Cate Hart (@CateTyduCymru) reported@EE I’ve done that, they opened a case, heard nothing since and internet been on and off since. I rely on the WiFi calling to talk to my oncologist each week. I pay over £30 per month for a service which doesn’t deliver. Got better service from BT copper wire!!!!!!!
-
Stu Spiller (@TheRealSpiller) reported@MarkyTalk @EE Signal was non existent in doniford last week, feels like somethings changed
-
Lee Parkin (@lparkin) reported@EE can someone help me with an order? When placed it said in stock delivered within 2 days… still not dispatched though..
-
Lisa :) (@lsl_scott) reported@EE Why tell me to call when I have to make a complaint online? More time wasting.
-
Alex Davies (@GNEAlex22) reported@EE Sick of wasting my breath with you guys, my app hasn’t worked for 18 months now and signal is very poor around Gateshead riverside. Don’t even know what I’m paying for anymore
-
Mark Randall (@MarkyTalk) reported@EE I’m not very happy with the deal I have currently and didn’t get anywhere with customer service. The only way for me to get a better deal apparently is to sign up with EE home broadband and I don’t want to do that.
-
Bodz84 (@AFCBUDDY85) reported@EE dont worry, i'll just blast your Customer service team on the phone and then look cancel my broadband with you.
-
Andrew Parmenter (@AndyP1982) reported@EE why can a new customer get a deal £10 a month cheaper than someone who has been a customer for nearly 5 years? Where is the customer loyalty? I’ve now signed up to @virginmedia #customerlost #customergained
-
Big Greegsy (@BigGreegsy1) reported@DerekAllan61 @EE O2 moved me over to EE and the signal is shite. Keep losing it everywhere. Awful
-
Kate (@KatieBrownriggg) reported@EE hi, why is it when customers use an offer from a third party website to get their broadband with you - you then cancel it? Apparently you’re cancelling 2 out of 3 people who do this so it feels like i’ll be wasting my time if I sign up?
