@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE I want to know why my bill has gone up by 60% for exactly the same service. I use the phone for one week of the year when I'm in the UK, and keep the contract solely for the phone number. It used to be 10 quid, now it's 16.

@EE Seriously, outside of major cities your coverage varies between poor and non-existent. On train between London and Newcastle and have been more or less without 4G for most of the journey so far
