@EE your customer service is shocking, issues with call reception for months. called a few times, promised follow up, never received. went to local branch. Not even an acknowledgement i was stood there. totally blanked. didnt give a flying .... ~#APPAULING

@EE I've been on the messaging app, I've asked for pac codes, got told I can't have them until end date of contract,then when I tried to reply the customer service representative ended the chat. And I'm asked why I'm leaving 🙄
