@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Been a customer of Orange/EE for 16 years and over the last couple of days it's impossible to speak to someone. You pay a premium for EE I would expect better.

@teh0o @EE Handset just freezes and then crashes. Managed to get it set up then it crashed. Did a factory reset eventually but same issue again.

@EE can't get through to anyone on the phone as you are having issues you just took 235 upgrade fee and then the page crashes and takes me back basket I want to speak to someone now as I'm out of pocket and getting mugged off here

@EE I cant get through to anyone at customer services, right after you tell me how you are Britain's #1 and how great you are, there is a message saying you are having technical difficulties and can't answer my call FFS!

Wow, @EE have absolutely screwed me over this morning. Payment accidentally taken TWICE, and their customer service lines are all down. I can't even talk to them via online chat. Completely left in the dark and I'm £200 down. Sort it out.

@virginmedia Upgrading to a sim only tariff as ee network mask outdated there words but they failed to tell me that would knock my phone insurance out and to wait till mask is fixed oh and to call @EE customer services but that ain't great they have issues today and tried that yesterday.
