@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE No, I still haven’t received any calls from the store. Not even a courtesy call to say they’re busy. I’m extremely disappointed with this because it was EE who initiated contact and asked if they could book in the appointment, not me. Very poor customer service.

@CumbrianWolf @EE Finally got it sorted after nearly an hour trying to get through and over 1/2 an hour on the phone to tech team. I would suggest people to call up as it seems it is an issue with accounts.

@EE Its for my landlords lawyer for a report. The calls i made were to 101 and 999 and i need dates and times of when i made these. when can i get this access..... unfortunetly i had my number changed recently due to an issue involving this.... i made the calls on my past number.
