    @EE then turned it back on after a LOT of discussing and promised to go back and listen to the sales call and call back and NEVER DID. Phoned back again and got fobbed off again. And the complaints form online doesn’t work

    @EE attempted to upgrade Now told i cant & that was for my sim only deal. Spoke to an advisor online. Can either pay 2 bills for 7 months. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.

    I’ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and we’ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I can’t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service 👌

    @EE The attitude of uks greatest network leaves a lot to be desired…. No loyalty, poor attitude disgusting customer service to a loyal customer

    @EE Now I'm trying to get free my bank card on the app so I can pay but when ever I click on add card I'm asked to register a sim which I already have can't add a bank card can't use the sim and the team couldn't help, Is gifgaf any good

    @EE Kind of pointless doing that. It’s your general customer service number and, unsurprisingly, none of the options are relevant. The help section on the website is also of no help whatsoever.

    @EE Still terrible signal in East Barnet. Really poor that this is still ongoing. Full price, half service.
