    @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

    @EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

    @EE I am Not Receiving Email Verification Emails, nothing in junk etc, I tried to add my sim to my broadband account but just get LOGIN ERROR We're working on fixing this page so I tried to register under a different email address but don't get any Verification Emails??

    @SadiqKhan @ThreeUK @EE I have a problem in my account with Three since more than 3 months. Three have failed to resolve the issue in their system. I have gotten a lot of promises from Three but with Zero result. I am suffering a lot.

    @EE Correct. To replicate the issue; 1. I choose a sim and add to basket from the link you have sent. 2. Fill all boxes up to payment details. 3. After proceeding to information required for credit check. There seems to be a data validation issue on your date boxes against DOB.

    @EE received my iPhone 13 max Pro. Delivered by @DPDgroup_news yet the iPhone box security seals both open. Called up only to be told I was special as apple checked it & seals xan ge broken during transit. Nope EE this isn't good enough...

    @EE Terrible customer service if you want BT broadband. Do not go into an EE store. Sold us the wrong package in store and the best they could offer was a ‘feedback’ to said store! Washed their hands of any responsibility and just told us to contact BT

    @EE Losing the will to live, trying to get roaming enabled via your digital message functionality in the app, not happening after 2 days. Why is roaming not working??
