@EE I have been on hold to speak to a member of your customer services team for 50 minutes only to be cut off. Called 2 times prior to this phone call and was cut off after 15 mins and now your offices are closed.Have requested a PAC code. Terrible service

@EE To be honest I can never get any reception in the town where I live with EE. Meanwhile my wife and kids on another network can call, get messages and use the Internet. Maybe you have saved power by switching off a mast. It’s always been bad reception here.

@EE oh look 9 minutes later and it's gone again for a third time, and there is no customer support to call or help. If you are providing a service around the clock, you should provide the customer support to go with it!

@EE Unless you’re an existing customer of course, then the deals are sadly nowhere near as good and the 40gb offer isn’t even an offer. You very neaarly had me switching from my iPhone, but its not to be 😔
