@EE Please release me from my contract ASAP. You have confirmed that you have received my the phone but won’t administer my exit. Please, please help

@EE But this is exactly how I’ve been left feeling. The member of staff looked into all the ways to do it and it was a lot of work for me to do, I’m too unwell. I think EE needs to reevaluate how they want to help customers who are in worse situations than me.

  • RedChris91 Christian Breyley (@RedChris91) reported

Is it just me or is it impossible to upgrade on @EE online shop or app. Been trying for Days... Always down.

  • rm_91x Rachael (@rm_91x) reported

@EE how do you put in a formal complaint? There is no way in hell I'm paying an extra 10 a month considering I'm on the shittest deal ever. That takes my bill up to 100 a month.

  • sanstarko Johnny (@sanstarko) reported

@EE Seeing as you’re only too happy to bump the prices up by 14% it would be awesome if your service would actual work worth a damn when in a busy location like a train station, etc.

  • Blake_kj Kevin Blake (@Blake_kj) reported

@EE to all my contacts be careful when upgrading your phone, this lot send a new phone with a sim, we tell them we will keep our numbers, they then charge you £10 a month for each of the unused sims, and after 5 years you contact them they cancel the sums and keep the £1000 ?

  • HannMorton Hannah James (@HannMorton) reported

@EE can I get some help please?

  • dannyh211189 Daniel Hatton (@dannyh211189) reported

@EE Seeing as a newer model phone on the exact same terms is currently offered at £25 per month less than my current contract, that's bollocks and you will be losing a customer at the end of my contract
