    @EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

    @EE morning, the area I live has 1bar signal and making calls is difficult. Recently I had to phone the dr and they couldn’t hear me properly due to the poor signal. So19 area

    Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

    @EE I’ve been a loyal client of BT/EE for 40+ years. Just been on the phone for 38mins, spoke to 4 people because I need some help, absolute waste of time. Loyalty obviously only goes one way definitely not to the client!!
