Had my phone contract since Feb, paid all my bills on time, got the email confirmation of my order through yesterday I’ve just heard nothing since yet some people have either got them today or know it’s coming tomorrow. No reason why there should be any issues though

Currently on WI-FI I tried to use the myEE app to unblock roaming and it keeps failing. I can’t even report this problem via your app. How can I fix this?
