  @LeilaniDowding @EE Yes, it’s usually days if it’s a bad storm and that’s in southern England and not that rural, my friend on a quieter month had no electricity for 2 weeks and no internet for a month the other year after a big storm.

  @EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given £40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.

  @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!
