@EE I am with ee and in Glasgow and God help O2 is EE is 6x faster. My signal is poor unless right in city centre. Have to use wi-fi calling in my home and Vodafone is much quicker everywhere I go in Glasgow.

@EE I’ve recently upgraded & chose a plan where Apple Music was free for 6 months. I’ve tried to start it but it says I’ve already used it. Surely with it being essentially a new agreement, I should still be entitled as it was one of the reasons i chose the plan. Can you help?

@EE why do I pay for 2x business contracts in Bude Cornwall when the service is next to useless

  • MattGarrould Matt (@MattGarrould) reported

@CanaryWellzy @EE It's absolutely ridiculous! I used to be able to get messages at work (some very important) and recommend EE to so many people/customers, now I can't get any signal at all and almost all of the village is pissed off by it all.

  • NickCorston Nick Corston : FRSA : #I💛Art (@NickCorston) reported

@EE Turned out that WH Smiths in Bude are selling EE PAYG Sims that have cancelled numbers and wouldn’t register on the network!!! They gave me two more, one was the same (£10 deal), another on a different deal (£15 top up) was OK

  • PlayLabTv PlayLab (@PlayLabTv) reported

@EE why don’t you just admit your transmitter in Lyme Regis is not fit for purpose, instead of sending daily messages about ‘a problem’? #wehateEE

  • dombrown17 Dominic Brown (@dombrown17) reported

@ee im in on holiday in Cornwall an signal is like im using a cornish pasty. Sort it out !!

  • mc_funbags Funbags McFuckstick™ ✊🏿BLM❤ & WEAR A ******* MASK (@mc_funbags) reported

Hey @EE , I'm getting 5mbps on my supposed broadband. Supposed to be getting a minimum of 39.5. I've still got 10 months left of this crappy service. I rarely get my promised speeds, and if it keeps up, I'll be leaving and will not be paying the remainder of the contract.

  • dankingi Danny King (@dankingi) reported
