  @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

  Day three of @EE totally ignoring my complaint, now a month to install broadband they promised weeks ago, two appointments made, two no shows without explanation. 45 minutes on hold whilst they keep taking my money. Disgusting

  @LeilaniDowding @EE I resisted swapping out my copper for fibre for a long time exactly because of this. I live at the end of the line as far as services are concerned and have learned the hard way over the years. Can't rely on WiFi as there are often breaks in the electricity and poor or no signal.

  @LeilaniDowding @EE Most people have a cordless phone in their home. If the power went out it becomes useless. Only corded phones work in a power outage
