    @EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. Weโ€™ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & theyโ€™ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

    And now campaign limit reached wasnt when I first started trying @EE , dont worry this wont be forgotten on contract renewal especially with the crap signal I've had to suffer all week and the intermittent broadband

    @EE I am currently overseas and for some reason, despite buying an international add-on, l can't make calls which is annoying. I have called the 'customer service' number but the options are wholly unhelpful and don't address my problem. The App is also useless. Please advise.

    @MarkyTalk @EE Mark. I had exactly the same recently. I too have been a customer since the orange days. Completely uninterested in customer service unless it involves selling you something you donโ€™t really need. I ended up going to Klarna mobile.

    @EE Thanks but that is just routing me as per 2 calls Iโ€™ve already made this evening, so I donโ€™t expect a different outcome really. A dedicated route for raising a complaint would be preferred,

    @EE Iโ€™ve done that, they opened a case, heard nothing since and internet been on and off since. I rely on the WiFi calling to talk to my oncologist each week. I pay over ยฃ30 per month for a service which doesnโ€™t deliver. Got better service from BT copper wire!!!!!!!
