@EE you are absolutely despicable, I’ve raised a complaint about your conduct regarding you trying to charge my elderly mum £165 for leaving a contract that she didn’t know she had, she was out & needed to make a call and you’ve blocked her phone!

@RhiannonV As a boat dweller I use 4G for my main Internet connection, a 4GEE home router from @EE. I get quite impressive speeds and never have a problem even when multiple people are hogging the bandwidth.

@EE Can you please give me a direct freephone number to customer services? I have a problem with my router not connecting to broadband which isn’t resolved following the suggested steps. Or a link to an online chat - not the circular multi-question bot on your website. Thanks.

I can't use WiFi calling because my @EE broadband is also intermittent. We have had a visit from an engineer six times in the last two years and still we don't receive anything like the service we signed up (and pay) for. It's time you let me go and find better #nothingnowhere

So @EE think you can ignore #gdpr rules and still contact you despite specifically opting out from calls from then and their reps - and arguing the toss with me on the issue implies #badcustomerservice - guess who's looking for a new service provider
