    @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

    A bit of context to my previous posts. I have been a loyal @EE customer for over 3 years. I pay Β£96.99/m for Sports & Entertainment & 900Mbps internet. I also pay for @tntsports through EE which is now part of HBO Max. If I am paying over Β£100/m I shouldn't be forced to watch ads

    @EE I am abit dissapoined with EE I ordered the S26 ultra today that's coming tomorrow I've been a loyal customer for time you guys can't even chuck in a free screen protector especially when I am paying Β£91 for the contract

    @EE I cannot log in. Neither on the website I'm sent on an endless loop of confirming my identity with SMS codes. I rang EE and they told me it was an issue across the board affecting many customers and that it would be solved shortly. Could you help, please? Thank you

    @EE I have recently upgraded my phone with Freddie in your upgrade department but I was never told about the flexi pay. I was told I was going to be paying Β£48.11 per month. Not an additional Β£24 per month on top of that. I am not happy and feel like I have been scammed
