Had my phone contract since Feb, paid all my bills on time, got the email confirmation of my order through yesterday I’ve just heard nothing since yet some people have either got them today or know it’s coming tomorrow. No reason why there should be any issues though

So our @EE broadband works fine but the phoneline doesn't work (crackle on the line and doesn't ring on incoming calls). I'm just confused 🥴

Very impressed with @EE service. Called at lunchtime today about my landline issue and it was resolved by 4pm 👍🏻

@EE whilst EE are always keen to collect their money on the dot, i would like some compensation for the signal i am not getting, and calls that have been lost for around two years.

@EE I called CS ,I have no signal/Internet.told EE got some problem in my area.Don't know when it will be working.Told use WiFi calling,or leave join another company.8 years with your company&that's it.Was given £25 line rental off.Told won't help next month if same. "Shocking"

@EE Upgraded on a cheap plan with an iPad 2021. Was told it would be 3 weeks. Heard nothing for 6 weeks. Rang back and was told you had no idea when it would come in stock so advised to cancel my contract and when it came in stock to re-order. Still heard nothing. Checked online
