@EE Been sent a phone that doesn't work properly from EE. This was a refurbished phone from insurance. Now they want me to pay again for a new phone or just upgrade for a new phone.... Isn't this basically stealing?

@EE hoping i can get help as my ee account or even the ee website is hopeless,i live in l33 area and once again i was receiving texts about 2hrs after being sent and internet is non existent AGAIN.i am sick of paying for service that lately never works due to so called issues.

@EE went into your ncl store today, paid £10 for a PAYG sim and £10 top up only to find that the e-top up card doesn’t have anything on it and I can’t ring you for help because I need to top up. Oh the irony.

@EE what is happening in WA166RT? Mobile, 3G and 4G constantly appear to be down? Many months of messages stating that there is a problem then it’s fixed then hours later there’s another problem. #rural
