@EE I have a problem with my account - can't phone you as kept on hold for hours, cant live chat you as no one available, cant sort problem out on my app. This is rubbish customer service - will look for another provider if you cant be bothered to retain the customers you have

@mortynator @EE EE, I am currently receiving the same issue. I received my headphones few months ago but thought it went down this normal but my friends definitely don't go down as fast.
