@EE poor service! My PS5 has been delivered to a random address in Cardiff (I’m in Manchester and you have my address) then im told nobody was in when delivery was attempted, despite you not letting me know when that would be! And now you’re telling me you’re out of stock!

@EE After 23 hours I would hope so, surely also a redundant question when you state you’ve fixed an issue already.

@EE something is wrong your end, probably DNS servers. Playing dumb and blaming the social media sites being down, is incredibly frustrating to read as a paying customer for both Broadband and mobile data. Terrible strategy I'll find someone new thanks 👋

@EE Hello, this particular tweet was directed at my data not working. I was trying to use it as I had no WIFI internet thanks to @virginmedia. So I was basically left without a solid internet connection.🙃 #21stcenturyproblems

@ee why in 2021 do I have to wait two days for the pack I paid for with a payg sim to be added to my account? Not exactly a good welcome to your service. Within 5 minutes of using your sim I’m complaining on Twitter and calling your customer support to resolve this dumb problem.

@EE The service problem in my area that was going to take 16hrs to fix….is now at 6 days and counting. Any danger of me being able to make a call that doesn’t involve me shouting “hello, can you hear me” 10 times?!!
