    @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

    @EE I'm at the point of ditching my contract with EE which I've held since you started and before that Orange. Scaring customers is a terrible way to gain customers. They're coming back at 7, the cctv is on and I'll record them lying to my face to get a sale.

    @AlanHeycock @SomeUKTeslaGuy @EE 1p Mobile is ran by Utility Warehouse, a Mutli-Level Marketing company, which is great if you want to support a business less trustworthy than BT/EE.

    @EE why are you so hard to get hold off? Always seems to be an issue logging in or with your systems. Supposed to have a router delivered today but can’t see what’s happening with it, been stuck in all day and I’m going greyer by the minute! Any chance if an update

    @EE Looks like their E E. X has broken down. Would not recommend how things like alarms, all the mod cons in the house don’t work. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I’m going to consider sky and see what penalties they will cover for me if I leave E E.

    Something weird is going on. @EE says there is nothing wrong with WiFi and Router, but every day at least 5 times a day we have no WiFi at home. My dad is on Virgin Broadband and he has the same issues. Anyone on here having WiFi blackouts?

    @EE looking at an upgrade for my wife and i but your prices are a joke can get better deals elsewhere so guess i will be leaving after years of being a customer

    @EE I have just wasted THREE HOURS in calls to EETV over trying to get my bill down to less than £100 per month. This is OUTRAGEOUS DISRESPECT for your customers. Where is your reward for LOYAL CUSTOMERS? Nowhere . And I am tied to a two year context so I can’t go anywhere else!

    @EE The DD was setup but money moved to another account as it's paid from my billing account. How long does it take them to retry? It's been a week now. So, you're also advising me to call the number that doesn't work. I give up. Thankfully my contract is up in October.
