Had my phone contract since Feb, paid all my bills on time, got the email confirmation of my order through yesterday I’ve just heard nothing since yet some people have either got them today or know it’s coming tomorrow. No reason why there should be any issues though

So our @EE broadband works fine but the phoneline doesn't work (crackle on the line and doesn't ring on incoming calls). I'm just confused 🥴

@EE Hi, can I have some help please? Ordered PS5 yesterday afternoon and I’m seeing people have either got theirs today or they know it’s coming tomorrow but I’ve heard nothing since I paid my £10. No email/text, no tracking info and I’m unable to track my order on your website.

@EE I have spoken to various team member as have my neighbours. No explanation is given for the ‘outage’ and ‘fix date’ keeps getting extended. We are rural customers. Obviously low priority.

@EE hello, I’ve just received a new PAYG sim on a 30 day saver plan and I’ve put the sim in my phone and I haven’t got any service at all. It says EE is there when I go on ‘network selection’.

@EE I’ve tried all of this but it then requires a phone number for a verification code which makes no sense as the sim hasn’t been activated your end! Which means I have no service and therefore no number!!
