@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@matheknitician @EE I think for every mainstream provider, someone, possibly several someones, advised against them. That's the problem. I also checked some of the less well-known ones, and they said they couldn't supply our address. Once it's sorted I'm sure it will be fine, it's the transition.

@EE Call with customer services team just disconnected... so on hold for about 75 minutes to get absolutely nowhere. Very disappointing.

@EE had a broadband sales call this afternoon & was told only EE or BT can provide FTTP service in my area. This is not true, and when challenged the salesperson acknowledged it isn’t true and tried to backtrack. And it seems I can’t make a complaint as I don’t have an account!
