  @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

  @EE down again. Can’t go 20 minutes without being ****** over by the broadband. My *** are they the best provider. It’s 2026, how can your broadband be THIS terrible? Been happening for months. Ridiculous.

  @Benleo i gave up on them 4 years ago and switched to @EE since then i have had 1 outage of 6 hours from 10pm till 4pm, 1 outage in 4 years and consistent speed , i wouldnt go back

  @EE Can you instigate a billing query on here via DM? Sadly this is aonthly problem. Months, MONTHS, ago I cancelled TNT Sports, even had one month refunded back. But EVRY month it comes back into the bill inexplicably.

  @EE @imjonnychambers He's reporting a key issue that will affect any and all users, and gave you all the info you need to investigate it. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), isn't broke on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

  @EE Never had this issue before just a shame a company like you who I’ve used for years. Has this problem with awful delivery company.
