@EE Hi, problem is, like a majority of nhs staff were sent a message on December to say that we would get a text this month and hadn't got anything to let us know.

So tonight the hubby had his phone and bank card stolen and used 5 (😡) times after delivering his shielding dad's prescription! 3 hours later @EE @Barclays and @NorthantsPolice have been so bloody helpful that we can sit down reassured. In need of gin after this week 😴 #Thanks

@EE I was a customer for over 20 years, and I have been trying to get my phone sim unlocked for 2 months, after several phone calls to customer service I still cannot get it unlocked. I am a key worker and need access to my phone, my elderly father is in hospital. Pls help.
