@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

Switching to @EE? worst thing ive ever done. Sent my phone to get a battery replacement, bc apparently its acceptable for the battery health to be 86% (not even had the phone for a year) and theyve not found anything because they cba to check the settings. Absolutely disgraceful

@EE HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!! My phone cannot get a signal and constantly drops calls it can’t even pick up 3G let alone five! Been on hold for 35 minutes and can’t even get to speak to anybody!!! Business customer absolutely furious 😡😡😡
