@Jezonimo @EE Yes, EE sale your details to companies like Quint. Who compile or your data from open source and then sale it to anyone. EE is a greedy money gruby company. Switch to a smaller network. Better customer care and network service with say Three.

Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

@EE there is a fault on my broadband that can’t be fixed for a week, your guide says no alternatives available, your shop says hotspot from phone despite the signal not being good enough….there must be an option?

@EE The problem is not the broadband at the router, that’s fine,it’s the degradation of signal from 600 mbs at router to zero (literally) despite EE assurance that four EE WiFi extenders would ‘do the job’ - not even close & the engineer didn’t even bother to look round the house
