@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

Dear @EE . Kindest, most polite of suggestions. If a paying customer needs to make a claim for a stolen phone. Perhaps suggesting calling a number isn't the best port of call? Perhaps suggesting 'asking to borrow your partner's phone' also doesn't work? I live with my dog.

@EE tells me they are going to put the price up again, I knew once the dreadful @BT got involved their service will go down the pan. I ave no option but to leave them after about 20 yrs or so, I use very little of my minutes/data,will go to @SkyUK can carry unused over

@bob_do1an @EE Its 3.9% on top of CPI rate of inflation which I'm guessing was 5.4% but @ee don't care about extraordinary circumstances the nation is in rn. Families will struggle, especially those with 1/2/3 plans that don't know how to reach out for help as no details on the letters 🙄
