Had my phone contract since Feb, paid all my bills on time, got the email confirmation of my order through yesterday I’ve just heard nothing since yet some people have either got them today or know it’s coming tomorrow. No reason why there should be any issues though

@EE Hi, can I have some help please? Ordered PS5 yesterday afternoon and I’m seeing people have either got theirs today or they know it’s coming tomorrow but I’ve heard nothing since I paid my £10. No email/text, no tracking info and I’m unable to track my order on your website.

So our @EE broadband works fine but the phoneline doesn't work (crackle on the line and doesn't ring on incoming calls). I'm just confused 🥴

Very impressed with @EE service. Called at lunchtime today about my landline issue and it was resolved by 4pm 👍🏻

Was a loyal customer for 4 years, and what appears to be a leak at @EE has ruined their rep for me. Been a week nothing solved, almost time to write an @Ofcom complaint because friends and family are just as worried about their data after watching what happened to me.

@TrowsdaleGary @EE I've noticed EE have overcharged us on multiple occasions. They can never justify the overcharge whenever they're asked about it.

@EE Hi Holly, I only had an E-Sim unfortunately. I did manage to borrow someone’s phone to call your technical help that said they would activate the sim. I waited 24 hours for it to activate but still no luck. I have ordered an American SIM card so I can get in touch on Friday!

While @EE Customer services phones + texts my old number (told not to use and imminently being disconnected) via a new number to ask what's wrong. Meanwhile gotta wait another 2 days because @EE is horrendously understaffed and on hold via email, media and phone.

@EE I received a bill from you yesterday and I am trying to pay on 360 or on 150 on the phone but it is not giving me the option to pay the bill I did not know about as you never told me please arrange for me to pay this bill Thanks Keith
