@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

Hi @EE - we switched our broadband service to BT back in July, why are you still debiting my bank account for our old internet service? Your sales rep told us it would be a seamless switchover, which this is not. @CorArdens

@EE thanks for leaving me stranded for the last 5 days with no voice, text or mobile data despite being told I had set roaming up correctly. To top it all, the myee login has given the same error message for 5 days, leavinge incapable of managing my account

@EE why do I keep paying for data and yet my **** never works as a woman this makes me feel so unsafe 😤😤😤😤 I’m asking strangers to give me hotspot to order Ubers home this isn’t okay!!!

@EE Hi Jenny, all fine now (I think). One of the devices appeared to have a problem with the VPN; I think the other one is faulty. One step forward, but at least the connection limit is out of the equation now!

@EE I have £25.00 credit on my account and want to top up the data on my mobile Wi-Fi device. It's not proceeding to the data add on page. Is there a problem. ?

@EE Thank you Craig for the reply. However, what if a customer is happy with the present contract, does not want to upgrade to a more expensive contract? At this point do you still apply the nhs discount?
