    @EE so I’ve text stop sport yesterday but it says I still need to pay for it and it won’t even let me log into my btsport account now because it says I have no subscription, so now I can’t watch anything on btsport even though I’m paying for it, help quick please

    @EE Yeah, checked all wires are connected, replugged them as well to double check. Apparently, there was an accident in the area that almost took out the green box. Could that be related to this issue in any way?

    Morning @EE I am trying to cancel my contract with you as of today because you cant help me without me calling. I cant call because my phone is broken and i am looking for a new one. But now i am being told i have to call to cancel my contract. What do you suggest please?

    @EE This disgusting company send debt collectors after me 6 weeks after my Contract ended for £12.55 knowing I work for the NHS "which they claim to support" and knowing I ended my contract due to financial struggles absolutely disgusting company!

    @samsteele771 @EE Mine is the same, had a message saying theres a problem near home around 4 days ago, had another 2day saying the problems taking longer than expected to resolve... it's a joke :(

    @EE Increase contract prices then, don't hide behind inflation! Already one of the most expensive networks. I don't mind paying extra for service with EE but not an 4%. I'd never have upgraded had I known. I've went from full signal to 1 bar or less so paying more for poorer service.

    Thanks soo much @EE for messaging me to say my price plan is increasing. This is after almost 12 months of hardly using your damn network because I've been frigging working from home! #facepalm 🙄 #FirstWorldProblems
