    @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

    @EE on my 40min train journey from central London to kent just now, i had data availability for about 10mins in total. As an EE customer, your 4G/5G data coverage is utterly atrocious.

    @EE Sunday at 11.26 I went through the totally crazy process of ringing you, so I could verify my account, hang up and get a message that said you would ring me back within 15 minutes. Guess what? I’m still waiting and it is now 5:16 am the next day. My father is in a part of Spain where they have lost all Internet connection because of fires, I needed to amend my plan to call him (but your app wasn’t allowing me to change it) and I explained this in the ‘message’. No sympathy, no callback from EE. And don’t get me started on why if I have already made a call to you, I have to hang up, for you to then call me back. Once I’ve made a call to you I would rather sit and wait in a queue to speak to someone 😡

    @MarkyTalk @EE Pretty much same m8 I been with them for over 20 years and feel deals are getting crap plus now the way they split payment between plans and device is terrible as shows on credit rating as a new loan impacting credit score

    @EE can you please get your service right. Is unstable. getting tech support is near impossible. Everything is routed to the useless bot. And even something as simple as getting someone to fix the cable that you installed that has become undone is impossible. Terrible service

    @EE any idea when you might fix the outages for your 5G/4G mobile home broadband in Southampton? 4G data works on my iPhone but my Home Mobile Broadband has been intermittent since yesterday, even worse today!
