    Count on EE? ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค” Maybe someone can explain why with full service shown, calls drop every time I pass Murcar roundabout Aberdeen NJ 94680 12414 @EE I don't pay the money I do to get Analogue Style phone service ๐Ÿ˜

    @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

    @EE Exactly which means I should be able to pay either off at any time but according to @EE I can't pay up and leave the service and keep paying for the phone (which is a credit agreement). I have to pay the outstanding device balance as well just because I have over 12 months left!

    @EE this is my internet yet again. Itโ€™s absolutely rubbish, and I even pay extra for preferential signal. Diabolical service, and only word spaghetti rather than a fix! The postcode is Nn7 3fg

    @EE Iโ€™ve complained several times and all I get told to do is to reset the device and then it works for 2/3 days then goes back to been absolute garbage!!

    @EE why do you make it so hard to get help for home broadband? The WiFi account isnโ€™t in my name but I have all the details I need, but because Iโ€™m using my phone the AI bot will only consider my account. Typically the WiFi stops when the office is shut. EE broadband is so so bad

    Just had an abysmal call with @EE customer service - absolutely terrible, I want someone to listen to the call of the handler who I just spoke to as they are about to lose a customer!

    @EE since we were forced to move from #BT Broadband to #EE weโ€™ve had nothing but trouble - same faults no resolution - we pay for every channel you offer + extras but still canโ€™t watch what we pay for โ€ฆ & what is IA-AU15? Very discontent customer
