@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE After the usual fiasco which is signing in to the My EE app I finally called you, was asked to press one for Phone and then told you did not understand the input repeatedly. As you’re not offering Customer Service we will now look at an alternative for renewal.
