@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@ee my partner paid for an add on so he could use his phone in Egypt which hasn’t worked for 3 days. Support say they can’t give a refund as it was an issue with the network here.. but I’m with @O2 & connected to the same network here & haven’t had any issue. Can someone explain?

@EE I 've just been speaking to one of your online staff about getting an unlimited data pass and was told I can add on at £10 a month,agreed to that add on to only be informed it has to be £25 a month! Thats a poor way to treat loyal customers after you bring back roaming and RPI +!

Absolutely disgusted with the way ur advisor treated me @EE, told me he was warning me even tho I wasn't swearing or shouting.. Refused 2 help, or let me speak 2 a manager and refused 2 open a complaint. Is this how u train ur staff? I feel like taking my mobile elsewhere now.

@stefanjl15 @EE Thanks Stefan, if you have had no service all over Staffordshire that would point towards an issue with your SIM card or phone, as you will connect to different masts as you travel. Can you try your SIM in another phone at all? - Sean
