I was on a very basic phone contract that they wanted Β£20.00 per month for when you can get exactly the same deal on the EE network for less that a fiver. Just goes to show how greedy they all are.

Marieπ (@MarieMcglinchey) reported@BenGungyal @EE Like all contracts its down to the customer to renegotiate, as I do with my virgin subscription, home insurance, car insurance. All companies will thrive on customers auto-renewing, now that you've taken notice maybe you can start to renegotiating a better deal for your MIL.

I know coz I was moved from BT to EE when the company was bought out &Course it goes up it goes up every year march with the API even in contract
