At the moment I can’t even stream Netflix on one device. I’ve done all the usual troubleshooting with no help. It’s been like this for 4 days now

I have been without WiFi since 28/1 and the next review date is the 10/2 I personally don’t understand why it takes so long. This should have been working on the 14/1 .
