    I just don't get it @EE I had a 100 Gig deal with them which on a normal month I used around 2-3 gig so when the contract was coming to a close I decided to change it to a 6 gig deal which I thought was plenty. This month I'm down to megabytes with 6 days until replenishment!

    @EE I've reached out but haven't heard back. My issue continues, as it has for the past 2.5 years. It's frustrating to have money draining from my PAYG account without explanation.

    @ee #EE appalling service once again. A close relative is end of life, yet #ee will not replace faulty handset in a manner that allows me to have a fully functioning phone. Things are difficult enough.
