    @EE I already did that and they told me it was a general problem affecting several customers and that I should wait about a week for it to clear. This time has passed and it's still the same for me, hence why I'm enquiring

    Please nobody else make the mistake of switching from all sky to @EE @NOW ! Itโ€™s really the worst tv package Iโ€™ve had. No UHD channels on any good channels - which I had with sky. Was told I would by sales but I donโ€™t. You canโ€™t record it just shortcuts the program to a catchup

    @EE All my HD channels gone. Spent 1hr on phobd with EE...Said they don't know issue. VERH FRUSTRATING...Virgin here we come...

    I pay a lot of money @EE for your tv package as well as 1gb internet. Why are your live sky channels constantly glitchy regardless of how many resets I do? Even other channels are the same but sky sports is by far the worst. Not good enough is it when itโ€™s every 30 seconds or so

    @EE here's a great CX problem for you. I am not your customer. Your new customer has (hopefully accidentally) used my email account to register for your services, so I have 8 emails from you - including NOW and Netflix. And there is no easy way to tell you this!!!!!

    @FitbitSupport Hi guys. I'll contact @EE too but but the battery life has taken a real nose dive the last few weeks. Perfectly fine for 8 months or so and now the battery life is really bad

    @EE I have recently upgraded my phone with Freddie in your upgrade department but I was never told about the flexi pay. I was told I was going to be paying ยฃ48.11 per month. Not an additional ยฃ24 per month on top of that. I am not happy and feel like I have been scammed
