@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

My sister is struggling to get her phone to receive calls with the new SIM. Went with @EE, but using @plandotcom for support. A *week* later still can't receive calls or voicemail. Another try with them this weekend Last chance will be a ferry to the Isle of Man to try and sort?

@EE @BeanoOfficial Ironic, walked out of the EE shop on Worthing High St. last week after staff were rude and dismissive of my 10 year old grandson, while he was in there with my wife. Very disappointed as a BT employee of many years. Sadly my pension unlikely to be safe in the hands of this bunch!

@EE Yesterday I called my son's mobile twice. He didn't receive the calls. I called a 3rd time & it went straight to voice mail. I was in hospital waiting to be picked-up.I was in terror that something had happened. My calls had gone to our landline! Today, same problem. Why?

@tricks36 @O2 @EE 5G at VP as I know someone who helped install it. Whenever I’ve done online checkers it always says O2 only one I can get in this postcode so stuck with them but when out and about signal awful last year or so. EE really fast on 4G too. Just got £18pm for 125GB at uswitch
