@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE Given that I couldn't validate my account and if my sim was delivered to someone else by mistake and they could perform validation and therefore pretend to be me, it seemed very sensible to cancel the direct debit immediately from a security perspective.

@EE Another coffee is definitely needed, the top of the tower is 512ft so wonder if I could get a signal there, sadly for safety reasons I wasn't allowed to see.
