    @EE HI, I placed an order last night. Just over an hour later, I received 2 emails one saying that my order was on the way and another saying that it has been delivered when it obviously has not. Since then, I am unable to track the order as it says there is a problem! Pls help.

    @coveragechecker @EE If I’m paying for a network, I’m paying for a service. PAYG or contract shouldn’t determine whether I get the best network my phone supports. basic network capabilities shouldn’t be reserved for the most expensive plans.

    @EE Can you send me the formal complaints department email please. I am now on to my 8th person who can't seem to grasp how to do their job. HUMAN error is rife with this issue.

    @Hepworthclare @EE Clare, been going through my own problems with @EE for weeks, their transition to digital landline is shambolic. Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!

    Hey @ee you send me a message to call 150 inside working hours because you can’t tell me my roaming minutes for an unlimited business account. When I try it tells me they are unavailable. Why tell me they are there 8am-8pm if they are not available. #fail

    @EE ordered broadband from you, BT eventually fixed it, but service constantly drops, now BT have billed me for £37.99 despite being told I would get a rebate for first week nor being connected My question is am I a BT or EE customer as EE promised to pay off my previous

    @Hepworthclare @EE The whole world is quietly going mad queuing in an automated service. Meanwhile in an abandoned office somewhere on an anonymous high street there’s a single telephone ringing, never to be answered again
