    @EE Sorted but I'm still not happy with the fact in central London I couldn't get a signal for nearly an hour

    @EE unable to download bills from MyEE app nor through the browser. Spoke to customer service, only option from them is to post the bills, which takes 5 days. Can't you provide a tentative timeline to fix the issue?? You can't expect the customer to keep checking the app..

    @EE walked into an re shop in Edinburgh, 1 other customer being seen, 5 other members of staff there, not one even lifted their head. So I walked out

    @BT & @EE couldnt organise a pissup in a brewery. Due to their mistake a elderly person with health issues is now with out a working mobile phone number !!!!!!

    @EE so EE won’t connect their customers with an 0330 number,when every other provider does, but when I call you to report this… there is nothing you can do as I’m not an EE customer… care to comment?
