    @EE please explain to me why my partner has waited at home all day for our broadband install only for you to text him to say he's missed the engineer and the next available date is in 3 weeks! (we've already waited 1 month) You never phoned to say you were on your way or knocked!

    EE is an absolute joke coming. They have promised me on 4 occasions that they will call me back to resolve an issue and they havenโ€™t. 1 minute before the end of his shift I receive this text message.... absolute JOKE @ee @eecustomerservice

    @EE My 16 month old son is having his 3rd stay in @nhsuhcw in Coventry in 5 weeks but the signal in & around the hospital is almost non existent making it hard to keep in touch with family, can you sort this please?

    @EE We arrived and were sorted with a new sim in 15 minutes flat! There were problems with scanning my ID but they got that sorted ASAP I had rung EE earlier in the day so we just needed the sun and they couldnโ€™t have been more helpful it was the Manager and another nice guy ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

    @EE The bots are useless recommending the same thing without understanding the issue. The router works & generally gives between 500to 800 Mb BUT although the four EE wifi extenders recommended & fitted by EE engineer glow aqua they have no connectivity = no TV, Alexa or heating

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE O2 was so bad in Southampton that I moved to EE, which is a fair bit better. O2's 5G was even worse than its 4G.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Correct. I had a better reception from my first (Cellnet) mobile in 1995 (in Devon)! Gone are the days of being able to rely on a decent signal! Despite that, ugly / tall mobile phone masts are everywhere (with zero effort to camouflage them or place them 'sensitively').

    @EE You admitted to mis-selling, cut off my TV services by mistake, and now your phone staff are stonewalling a registered disabled customer of 20 years. I have sent a DM. I need a senior manager to call me immediately, not another dead-end phone number.

    @EE still useless. Iโ€™d advise anyone who is considering joining EE donโ€™t bother. Very poor customer service, no way to talk to technical support instead end up with a useless BOT via text or video guides.
