@EE Yeah so if your so f**king good how come your network in South Pembrokeshire is shite. It's on a par with 2 cans and a piece of string actually I think the later might just edge it

  • JWilliamsJames Jason Williams-James 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🧪🥼🚲 🇪🇺 (@JWilliamsJames) reported from Penally, Wales

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

  • stu___gibson Stu Gibson (@stu___gibson) reported from Cosheston, Wales

@EE Nicely hidden form... But that wasn't too painful to give the link was it. BTW I shoundnt have to opt out... As I never opted in.

  • WendyOg28703928 Wendy Ogden (@WendyOg28703928) reported

Sorry to name and shame @EE. I sent a direct Twitter message on Tue as your online complaints form has an error: a 150 word complaint that apparently "exceeds 500 words". Except it doesn't. I am therefore unable to complain. Short initial response on Tues then nothing...

  • PaulN91816859 Paul N (@PaulN91816859) reported

So @EE are putting bills up by £8 a line blaming CPI , bet they won't put them down if it goes down.

  • BAlfonzetti Britny Alfonzetti (@BAlfonzetti) reported

@EE for the love of god. Get to Prague and can’t enable roaming to get data over here. It says to ring 150 but I can’t bloody ring 150 if I’m not connected to a network. You appear to have no live chat option on your website either. I need my phone for maps😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤢😡🤢😡

  • LittlechefSally Sally Abe (@LittlechefSally) reported

@EE literally unbelievable- been a customer almost 20 years. Phone gets stolen in the post and I'm expected to pay the contract for the next 2 years! Disgusting!

  • Ravendite4 Gemma Surrage (@Ravendite4) reported

@EE Any idea when the network problem will be fixed in AB53? Lots of people without both electricity and mobile signal.

  • high_1ntensity B&G (@high_1ntensity) reported

@EE @mitch_duce Bad response, because one) that’s not true. E.g this is the first year in a decade with EE where I’ve had a CPI + 3.9% increase. Two) what justification does EE have for tagging on an extra 3.9% anyway beyond blatant profiteering and ripping off your customers?

  • Dave38215678 Dave (@Dave38215678) reported

@L81588705 @EE Part 3. I contacted EE and the customer services staff were very professional and helpful but they said because I’d applied for the additional mobile number (my mistake) they couldn’t refund the approx £300.00 I’d paid for a mobile number and data I didn’t realise I had and

  • VikingGman G (@VikingGman) reported

@EE I’ve four accounts n Broadband ,very long standing customer ,no Tv package ..can’t see me continuing, but thanks for the reply,..

  • Dave38215678 Dave (@Dave38215678) reported

@L81588705 @EE Part 4. never used. In 30 days EE will close the additional number so I’ll return to a lower priced plan but I’ve appealed the decision not to pay back the extra I paid. What do you think my chances are in getting a refund considering it was my silly mistake. I feel a right twit!

  • vilemedialies M (@vilemedialies) reported

@EE your home@bran and Costa was ridiculous to start. It went up by 16% last year and now it’s going up by 14%. That’s not right, fair or in line with the market so get stuffed. The performance is applying with a 100mbps line only being able to support 1 streaming device.
