@EE OK - so the main issue was the amount of media my daughter had stored on her phone & the manager was pretty helpful today. But I would have expected @ee team to know that iPhone OS require more storage than android that the upgrade failed due to data & not the stores Wi-Fi

@EE I will belive that a HUMAN reads messages, when I see PROOF of that. Besides, DM is not secure, yet you demand that personal details are sent via DM. Cue EE's usual, copy pasted 'sorry you feel that way' dismissal of a CUSTOMER.

@EE been trying to talk to customer support for 3 days. This is the second time you have charged me for not returning a device when you have confirmed receipt of the device. Slapping £1000 on someone’s bill is unacceptable. I’m not going to continue using your service.
