxes to keep our cameras live when searching for missing dogs. What deal can you do? They are not on all the time, just as and when #harveysarmy
-
Clare Hepworth OBE (@Hepworthclare) reportedI need to speak to customer services. It's a nightmare trying to speak to someone - is anyone there. Phone the local shop - nobody picks up. Had to buy a new phone - my previous phone - stll on contract non operational. This is not good. How can I get some service @EE
-
grahampike (@e4billycab) reported@chelshakespeare @EE Good luck phoning 150 😡 you’ll never get an answer 😟
-
Davie G 🇬🇧 (@fredbeare) reported@EE why is your wifi so bad? Told you it would be when i joined. But as usual your bit doesnt understand and no humans. All i wanted was to add another extender At least BT were mostly helpful, even their autobots sometimes. Ee now help whatsoever

Tom (@itstomwoo) reported@christesla @Unrealistic693 @EE 👍 damn they ****** up real bad on this
-
Liam Purves (@purves_liam) reportedSo had an email from @EE saying my TNT Sport is going up to £25pm, message us to cancel the sub. Messaged and they say it will cost £20pm if I want it again! So seems cheaper to cancel and resubscribe! How does that benifit loyal customers? @MartinSLewis @moneysavingexp

Rach 🇪🇺 (@MsVespertilio) reportedAppalling service from @EE who have TWICE in the space of 4 weeks dispatched equipment to addresses I don’t live at. Including today two hours after being assured no equipment would be sent. After years of recommending service I am now doing the opposite. Avoid!!
-
Clare Hepworth OBE (@Hepworthclare) reported@akaMrsO @Hlrybuck @EE The people in my local ee shop are very nice. But They are so laid back -they're almost supine. BT owns EE - and they are just as bad. I am not comfortable in this digital age. Bring back carrier pigeons, morse code, proper telephones, the abacus and television with 3 Channels.

Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported@JohnStokes0uk @EE More radio sites is not necessarily the solution to poor data speeds, if existing coverage levels are good.
