    @EE Is this for real?? I can’t make or receive any calls whatsoever, I’ve lost out on 2 days of work and I’m also paying for a service I’m not getting, sort it it, this is beyond a ******* joke now. I want my money back plus the money I’ve lost for work🤬🤬🤬 #swapproviders

    @EE Not going to lie, this is a right pain! Hope you're going to compensate customers because you were happy taking my payment yesterday knowing your service was down! I've not been able to make a call for two days now!! It's not good enough

    @EE @wildwex1 I understand things happen but the lack of communication is unacceptable. I have desperately needed my phone to make and receive calls today! Guys if this isnt sorted today you can claim £8-10 per day for lack of service OFCOM.
