  Complaints process @EE a complete waste of time. Sit on it for 3 weeks, send a text asking if you still want to continue with complaint, sit on it a week then close complaint.

  @EE still no activation. Today @WeAreOpenreach admitted that they are waiting for an engineer to scan the ONT barcode. That’s it… 10 days of no internet for no reason/no fault/just can’t be bothered to take the serial number from the customer to simply flick a switch!!!!!

  @EE @bt_uk Just had my mobile nunber moved from bt to ee, when i call my wife my old number comes up, if i text her it shows a new number which i assume is assigned to the new sim. Please help. Thanks

  @EE Can you explain why my phone was cut off this morning causing me a lot of inconvenience as I was driving down a motorway at try time and the data got cut off meaning I had to stop as sat nav was cut off too?

  @VodafoneUK All I hear is, not enough folk live there, we don't care about the area. Stupid companies, need to learn: If a tourist sees me on my mobile, esp if I'm on data & is amazed, I'll say to use @ThreeUK & @EE, not #Vodafone & consider contract swaps.
