    @sashakategreen @EE I had the same issue.. Called them. It's an issue specifically with iPhones. Apple did a software update last night (16.0.2) which may or may not be linked. EE are investigating. Rebooting your phone brings it back.

    @bunsen1978 @EE Been with them since 2010 but time to move on. Customer service is shocking with EE these days. That and there massive price rises. Sky mobile looks like it might be a decent shout for what I need.
