    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    @EE Got it, was just a bit worried that it could've disappeared into the ether. I'm guessing I use the delivery note as the proof of purchase to claim the Galaxy Buds Live etc when I get the phone? Sorry for many stupid questions as I've not actually bought a pre launch phone!

    @EE Turns out I needed further help. The EE Perk code wouldn't work on my upgrade so had to phone to sort it yesterday. Ordered a S21+ 256GB over the phone though! However do you know when the account/paperwork is sent for the order with an order number etc?

    @EE when are you going to deal with the mast issues in Wansford, Cambridgeshire? We've been waiting months! Working from home a nightmare and getting worse. Surgery pharmacy can't even take card payments. This is high priority. Completely unacceptable.

    @EE I upgraded my I phone over a week ago but my BT app hasn’t worked since changing over despite it still being a service Included. I have rang three times and it’s still not been resolved... apparently I’d get a call in 24 hours but not had that two days later. #notsatifactory

    @EE How frustrating to have spent an hour on a live chat with 2 of your agents. I was disconnected from one due to your technical problems, had to go through security questions with the second when reconnected. Promised an email link I never received. Not good customer service.

    So the @bt_uk and @EE saga continues, EE won’t replace faulty item over 30 days as its manufacturer problem, even though it’s still in warranty, BT won’t replace as I didn’t purchase it from them. @MarcAllera can you help?!
