@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

@EE I've always said EE customer service is great but ordered a Samsung watch over 2 weeks ago for my husband and was told it would take a week as there was a shortage from Samsung due to covid. Fair enough! Said I'd get an update. A week later I called, still no watch available

@EE my signal drops to 1 bar if that and nothing loads when im at grimsargh and thats on 4g. further out from that at my house i can get full bars where as giffgaff couldn't get 2.

@EE Only when I choose to upgrade. I get to the the first bit showing me a phone recommended for me soon as I try to look other phones always tells me the site is down and to call

@EE Was in North Norfolk a couple of weekends ago - Holkham to be exact. Glad I didn’t need a random remote shave - or actually need to call anyone or use the net because service was ZERO. Hardly the back of beyond and yet deadzone !
