    @AppleSupport can you stop holding back iPhone 14 Pro Max units. UK network providers like @EE and @VodafoneUK are quoting 3-4 weeks before customers can get hold of one. It’s ridiculous and poor!

  • gordybphotos Gordon Bolton (@gordybphotos) reported

    @EE your coverage is an absolute joke at Gulliver's World in Warrington. Others on Vodafone, 3 and O2 having no issues at all and I can't even make a phone call

  • candiemac candice (@candiemac) reported

    @bt_uk you gave me @EE data hubs, not BT. There is no EE network service. So i have no internet. i booked into a hotel so@i could work.

  • brianmartinuk Brian Martin MCIM (@brianmartinuk) reported

    Why have I stuck with @EE /T-Mobile for 14 years? Time for a change. Year on year their customer service is becoming less and less to respond. Then you have to jump through hoops to be ignored. Are they still using COVID as an excuse for poor service?

  • TeacherDistant distant teacher (@TeacherDistant) reported

    @EE 35 mins on hold is completely unacceptable and sadly this is not an isolated experience which would indicate that investing in customer service is obviously not a priority. Hire more staff now and stop treating your customers in this manner.

  • TeacherDistant distant teacher (@TeacherDistant) reported

    @EE Been there tried both and can say both are as poor as the CS. The only way to solve this is increase the size of the cs team or decrease the customer base, as the numbers of customers requiring support are far greater than the capacity of the current team to deal with it.

  • Vocnord Dd (@Vocnord) reported

    @EE You've got an outage.
