@j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

@DazStraughan @EE their service is totally unbelievable, and their charging is sky high, i have compared it with chinese network service, you know, in china the iphone 13 price is 2/3 of here, and the 5G network is almost free. however, in uk, they still supply 4G network, and 5G is diamond price

Shout out to @EE, gave me a great deal on IPhone 13, better then my previous provider #o2 were offering me for the 12, despite having been a customer for 13 years.

@EE Sure. It was +44 1462 341325. He was trying to sell me the new iPhone and when I advised politely that I didn't want to give him info and that I felt it was a bit intrusive calling me as I'm not even a customer he advised that "legally we can do it" then hung up

@EE and again no signal on my phone, keep telling you but nothing being done , I think I may look to break my contract as you can’t provide a service for me

@ChaarleyEmily @EE Same thing has happened to me, however I’m still being charged! Been trying to cancel a contract since August but the customer service is shocking. Definitely put me off using them again in the future😡😡

Hello @EE I’m sure you’re aware of the issues in KT1 and surrounding areas but can’t see any tweets about the lack of signal and disruption this is causing? It’s been 2 days now and business are suffering, why the silence?
