    @EE no 4G or 3G in Great Coates Grimsby so no internet connection. Occasionally 1 bar if I’m lucky, very poor, normally full signal

    @EE Hi - we switched our broadband service to BT back in July, why are you still debiting my bank account for our old internet service over a month later? Your sales rep told us it would be a seamless switchover, which this is not. @CorArdens

    @ee service down in area for 1.5 years. No real resolutions offered other draining your day of hours by being passed from one usless line manager to the next. Policies and service discriminatory to neurotypical customers
