    @EE How can I contact EE other than by phone? For a week phone calls have been dropping after a random amount of time (secs to mins), I cant make proper calls, website has said theres a problem in the area for over a week but no details about what or when it will be fixed

    @EE/@bt_uk/@BTCare-We moved my elderly parents to Digital Voice. Now we cannot switch the voicemail feature off. Why can you not add the ability to switch this feature off, especially for the elderly? They cannot work Voicemail in the upper 80’s. Help create the ability to action

    @EE had to abandon working today as the signal is so awful that all I get is the whirly wheel of doom. Are there issues in the CW12 area?

    @EE disgusting customer service. Offer of new phone revoked despite trying to call and email to confirm. Was told I had to call back within 7 days even though I wasn’t told this. Advised manager would call me back 3 times… nothing. Customer of 30 years & this is how I’m treated.
