So our @EE broadband works fine but the phoneline doesn't work (crackle on the line and doesn't ring on incoming calls). I'm just confused 🥴

Had my phone contract since Feb, paid all my bills on time, got the email confirmation of my order through yesterday I’ve just heard nothing since yet some people have either got them today or know it’s coming tomorrow. No reason why there should be any issues though

@EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

@EE No worries. I have got it sorted. The problem was caused by EE charging their DNS settings, which, when corrected problem solved. As we will have to pay for a technician from the company that manages our network would EE support this with a credit?

@EE any idea how much longer S44 will be having broadband issues. I checked yesterday and it said approx 16 hours, just checked again and guess what, it says 16 hours! 3mbps when I'm paying for fibre is unacceptable
