@EE Hang on. The letter I received clearly states "you can switch to receive all future bills online at My EE". Now you tell me I can't. So you're calling Mark Carberry a liar? How many other people has he sent this letter to?

@EE Can I get mifi? No. I will give you cash, but you refuse. You **** around and refuse and discriminate based on @equifax mafia. Use @experian and let customers with cash pay for things normally. No bizarre social credit black mirror nonsense. Fix this #disriminatory behaviour

@EE Thank you David. We have an engineer booked in for Friday but we’ve been here many times so it won’t get resolved. We need fibre in to our property; @EE is being let down by a poor #Openreach copper install.

@EE I’ve been a loyal customer with EE and t-mobile before that for over 20 years, why do you not offer loyal customers good rates when due an upgrade? Only new customers get good deals

@ShaunClarke04 @EE charging of your phone is covered by them. if you're using up too much data they will alert you to stop watching Netflix so much. if you're not using all your data, they will tell you that you can save money by going down to a cheaper plan which you can do at any time.
