@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE how do I make a formal complaint regarding lack of service? Through automated telephone system just states we'll send you a text but I never get anything.

@EE There are so many postcodes that have awful 5G, I don't have enough time to list them all. & nothing will be done about it. I will be just referred to some future plans with an ambiguous deadline date. Prices have gone up although my phone has stayed the same & service is worse.

@EE is this the best you can do? I think the agent was trying to explain that if you run out of Data. So are unable to send and receive imessages without WiFi Then the message is converted into an MMS message and sent over the network. This is where charges are added for MMS,

@EE you have to see this, charging 40p for something that is free. So I guess this is how you are financing your crappy infrastructure to support 5G is it?
