@EE after 2 great years of service with EE I get charged for xtra add to plans not on my account both in November and December resulting in huge bills at Xmas. Bank statement showing bill paid as alway until 13th of jan! Never missed a payment and no reminder or warning from ee

@EE I’ve tried reporting a service issue but when I type my post code in it changed it to a completely different one. Twice. Any idea why?
@mattsmedley1974 @EE I have had them from o2, Ee and from 3.. I’m with Vodafone. I do pay 1 of my children’s contracts and she is with 3.. I just checked in their app to make sure! It’s a scam.. never follow the link
@Lindemann27 Tried all that! Even followed a guide online to check the router firmware was up to date! Last I can think is I need a signal booster but my flat is tiny! I’m practically sitting on the router!! It ******* useless @EE
@EE disappointed this evening, Any idea why my wife can't get as good a deal as a new customer for her renewal, even though we have both been with you for about 14 year. Shoddy. Think she'll be moving away
