@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE Customer since 2016 upgraded early as offered, picked phone and tariff as offered, paid £40 for phone as offered but now can’t have the deal as it includes two discounts RIDICULOUS!!

@quentynblog @EE Give OneCom a call. I found them to be up level on market, and I have to say its staggering how bad treatment is on existing customers, over new ones. Its like no one like repeat business - and yet all you need to do is do the basics right..

@O2 once again poor service - they accept fraudulent phones to be taken out. Then they don’t call you back, the don’t take off your credit file. Do not use @O2 - stay with @EE they care.

Still waiting for my phone return box from @EE which should of been with me in a "few days" (on 29th December). After charging me for 3 numbers! Was supposed to have cancelled the number to my iPad which I cancelled years ago and have charged me for since! ******* joke! #awful

@EE Been a long time customer of yours, But if you're reintroducing EU Roaming charges in March and @O2 aren't what are the incentives to remain a customer of yours when my contract expires in a couple of months?

@EE please remove the customer service message in the North East accent. Even coming from that area, it sounds terrible. Please use a neutral voice.
