@EE I propose when you sell package, for 14 days you freeze options as on day of sale, allowing modification of sale as customer understanding develops in 14 days. Had BT&you had compatible systems & done that, I'd have saved time&circa £10/month. No fault or lack of IT literacy.

@EE I have mousy had a call from someone claiming to be from your company. They were rude, arrogant and asking personal questions, it made me feel uncomfortable. Please teach your staff good manners and customer service.

@EE I'm not able to make or receive calls or texts without WiFi calling and my dat just says I'm offline, the automated text service said I'd get a call back from tech within 10 minutes it's nearly half an hour now...I'd kinda like access to the service I pay over the odds for
