    @EE She just wanted her sim card fitted into her new phone, which is especially for elderly & those who need support like with early dementia. As we had to buy a non smart phone. So it took 5 minutes & the guy was so very good

    @EE can customer care please call me. I used all my credit yesterday waiting on the phone to get through. Anthony we very helpful and email your customer care but I'm still waiting 24 hours later?

    Wonder if @EE can explain how I've never used anywhere near my 50gb data in the 23 months I've been with you until the final month before my contract expires I've apparently used 90% of my data?? Strange that huh?

    @EE Absolutly fuming! Wife’s iPhone sent in for repair after only having it 6 weeks, it’s come back in a much MUCH worse state than it was in before handing it over and been told due to the damage caused to it it’s out of warranty!
