    @j_djl @HuaweiMobileUK Also, you cannot cancel preorder to order one that is in stock as you lose the promotion. @ee cannot change it on the system, I tried. #Disappointed

    @EE Already a customer of over 15 years :). The phone has been delivered, won't get home till after 6 though. A long day awaits

    @EE I got the watch paired no issue, it’s just that I can’t turn my mobile plan on. It just tells me it’ll take 24 hours (it’s been a few days) and to contact EE and quote code 030 😂 if that helps

    @EE a little disappointed that my smart plan is £2 more expensive as an existing customer compared to a new customer. 😢

    On hold again to @EE over an hour on the phone now, trying to sort a new order out think they have forgot me, first person told me after waiting to speak to a person to use online chat now on hold again only to be told no one can help me and I will get a call back within 72 hours

    @EE Then get an estimate from the third party so you can pass it on. You obviously have internal estimates because you won’t just have engineers hanging around until it’s safe, they’ll be reallocated. I think it’s time you give me the compensation for the 6 months I never claimed.

    @EE Hi Mickey, my wifi is with EE too. So because your wifi has been poor, I’ve lost some of my data. That doesn’t seem fair given I pay EE for both services

    @EE really annoyed with you. Got me on your broadband but you didn’t tell me you would cancel my BT TV, Netflix, landline, antivirus and BT cloud. I feel duped by your advisor as this was not made clear.

    I've been with @EE for 14 years. When they were T Mobile. I have never had an issue. But seeing my contract go up by just about £7, I am considering leaving once my contract is up. These high costs of living prices and they throw this at me. Hell naw.

    @EE ridiculous rang through twice to make account changes hold hold 30 minutes each time, get through and your representatives hang up. Absolutely disgraceful from a company who claims that customer service is important
