...or internet. I had to walk for more than an hour to find a free wifi signal from a restaurant so that I could get a car to take me back to the place I am staying (it has no transport links). I managed to check my plan and see that @EE have REMOVED ALL ROAMING OPTIONS... 2/3

@EE Today I was one of the many in my area to be unable to make calls to anybody but other EE users. But it made me think - if we also had broadband with EE too and no service apart from to each other, how would we call Emergency Services if needed, now there are no landlines?

@EE About time someone came and posted some communication about this issue. I thought it was my phone for hours and not your network. Next time maybe update your customers on a problem to stop them seeking out the problem cause themselves

@EE Your head of comms ought to be fired. Zero comms on X or on your website, for what was a significant outage. I’d seriously take a look at how you keep customers informed of such outages.

Trying to contact @EE about misrepresentation of my recent upgrade, a FREE tablet I was advised would save me money on my phone bill now makes my bill even more expensive, NOT Happy and no calls being answered in the call centre to help!
