@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE Thanks. I did raise a complaint and EE appears to have closed it without good reason. I will continue to try to get to the bottom of what’s happened here. It would be great if you’d work with me to do so, if you genuinely care about stopping others falling foul of this scam.

@EE Ok I have now given up with EE what a complete waste of time. “Best network for 12 years” absolute bullshit. Your phone signal is crap and the broadband doesn’t work. Can you come round and collect your gear it’s all in a bin bag.

@EE Why are you charging me for using my home phone when I've never used it? You suggest I've called a mobile which I have not and I don't recognise the number. If I was to call anyone I'd use my mobile. My landline is only used for incoming calls from my elderly parents
