@EE Guys, I have a question you may be able to answer because the call centre team can't. Why is there no signal in the PL4 area of Plymouth? I have to travel just over a mile into the city centre before I get an intermittent signal.

@EE My main frustration is that even with all this new technology no one can actually help without me physically going in store! I'm half inclined to say forget it and I'll find another provider. Will definitely think twice about it next time.

@EE I propose when you sell package, for 14 days you freeze options as on day of sale, allowing modification of sale as customer understanding develops in 14 days. Had BT&you had compatible systems & done that, I'd have saved time&circa £10/month. No fault or lack of IT literacy.
