    @EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    @EE I’m so disappointed!I’m trying to get my fathers phone repaired. I pay his contract as he lives nearly 80 miles away from me and has no family close. His phone has broken through no fault of his own and because he doesn’t have photo ID he has to wait 14 days for collection!

    So @EE maybe you can explain? Currently have Openreach tech fixing our old copper line as it got damaged when fibre was being installed on street. When I call you I'm told fibre is not yet available. It is, it's installed on posts and 3 of my neighbours now have it. Help please!

    I have started my sim only deal today and have by sport as my smart add on, I'm trying to add bt big screen for the extra £5 month but can't find the option on the my ee app or website. Any help please @EE

    After many years im due to leave @EE for horrendous customer services and fully go ahead with @O2 but my god after so many marketing calls even before I have joined has meant that's not gonna happen ... How hard is it to find a provider that will just leave you **** alone !!

    @EE Is it true that the system to sort out a nano-sim for my new phone (not from EE - because the phone was out of stock) is down? I'm wondering because I think I was hearing some class level BS when the gent next to me was sorted with his new nano-sim...
