    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    @EE TERRIBLE SERVICE! Dialled 150 and was sent a text to use a link to call you. No mention that I would be charged. Disgusted by your service. @Ofcom

    After demanding that I hand over proof of my disability and after I sent them doctors letters & agreed to send my phone back @EE have finally agreed to release me from my contract. Humiliated but glad to be free. Thanks everyone for your help
