  @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

  @EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

  @EE hi there I’ve been told I need to send back my WiFi router otherwise I’ll be charged however I’ve messaged service desk on here several times but they’re not responding!!!!! We didn’t receive any postage information or barcode to send the box back.

  @EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didn’t work , couldn’t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !

  @dcr_1999 @EE I had issue when I tried to change my kids contracts to sim only, tried online spend cap limit reached, went in store same, even though I was trying to spend less than currently was. Waiting to move them away from EE. Always a stress and hassle at upgrade time.

  @EE I can’t ever get reception on my phone for calls I’ve called and ee doesn’t want to help, I’ve been a customer for 30 yrs with the same number and I find your customer service shocking regarding this apparently you can’t help me?

  @EE Hi there The link you have sent does not work - have tried other connections and still fails - no point now as I am arriving back to U.K. tomorrow- this is soooo disappointing and I would like to be compensated. Really has caused me issues
