@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • WanderingIan
    Ian Dickerson (@WanderingIan) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Most people have a cordless phone in their home. If the power went out it becomes useless. Only corded phones work in a power outage

  • Gilbert_36174
    gilbert (@Gilbert_36174) reported

@EE Still waiting to be sent a new code for this offer. 3 phonecalls, reaching out on here - nothing. Been with @ee since the days of Orange, family plan, valued customer- not for much longer. What a let down.

  • stuuk11
    stuuk1๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ (@stuuk11) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Copper lines are being fazed out, they just wonโ€™t exist anymore. All communication will be over the internet, if the WiFi goes down or the there is a power outage then you just wonโ€™t be able to contact anyone. Scary.

  • NM_Rdg
    NeilM (@NM_Rdg) reported

@EE How does roaming work for visiting Spain/Portugal? My main issues are around potentially receiving calls if I don't have it or it activating and charging me when I don't want it (I'll have WiFi all day on some days)

  • agoldentale
    Dudley (@agoldentale) reported

@EE is there an issue with your app? Just topped up via it and had no confirmation text and money hasn't left bank either

  • robjohn75
    Robin John (@robjohn75) reported

@EE @LeilaniDowding Ah, such an interesting marketing ploy, we now have to buy a backup battery for (orchestrated) power cuts. Who profits from this forced technological transition.๐Ÿค” Problem, reaction, solution yet again, follow the money.

  • zombiestyled
    TheGreatCordwainer (@zombiestyled) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Personal use satellite radios on their way. CB radio. Personal use batteries. Could be considetrd a backwards step, but copper line phones were never power free magic.

  • BagFleaBag
    Jo Oliver ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง (@BagFleaBag) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Yes, itโ€™s usually days if itโ€™s a bad storm and thatโ€™s in southern England and not that rural, my friend on a quieter month had no electricity for 2 weeks and no internet for a month the other year after a big storm.

  • apr9999
    Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported

@EE You could if you wanted to. They could call me, verify me, send a one time PIN, confirm I'm the a/c holder. Just like they do on inbound. Tried twice this morning & had to give up after>10 minutes listening to the awful music. This is re broadband but I may cancel my phone too!

  • PhilipMur3
    Philip Murphy (@PhilipMur3) reported

@Amy_90_x @EE Scam calls, just don't take any notice of them and just block them, problem is older people might answer them
