Been a week now with no signal from @EE whilst here in the states, I've had to use Skype and my friends phones to call customer service, (4 times now w/ 20 mins waits each time) each with no resolution. I just got told I'll get a tenner of my next bill due to the issue. 😑

My @ee bill seems to be going up in the exact same trajectory as the customer service is going down. About the rate of inflation +3.9%

My wife's been a customer with @EE /orange for 13 years. But even after speaking to a manager they can't match other providers and £11 a month more expensive for an iPhone 13. #greedy #ee #iPhone

@KurtisLeeSinger @VodafoneUK @EE Siennas phone contract ends today so I’ll be cancelling that and mine ends 17th December so I’ll cancel that too then and move - been with them for about 10 years I think but I’m going. Toodles

@EE hi! I recently bought a mobile plan for my #GalaxyWatch4 LTE. I ran through set up, but then said mobile plan cannot be activated, but I'm being charged for it. What gives? Can I cancel the watch plan if its not going to connect?
