  • Rucksackwriter R J Oakley (@Rucksackwriter) reported

... didn't 'need to do anything' told solve my query and started throwing accusations at me when I pointed out her attitude was really bad. So disappointed - this is not what I expect from @EE. Why should my Mum pay £10 because their engineer didn't call her? Rubbish service...

  • fordtastic101 fatish (@fordtastic101) reported

@EE your website is the worst I have seen for a large company. Awful. Slow, unintuitive and way too many clicks to do anything. The revamp hasn’t helped.

@EE Hi could you help me with some text msg my mum has received please

  • Jimbobthon James Richards (@Jimbobthon) reported

@TrickyGB @O2 Had to use my backup SIM using @EE as the signal for o2 has been shocking. No 4 or 5g

  • __SMaster__ s (@__SMaster__) reported

@davidroachcouk @EE Vodafone is no better, getting through to their cust service is hard too many options to press before you get through to a human and especially when your signal is bad, cust service can’t hear you well so they drop the call and never call you back. One good thing, free roaming.

  • Minnieatsea Sarah (@Minnieatsea) reported

@EE hi, given the continuing issue if the mast in Castlebay Isle of Barra showing full signal but phones unable to actually connect to data: have your engineers confirmed it's actually receiving all data?

  • cafcmodlewis L Dawg (@cafcmodlewis) reported

@EE any reason why my coverage in BN1 has been poor past two weeks? Have same issue on my work phone is EE. Thanks

  • winstano Ben Ward (@winstano) reported

We are currently at 47 days past our @ee broadband installation date, and it is entirely down to the fact someone at @OpenreachHelp seem to be utterly incapable of sending an email to request permission to unblock a pipe. A farce of a company who won't speak to the consumers
