@EE Hi Holly - I bought a WiFi ‘home web ‘ system to sort home sharing today - spent a decent ££ on ‘in home connectivity’ - that seems to have sorted the bad spots !! My upload and download speeds have increased significantly!

@EE I'm within my 14 days cooling off period for my Sim Plan and want to cancel. Your company appears to be being deliberately obstructive in letting me speak to someone who can facilitate same. Do I need to contact Ofgem to help deal with this?

@EE the signal is so ridiculously poor in le12 7jz that making and receiving calls is near impossible. Wi-Fi calling is just as useless and that is on a 350mb virgin media connection. I have complained several times and gotten nowhere. Can SOMEONE help please?

@EE we’ve had zero signal in our area for 3 days. We also have our wifi with you via wireless router, with a 4g sim. So we have nothing. I haven’t been able to carry out any work at home, unable to send emails, unable to call customers. Writing this from the next village over.
