@EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

@EE Had a few issues incessantly 2/3 weeks ago. Continuously having to sign in again on wifi on phones and switch tv off and on. Kept resetting router, eventually it seemed to settle down. Same issue all afternoon so far today. Reset router 5 times so far. Tested speed 26ish?

@EE Hi @EE after 6 calls, a complaint, a request to disconnect the line so that I can go to a competitor who would offer me a discount because as a local authority employee. Your company finally got their act together. Wasn’t the best customer service if I’m honest.
