@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@indextwo @jemjabella @EE Yeah I've noticed that phone companies in general are really bad with that. Had the same thing with 3 where they charged me for something despite me cancelling the product. They said they had technical issues & they couldn't refund me 🙄 They refunded in the end.

Still find it weird that I still cant get #5G or a decent #4G signal where I live even though the antenna is at the bottom of the street @EE
