@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Hi, I’m unable to connect to the 3g/4g network on my mobile phone when leaving a Wi-Fi connection - despite me having data and every bill being paid on time. It’s been this way for 5 days. The coverage checker says there are no issues in my area. Can you help please? Thanks

Was served by a great sales advisor at @EE the other day and gave feedback to the store manager but I must say, sales advisors being told anything less than 9 or 10 out of 10 for service is deemed as poor is not a realistic goal by EE. Needs to be looked at.

@EE are a joke, literally can’t wait to change network. Nothing but issues for months, spun me a load of excuses every time I’ve contacted them and now I can’t lower my tariff until the end of my contract even though I’m paying almost £100 for no network service with no help 🙄
