@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE @Vinewood_motors Couldn’t you just EXTEND the duration of the contract? It would make more sense. Rather than ask them to pay upfront, say they have 8 months left - just add 24 months (new contract) + 8 months (remainder). This is how you treat EXISTING patrons. Reward LOYALTY, not discourage it.

@EE Yes play on both wifi and ee data. Had the same issue a few weeks ago. Just seems odd it opens in airplane mode

@EE and @ThreeUKSupport been a temporary mast 2Km away blocking signal from 3 closer masts (within 1km) terrible service for both networks due to this. New mast has been built and activated in that area but still the temporary one remains active.

@EE My contracts up next month, I have never had any trouble with EE, I have been a customer for years but unless there is some extraordinary deal I will not be renewing. The monthly prices are ridiculous now. DM me if you want as I won’t be contacting you first.
