    @EE Since you guys didn't reply, unfortunately it's too late for me to sort this for Mum, but now we are having the exact same issue with Dad. Any ideas? Tried through the phone browser and a laptop and same everytime. Feel this is misleading.

    @EE You need to fix your website when ever I login to EE to check my upgrade options it goes back to login page and asks me to login again

    @EE extremely poor customer service, my elderly father has been fobbed off by your Chester store on and off since 31st July and because of your incompetence he’s been without a phone totally for 3 weeks. Disappointing when he’s been with you for about 13 years!

    Anyone else had problems with their Samsung S20 Ultra? Especially after a year of having it?? @SamsungHelpUK @EE #Samsung My screen now works about 40-50% of the time. It constantly freezes, doesn't always charge and I can constantly see my keyboard even when my phone is locked.

    @EE yet again when everton play, I get NO signal on 5G. Yet you say there’s no fault… clearly there is when I can’t use my phone at all. Fed up of this.

    @EE what has happened to your mobile internet recently? I've never had a problem until the past couple of weeks, but now it's either incredibly slow, or non existant, leaving me without access to the Internet in many places.
