@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

@EE I've been waiting in for an engineer for my broadband, to receive a call saying he can't find a parking spot so I'll have to re-book, except I can't get through to any of your numbers to re-book, nor complain. Great Service!!

@EE I still have no mobile signal and nor does my husband I need my phone as only point of contact foe my elderly father I changed to EE a month ago from Vodafone now really disappointed with my new switch to EE

If @EE were anything like a decent company they’d put a pinned message up top, and admit there is a serious problem for the second day running. But they’re not, and don’t want to put potential customers off by admitting their current customers haven’t had a phone for two days #EE

@simoncgray @EE Completely 100% agree! can not reach customer service, like it doesn't exist, no news or updates. Newsfeeds all saying statement from EE "the technical issue has been resolved everything is good".. what was the technic issue in the first place and why wasn't customers told?!

@EE Calling 150 is still not working today, briefly worked yesterday evening but today, no dial tone, cuts off after a minute or so.

@EE Have not been able to receive any calls to mobile for 24 hours now costing my business dearly. Cant get through to customers services via 150 or WhatsApp chat / live chat. Coverage checker saying everything working fine when clearly it isn’t. No recent updates online? Very Poor!

@EE what is going on with the network, London is still down with no incoming or out going calls ONLY data calls/messages via WhatsApp.. unable to reach your customer service and all the while you state to news outlets and online that the outage have been resolved and all's good?
