Simon 101 (@sc101_101) reported@EE @BenGungyal The basic problem is that large companies (all, not just you) view long term subscribers as cash cows to be exploited rather than valued customers. The fact that switching supplier every two years is better than being loyal to one is a sign of a fundamentally broken system.
