  • JWilliamsJames Jason Williams-James 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🧪🥼🚲 🇪🇺 (@JWilliamsJames) reported from Penally, Wales

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

  • chrismann1983 Christopher Mann (@chrismann1983) reported from Penally, Wales

@EE hi need some help cancelling an order and keep getting cut off, it’s to cancel broadband

  • kevwoodlandpr Kevin Stanley (@kevwoodlandpr) reported from Tenby, Wales

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

  • martinrogers92 M A R T I N R O G E R S ⭐️ (@martinrogers92) reported from Pembroke Dock, Wales

Having a Anytime upgrade with @ee really does **** you over. The plans being offered are no we’re near as lucrative as the offers advertised for a new customer!! 😡 #ee #iphone #iPhone12ProMax

@EE Nicely hidden form... But that wasn't too painful to give the link was it. BTW I shoundnt have to opt out... As I never opted in.

@EE I’ve been a customer for over a decade and have just been told the best upgrade deal I can get is a measly £3 off the monthly price, or a whopping increase of £620 on the handset if I reduce the monthly cost! Is this really the reward loyal customers get? Time to change providers

  • NinaJPrentice Nina Joanne Prentice 💙 (@NinaJPrentice) reported

@EE I have replied to the DM thank you Russ. Look forward to your call to resolve this issue with my account

  • mtnsofscotland Mountains of Scotland (@mtnsofscotland) reported

@CiscoUKI The reality is somewhat different due to lack of signal around Scotland in my case from @EE. They may have 5G in London but up here two cans connecting with a piece of string works better.

  • DyinginpainX X (@DyinginpainX) reported

Damnnn. Why is there never anyone to talk on @EE live chat. I’ve been trying for days now. They won’t speak to me over the phone because I’m not the account holder 😒

  • stevecounsell :steve: counsell (@stevecounsell) reported

@EE @EE data speed in the NN6 / Crick Northants area continues to degrade. Yesterday, download speeds were down to less than 500kbs (half a meg). When is EE going to spend some of the HUGE profits on fixing this? It's been a problem since Nov. 2019!
