Had my phone contract since Feb, paid all my bills on time, got the email confirmation of my order through yesterday I’ve just heard nothing since yet some people have either got them today or know it’s coming tomorrow. No reason why there should be any issues though

Ordered PS5 yesterday afternoon and I’m seeing people have either got theirs today or they know it’s coming tomorrow but I’ve heard nothing since I paid my £10. No email/text, no tracking info and I’m unable to track my order on your website.

David Coleman (@DavidColeman33) reportedIt's no longer possible to pay @EE phone bills by Amex on the website or app! It is insisting on a 16-digit card number and 3-digit security code, which I'm sure you know doesn't support Amex. Is this deliberate? Or maybe you're not aware of this?
