  My theory on @EE #EEDown Facebook had a major outage. People kept re-trying to load Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. That sent a lot of DNS requests to EE, and they couldn't keep up. So EE's DNS server just went "nope" and died.

  What the hells going on @EE.. Mobile network down.. Phone won't even connect to a EE router as it says connected (no Internet access).. Yet no communication from you guys to say when the problem will be sorted.

  @EE No 4G for hours. And no way to contact EE. Fair enough if you don't want to answer you customer service calls or online chat, but you would think you could at least put out a status update since so many people are without service and alerting you. Ignoring is hardly helpful!

  @EE Is there a problem with 4g? I get good signal with my phone and 4gee home router but little bandwidth and dns slow.

  @Deen56109343 @EE There’s no need for that. Yes, there’s an EE and Social media outage but abuse really isn’t nice. They are just trying to help people.

  @EE your 4g is down in North East Scotland. Any news on when it will be back as need to log into work soon.

  @EE I believe that my phone service is down. Has been for about 1/2 hour. None of my apps are working. My 4G home seams to be up but it’s very slow.
