@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE Hi, can you please explain why I have just paid my first bill and am wondering why according to BT and we website if you are a BT broadband customer you get 10 % off your monthly bill. This has not happened to me despite the shop entering all the details.

I'm trying to call 111, be on call and signal is bad @EE yet I get all these texts non stop telling me oh there's issues.. been repaired.. issues again and then been repaired but yet still bad

@EE There has been an issue with a mast in my area for over three weeks and I want a refund on my bill up to the time it takes for it to be resolved. I have exchanged messages with you support team who have been no help.
