    @EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

    @moorepropgroup @EE As I ally I bought a new iPhone outright and dropped my 45 a month sim to £10 yet my next months bill was saying nearly £70. Then I saw this “deposit”. I’ve been with them years as they are the best service in my area

    @EE 3rd day since I’ve contacted you regarding my iPhone dying on me, I’ve had it less that 12 months. Many phone calls and still yet to arrange for someone to pick it up. The amount of money I pay you and your customer service is appalling

    @EE Today's call to cc was advised as I had got one security question wrong to down load app and do it through there nope nothing there. I am a vunerable person bought a new ipad as mine had died during process of taking old sim out to new I lost it eyes not good. Help

    @LePhantomDennis @christatum4949 @EE Ngl gotta give samsumg credit for holding onto support for as card for so long after other oems dropped it, btw are there still OEMs that sell flagships with as card support. If not than that sucks 😟

    @EE i ordered a phone today (18th) and didn’t realise i had selected an expert to help me set up, is there a way for me to cancel this as this is not necessary for me
