@EE The link you gave is for ordering a replacement sim in the event of loss or damage and even then, it says to ring 150 or visit a store. I can't find any way to order an esim online. I should clarify, I already have a SIM card in my phone, I just want it to be an esim.

@EE Hey Michael, it's a new sim contract. I'm moving to EE from another network. I've tried it in my unlocked iPhone and it's not getting any bars. Have tried turning on and off.

@EE I’m having some trouble hearing calls and can only hear the caller on loud speaker. As my phone is about a month old, can I take it in to a store to be looked at?
