    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    @EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

    @EE @MartinSLewis @BBCWatchdog on hold for over 20 mins to customer serve as ee shop/SM can’t say if offer a social tariff (tho BT does). as in contract am unable to opt for a cheaper package without £138 forfeit. Where’s flex to reflect the economic climate?

    @EE I’m having intermittent issues, no 4 or 5G, can’t send texts, phone calls fail! Phone is only a year old & it’s not just in one place - I’m only getting one bar wherever I am!

    @EE Hi, yes, it’s been nearly a week now and all calls fail and I get text message saying I’ve missed a call (despite my phone not ringing). I chatted with your team a couple of days ago and they did some changes to my account but still unable to make calls

    Home from a week away in Yorkshire and @EE appear to have stopped my Wi-Fi service!! No telly, no security system!!!
