  Dear @EE, Your chat function is “down” and I tried calling you from another phone and gave up after waiting for 25 minutes calling from my wife’s phone. How happy are you with this service, for a customer of over 25 years, with (a) not being available; and (b) fixing the problem.

  @adz232 @O2 @EE No thank you, EE are owned by BT, just as Plusnet are,so I would rather have anybody else rather than BT. I am sure O2 will get it fixed but my last company mobile was on EE and that was rubbish. O2 just need to fix this one.

  @EE Just want to say a big thanks to Sam and Carrie in the @EE store at the fort, Glasgow. Great customer service and really tried their best to give us a good deal, which they did. Can't thank them enough, a credit to the EE brand.

  @SDCForeverMe @O2 Move operator to @EE. O2 is falling appart as they rely on Vodafone to carry out work in half of the UK as they don’t own their own infrastructure in those places. Ik relying on a competitor is a foolish move. O2, wake up, buy and operate your own network in the west!
