    @j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

    @EE Already a customer of over 15 years :). The phone has been delivered, won't get home till after 6 though. A long day awaits

    @EE Well this is what they replied with: As an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) and not an MNO (Mobile Network Operator), we do not own the network and some features such as texting all shortcode numbers

    I didn’t realise being a #tmobile customer an upgrading to @EE would be such a hassle otherwise i wouldn’t have, spoken to several advisors on the phone been treated poorly, my complaints haven’t been logged and no manager has bothered to call me back after several requests
