Kept resetting router, eventually it seemed to settle down. Same issue all afternoon so far today. Reset router 5 times so far. Tested speed 26ish?

What’s worse - is your phone people were utterly unrepentant there was an error from EE’s side. I now need to teach a 90 year old to use a mobile for the first time!!
