    @EE please give me a call on +447584167047 or give me a number to call. My broadband is useless, always dropping signal. I don’t want to pay my bill anymore until I receive better service !!!!!

    @EE on the MyEE app it says I can upgrade early so I click on the link to go to your website to choose a phone and am met with a message saying you can't let me upgrade or get a new phone. I am confused, please would you help?

    @EE Hopefully with all these threads, several of which mention network implemented spam filters, you can see why I struggle to believe this isn’t some EE issue. Thank you again for your help with this - really need it fixing!

    @EE Having regular issues with internet connection on my mobile phone in recent weeks in SW9 area of London, particularly around Brixton, Stockwell and Oval. Right now - no 5G and the 4G that is showing on my phone is very sluggish. Please help!!

    Absolute disgusting service from @EE. First thing the sales man tries to offer me cash for my old phone, then made it very uncomfortable when I said no I wanted the trade in, now ee saying I’ve got no trade in on my contract…..would certainly never recommend ee. O2 all the way.

    @sbrownphoto @EE O2 not much better, I’m in a dispute with them, contract up for renewal but hearing bad reports about all networks

    @EE you have disconnected my phone line because of your own error. I was on a monthly pack for the last 1.5+ years and you allowed another customer to use my EE mobile number for a monthly billing service. They have since cancelled this, but now I’m left without my phone number

    @EE dreadful data signal/mast issues for nearly 3 weeks in LL23. Fault reporting on website does not work. Sort it out EE
