  @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

  As we continue to dealing with this, I’ve now been emailing back and forth with the team of the CEO of @WeAreOpenreach, who responded to my LinkedIn post. @EE , who we actually pay to for the service, have been atrocious, unhelpful, uninterested in solving this at all. Horrendous

  @EE I’ve got an delivery today the chat bot is being zero help keeps saying something about 24 hours but it’s on its way DPD looks like even though I put home delivery it’s being sent else where all together and now it’s giving me an headache and I don’t now what too do

  @EE number via DM for my broadband and tv before I finish work otherwise I’ll be having lovely call to cancel everything on the drive home!! 😡😡 and don’t worry about the “thanks for choosing us” email from when my services were changed 3 days ago, got lost in sky I’m guessing!!

  @andrewmacdowall @EE I find @spusu good. Same EE network, but customer service via WhatsApp with a few hours delay. Payment terms much better than EE too.
