    @abbie_gaming @EE I will keep an eye on this thats for sure! Thing is when I speak to them they say there are no faults, but I am only getting the minimum they promise. If they don't fix it Monday I will try take it further to cancel their service tho. Thanl you! x

    @EE hope you can help, was expecting my new phone 3 days ago being delivered by dpd but I've not received it yet. All I keep getting from dpd is there is an issue with your parcel and its being held at the depot in Gloucester.

    @EE I CANNOT make calls in my village. Had to call emergency services the other night and the signal dropped, couldn’t hold a call, had to call from dads phone @VodafoneUK with no signal issues. @EE says signal is fine. Why don’t you come to the village and see for yourselves!

    @EE randomly charging an extra FOURTY POUNDS (£40) on a bill as 'extra charges' with no explanation for what the hell it is!!!! Wtf???

    @EE And when u consider my iPhone pro max is also over 28 days from the 21 days when I ordered it feels like there is an issue with Apple providing you good information. In the end is customers are being told wrong info that’s causing a spike for you guys

    @EE @LloopyLlaura If it’s an iPhone 14 don’t bother, they collect your money and don’t deliver. There is stock shortage by apple. EE collected my money too never delivered. Pathetic liars.

    @EE hi there,since upgrading, the BT sport large screen £5 service was unexpectedly removed and I can't re add it via 150 sms. I have BT sport as smart benefit. Tried calling but was just sent a link which said I'm not eligible for this service. BT sport app still works fine

    @EE just wastes 30 mins in your Nugent retail park store to ask for help factory setting my phone and the manager didn't even know how to do it!

    @EE The back of my iPhone 13 has broken. Along with the camera lens. AGAIN. I paid u £100 ins excess 2 replace the original one a couple of months ago 4 same reason. I’m not paying that again.

    @EE I get that it takes a long time to get through on the phone but it doesn’t help that as soon as I do get through on the phone, they immediately hang up on me
