    hey @ee why is your website so ****? no I don't want to "use the app" sitting with laptop - bigger screen, can have tabs with other providers open - compare prices etc for a phone, & broadband provider your website is amateur at best - pages don't load or redirect on clicking

    For all the British “knowledge” prowess, they can’t get their websites right - BA, EE, BT - all garbage! Complicated nonsense that just doesn’t get the basics right. Trying to get hold of customer service is a whole different ballgame. Yeesh! @British_Airways @EE

    @EE im not a customer & dont feel comfortable giving my surname & date of birth. Especially as EE was fined for data breach & by ofcom millions of pounds. I will give person who claims to live at my address their account number, my address as they claim to live here & my phone #

    @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄

    @EE We order a TV and it’s damaged. I spoke to the customer service more than 1 hour and 1 person ask all the details and waste 20,25 minutes and pass the phone to another and she asked me the same questions and pass to the other. EE supply chain giving a time slot 9am to 5pm 1/1

    @Simon_Whale @virginmedia Almost as bad as @EE having me wait 4 months to connect
