Great scam by @EE , supply customers with faulty equipment then charge them £85 for not returning it. If you need your broken router so bad, send a courier instead of making customers do all the leg work for you.

@EE just curious. I had an email now closing a complaint but a) the complaint was raised this morning on the advice of one of your technicians & b) nothing has been done or communicated to me about the complaint so how did you close it already?

@EE Good morning, trying to sort out the broadband connection as it's off line and the app doesn't show any information about the recovery of it. Can someone check if the internet is down West Suffolk please.

@EE EE selling me a phone contract on the basis of 3 working day delivery and then being unable to give me any specific post sale information when phone not delivered is terrible customer service. Had i known I would have changed my provider.

@EE @EE After every attempt to call 150, I only get endless options and then this message before the call disconnects: "Hi from EE. We haven't found any issues with your network at W39BA. However, we can still offer technical support. Reply NETWORK if you can't make or receive calls or texts. Reply DATA if you can't access the internet or have data problems." This loop prevents me from speaking to a real agent and the SMS routing issue remains unresolved. Immediate action is required. #EE #CustomerSupport #Urgent

@EE I don’t like speaking on the phone and it’s actually my dads account and he won’t ring for me cos he’s having no issues with what he uses the internet for
