Marc Gamble 🇬🇧 (@MA13C) reported@EE customer service are an absolute was of time, why give me an email address when you don’t get a reply even after 3 weeks, my WiFi is crap keeps going off, had engineers out and they say nothing is wrong, customer service said my router is in the wrong place within the house.
