They even acknowledged the fault and issued credit because of it, yet later admitted the issue cannot be fixed due to local black spots. Despite this, they still refused to cancel my contract without penalty. That is deeply unfair and unacceptable.

Broadband cancelled after 8 week because you couldnt get it working as promised and now I have numerous issues with customer service- The worst company in the comms industry

Stuart Smith (@Galaxy42_) reportedIf any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/receiving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.

ALittleWren (@ScottishWrenLou) reported@EE Your broadband service is rubbish. It frequently drops out and tonight it dropped out half an hour ago and has still not come back. And the 4G backup is useless as it doesn’t work. Really fed up with this now.

Json (@Stuff1646) reported@sarkeycockney @EE They have done that on purpose to spin the wheels on ice so you won't get nowhere, If you're still getting nowhere with this clown show of a provider then best contacting Citizens advice and going down that route to have it solved, I think.
