  @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? #ee Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.   @EE I’ve already called several times on Friday and today. Lots of time spent on hold. Online support is really poor. All I wanted was to watch a TV channel I have paid for but you have cancelled the channel, taken my money and won’t reinstate unless I call you again several times.
