  @TheBeardedNardo @EE And medical reasons should not be required by any company to accommodate for a business to prioritize their customer to me that just sounds like a scam or a way for you to sell clients information I would never work with a company like that nor would I recommend such a company

  Renewed my broadband today with @bt_uk / @EE / @BTGroup As per the perennially poor service, a service costing me £26 a month was added to my contract without my knowledge. Complained when I found out - and the problem was put back on me to solve!!!

  @EE has the worst app and website to try and upgrade. Nothing works, won’t let me pick store to have it delivered to and then keeps telling me I’ve reached my limit of trying to add my bank details. **** this. I’ll go elsewhere.
