  I recently changed my tv and bb provider from @bt_uk to @EE the system was supposed to be a straight transition withe same quality of elements but the EE system is rubbish and it is almost impossible to speak to someone to help

  @EE I ordered a Playatation game and DPD won’t deliver it (waited in for a whole week) and there is no way of calling or contacting you regarding the issue abd no tracking info for the order. How do I resolve this?

  @EE Yes, however your contact system is so poorly configured that, having fought through the very poor AI to get to a human, they always appear unable to do anything after 30 minutes of identification and account checks

  @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

  Spent two hours on the phone with @EE today. Poor ******* other end deserves a medal. But I've ended up with EE TV, full fibre BB and a new phone, unlimited data etc for £26 less than I was paying for Sky TV, bb and an EE 25gb sim. Brilliant customer service. Very happy customer
