  @iamtolly_ @EE Got whole family on my contract.. Home broadband Unlimited data and the Samsung phone £105 per month Sounds like a lot but excellent service. BT are the suppliers.

  @EE extremely unimpressed. I have a shared contract with wife and gift data. Deployed overseas for 6 months and told can't gift data, it's going to my wife who's using it in UK! I'm sure there was a solution but apparently not, notice to cancel contract gone in.

  @EE good day, if I need to escalate a complaint regarding broadband (or lack there of) who do I contact? Have been waiting three months for install and getting pushed from pillar to post constantly
