  @joehoward91 @EE With the service as bad as it is In Pembrokeshire constantly going down daily and with this over-inflated price increase we should be offered an option of being released from the contract with no penalties.

  @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

  @chriscollins462 @MissCatTrap @EE You rarely need to go to the ombudsman. All you need to do is make an official complaint and ask them to provide you with contact details for the ombudsman in case you are not satisfied with their response.

  @EE Thanks for the reply, i have done all this and still have not been able to. Not in a nasty way but Just a bit of feedback, the AI and chat function is bad when the issue doesn’t fall into a category and you cant be transferred and you should let phone agents do preorders.

  @Samsung just got a new tablet via a contract with @EE and its asking me to scan a qr code, and I do not have one, and I cannot skip the screen either, how on earth am I supposed to use this tablet, when its stuck on this stupid scan qr code screen?!
