  Amen to this. There is also now practically no point in 4G if your phone doesn't find a 5G signal. I can't even make calls when connected to @EE's 5G when sat in my living room when I used to be able to.

  @EE When you assure your customers that you will be contacted within 72 hours. Why does it never happen? I have been mistreated , miss sold items, offered a refund and yet still not revived months later! Disgraceful

  @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE EE had to replace their entire Huawei 5G core at great expense at the behest of your government, it put their network investment back by nearly a decade, I'd maybe sit this one out if I was you

  @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE O2 was so bad in Southampton that I moved to EE, which is a fair bit better. O2's 5G was even worse than its 4G.
