ChrisLee™ (@ChrisLeeTM) reported@EE how do I cancel my broadband? My bill isn’t due until the 27th yet you decide to disconnect my broadband at 10pm, meaning I can’t even call EE. Then you disable my router from even connecting to devices in my home such as a WiFi printer!!! WTAF! 😡

Daniel Allen (@MrDanAllen) reported@EE Hi EE! Just received my copy of 007 First Light bought through yourselves - how do I claim the EE exclusive Casino Suit in game? I haven't received a code in my emails or in the copy of the game... Please can you help?

Jake King (@JakeyKing) reported@DinaGlyphs @EE MSO is an OpenReach issue. It means you, and likely any neighbours using OpenReach, are affected. EE can’t speed it along. OpenReach will fix it, but it’s up to OpenReach to fix unfortunately

DomLarkin65 (@DomLarkin65) reported@EE I’ve moved from using mobile broadband to fibre. Wanted to send back my Smart 5G hub. Told by your customer services that you don’t want and that it’s down to me to dispose of it (“or keep it”). That’s very wasteful. And assumes that I’m responsible for recycling Any comment?

WelshSully (@WelshSully96) reported@DPDCariers I spoke to the team online and on the phone they didn't seem to care less. At least @EE did all they could best that can be done is re delivery tomorrow not that I have much hope. Honestly DPD is making EE look so bad with the service from yourselves as there chosen provider.
