    Count on EE? 🤔🤔 Maybe someone can explain why with full service shown, calls drop every time I pass Murcar roundabout Aberdeen NJ 94680 12414 @EE I don't pay the money I do to get Analogue Style phone service 😠

    @EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

    @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

    can @EE explain to me why i pay over £40 for a service that doesn't work and gets me stranded alone in a foreign country??? like give me one good reason why i should continue the contract

    @EE took over when I was with BT. Since then service not so great and no reward for being loyal which is why I’m leaving and never coming back.

    Started new job & get 1st wage end of July. Phoned direct debit companies such as @EE and asked for a payment break until I receive wages, they were great. However, I called Creations @CurrysServices @currys who advised me to let direct debits go unpaid. Very poor and let down!

    Have been having signal issues for the last two days @EE and your checkers has confirmed that there are no issues in my area, and yet one bar and continuous EE Edge displaying at regular intervals during the day

    That’s the filthiest mobile operator , ever. They lie and let down customers. Trusted account closure, promised to do so, months later, they continue to charge.!!!!! When customer complains, they refer him to credit agencies, who slap a credit penalty of 3 strikes???!! @ee

    @EE Hi i was recently trying to purchase your broadband as shift to new place, but my goodness your client support is poor - A girl in chat support promise me yesterday that smart mobile support costing £10 will deliver today and also i placed an order

    I’ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and we’ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I can’t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service 👌
