@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Can anyone help me? Had a new phone delivered Thursday, sim card does not work and call centre say it could take 7 to 10 days or even more for it to work. Never had this, I'm now stuck with a brand new phone that cannot make phone calls! Not happy, hope someone can respond.

@EE is it reasonable to leave me waiting nearly 2 months for my complaint to be resolved? Is it reasonable to leave me without access to my account online all that time, due to your webchat agent's mistake? I haven't heard from anyone in weeks now. I'm fed up of chasing.

@EE I think gifting data to friends who are on a different accounts would be a good feature coz then I won’t feel bad when I have unlimited data and my mates have none left. I would feel like a greedy bloke.
