@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE Hi CS. I rang EE this morning and spoke to someone about the issue. I believe there’s essential work taking place in Wyre (Lancashire) so will be some issues. Not ideal for my work not having a service.

@jakeroge_rs @i_Jess @EE Why didn’t you go straight to apple with the issue when it first arises? Sorry I’m not being rude but I thought it was a common thing. Like when I’ve had issues in the past, I’ve gone straight to apple and they have fixed it, like issues with home buttons. Speaks etc.

@SkyHelpTeam It doesn’t! If you don’t put in a telephone number it says to call back another time when you can provide one and then cuts you off. Not to worry I managed to get through on your cancellations and have cancelled a £1,200 contract with yourselves. @EE were more than happy to help!

@EE I have no internet and my daughter is homeschooling and so we are trying to run off my hotspot. But although your system says I have perfect signal I have only one bar in my house so no devices can pick up my hotspot. The second is my data allowance will only support her till
