Everyone’s 3G was superfast until they brought out 4G. As of today, they’ve launched 5G. Watch them slow down your 4G service over coming months. They’ll claim there’s no change but it’s to pressure phone upgrades. It’s a conspiracy theory led by @EE

@EE We arrived and were sorted with a new sim in 15 minutes flat! There were problems with scanning my ID but they got that sorted ASAP I had rung EE earlier in the day so we just needed the sun and they couldn’t have been more helpful it was the Manager and another nice guy 👏👏

So @EE has taken 50 pound to top up children’s phones got proof from bank they reversed and took the money but kept telling me card has been declined shocking no one to answer the phones customer service shocking.

@EE I’ve been with EE for many many years pay monthly (never missed a payment ect) and I’ve upgraded and they’ve said I have to pay a security deposit for line rental along with my bill... I’m so confused what this is for...

@EE Chose the right day! My normal upgrade was September when I'm back working in a school. Hats off to the customer service at the Coventry store. Quick upgrade so I can go and enjoy the phone now.

@EE I've had a problem for the last week now, a message comes up intermittently saying that mobile data has temporarily been switched off by the operator. This has affected using certain sites like WhatsApp & Twitter while I'm out.

@EE broadband is absolutely awful. It goes off every week without fail. Sometimes it’s for 10 mins, sometimes it’s for days, and the customer service is shocking. Cancelling it & going back to the old provider.

@EE A day late. worked out its a poor connection in the box you put on my wall. any tiny knock from the curtain as we draw it, and the cable moves in the socket. need a new socket, that holds the cable in properly.can you sort that out please?

Had @EE out yesterday to install new broadband. Still not working today and been advised no one can look at this until February 21st! Not easy to go to a cafe with a baby and work. Will somehow get an abstract over to @UFAW_1926 today!
