Count on EE? 🤔🤔 Maybe someone can explain why with full service shown, calls drop every time I pass Murcar roundabout Aberdeen NJ 94680 12414 @EE I don't pay the money I do to get Analogue Style phone service 😠

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@MonsieurCacahu1 @EE You can do it with an EE 5G phone SIM too, for a lot less money, but that would be in breach of EE's T&Cs. Plus most people aren't paying £13/m on Three - it was mostly for friends/family. There have also been many DNS issues on Three in the last year making BB patchy.

After a mega nightmare w essential tech - phone, mobile, connectivity (might have bored endlessly on it sorry) a huge sense of relief. Good news: It’s possible for a large business to feel personal on customer services, complete w human beings to contact via email. 🌟🙏🏼 @EE

@EE My sister and I spoke to multiple people all of whom gave different stories. None of which solved the problem. My sister has now been released from her contract with you so is now going with a different provider.

Twice now that @EE have cancelled my phone order and told me to go in store to sort the issue out. Thats going to be difficult in a global pandemic isn’t it? 🙄 👏🏼

Hey @EE, I'm wanting to cancel the contract I have for my Tablet with you when it ends next week (don't worry, I'm staying with you for my phone!), Is there a way to do this online? I struggle with phonecalls due to anxiety and would really prefer to not have to call up to do it!
