@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE My monthly bill is £72 and I didn’t want to be spending much more I was ok that March it would go up always does but £6.70 is a lot!!! And I now can’t cancel it

@EE I was promised ear buds if I took out an oppo X 3 find with yourself as my contract was coming to an end. The customer service adviser stated I would be getting the ear buds with the phone

@EE Just wondered because I had a call from a very pushy sales person from ee. Told me that because I'm a loyal customer she could do a special offer of 16 pounds no upfront. From the look of this add its not that special and is available to anyone.

@EE The broadband is down again with the same features as in the small hours of Thursday. The box flashes as normal and the problem is down the line. Is this just E7 or wider?
