Had my phone contract since Feb, paid all my bills on time, got the email confirmation of my order through yesterday I’ve just heard nothing since yet some people have either got them today or know it’s coming tomorrow. No reason why there should be any issues though

  @EE Morning, could I get some help with my order please I left a DM 3 days ago. Ordered a PS5 on Tuesday and heard nothing since, it said it could take up to a week but people have already got theirs and I’ve got no emails or texts or anything.

  @EE There was no damage on the phone it was 5 weeks old. Now there is i refuse to accept the phone back so I cant be blamed for anymore I cant do an insurancd claim because ive not damaged it and it'd be fraud! But yet theyre telling me its damaged and was when it was sent & it wasnt

  @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄
