@EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

@EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

@Joshy_ward @EE I’m lucky to get 2 bars of 4G anywhere I go in cov with them these days. At work in baginton I get 1 bar of “EE EDGE” which is ******* 2G no internet City centre it says I have full signal 5G but it takes about 5 minutes to send a WhatsApp. On iphone13 Shambles of a network

@EE Disgraceful customer service from @EE unable to help, unable to call you back, despite spending numerous hours calling them. Unable to escalate to a manager as apparently managers don’t take calls. Waiting on insurance claim for 3 days despite paying for next day replacement.
