@EE I'm sat here waiting on someone to answer the phone so far 30mins just to sort out a mistake made by one of your customer service staff and has landed my wife with a bill that needs to sorted out.

@EE It will never be sorted. It's a long standing issues that comes & goes. Loads of people have it. We're told to check Internet connection etc, I'm running 1gig fibre & get WiFi speeds of over 300mb.

The last few weeks I am suddenly receiving a huge number of prank calls - from missed deliveries to foreign embassies or covid tracing. They use a combination of mobile and landline numbers and international calls. @EE please stop them & block their numbers! HELP …
