@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE I’ve now had a letter from a debt collection recovery service and it’s gone to a house I no longer live at and it’s a fault on EE’s behalf not mine when I’ve tried to pay it. Yes I do have a number you can call but I’m not putting it on Twitter because that’s stupid.

@EE Hi I am a bit disappointed to receive my new Samsung S21 today and find out there is no adapter plug in the box. I have never not been sent this and was not told. I do not have a plug that fits the cable. Poor show EE 😢

I am so disgusted with the service provided by @EE (Doug & Billy) regarding an error in their roaming package not being applied and having to take it to the OS. Get me back to @VodafoneUK ASAP (something I never thought I would say).
