Kept resetting router, eventually it seemed to settle down. Same issue all afternoon so far today. Reset router 5 times so far. Tested speed 26ish?

Dr Amanda Lee (@amandaleehull) reported from Bonby, England@EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

I had problems connecting the laptop recently and all the checks in the line were fine. Is it broadband or mobile people that would deal with this

Dan (@totallyfinished) reported@EE there must be an outage for the broadband. Several people have complained about it on here and various other downage detecting websites. I’d really look into things asap, given it’s New Year’s Eve. Don’t give me the normal corporate jargon, just get it done
