@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@KayBurley @EE That’s the problem when you don’t have laws protecting you like we had in the EU.

@EE nice one, you’ll be losing me as a customer over roaming charges after over 10 years. Going back on your word isn’t a good a look. I’ll be going back on my word of paying you. Cheers then.

@EE I’ve been a customer for 14 years but look forward to leaving EE once my contract expires due to your proposed EU charges. I travel regularly in the EU and don’t want to support a network that goes back on its word.

ROAMING CHARGES Instead of whining at @O2 and @EE about roaming charges, get yourself to a network who DON'T charge. O2 and EE are running businesses, they have every right to charge as much as they want to squeeze every halfpenny out of their customers.

@EE @Kb19031160 So **** all of those who are not in the NHS or on lower incomes? Didn't realise I needed to be a receptionist at my local hospital to have a good deal and then still get ****** over 👍🏻

@EE Reintroducing roaming charges. Greedy bastards. Lack of them didn't exactly damage your profitability did it? This could well come back to bite you.
