@tescomobile I left EE for this reason after 15 years As a customer. Been at @giffgaff for the last 5 and never looked back. Always felt cheated by a mid contract price increase so good on you. @EE would never do business with you again.

@EE hello, over the last few days I've had severe issues with my signal. It's constantly dropping & cycling between 4G, H+, E & no signal at all in the PE1 postcode. I use this phone for work so it's not ideal. Can you help?

@EE Hi Tom, I tried doing that but it invites you to enter your mobile number which I tried and it just said it’s not recognised. Im no longer on the network but I’m still getting charged.

@EE Just plain and simple as your text phrases it: your price plan will increase in line with the 0.6% Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of inflation published in January, plus 3.9%. It's the 3.9% I have issue with. It's not aligned to any increase its just extra.

@EE I have been checking the EE Admin Hub page, and it goes to 'No Service' then connects after a short time. It happens quite regularly now
