    @EE can anyone help me with a query, I keep getting letters to my home address for people who don't live here. I have sent one back with return to sender. I have just got in from work to find 2 more letters. It is beginning to get annoying!

    @EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

    @EE Had a few issues incessantly 2/3 weeks ago. Continuously having to sign in again on wifi on phones and switch tv off and on. Kept resetting router, eventually it seemed to settle down. Same issue all afternoon so far today. Reset router 5 times so far. Tested speed 26ish?

    @EE Hi @EE after 6 calls, a complaint, a request to disconnect the line so that I can go to a competitor who would offer me a discount because as a local authority employee. Your company finally got their act together. Wasn’t the best customer service if I’m honest.

    @EE Well could I cancel my ee contract then join since long existing customers get nothing as a reward. I have and with the prices of some of the offers I'm cheaper going with @VodafoneUK at the minute

    @EE I needed help as no service. Rang EE and recorded message said EE would check and cut me off. I next got a text saying Hi from EE. We haven't found any issues with your network. Two days since EE have had further network problems. Changing network.

    @ThreeUK @EE @Ofcom when will this mast be repaired. It has been like this since February-March this year!! And both your websites are saying there’s a problem in this area that will be fixed shortly but still hasn’t!! What’s going off!! NG18 1BW!!! Ofcom can you look into this!
