@EE No, they are not. Have been in Canada for almost 12 hours and have had no service the entire time, despite having the Roam Abroad add on.

  • jamesmeadows James Meadows (@jamesmeadows) reported

@EE Any idea why the signal at Glastonbury is terrible? Much worse than previous years

  • GregoirKav G.K (@GregoirKav) reported

@EE It’s not! 4g in my area is showing as available but not working!

  • KalemTodd Kalem Todd (@KalemTodd) reported

@Adzymo @EE Ring up and (very politely) speak to their customer service team. They’ll offer you £30 ‘shortfall in service compensation’. That’s the max they’re allowed to offer you. Please don’t be rude to them, if they could compensate you entirely they would - it’s EE’s fault, not theirs.

  • ThatSweetKim Kimothy (@ThatSweetKim) reported

Of course my @EE broadband goes caput the day their mobile service goes down, luckily not a work from home week for Thom as I can't get through to anyone for help 😭

  • laydowninbedlam Ange (@laydowninbedlam) reported

@Buckythelegend @EE Have tried that multiple times. It doesn’t work. Other EE users in Canada are reporting the same thing, so it’s clearly a network fault

  • garyavfchorton Gary Horton (@garyavfchorton) reported

@EE 15 or so hours between tweets (system down/system up) is not good customer service. You need to provide an hourly update on what is being done, progress made and provide an estimate fix time. It's all basic Service Desk information and management.
