@EE Also if your mobile runs out battery only lasts one hour, should you need to recharge it. Already been serious cases where a man's house burnt down in Scotland because he had no way of calling emergency services.

Hugely disappointed by crass attitude @EE not owning to responsibility for the poor service, lack of response and associated bureaucracy despite years of being a loyal customer - Alex from Executive Resolution Team and David Bolam from outbound social media team especially poor!

@EE this is already after about ten days trying to solve the problem by just getting an esim which after about five different online chats and in store visits literally never activated. i just need a working phone.

@EE i haven't as i don't have a working phone to call anyone with and haven't had any emails - weirdly your online chat support said they could see the order earlier and it was pending? i'd love to speak to anyone who could help me as i am losing my mind here.

@EE Appalling service. So shocked to have received this diabolical customer service from you guys. Me and my friend applied for a new phone on the same day. Since we have not been able to access our pac or numbers. We have had wrong bills and billing dates. An extra phone.

@nathancoker19 @EE They phoned me yesterday to sort it and tried to convince me that I’d tried to upgrade a day early despite the app and everything saying it was yesterday… I tried today, all the same issues.
