New mobile contract last week, it included BT sport but you never sent me a code. Called 3 times after getting fed up of waiting the first 2. Got through and they sent a text to activate it. Unfortunately it hasn't done that. Just waited another 25 minutes, fed up. Call me @EE

@EE our Broadband just went down in Lincolnshire. Wide spread or just us? Troubleshooting directs us to ring, but I'm sure the lines are closed ar 0200. #EEBroadband

Shout out to @EE, gave me a great deal on IPhone 13, better then my previous provider #o2 were offering me for the 12, despite having been a customer for 13 years.

@amylouisestone @EE Having exactly the same issue. Cannot get through to them by phone. They haven't contacted me to say they have my phone. They are saying my email registered is not correct,it is. Starting to think its a scam and they are just keeping phones without paying out. Disappointed @EE
