@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

Just had the most ridiculous experience with @EE - called the support line, and after 25 minutes on hold and chatting to some for 5 mins, am told to contact the store, call the store, they tell me they can only help if I go into store. I go into the Great Marlborough street (1/2)

@EE So Casey you would like to know how it went, went into Richmond store told they couldn’t do anything no apology bloody rude they all need to go on customer care courses and I have now asked for my PAC code been with you for about 10 years #AwfulService #AnyoneButEE
