    @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

    @EE frustrating when I can’t get any 5G whilst I’m on holiday park in the uk. I been waiting for an important phone call but no 5G means no phone signal. My husband phone is O2 and that works full 5G.

    Hello @EE soon to be ex-customer here. Absolutely appalling 'customer service' from one of your shops today + if true, a policy of facial scanning that's blatant discrimination against anyone with health issues / undergoing cancer etc treatment & sinister AF 🀬

    @EE nightmare been sitting waiting for over an hour at SIL bedside in hospital waiting for a promised call back to sort out an issue with her mobile account, very frustrating when trying to sort things :(

    If that was really you calling me @EE, then you need to stop promoting terrible security practices. If you call someone up unsolicited and then trigger a PIN on a text to the same mobile THAT I DIDN'T ASK FOR, then that just looks like a fraud. Was it you, or not?

    @EE I am sick of this now, WHY CAN I NOT ACCESS MY BROADBAND AND TV ON EE APP? I am more than happy to cancel all my services including phones and tablets as well as tv and broadband unless this is dealt with! Oh let me guess we can not help please call?! No! I would like account

    @EE , having issues with boardband connection chat box to tech support was slow and difficult to explain issues. In end just gave up, spoke to customer service chat and again little support. I’m so disappointed will be looking forward to the day I can cancel.

    @EE @_deedee33 Love the fact your advice is to use a website to check service status and signal strength when the complaint is lack of signal / service. Think about it!?
