@EE customer service, tech team and collections team are officially the worse I’ve ever dealt with. 28days without a working phone or phone line as the replacement phone they sent me was faulty. They deem this acceptable 👍🏾

@EE For most of today, my mobile phone has said ‘No Service’ Why? I have restarted it several times. It is only working over my home wifi (not supplied by EE) Surely I should not be paying for a service on the days when you don’t give me one?

@EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

@EE I’m having issues with my broadband. The connection on it is terrible, it’s drops in and out all day. At the moment I can’t even stream Netflix on one device. I’ve done all the usual troubleshooting with no help. It’s been like this for 4 days now

Don’t like to complain but, just recieved an email from @EE anout the yearly RPI price increase. Only this year its a whopping 7.5% hike and it raises my £70 plan by £5.31, last year it only raised it by 82p! Never known such a hike, i know everything is going up but wow!

@EE is there anything I can do to enhance my phone signal when I'm at home. Signal is poor when outdoors but barely no signal when I'm in house. Missed two important calls yesterday as despite having WiFi call enabled too it went straight to voicemail.

@EE Having set most of it up, you are OK I shall just laugh again. Three dont have a network, nor do Tesco nor do Virgin. Oh the fun when Hatfield used to issue their instructions to Switch Site Teams...whatever next? I'll respect my old contract T&Cs of you let me laugh again.
