@virginmedia Hi. 5 days of on/off internet. Having to pay @EE pay as you go to use internet at home !!! This really is shocking service. #VirginBroadband #virginmedia

@sarahhop @EE I have also tweeted them after Dad's second call to them. Apparently as the contract is in his name he must still pay even though he has his own phone with @bt_uk who are their sister company. Absolutely awful customer service!

Wow @EE ! Good customer service you say? My father has called you twice to cancel his wife's contact after her sudden death. As it's in his name you are charging him £70 to cancel!? He has his own mobile with BT (your sister) so doesn't need another phone. An all time low!!!!
