Trying to contact @EE about misrepresentation of my recent upgrade, a FREE tablet I was advised would save me money on my phone bill now makes my bill even more expensive, NOT Happy and no calls being answered in the call centre to help!

from my account without warning. @EE are charging me for a phone I cannot use and NOT ALLOWING me to add roaming. My wife phoned EE in the UK, and @EE told her I should upgrade my plan rather than for EE to provide a service. This is despicable behavior from @EE. Please repost.

@EE, please sort out your EU roaming tariff set up! Why is it not possible to set up in advance, instead I have to rely on a crappy website that doesn't work reliably, whilst sat in a petrol station in France. And your 12 day offer sends a message saying 7 days?!?
