@EE Is it possible to get hold of a SIM without buying a plan so that I can check coverage at my location? Despite being in a built-up area on the outskirts of a large town (Aylesbury) coverage on most networks is poor or non-existent regardless of what the coverage maps may say.

@sastawear @EE They are purposefully refusing to solve the issue with my phone (that's will stop charging randomly) and refer me to Apple all the time (who refer me to EE). I think I'll just cancel my direct debit and take my business elsewhere, to be honest.

@EE @XboxGamePass If I find out more than one of the FIVE payments I have tried to make today for a pack have gone through there is going to be so much trouble. I promise you will catch a case. Absolutely shameful.
