    @EE really poor signal strength since weds/thurs. mast at golf course looking decidedly dodgy.I take it you still haven’t resolved its issues? LL49 9YA

    @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

    I love it when @EE need to send you a six digit code via SMS to your mobile when trying to connect to their public wifi - because you can’t get a mobile signal. And you have 60 seconds. When you’re in a queue at @SubwayUK becuase their app has logged you out for no reason. 🙄

    @EE Complained multiple times. You guys just say to buy one of your wifi devices or suggest I switch networks (resulting in me paying to leave EE 🙄). I shouldn't have to purchase a secondary device just to be able to use the service i'm already paying for...

    @EE so angry with EE metrocentre. Given a price from Z fold 8 this afternoon but didn’t have my I.D with me. Called the store to double check the cost who said it’ll be that cost because of a new customer discount. Travelled 40 mins each way to be told, rudely, it’s not correct.

    @Hepworthclare @EE Clare, been going through my own problems with @EE for weeks, their transition to digital landline is shambolic. Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!

    Anybody else had issues with @RiseFibre ? I am not even a customer yet as we're waiting to be connected & already pissed off. Passed me around different departments & then had me on hold for 13mins. Might give @EE another call to see if they can renew my package at a lower price

    @EE I have been in touch that is my point. They have told me there is an issue in the area and engineers are working on it this weekend. So the text message makes no sense
