Do people with a VPN on @EE have problems with no connection like @ThreeUKSupport ? I'm gonna have to switch to EE if customers have no issues. Absolutely fuming. Have had no problems all year now suddenly can't protect myself while on the internet with certain things.

@EE At the end - apparently they can't send an engineer out without them giving me £100! Sounds well dodgy to me! The guy's name was James Gordon ...or so he said! So I'm still waiting for a resolution .... and a complaints procedure! Contacting MP and BBC next! 2/2

@EE we have had issues for 7 weeks after changing to EE broadband and wrote to Claire Gillies. Can you confirm our complaint is with her. It has been two weeks since we emailed?

@EE speaking to someone to cancle an online order is impossible. Website is also terrible and doesn't work with order number.

@EE @BT_Openreach Please send your complaints procedure and the email address of your Chief Executive Officer! I am escalating this to the top! My next door neighbour is in the same boat and she works for the NHS as an emergency attender and currently has NO web access because of your incompetence
