@EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

@EE I will dm but want to point out I have spoken to ee on chat function and on phone various times in the last 6 months. This is the 5th time we have had this issue in 6 months. The only solution for me is to be released from contract. I don’t want any more money off.

@EE sort your short **** piece network out in my area (IG2). It's constantly down and a joke now. I am not paying monthly for calls on whats app. Sort it out.

@EE are the worst company ever, after making a purchase the amount was taken from my account twice, was supposed to be refunded in 3 days, still waiting, now my bank is overdrawn, My DD’s haven’t been taken and still no further forward!! Avoid at all costs !!

Do you know how happy I am to be away from @ThreeUK. No more unreliable service, shockingly weak signal strengths and constantly being passed on to different departments because nobody knows what’s going on. @EE here I come 👌🏼

@EE I assumed it was a scam and deleted it. However, I won't recommend you in the same way I would never recommend an ISP, mobile phone company or gas/electricity supplier.

@EE after years of loyalty I’m disgusted at the way I have been treated. Store sales agents are talking themselves out of jobs by blindsiding the customer. Complaints here we come!
