@EE 6 days ago I spoke to someone at EE about you not applying my emergency services code on my account when I upgraded. I was told you were looking into it and would call me back within 72 hours….still waiting 🙄

New phone with @EE. Returned within 14days. Switched to pay as you go by EE. Requested SIM only change. Tele person ‘all systems are down, unable to offer you SIM only’ Today - account closed, charged £83. I had the phone for literally 5 mins . Thanks @EE
