.@EE @goEnjoy very bad customer service. Got allocated a time to stay in between 6-8pm tonight and was told everything is OK at 5:45pm. Now been told that it will no longer be delivered and I have been on hold for 30 minutes. I have lost out on work due to staying in for delivery

@EE Isn’t this just for EE scams? Not sure if they can help if EE is just the range holder? In other words simply routing the calls for an non EE scam.

@EE Ok, but the recurring problem is that the internet speeds seems to go down so we still hay wifi in the router room, but the extenders we have disconnect regularly. This has been happening often in last week. Can you check if service has been affected in KT1 area?

Is it quite easy to switch mobile networks and take your number with you? Would have liked to have stuck with @EE because I've been with them years but their 'best' upgrade deals are poor compared to others

@EE Thanks for the but help going to download a VoIP client and run a wire shark trace. The longer we wait the more elderly people loose money to these scum bag sorry.
