  @EE some feedback. it states on the Brentwood coverage page the new mast is live however the single on my iPhone 13 Pro Max is still poor. Running latest software and restarted device. Poor signal where I live and also on Brentwood high street

  @EE well, landed the STN after being away for two months and had no data on my phone for some reason. Special thanks to David from technical support team as he solved my problem within a minute and able to use the data again now.

  @EE Nope, the signal is still terrible and hasn't magically improved. I'm not sure what you want me to say other than you have to improve your quality of product, and service, which by the way seems preoccupied with closing cases rather than actually helping.

  @EE Thank you so much for failing to put a house number on the parcel containing my new handset. @DPDgroup_news then tried to deliver it to a random house on my street. It was tantalizingly close! DPD CS can't fix it DMing you seems to get no response.
