@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE My WiFi just seems very slow all the time, I am in the middle of no where but family here have better WiFi with more devices connected. An engineer came out last year, apparently I’m paying more for a faster WiFi but due to where the signal is coming from I don’t actually get it

@VodafoneUK And you know what’s worse, as much as I don’t like @EE as a company, they actually have (it still takes effort) a way to break through the silly non-support questions/answers phase & you get someone owning your issue, and a direct contact with them until they fix it. Try harder!

@EE Tried to contact you call center buy was on hold indefinitely. Your text service is also useless. And still no communications from EE. Some people rely on their network connection for work.

hey @EE no mobile most of yesterday and you say engineers are fixing a fault. Now today it's gone again and your site says you're upgrading the network. They aren't I advised you have a problem. This is poor service I don't expect from you! Customer for +20 years!

Very disappointed today to find out that my @Top_CashBack claim was rejected after waiting for 5 MONTHS, due to an error by @EE , won’t look to renew my contract if a company can’t even get the basics right and cost customers ££££s. Poor
