@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@PhilMitchell83 @EE Just had this conversation with my 14yo son, as the ad was on YouTube. He thought #NotHisProblem and #NotTheirProblem were also #'s. i.e. the person perpetrating the hate is the one with the problem. If only that was the subliminal message of this ad 😔

@EE Hi yeah it's ne290rt, North shields, honestly it's been going on for nearly a year, signal is shocking around our area, I have rang up a few times. Was told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong, have been a customer for years

@EE thnks I will tonight- trying to upload vids. for wrk, so must wait for tonight. i switch router off every night apparently sme boxes on telephone poles cn be adversely affected by heat- I suspect this may explain issue. -no home phone number, but mobile and broadband
