@EE Mother in law lives in Gt Yarmouth I in Birmingham. She’s 93 and lives alone. Just had full fibre installed plus new landline in past few weeks. Twice now landline not working and engineer been out. I can’t sort since I no longer appear as 3rd party access. Which I have been.

@EE 28th June ‘25 - The date I placed an order for EE broadband, 14th July my service went live, but I am yet to receive the Smart Hub Plus. multiple times I’ve called and got nowhere, was expecting a call back tonight, didn’t happen. What am I to do? 😡

@EE how can I contact to return a router. Arranging this remotely so need a bag sent to address but EE provides no ability to contact them. No email, chat or working number (always 'temporarily unavsilable') Worst customer service I've come across.

@EE I have spoken to the team and also raised a complaint and had no communication or update today regarding either a resolve for the issue or the complaint. EE has my details, are you suggesting I spend another evening trying to get this resolved and it’s my responsibility to chase?

Working somewhere with wifi . Saw the sign @EE network was showing as available. As soon as I sign up for 24hrs access. Now getting messages of being out of range? When it dies finally connect getting not secured no Internet. What a convicted.

@EE This issue is not fixed. I have had no service signal on my mobile since yesterday morning. I spent 3hours with one of your operatives yesterday and still no update or service today- this is abysmal. Please advise as to the signal issues. I have tried troubleshooting suggestions.

@EE firstly I am not alone, according to staff in your shop they have lots of customers coming in unable to log on, and when i call customer service there's a 30 minute wait, so I'm not going to waste my time ringing another number and I'm going somewhere else, O2 looks good

My network provider is @EE (supposed to be the best) when I get into city centre Manchester it's absolutely shocking. I'm working on the towers they have basements go down to B1 no signal yet 2 of the lads 1 on @O2 the other one @VodafoneUK can go to B2 still get a signal. Smart
