Had my phone contract since Feb, paid all my bills on time, got the email confirmation of my order through yesterday I’ve just heard nothing since yet some people have either got them today or know it’s coming tomorrow. No reason why there should be any issues though

  @Samishlol @EE I'm paying my contract off as it works out cheaper than paying the amount for a service I mistakingly taken up on my recent upgrade for next 24 months & when my TV & Broadband contract finishes that will be cancelled as well

  @EE @birthdaycakexo I agree.....EEs only answer is check the coverage....the signal in Falkirk has been dreadful for years.....value for money is about 1 out of 10....time to move network shortly...

  @EE well after nearly 4 weeks and numerous calls and posts here we are nearing a resolution- however an engineer has got to attend tomorrow because there is still something wrong with the connection!!!! For heaven’s sake ! But don’t think that’s the end of it
