    @EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    @EE poor customer service lately, can't get through on phone in the evenings as the wait times are so long it just ends the call due to lines closing before customer services will have time to answer call, my phone is damaged and no one sorting it out for me, what should I do? 🤷🏻

    @EE @ohsebsebseb EE help admitted to me couple weeks ago that there is known problem with Pixel 6/Pro which can get stuck on 5G with no data & no auto-switch from 5G to 4G. I'm still waiting as to when will be fixed, or a replacement mobile (Samsung!) as paying for 5G contract that doesn't work!

    @nickrf1966 @EE Thank for letting me know. This has been doing my head in! I'm paying too much for this phone as it is on contract and they're gaslighting me! Ignoring comments, asking me to read FAQs, reset the mobile after text message is sent to me, reset the network settings. All GUFF.

    @EE So if you have an eSIM problem whilst abroad is there anything you can do? It sounds like I would be stuck without a working phone.

    @EE I spoke to 150 and they couldn’t solve the problem, I had to go to an EE store with photo ID. I know phone failures like I had are rare, but could @EE warn people that this might be a problem if they choose to have an eSIM?

    I have to say that the worst thing I have ever done is leave @EE and go to @ThreeUK I am now stuck in a contract until 2024 with a phone that the coverage is non-existent 😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 roll on 2024!!!!

    @EE What’s wrong with your signal in Plymouth? Some areas are horrendous and have been for months? Impossible to use 5g/4g a lot of the time
