  @EE Hi, You keep asking me to create a new profile as I'm apparently on an old profile. When I try, it states my email addresses is already in use. Why couldn't you just migrate user accounts to the newer profiles instead of causing issues? Technology is great if you use it properly.

  @EE how many people are going to say your app isn't working before you realise your app isn't working? And yes, my app isn't working. And no logging in online won't help me with WiFi control.

  @EE Hi EE I'm having issues logging into the app ..I've deleted it and installed it several times and it keeps coming up with error messages "were having trouble with Wright now" ...I can log into my account via your main website.

  @EE EE is placing vulnerable people's lives at risk we have had issues with our phone and Internet line keeps going down at night my mum has an emergency alarm for medical conditions and eevare failing her and putting her life at risk not fixing it
