@EE Yeah so if your so f**king good how come your network in South Pembrokeshire is shite. It's on a par with 2 cans and a piece of string actually I think the later might just edge it

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@joehoward91 @EE With the service as bad as it is In Pembrokeshire constantly going down daily and with this over-inflated price increase we should be offered an option of being released from the contract with no penalties.

  • wuxmedia
    ⓦⓤⓧⓜⓔⓓⓘⓐ (@wuxmedia) reported

@EE Hello? Anyone,? I got kids trying to study for a levels and I work remote. Annoyingly useless. Never an issue over ten years with BT here. Seems you take over and just continual issues. Just sort it out I don't want to call anyone just FIX THE ISSUE

  • GorwayGlobal
    JayEnAar (@GorwayGlobal) reported

@EE Thanks. finally: A call to 150 shd allow ME, the customer to choose to talk to a real person. Twice it leads me round the houses, then says, "Weve sent you a text. Follow the instructions and you're sorted. Good bye". I need to say thanks and bye to end the call.

  • theRedun
    Rob (@theRedun) reported

@bt_uk @EE @BTBusiness currently on the #caravanclub site at Clumber Park, Notts, paying for “premium WiFi” and it’s painfully slow, no faster than the free version, caravan club staff say it’s nothing to do with them, report it to you! How do I report it to you?

  • SARitchie
    Steve Ritchie - MetalTalk💙 (@SARitchie) reported

@EE @nickduval That is shocking, @EE and I am a customer too. You have a crap system for this.

  • 3LandObserver
    3LandObserver ☦️ (@3LandObserver) reported

@EE @geynosha And yet you *don't* understand, because your "solution" is for him to get an unnecessary UK number just to use your stupid Wi-Fi at this stupid hotel.

  • leeharris85
    lee harris (@leeharris85) reported

@EE how do you make a complaint about customer service?

  • IyengarPallavi
    IndianAlways (@IyengarPallavi) reported

@EE Hi i was recently trying to purchase your broadband as shift to new place, but my goodness your client support is poor - A girl in chat support promise me yesterday that smart mobile support costing £10 will deliver today and also i placed an order

  • NathanJT
    NathanJT (@NathanJT) reported

@crit_gen It's still better than @EE 's "chatbot" though, that pretends it can help and then simply either points you at their community section or tells you to call 150. It's utterly pointless.
