Poor from @EE. Signed up 2 wks ago for Full Fibre Busiest Home. Devices arrived last week, but no info about OpenReach engineer supposedly arriving to install tmw. Called EE who said “order wasn’t processed properly” so it needed to be cancelled. Alternative internet providers?

@EE I have been on your messaging service for well over an hour being passed from one “EE Guide who’ll be able to help” to another. Current waiting time since last message is 24 minutes. This is an issue of your making that I am trying to sort. Any chance of any servic please??

Sadly @EE still refusing to communicate transparently with me to help me determine how they or their systems exposed me to fraud through my old mobile phone number. They would rather leave me and all customers vulnerable to future fraud rather than investigating what happened.
