    @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

    @bt @EE @openreach the worst companies on this planet to deal with, awaiting broadband since February with escalation after escalation, simply brilliantly rubbish. A customer for 40 years and they really do not care

    One mast serves the entire area and when that goes down, they then cannot get approval from the landowner to repair said infrastructure and you are lucky if you have one bar of signal. @EE get it sorted!!

    @EE I tried that through automated chat but all they said was the signal strength in my area was ok but tried to explain its every area i go to its really poor but the person didnt seem to understand what i was suggesting

    @EE Absolutely disgusted by your team. I’m in France driving to Switzerland & my service won’t work because you changed my price plan even though I’ve called twice to check roaming would be ok. I’ve got an 850km drive, no maps and your solution? Buy a sim and you’ll give me Β£20?

    @lebara customer service isn't a patch on @EE but it's too late to change now. I wonder if, in a years time, I'll be moving back to EE.
