  @EE Lymington staff said no phone account could be opened in my home address unless bank card is registered at my address. Theyre ALLOWING A FRAUDSTER TO USE MY HOME ADDRESS! They wont name the bank so I can call the bank to say Mrs Susan Burne is a fraudster etc! Refused to help

  Absolutely disgraceful customer service from @EE . Expecting customers to wait 45 mins to get someone to answer your call . Time after time this company fails the consumer. I've been with them 25 plus years but on renewal will be changing - enough is enough.

  @EE Thank you very much for your quick and responsive reply, however, it didn’t work! No help from HELP 66033, as far as I read it, the whole thing since joining BT has gone bonkers, it’s costing me a fortune for absolutely nothing, every penny counts when you rely on on pension

  Rang @EE today as I had a problem with my bill. She told me she’d give me a better TV package for 3 months as a sorry for their mistake, not telling me she was signing me up for another 24 months! Should be hauled aside for dodgy sales tactics-kept me on the line for 45 minutes!

  @Birduder344 @EE Customer loyalty is dead, it's not something that is valued or gets rewarded. No matter the issue, be it mobile phone contracts, electricity, ... a "loyal" customer will get punished. It's become sadly necessary to take the shortest contracts possible and change providers often.

  @TheSegaGuy_ @EE UK network quality is utter rubbish. When they had huawei towers it was awesome but after taking it down; it sucks.

  @EE Ordered a phone Saturday 11th, called customer service Monday 13th 60+ minutes on the phone, called to again Tuesday 14th again 60+ minutes informed to reorder the phone, called again today another 60+ to be informed you don't have the phone in stock RIDICULOUS SERVICE
