    @Plusnet @EE Also, the internet speeds are pretty pathetic. About 120mbps rather than the 500 they promised. So @Plusnet I have 2 questions for you: 1) how good is your "award winning" customer service? 2) what's your contract cooling off period, and do you know other companies exist?

    @EE Why can't I get any 4g signal anywhere when I go shopping and have to rely on shops WiFi? You provide a service that isn't fit for purpose at all, absolutely terrible. Are we back in the year 2000?

    @scotlabnurse7 @EE It's dreadful. Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

    @EE I’ve spent allday being told there’s no issues, when in fact 30house down the road have had no internet allday and have been affected if your on EE, BT & Sky so why aren’t your staff being open and honest about the situation????.

    @chriscollins462 @EE True well it’s already filed but I’d rather just have the router replaced as anyone with a braincell can tell that’s the problem
