Has anyone had hurrendous customer support from @EE and @BT recently? We’ve been without a landline since last Wednesday- my mum is waiting for a phonecall from hospital regarding a date for Cancer surgery.

@WeGoMadinCages @EE @MarcAllera They will not allow me file a complaint with ombudsman with regards them refusing to comply with The CA2015. Problem A is only a problem because they won't fix problem B.

@EE appalling customer service, called several times regarding poor call quality. It’s a phone! Promised call back,follow ups. Nothing! Try going in store local & not eve acknowledged I was there!! Blanked at the “welcome” podium #disgusting and still calls dropping 🤬
