    @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

    @EE Been trying to get help all day. Nobody in call centre answering the phone, no answer on social media. Very poor customer service. Being busy is no excuse for not being able to get hold of you all day. Even online chat would do but you don't even do that anymore it appears.

    @EE I got an iPhone 14 today and it can’t connect to the EE network, I’ve tried removing my SIM and reinserting it, tried restarting the phone and turning mobile data off and on again but it won’t work…HELP

    @EE spent over 4 hours in total on that useless online chat with your incompetent staff, was the icing on the cake. I hate you guys with sooo much passion. The worst network! 😡 😡😤😤

    @O2 terrible service from O2 over the last week. Been a customer for 18 years but the service I’ve received from Ningreipam a complaint manager. 3 times today after spending hours on chat ended the message without resolving the issue, incredibly rude. @EE fancy a new customer?

    @aileenmud @EE I'm with @O2 but it's the same. Terrible signal and last 2 days haven't received or been able to make any calls. So glad I'm still able to pay o2 for their services though..

    @EE Rang EE. After a load of spiel about how good they are, number 1 for years and if you have bad service to try WiFi calling, I related I had no service in Town. Then automated voice said they would check and hung up. Then got text saying there’s no problem with service.
