@EE Have had no service since early yesterday. My postal code area is CF37 5PT. Any ideas when service will be resumed. I am due to upgrade, but will be looking elsewhere if service not resumed.

@its_llew @EE No idea. Its doing my head in. Not sure what the app being updated has to do with me not being able to get into the site either. Have reinstalled app a number of times and it appears to accept my login, however with the pin enabled or fingerprint used, all I get is the error.
