    @EE Hi, I have an issue when I view my account on the EE app and website. Ever since I requested my PAC code, I’m not able to see upgrade option on both application. Just get an error message stating unable to load information. Who can get this resolved for me please?

    @EE very frustrated this morning - got a split service as switched telephone number from other provider, unable to send/receive texts and calls, would love to speak to a human rather than being fobbed off by automated messages.

    @EE Thank you for replying back. I’ve been recommended to use wifi calling and all I have been told is the signal should be ok in the areas I travel.

    @EE whats going on with your signal in NG33 4J postcode area? There’s been no signal for 24+ hours, and wificalling isn’t working either.

    Dear @EE if you are going to send passwords to people so they can Access Photo & Video Text Messages it would be helpful if the ******* Password actually worked! I've put my Phone Number & the Password you sent in numerous times & it doesn't work!!!!!! It's ridiculous!
