@EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

@EE I am having problems connecting to the internet since around midday and I need data on my mobile phone to do my job. I couldn't work all afternoon and the problem is still there. There hasn't been any communication from EE which is very disappointing. Who is going to compensate?

@EE i have been on a rolling contract since last November. I've stayed loyal when I could have moved to another provider. However, when I get home I shall be exploring other mobile networks. Service wise your company is a shambles

@EE They close the call centres and the website doesn’t even let you get notified of the networks status because that too is broken! Will 999 call still work? How about my sick grandmother in Barnsley hospital, how is she supposed to contact anyone?

Watching @EE apologising for their crappy service and telling everyone to use Wifi Calling when Wifi Calling is down and they’re steadfastly refusing to admit it is very annoying. I’d ring someone to talk about it if I could make a ******* phone call.

@EE in all serious, have you got a rough ETA of our network being back as I have to travel & pick up people from the airport in the next few hours. Be nice if I was actually able to track the flight etc.

@EE @Veronica_Ameri Wifi calling hasn't been working for hours, can't stay connected. WiFi calling is the only option for me to be contacted or to contact anyone as I live in postcode that doesn't have any signal at all, BUT now it's not working

@danielspratt31 @EE Same here taxi driver lost wages today who’s paying me that **** service by EE again will be moving soon as my contract it up **** customer service to and I’ll probably loose a days pay tomorrow at this rate
