    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    @EE @DavidMarcPage Broadband services do seem to be affected! Tried calling to report the problem and got cut off automatically. Others are also reporting this.

    @EE im writing on behalf of my mam who doesnt use twitter. She trying to log on to her account however keeps getting told her password is incorrect even though it isnt. Also she is not happy her complaint hasnt been dealt with which was sent 2 weeks ago. Could u help please

    All fun & games being an @EE home broadband customer today 🙄. @EE, have you tried turning it off at the wall, pulling the plug out, disconnecting all the wires, waiting 20 seconds, reconnecting everything and then using a pen to press that tiny button on the back to hard reset?

    @EE Any known issues in Cardiff CF11 please? No websites loading and my work VPN has dropped off for about 15 minutes now. Have reset router and the light is ‘aqua’ colour again it still no joy.
