Russ C (@RussCollibobs) reported@EE L392AT is where the problems are. Its the area of Ormskirk School and Ormskirk Hospital. Thousands of people use both daily so for the signal to be non-existent isn't good enough for the company that brags to have the UKs best network.

Barbara Band (@bcb567) reported@Sarah111well @tinamreynolds @EE When did her contract finish or what was her notice period for cancelling? If she was within those dates then they can't charge her for the period she was no longer using the service. I would fight this.
