Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE So here we go again - having not tried my TNT sport package since last Wednesday I’ve come back to it today - and guess what - I still don’t have the full set of services I’m actually paying for and I still can’t receive it - this really is a pile of 💩 Well actually over 3 weeks now I’ve been let down after let down after let down - After being told don’t worry your TNT sports will be available to you after midnight on Thursday / Friday I feel lied to - Totally fobbed off - Total lies from totally incompetent people - I had a service when I was with BT - it worked - how simple could it be to move to EE - it shouldn’t be difficult- How wrong I was. incompetent, Liars and couldn’t give a 💩 that’s actually what you are - 25 times you claim to have been voted the best - Let’s see how you fair with the media once I take this to them - I’m sick and tired of the whole damn lot of you !! You couldn’t manage your way out of a wet paper bag !!!!

Friday I couldn’t work Waited all day for an engineer to come, no one does Was promised a 4g devise, just found out order wasn’t ready processed. Monday phone gets put down!.

Jack Parker (@Jacklolcow) reported@EE its been 7 days since you guys turned off our fibre broadband for no reason (paying customers)! I'm running out of data hotspotting my phone just to work. We paid for a fibre upgrade in March, you only JUST installed it last Tuesday, 3 days later you switched it off. Help!
