  @EE Morning, could I get some help with my order please I left a DM 3 days ago. Ordered a PS5 on Tuesday and heard nothing since, it said it could take up to a week but people have already got theirs and I’ve got no emails or texts or anything.

Had my phone contract since Feb, paid all my bills on time, got the email confirmation of my order through yesterday I’ve just heard nothing since yet some people have either got them today or know it’s coming tomorrow. No reason why there should be any issues though

  @bearsuccessuk @EE I haven’t managed to speak to anyone yet. Waited ages on the phone for it to cut out before getting through, had no response in 2 days on here and I can’t find any live chat on their website

  @robbopalmer @EE They miss sold me their latest package and then tried to add on extra charges for the parts of the package that they had already promised were included. I cancelled within 14 days but they then charged me for early termination and equipment I never had. Absolute racketeering.

  @EE We have not had a landline for over 5 weeks since an imposed switchover from BT. Now being told there isa problem with the number which we have had for over 50 years Then a DD which we have no notification about. What an unholy mess and nobody is interested in helping
