    @EE After passing EE’s credit check ✅, I waited over an hour for their in‑house review. The agent got annoyed when I answered honestly. Then they charged me £100 instead of the £10 they quoted. That’s unacceptable — fix this now. #EE #customercomplaint #overshocked

    @EE Mobile number 07956 665505. This SIM is dead! This number no longer exists. Please cancel the subscription. I am writing to my bank to tell them you are refusing to help. I will ask them to block EE. I have no alternative! EE never again!! 10 years with you!

    @EE called up yesterday to get an engineer out as I've not had Internet for 2 days. The earliest they could give me is Wednesday. I have a feeling it's an issue on @WeAreOpenreach end but your online service status checker doesn't work. Could you let me know if wd area is down?

    @EE so new kit turned up to change from bt to ee, except with new ee my speed has dropped to under 5mb or nothing, plugged old bt kit in its fine. Apparently I can only speak to you by text and can't discuss to arrange an appointment, let's hope I'm in my window to cancel

    @EE If I upgrade with EU data, does that include Switzerland? I tried to call but your 150 number sends me to a « new service » that is about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

    @EE I did that a dozen times already. When selecting a fault with my broadband, I get redirected to the SMS service and it hangs up. Can you get someone to call me asap? I want this issue addressed.
