    @EE Terrible customer service! They booked an engineer inspection two days in a row and no one has ever showed up wasting my days. They then said some higher office would have called me at least to talk over the phone... I am assuming it won't happen since it's night already ???

    @EE Been on the phone with Plymouth for over 45 minutes now and the hold music over the crackling line is pretty awful. Had problems since before Easter. Where's the customer service?

    @EE I donno what is the point of being there when you dont help .We had been with EE for 3 years 4 months despite of bad connection and internet connection going down 2-3 times in a month ... and customer care always promising to make up... we are very annoyed
