    @EE Thanks Holly it had been the home broadband giving us trouble. On further investigation last night we discovered the wall socket was loose . Think it was dislodged at some point when we were unplugging the device as it’s not fitted very securely. Replacing has resolved thanks.

    Has something happened to the @EE 4G signal in east London? I have to use a 4G router and atm it’s practically unusable??
