    @EE please give me a call on +447584167047 or give me a number to call. My broadband is useless, always dropping signal. I don’t want to pay my bill anymore until I receive better service !!!!!

    @EE on the MyEE app it says I can upgrade early so I click on the link to go to your website to choose a phone and am met with a message saying you can't let me upgrade or get a new phone. I am confused, please would you help?

    @EE How soon will your WiFi signal be fixed for? I have no signal. I’m in Carlisle right now and the tracker says it could take 16 hours to be fully fixed. Could you very kindly please respond to me on this?
