    The @EE website and app are the worst ive ever had to deal with. The app no longer logs in, and the website just sits idle. Thank god my contract is at an end.

    @WoodUksparky137 @EE Never ever buy a phone with a contract on a finance agreement. Companies will often charge a premium for the device opposed to buying it outright when often you can negotiate/find a discount. SIM only is usually a lot cheaper and offers more flexibility.

    @EE Yep. Done that. Spoke to someone. Absolutely useless. You can’t deal with the people who deal with email complaints IN THE SAME COMPANY because it’s a different team. Never mind I’ll make sure I recommend a different provider next time his or my contracts are up.

    @EE I'm trying to top up my son's phone but the app won't load up the correct section and the online tool isn't working, keeps asking for my address multiple times on the same form. Help would be appreciated

    @EE Your app is useless. It fails to log in every single time I enter my credentials. Everything is correct and it fails all the time. Combined with the poor signal I always have, I am disappointed I chose to move over.

    Switching to @ee broadband, might’ve been the worse thing I’ve done!! Damn near every week something is wrong with it! I’m sitting in the same room as the router, and I can’t get any connection.

    @EE You’re obviously not working hard as it says in the message. This has been happening for over a week, the device has upto date software and app.
