    @EE hi, EE customer here. I've stopped receiving texts from family in USA, and they aren't getting my texts from UK. Is there any possible reason why this would be the case?

    @j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

    @Chris66092274 @EE Go to Tesco mobile ! They are on the o2 network ! I was paying £70 a month Chris for me and wee annie , now we got 2 new phones and new all the data and calls and texts for £29-50 . Happy as

    @EE my signal is down in the SK22 area. The WiFi we log into is also down. I have tried the app (via a Vodafone hotspot connection), but your AI is sending me in circles.

    This is exactly the sort of corporate one sided arrogance that needs levelling up. @EE We sent you something. Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not your. Same to see why we've raised your charges.     Is it just me or does @EE payment service never seem to work? Every month it’s the same issue and I have to call like it’s 2006 and spend 20 mins just paying my bill!

    @EE I have received a scam letter from a debt collecting agency saying they are collecting a debt for EE. I have never been with EE. I have sent an email to your phishing email address, is there anything else I need to do?

    @EE CUSTOMER SERVICE A DISGRACE 32 days into a complaint and nobody adresed it, I'm on hold to terminate the contract and stil. Over an hour so far @O2 here I come

    @EE our fibre broadband which we've had installed for a week, after over 2 months of waiting has gone down this evening. The website says we need an engineer and one can come out on Thursday 9th! We both work from home and require our connection for that. Can this be sorted?

    @bt_uk shocking service not had internet or Tv for 3 weeks, engineer arrives last night said in the service box repaired issued less than 15 hours normal service resumed and in tv or internet, and now no one will pick up the phone, quick to charge you the bill ... @EE @numan64

    I'm with BT, through them I get EE, so I can use TNT Sports, which I have to use Discovery+ to watch, and now they're saying I need an HBOMax account, but when I go to login they don't recognise my email, so I can't watch any sports that I've paid for. @bt_uk @EE @discoveryplus
