    Real issue with my fibre broadband...Restarted the router but no Internet available. Grr!! Will have to call @EE later this morning to get the engineer in to fix it. #EEfibrebroadbandisdown

    @EE its been almost 2 weeks since I upgraded my phone. There were a number of issues with the upgrade carried out by someone over the phone. I've spoken to 4 different people via the shop/phone/twitter and despite being assured everything has been corrected, it has not....(1/2)

    @EE state of your phone lines. Tried sorting out BT Sport add on 3 times today and waits over 30 minutes. Lamentable service, paying for a product you can’t use
