Had my phone contract since Feb, paid all my bills on time, got the email confirmation of my order through yesterday I’ve just heard nothing since yet some people have either got them today or know it’s coming tomorrow. No reason why there should be any issues though

  @EE I am utterly appalled at you. Shifted early July as @BTGroup encouraged me to. Loads of issues have come up, still no fibre & appt moved 3 times, & when I’ve tried to call to speak, no way at all. Went to complain, could only do via AI and it kept stopping me from typing 😡

  @dave_aldrine Can’t wait! Been with @EE for several years as IMO they are best, felt they are getting worse and worse. Even upgraded to the priority line. Still ****. They are throttling 5G or got too many customers on it, but something is not right! Bring on the starlink 👌🏽

  @EE dear EE I bought a £35 unlimited data sim for a Mifi device that isn’t tied to a particular network but I’m unable to activate it.

  EE broadband is absolute rubbish @EE talked into switching from sky..told I would be reimbursed for leaving fees (I wasn’t) now my super duper fast broadband fibre buffers all the time. I wish I’d never changed

  @KevlarBrock @EE Black routers are WiFi 6 and outdated, if you’re on a full fibre connection request the WiFi 7 routers that’ll hopefully fix the issue. See if they can send it free of charge if not escalate it.
