    I must say that it's really nice @EE notified me to let me know my contract with them ended on the 21st.... NOT. And network operators wonder why so many move on.

    @EE why can’t you cancel a contract coming to the end on the app or online .surely at this time it would be easier to have those functions ,I’ve given up on calling 150

    Well @EE Absolute waste of time checking the coverage service. If you are on WiFi calling, EE piggy backing on your service it’s great. And they offer to compensate for a service you can’t get anyway, great result

    @EE Indeed as I said your new contracts have 24 month EE care ,it just suddenly stopped working ,all other phones have 24 month .i have 5 lines with you currently and will be one left .im guessing my value as a customer wasn’t worth it

    @EE Been trying for days off and on ,and kinda given up ,will end up costing me as will go into rolling 30 day ,would be simpler to just click in app or website either to cancel or instigate a call

    @EE Nope ,for a phone to basically go wrong after 16 months is pretty bad ,never dropped or anything your new contracts have 24 month warranty ,no help given apart from a reduced upgrade price which daughter can’t pay ,I have 3 lines up for renewal in next 3 months and 1 in 8

    @EE what a shame of service, after I've been paying 2 years of phone insurance they REFUSED to repare my phone if I don't pay £100... instead they offered me a new one wich I accepted, the same day I called them due to it didn't fullfil my needs and again I received a REFUSAL!!😤

    @GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

    @EE Not in a remote or rural area! In Bournemouth BH10. Horrendous signal and not even 4g at times, sometimes 3G. It’s been like this since I moved to this location on the 4th July.

    Ok well I’m shell shocked after a phone from Tom at @EE about the problem I had with a iPhone XS they have totally sorted the problem out to a somewhat brilliant conclusion ,Hats off so to speak to him and the team

    @EE Misplaced fone bought £5 SIM for fone used when out walking. Shop said would be able to use at normal rates when month ran out. It doesn't and I've wasted a fiver and you've lost a potential customer. (a fiver's a lot to an old pensioner). No need to reply

    @EE Thanks for the info I’ll cancel after the trial ,that’s poor considering I have a max smart plan which includes stuff I don’t need ,prime etc useless to me , so much for loyality to the brand

    @EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

    @EE How do I make a complaint? I called customer services on Saturday and was given completely inaccurate information by your agent which has led to my son’s number being transferred to a Vodafone mobile which I don’t possess as I had cancelled my order. I am really unhappy

    @EE @RobbyRSSRobot Known Issue several years, so plenty of time to have a fix for it. . If manage to change someone's contact/price you reflect their new phone. Least you can do is make sure correct phone is showing on their app.

    @EE I’m in the middle of changing to Utility warehouse and today was my change over day for my mobile. It hasn’t happened and I phone UW only to be told that EE who they use is down and so the change won’t happen today. So I am now without a phone when I’m away from home.can you help

    @EE upgraded phone. My EE app contract updated but still showing old phone. Only solution offered was try Un-installing/Re-installing and re-connecting to app via mobile data, which didnt work. Known Issue for several years - plenty time EE to have a workable solution

    @EE Thanks Chris I’ve contacted UW and apparently my sim is not linked to the number so they have linked it and hopefully I’ll be connected by 9pm tonight. But they are still maintaining that there has been an issue with EE. My sister is on EE and she has confirm she has had issues.
