    @EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

    Day 3 of no service from @EE told to connect to Wi-Fi calling. How about you provide the service you charge for!? I don’t always have Wi-Fi!Not forgetting the over 14% increase you implemented a month ago in my account! The lack of service is not a one off either!

    @EE Thanks, I don’t need any support with paying the bill but I can’t justify spending that much on a phone contract especially with the cost of living going up, that phone contract is more than a weeks rent where I live 😐
