  @EE since we were forced to move from #BT Broadband to #EE we’ve had nothing but trouble - same faults no resolution - we pay for every channel you offer + extras but still can’t watch what we pay for … & what is IA-AU15? Very discontent customer

Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not yours. Same to see why we've raised your charges.   @EE It's so frustrating that I can't speak to someone... It's only automated responses and a chat service. Everyone on there obviously don't know the job. I need to talk to someone on the phone.

  @EE I already did that and they told me it was a general problem affecting several customers and that I should wait about a week for it to clear. This time has passed and it's still the same for me, hence why I'm enquiring

  @EE Hi - I'm afraid that I don't have the time to navigate your website/or call you ... just letting you know that your customer (account) details used the wrong email address and has none of your onboarding messages. If you have an email address which can be used, let me know
