Dr Amanda Lee (@amandaleehull) reported from Bonby, England@EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

Why is this?! I shouldn’t have to call to sort this. Awful

I’m being told by the escalations team that this is normal? Am I mad? New means new?🤯

Anthony Rishton (@AnthonyRishton) reportedHi @EE since I put my SIM into a new unlocked phone I don't get as many signal bars as I used too. Is there a reason, something in settings I need to do? I do get signal but not as strong or none at all in places I used to have signal. Sometimes can't join WiFi zones too
