Had my phone contract since Feb, paid all my bills on time, got the email confirmation of my order through yesterday I’ve just heard nothing since yet some people have either got them today or know it’s coming tomorrow. No reason why there should be any issues though

  @bearsuccessuk @EE I haven’t managed to speak to anyone yet. Waited ages on the phone for it to cut out before getting through, had no response in 2 days on here and I can’t find any live chat on their website

  @EE #billing Check your bills with EE!! After 39 years with BT we switched to EE in June. Never had any inaccuracies in my bills with BT. Ever since switching every bill has been wrong! Staff are friendly and helpful and sort it out but this shouldn’t happen.

  @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners

  @EE Hi. Our ee internet and ee phones are rubbish. Service is dropping in and out. Terrible. Our postcode is HD8 9UN. We know you are aware of the problem but you’ve only contacted us today when it’s been going on for quite a few days. How long to fix? It’s impacting our work.
