    DPD deliveries are so impractical. @EE you need to offer an in store collection option! Delivering large orders during work hours when people arent home doesnt work, especially since DPD doesnt let you pick a day after 5 days. Theyve already failed a Saturday delivery today 😤

    @EE me again..every Sunday next to zero Internet. Rang so many times I have lost count. 2 routers , engineer visit still the same shoddy service that I pay to much for

    If any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/receiving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.

    @botbusta999 @virginmedia @EE when you join EE for their "internet", you'll be complaining you're being scammed, fact is aside from Virgin, noone can come close to the speeds they provide. Dont get me wrong, im not praising Virgin, their customer service is AIDS

    @TheBeardedNardo @EE There are so many bad and poor practices going on here that it all seems like a scam even if work was done honestly id have found a different company even if it cost more that is more reputable and reliable then this one its insulting and disrespectful

    @TragedyCalls @LUDENClassics It's a profit driven choice, that will eventually loose @EE custom. Especially given their service domestically is not much better given their much higher cost per month than free to roam rivals

    I love it how @Apple are very professional straight away replacing something that is broke, but on the other hand @EE don’t want to know but still want you to pay them tho, what a bad customer service they provide to the public…
