I ordered the package and asked it to be delivered to my local store. Instead they made and error and sent it to my home address. I have email confirmation of this error and while trying to resolve an @EE agent decided to call me rude and aggressive

@EE made an error with my package delivery address and sent it to the wrong place and now someone has stolen it. I spent the last hour on the phone to your colleagues and they decided this was the appropriate way to address me? As rude and aggressive even tho it's their error.
