@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

I'm confused about my last @EE bill as it says it's been paid but yet when I check my bank account the money hasn't come out and when I click to pay it says pay £0. Direct debit has been cancelled so not really my problem if it's not been paid, I did contact them & got no reply.
