    @EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

    @EE Just tried again, manual amount entry and got a 502 Bad Gateway screen. My phone just alerted me to the £10 topup, and also got an email. Please look into this, as there is obviously a problem here. Thanks.
