@EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

Been a @EE business customer from day 1. No attempt made to retain my custom at all. Didn’t even ask why I was leaving! I even asked to keep my business account running in the background for possible future use and was told NO!

@EE Hi. I've been tempted to possibly upgrade.. However I was just trying to checkout an iphone and it is not showing my 20% employee/student discount. When I generate a new code and try to add to the voucher code section it doesn't work there either. Any ideas?

@EE Hi thanks for replying. Short answer is no. Called Three times an hour each. Got sorted then reverted to the same problems. I could call home network,local numbers, but not any of my colleagues if they were on networks from other countries, which all of them were.

@EE I am a loyal longstanding customer and have Fibre Broadband with you. Lockdown has shown that there are dead spots upstairs, any ideas as to what I can do to eliminate or increase the range of WiFi? Thanks.
