    @EE can anyone help me with a query, I keep getting letters to my home address for people who don't live here. I have sent one back with return to sender. I have just got in from work to find 2 more letters. It is beginning to get annoying!

    @EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

    @EE We have no broadband signal. Router is fine but Wi-Fi on laptop says "No Internet, secured". Turned all off and on again x 10. Using my phone as a hotspot but this is only working for me not my teacher husband or school child. Can anyone help?

    @EE response I got is that i am liable to pay 'understandable - but the only solution was "let your account go into arrears / collections and sort a payment plan from there". Now correct me if im wrong but isnt this morally disgraceful on EEs part?

    @EE Thank you to your operator who called the emergency services for my Mum on Saturday. Mum had collapsed, but somehow managed to crawl to her landline phone. She didn’t have any numbers and the only number that popped in her head was 150. Amazing humanity shown by staff member

    @EE Hey Jess, thanks for responding. I had fixed with EE but the ave speeds were 9mbps down and 0.5mbps up, and it was insufferable. It buffered whilst streaming. I would certainly argue that analysing the use would reveal 95% of the usage is most definitely streaming services...
