@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

For ***** Sake.. My @EE Hotspot Wifi signal dropping out faster than a Blue Lodge Freemason in a competition against a non mason where the deciding factor is skill and ability not handshakes and leg ups... Leave my internet connection alone...

And then to add insult to injury, I am unable to look at the settings on my @EE router from my pc because they want me to download and use an APP instead which I will never do. The great enshitification continues...
