    Great to wake up to no broadband because it seems @bt_uk transferred my landline from @EE prior to equipment being ready because @OpenreachHelp can’t install due to lockdown: even though my new service will not be on the landline! Even the external work isn’t done yet...

    @OpenreachHelp I reported a phone line (broadband) fault to @EE two days ago, phoned again this morning and was told @WeAreOpenreach had 'rejected' it. I'm teaching all this week and have partner and kids working at home. Please fix the fault as matter of urgency!

    @JoeHolmes1994 @i_Jess @EE So I was paying £92 a month and EE refused to let apple fix my FaceID fault, £92 a month and no FaceID for 12 months of the 24 month contract period unless I paid their £570 fee

    Wow! @EE phone contract in April and find they are still billing for my watch! Can’t cancel on line and on chat no email! :-(

    @EE hi my mum has ordered a new upgrade phone it was being delivered to the shop originally but then covid happened and was meant to be going to her address but she’s had an email saying she can collect in store can you help ?

    @EE is my device covered for accidental damage? I don’t have insurance on the device, so understand there would be maybe an OOW repair cost. Do you know how much this may be?

    @NubiBlue @EE Yes I remember my mum being on virgin and that was really bad as well. I was with BT in last house, wish I'd of kept it when I moved instead of changing to EE
