    @EE Hi the App is now working but I have moved house and it won’t update my address details. Same for billing address so that is going to cause a problem come payment day. Still can’t access the website as an alternative. Or add on data.

    Now, my dad is furious that I was able to create this bill in his name without @EE asking permission. And all EE can do is blame these system glitches and tell me to change the account holder name to fix it. ZERO accountability, apologies, or compensation.

    @EE our wifi is down for the second day in 2 weeks - not sure why this keeps happening??? Nothing has changed and the router is just flashing.
