  @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

  @EE It’s a waste of time. These poor signal issues we speak of have existed for almost 2 years. My phone claims to have a 5G reception but doesn’t actually work. Anyway like I say, no trouble. The 2 years is almost up and I’ll be free. Good day to you 🫡

  @EE The worst company I’ve ever had to deal with AVOID THEM, liars, deceitful, dishonest, thieves, I’d be here all day if I tried to go into detail of what we’ve had to deal with for months now, but do not use this company, I have no choice but to take this further now.

  @jonesaw @EE I just called. We the masses are broke in my area, so they are going to get fixed. So, could be without service for a few days or hours.

  @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

  @EE help! Router died 4wks ago=no home broadband/wifi connection,homephone plugs into back of router so no landline either,contacting EETech for help=45min wait in queue-not enough mobile credit for that. Landline needs testing+replacement BTwallsocket-compatible router required.
