@EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

@liamdoyle1994 @EE Nah mate....been having problems with them for most of last year at my bit and think I had one month where I got money back...only after I was desperate to get my contract cancelled! I've got a month left and cant wait to get away now!
