@EE Tried to upgrade my phone today but you’ve lost the upgrade order. It may have been because your system crashed but that didn’t stop you debiting my bank twice with an upgrade fee. Kindly sort this out & refund the extra sum you took. If you can’t I can move to a better network.

@EE I’ve been a customer for over a decade and have just been told the best upgrade deal I can get is a measly £3 off the monthly price, or a whopping increase of £620 on the handset if I reduce the monthly cost! Is this really the reward loyal customers get? Time to change providers

@EE - I’ve been a customer of yours for over a decade, just called to discuss an upgrade and was told the BEST offer I could get is £3 knocked off the monthly cost of a new deal. For a customer of my level of loyalty I’m disgusted at how little that counts for.

Dear @EE help me out please. I’m thinking of upgrading my mobile online and it says there’s a £100 fee, but when I go to checkout it says ‘nothing due today’? Plus do I have to physically send my current handset back to get the upgrade? Thank you x
