@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE hi, im currently in the canary Islands, I've just tried calling someone in the UK (my home country) and it tells me to ring 470. I try to ring that and I basically cannot go through to anyone! Help?!

@EE 2 hours 20 minutes on the phone to the returns team to send back a faulty Apple Watch and still waiting. No I can’t do it online as I’m requesting a refund for 9 months of being charged for data and calls I can’t use and a replacement watch #badservice #callcentre #help

@EE @SalGooner I’m having the exact same problem with the seal tab broken but I’m being refused a replacement. Why is it different for me but this customer is able to get a replacement and it’s the exact same issue?

@EE sort out 150 and get this sorted I am not havi f this every month do your job or I might have to find another providor 2 months running I have had this problem now get a human on the computer or ring and check my bill and update my card like you should have 19th
