    @EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    @joehoward91 @EE With the service as bad as it is In Pembrokeshire constantly going down daily and with this over-inflated price increase we should be offered an option of being released from the contract with no penalties.

    @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!

    @EE your customer service is atrocious. Had a new Broadband server fitted last Tuesday, it didn’t get activated by the engineer and was lied to about it would come on at midnight. Next day rang and got a BT engineer who arrived on Thursday took 10 mins to start it. No comp/sorry!

    🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)

    @bt_uk can advertise all they like, but the fact remains they are an anti white super woke organisation who's sole purpose is to rip ******** out of people. Really hope they go out of business and take @EE with them.

    @EE is there an ongoing signal problem? I've got 'emergency calls only' showing on my phone. I have restarted my phone and toggled airplane mode on and off.
