    So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort

    3 calls to @EE & 2hrs spent trying to end my mobile contract & switch to PAYG. Rep said the switch would happen 29 March. It didn’t happen & I was charged £72.87 for April! It’s infuriating I can’t reach anyone reliable. Please HELP @EE #CustomerComplaint #customerservice #EE

    @EE have some of the worst customer service. I’ve tried to speak to people multiple times about my broadband speed and they don’t respond or give any help.

    @EE hi i just swapped from damage cover to full cover for phone insurance and on my app it stil only shows as damage cover how long will it take to update

    @grantaddick100 @EE Anything for companies to rip customers off. We must be lying about our complaint, not, they pay their employees poorly so employees don’t do their job properly, and somehow we’re the problem 🙄
