@EE @HarrierGR3 What happens when we don’t wish to pay an extra 14% for a service that has not increased its output by that same amount?? I’m not getting 14% better service. Can’t wait for my contract to end, that’s 20 years of custom worth naff all

  • CorruptionSick Carly (@CorruptionSick) reported

@NigelTozer @bt_uk @EE I believe you can cancel now. You have 30 days to cancel from when they notify you of price increase. According to Citizens Advice. Hope this helps.

  • Owenlljones Owen Jones 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇪🇺 (@Owenlljones) reported

@EE Mast issues in the BN12 postcode area are causing havoc with our 4G router today. Far from “the UK’s most reliable network”. Hardly able to do my job from home because of the issues. Please sort this out as it must be affecting a large number of people in the area.

  • JHannaMUFC John Hanna 🇮🇪 (@JHannaMUFC) reported

@EE can you help me with something?

  • RichieUK_TTV Richie (@RichieUK_TTV) reported

Damn it’s £36 to change your phone number on @EE , might as well just get a non EE PAYG sim from a supermarket, top up by £5 to activate it and port it over

  • TempoRoad Jason Johnson (@TempoRoad) reported

@EE Hi. No mobile broadband since Saturday evening. Update at the time said there’s a problem in the BT41 area and it’ll be sorted within 16 hours. It still says the same. You say call helpline. The helpline know nothing. Thanks, Everything Everywhere, for nothing here 👍

  • Nicnacs81 Nicola (@Nicnacs81) reported

@EE @RandomMoovies I have a solution…. Don’t force a massive price increase on people in the middle of a cost of living increase and blame it on inflation. Can’t wait to see what profits you post later in the year

  • KwadwoChris qoHꙅid ᴙɘHqoTꙅiᴙHↃ (@KwadwoChris) reported

@EE Think you can cancel your contract with any increase cost you have a time frame to do this

  • roweypw Roweyp (@roweypw) reported

@RichardJMurphy @EE and @skytv both increasing charges significantly. Time for people to cancel and see if these companies really care about the customers!

  • DaveMM16 David Meredith 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇺🇦 (@DaveMM16) reported

@EE - who else is an EE customer and thinks their price increases are outrageous ?
