    @EE Still receiving the slowest reception for many years. My work phone on ID is much faster. I don’t get 4G never mind 5G. Twitter clips buffering, Facebook clips buffering. Too frustrating to bother. Lots of network envy.

    @EE It should have dropped down drastically. Why would I pay £69 for 100GB and unlimited minutes? That’s easily £20-£25 on sim only which is what my contract now becomes as I’ve paid off the phone. I was waiting for the new Iphone to come out next month but I will not be doing that

    @EE Fix your app so it shows the correct device, I know you say it’s only cosmetic, but if you can’t get this right what else is wrong???
