@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE cannot access the customer service number from the EU- it just rings out. Nor does the voice mail number for use overseas work. How can I check my voicemail?

  • colson_alicia Dr Alicia Colson also @acolson@archaeo.social (@colson_alicia) reported

Message from a friend who can't use her #phone as someone has hacked it. She’s paying for @EE service for a person who's hacked it, changed it pay as u go! Little help from @EE when I rang for help, as she can't use her phone. We went to an @EE store (#Brixton) but it was useless

  • thatcardlady Anji Thomson (@thatcardlady) reported

@EE @davidmajestic83 But what's the added 3.9% for? You say you have more customers so you have more money to improve the network etc.

  • davidmajestic83 David M (@davidmajestic83) reported

@EE If some of that 3.9% and huge profit EE is making could be invested in the North East of Scotland please as the service is terrible and definitely not getting value for money with these added increases.

  • rhysadams Rhys Adams (@rhysadams) reported

@GazRich88 @EE The worst bit is that I could sign back up to @ee, get the same package for the same price as I signed up for 15 months ago

  • NeilSharp19 Neil Sharp (@NeilSharp19) reported

@danwebb282 @EE They are *************** 25% in two years if only the service had improved by the same amount

  • Crocidolite11 Crocidolite (@Crocidolite11) reported

@Woody252423 @SkyNews @EE EE won’t answer that. They don’t like bad press. I left them over 2 years ago due to their extortionate prices to pay for Kevin Bacons salary.

  • aviosAdventurer Avios Adventurer 🇬🇧🇿🇦🇹🇷🇰🇭 (@aviosAdventurer) reported

@janey_jane68 @GazRich88 @EE I went from an £82/month contract down to a £6/month contract. Really straight forward to do

  • MrCracknell Richard Cracknell (@MrCracknell) reported

@AlexKalli @vkon1 @EE Further to that ... You can now buy phones away from Apple and Samsung that are twice as good for under half the price. I've bought a handset only for about the last 5 years and never looked back

  • alastairstables Alastair Stables (@alastairstables) reported

@EE Thanks but as your app and website were back my problem was solved.
