@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@ee Well over a month now with mobile broadband and still you lie it will be fixed “in 16 hours”. And refuse to cancel the 2 months remaining. Horrible lot.

We’ll do it publicly then @ee as no one responded to the DM you told me to send- august I put in 30 days notice to cancel 2 watch contracts - customer service refused 3 requests to cancel said moving to PAYG would mean no September payment/end of contract

Is it just me who’s noticed a massive drop in signal quality from @EE in the past few months? Today I’ve had 4-5 dropped calls on top of people sounding like they’re talking through a synthesiser. It can’t be the signal in one area as I’ve been in Newcastle and Glasgow regularly.
