Greg - Israelite in Exile (surviving the Galut) (@anexiledjew) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE There's a really easy solution. I've seen this in other countries, and there's no reason it can't be implemented in the UK. Because these networks don't have the ability or will to properly cover the entire country, there's absolutely no reason we can't have domestic roaming in the same way we have international roaming. They wouldn't have to charge for it (although I'd pay if I had to) because every single mobile network would benefit from it. If you can't get an EE signal, for example, you would roam to Vodafone instead. It could be switched on instantly with no expensive engineering needed, but they choose not to do this.

Kirsteen Campbell (@KirsteenCampbel) reported@EE having a nightmare with your broadband again! You have been nothing but failed promises! I was moved over from @bt_uk I had no issues with them. How can I find out when my contact is up? Thanks
-
Mike Cloudsdale (@MikeCloudsdale) reported@EE @TomTugendhat Ditto in SW London, usually only get one bar of signal and frequently have issues with calls cutting off or breaking up.
-
Claire Mulholland (@clairemul87) reported@EE im abroad and cant access my roaming i cant contact anyone and will lose WiFi soon please help
-
🐐 (@oatesch) reported@rorysutherland HS1/eurotunnel is a particular embarrassment. @EE were contracted to provide signal (perhaps just tunnels?) and yet there’s ~none
-
Sum1st (@Sum1st) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE That is so true. In Oxfordshire an intellectual heavyweight, you cannot get reliable signal in the city centre an don't signal in most places you drive to. My son went to a school trip to India and another one in Wales. Guess where he was out of reach....in Wales.
-
👨🏻💻 ⚡️ (@EadrictheWild) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Becuase partly we don't put enough masts In (5g requires them every 300 meteres in cities) and partly because there's 10 million people more using our phone network than in the official cencus
-
PT (@ptavfc1) reported@EE ongoing ABYSMAL service from EE…. Despite calling the so called Tech Team that can’t help and won’t help…… ABYSMAL
-
Hope is NOT a Strategy (@cunningstuntss1) reported@EE Every morning for last couple of weeks, the broadband service goes down, here in HA9 area. Again, this morning. This is a terrible service. C'mon, sort it out. It's 2026, not 2006.
-
James (@James62876216) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE 14 years in power and it wasn't a problem then?
