@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

I only signed up with you cause my previous provider (@EE) was horrendous at customer service (for another tweet) but you're turning out to be just at bad it would seem... Does anyone still teach their staff how to handle frustrated customers with class or is that a lost art...?

@EE Hey Peter Wittland, sorry for not replying sooner, I am a little slow these days. I understand how it works, however, from my little bit of digging and searching I am 90% sure this number is a genuine EE number and not a spoofed number. Do what you wish with this information.

@O2 I can’t see anywhere on there that gives me the answer to my question which is will you be joining EE on a new mobile mast in my area which up until this week had no mobile signal whatsoever. @EE are on the mast - will you be?

@EE very slow sim router and mobiles now 2 full days now. We’ve called 3 times now and you keep saying it’ll be fixed in 3 hours buts it’s slow all day (but fine in the evenings). 3rd day running and the speed just dropped again...what’s going on?
