@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

Just wondering what it takes to get @EE to actually respond to 2 letters (both signed for) or to have customer service people that can actually help with a query (have made 5 phone calls)? Diabolical service!
