@EE EE Broadband fluctuating all over the place, dropping to about 1/10th or lower of it's usual speed and up and down. Very unstable. I'm on the full fibre package with a typical wireless speed on my desktop of about 700-800mbps.

@VodafoneUK Really unimpressed with your customer service. Offered to pay the termination fee for remaining phone+plan contract period and move to one of your sim only plans. Denied that. Now I'm moving to @EE

@EE please can someone contact me as a matter of urgency my parents landline has gone down they have been told someone will fix it within 4 working days however they need access to this due to a condition my dad has. I have a log number if that helps. Thanks
