@EE I’m abroad and my sim isn’t working. Your customer service team are unable to help me. They are saying I need a new sim sent which I am unable to access as I’m abroad. I can’t access my bank, work apps, emails - please can someone help resolve this

@EE John - listen to the recording of the call I had with your customer services- once someone has listened to it then I am happy to have a separate discussion. I was told to leave EE and find another provider - that’s what I did . Awful customer relations

@EE Once your iPhone SIM is activated you should receive a text message asking if you want to activate Apple One. You'll need to enter in your Apple account details in order to activate this exclusive and valuable service.

@EE My signal just seems awful since I got this new phone & changed back to EE… it’s also bad when I make a phone call far too often, there’s a little orange dot where signal should be.

@EE I am trying to contact you via your live chat, but its not working. My phone is not charging and is dead. I have ordered an upgrade this morning and need some contact

@EE If you do use a 5G plan with your 5G ready phone then you should note that the phone will be fully capable of utilising not just 5G but also the 4G signal and earlier signal generations. This will be better for the battery and staying connected with no noticeable drop in signal.
