  @EE They said they can't help as it's from Flow but if I wait 48 hours then it MIGHT fix itself and allow me to order. You missed the main point about cancelling without asking me if a different colour would suffice. But thank you for replying. Colby from Ireland was amazing though

  @scotlabnurse7 @EE It's dreadful. Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

  @EE Hi I’m fed up of being misadvised and lied to!!. Friday all our internet and mobile services went down. I was told an engineer would turn up on Saturday morning, they never showed up. I was then advised you would send a 4g mifi out which still hasn’t happened!!!

  @EE @adchef76 Phones won't roaming when their home network has coverage. The fix is to enable flight mode until EE service is restored, then let automatic selection do its job.

  @EE anybody thinking of going to @EE for mobile broadband in the NR29 area DON’T. Nearly 6 weeks of download speeds of 0.47 too 1.47 is taking the P. Yet they have only just approved the work to be done and still for not another week or so. Stay well away from them simply crap

  @EE Yeah, that’s when we get back to the problem that I CANT CALL!! EE needs to have a human text chat through the app that I can communicate with. The bot on the app is complete ****.

  @ee is your login and upgrade journey working properly? Keep getting told can’t login (when already was logged in) to see upgrade options even when being told I can upgrade. Same problems on app and web experience

  @EE EE, your broadband service stopped in my flat yesterday. I can’t reach you by mobile as it takes me via a web link to an on line webpage to report a fault. Having done this I receive a text message to say I don’t have an account with EE??!! If that is the case then why are you taking money from my bank account. This is really trashy service and rather than run around in circles for the next 3 months I will switch. But how can I cancel an account that does not exist? What a total shower.
