So our @EE broadband works fine but the phoneline doesn't work (crackle on the line and doesn't ring on incoming calls). I'm just confused 🥴

@EE Done, i would really appreciate my issue is looked at by someone and either resolved or a deadlock letter issued. This closing of complaints without the above needs to stop. We all know it looks good on your complaints ratio for @Ofcom

@EE so my original phone contract that I took out was £56. It went up to £63 which was bad enough. Now I have an email saying that my contract is going up by £9. So it’ll be £72. & when I call up the very unhelpful man said ‘there’s nothing we can do’ is this a joke?! 😤🤬

Fairplay the @btsport app is garbage. I got superfast bt fibre and still every week have issues replaying events. Updated everything multiple times. How hard can it be to get a tidy service for something you pay for .. @EE

@foreverbluetoo @EE Be careful though, I was with EE for nearly 10 years then changed to 02 2 years ago and had nothing but connection problems, the phone networking is so poor and the 5G Internet is like something back in 2001, everyone at Wembley/etc can get coverage apart from me on 02👎

@EE Still waiting for Lyn to call me back from last Saturday. 3 complaints closed without out my consent or a reasons from @EE @Ofcom their customer service is awful.
