    @EE I am a longstanding EE customer.I made an order yesterday for a sim upgrade for my phone.Given order confirmed by email.This morning got message to call EE, provide a bit more information to complete the order. Rang number and was kept on hold for 30 minutes then gave up.

    @EE If they say no charger to save the environment. Let me tell you if they want to go down that road playing they are economically friendly say ok. Stop making all your products in China where labour is cheap. Produce them locally in areas they are sold.
