@EE hi there, I am having trouble accessing and listening to my voice messages her in Sao Paulo Brazil with my UK mobile number. The calls and data are fine, it is just I can hear my voice messages. Is there a special number or can my voice messages be emailed to me? Please help.

Hey @EE! Quick question. I’ve upgraded but worry it might arrive while I’m at work. If I was to go to my local store is there anyway they could cancel the delivery and upgrade me in store instead? If not I’m happy to keep my delivery.

@SkyHelpTeam so disappointed by your non-service.Broadband should have been accessible on 28.11.22. We’ve been told we won’t have connection until 2023. Lost earnings, lost connections with loved ones. @EE & @bt_uk would have at least provided us with a dongle to connect at Xmas

@EE I’ve paid for an early upgrade and next day delivery as my phone is broken, looks like @DPDgroup_news has lost it or been stolen and no one is willing to help. Someone needs to resolve this asap, been told no one can help for 72 hours which is absolute nonsense!
