@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

I got in touch with @ee twice in the last two weeks because 4G doesn’t work in Central London on weekends and in evenings. All I got is “there are too many people on the network”. Extremely bad customer service.

@EE Hi Guys, my wife submitted a cancellation form to terminate her contract in the 14 day cooling off period. Form was sent 1st December. Today she spoke to someone who said nothing recieved. Can you confirm the email address is channel.returns@@ee.co.uk?

@MrJamalam @EE They keep switching my SIM off and sending out a new one. Been going on since October. I agree with you about the brewery! Hope they sort your issue out soon, but I wouldn't hold your breath.

@EE new customer and phone works fine but 4g seems to be currently useless in my are. Was fine up till two days ago and I know a few people all having same issue in hs2 postcode area, any ideas?
