@IbbotsonJoe @EE Hi Joe, they do eventually write back to you but their support is terrible. I've been with EE for the last decade now and since my recent contract renewal with them, I've had constant issues 😔

@EE Just a suggestion but rather than spending millions on fancy adverts you actually invest in the signal at #canarywharf it’s been dreadful for years,

Well this is embarrassing and frustrating. @EE ‘s internet service is so bad where I live I have to go to my car and use mobile coverage for meetings. I’m paying for medieval levels of connectivity.

@EE our broadband in TN38 area went down at midnight last night. Seeing reports of outages all over the South East I assume a major fault has happened somewhere with the BT network???

@EE no reply yesterday, can you provide clarity on your "stable links" policy for UK military personnel serving overseas? I renewed based on a promise of an exception and that promise has now been withdrawn, I'm about to be forced to cancel my contract under my cooling off period.

@EE Thanks for your response Chris, sorry to be blunt but since I have moved to Cardiff around 4 years ago signal has been poor. I live about a mile from the city centre.

@EE What’s the issue with our local mast? Had no signal and very, very slow data signal all day. Far from ideal where I’m relying on 4G for home internet also. Still isn’t fixed.

@EE Hi. I'm in Headcorn and our broadband has been down since about 11am. I understand it's not just EE, but do you know what the problem is and when it is expected to be repaired? I am currently working from home so this very inconvenient.
