@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

@EE Thanks for checking in. We do but I’m at work at the moment. We tried the fix yesterday over 60071 but it didn’t work. It will work for a bit and drop out again. Rinse repeat. I’ll sort it out when I’m off. Tbh it’s been unreliable for a while so I think we’ll be switching.

Story time (PT2) - Told by @EE orders was cancelled and would receive confirmation. Manager will call regards complaint and leaving. No confirmation. No call. Question is, laziness or incompetence? Absolute joke of a business!

@EE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I have been complaining about signalling issues for almost three months. I highlighted ok numerous occasions that both indoors and OUTDOORS is not working. The past week has been the worst, I have even visited the EE Canary Wharf store about this.
