    @EE hi there, I had my phone stolen yesterday. I have tried to call the numbers repeatedly with no success. I have sent a DM but the automated responses don't help as I have tried all those options or am unable to. Please help

    @EE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP………..bots that answer your calls are hopelessly frustrating and it have taken me almost 2months to get everything working in my home since my so called UPGRADE!!! Two hubs because of a problem with initial hub, likewise with extenders!!! APPALLING!

    @EE I’ve tried calling you - no one seems able to help me. BT say I don’t owe them any money. Your broadband didn’t work in my new house, I returned the equipment and cancelled the contract in good time.

    @EE We have not had a landline for over 5 weeks since an imposed switchover from BT. Now being told there isa problem with the number which we have had for over 50 years Then a DD which we have no notification about. What an unholy mess and nobody is interested in helping
