@EE change from BT landline to EE biz the advisor says, no change to service, won’t even know it’s happened he says. No further comms, expect a final bill from BT and phone and broadband cut off!!! No idea who to call, no landline and no way of sorting out - thanks Ee/Bt @bt

@EE I've been trying to contact you for 4 weeks, my phones broken and I've waited over an hour for someone at your end to pick up. Please can you arrange for someone to contact me ASAP as 4 weeks is ridiculous.

@O2 Would it be helpful if I tweeted a list of postcodes around the northwest of England where your data network is atrocious to the point of unusable? Although I don’t think 280 characters would be sufficient. (FYI had to send this by connecting to a friend’s @EE hotspot…)

.@EE Terrible service at your store #EE. Felt like I was being punished for having bought my #5G sim ONLINE! This is not how #DigitalTransformation works. Train your staff, online or at the store, all customers are same. Now regretting the number porting from @VodafoneUK 😭

@EE No Iain, I have had to response. My provider uses your network. 2 oit of the 3 masts are now operational. But the service is 50% down still. No update on replacing the decomissioned mast?!

@racingspoon @O2 @EE That’s like saying suck it up. I work in healthcare in a 60 mile radius. My parent have to leave phones in kitchen for a signal 50 miles from me. When I go on holiday it’s no signal. EE is available in all these areas. Tested. I’m a tech geek. I run android and iOS. EE and O2.
