  @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

  @EE I seriously doubt it works for anyone. Please do as I have asked and log a fault on your network in NE65. I’m not the only one experiencing problems, the area Facebook page has many similar reports.

  @ee Why do you make it so hard to report a fault? Your mobile network in NE65 has been atrocious for the past few days. I have a business account with you and am currently unable to work. Please log the fault and restore service.

  @EE The bots are useless recommending the same thing without understanding the issue. The router works & generally gives between 500to 800 Mb BUT although the four EE wifi extenders recommended & fitted by EE engineer glow aqua they have no connectivity = no TV, Alexa or heating
