    @Whizwheels @EE why would I need a new charger if they want me to use my old one? Hmmmm before we got Galaxy buds as a pre order...now its a charger So so bad

    @EE I really couldn't bare to jump through hoops to any customer service. On the contrary, it should be EE contacting me to apologise. EE have the technology to know exactly when hubs are not responding. If EE didn't know then the hub wouldn't come back online. Just deliver.

    @EE this is starting to be a joke with the lack of signal, I have max 2 bars of signal anywhere I go. Adverts promoting WiFi can help a plane land make the signal won't even let me make a phone call.

    Why is it so hard trying to upgrade with @EE been a customer since 2010 and seems they have no incentive to want to keep their customers
