    @EE you've confused a pensioner into a two year contract that they can't use, their bank just informed them that you'd emptied their pension and had to cancel the payments. I'm going to help them not get into trouble because of your sleight of hand. who at EE should i contact?

    Shocking customer service from @EE After months of data issues, I’m told they don’t guarantee a working data service. So what am I paying for? Happy to take customers money but dismiss genuine concerns instead of fixing them. Overpriced with poor service. AVOID @EE @Ofcom

    @EE Ordered a phone Saturday 11th, called customer service Monday 13th 60+ minutes on the phone, called to again Tuesday 14th again 60+ minutes informed to reorder the phone, called again today another 60+ to be informed you don't have the phone in stock RIDICULOUS SERVICE
