@EE I spent about an hour in your shop, and on hold to your helpline. I can’t imagine what you can do to repair the damage or deal with the stress. It looks like I will need another trip to her house to troubleshoot tomorrow. You made a right mess of this.

@EE So maybe you can explain what the extra £630 fee is for? I'm already paying you for the phone, the fix is £200ish which I'm willing to pay - what's the additional £630 for?

@EE So you decline my order but take my money anyway? With NO way of getting my money back. This is the worst customer journey EVER. So now I’m sat on the phone for hours on end trying to find a way to get my money back?!?! 😡 Sort it out!

@EE We have a mobile router on our network and when we plug our phone extensions into it they won't register. Take them somwhere that has wired broadband and they work. Already spoken to customers services. They told me to go **** myself. Really helpful.

@somersetbagpuss @EE I had the same proble with EE! Switched to another service provider now. You could always turn “wifi calling” on
