@EE odd issue. We have a family plan with all of us on EE with iPhones. Ours all seem to work fine but my wife’s phone (iPhone 12) cracks up and drops out All the time. This is in the house and while out as well. We all have 3 bars in the house. Any ideas what to check ?

@charli_bigspuds @EE I feel your pain @charli_bigspuds disgraceful service! I mentioned I was moving abroad and no longer required their poor performing service. Maybe a little different in the current climate though😬

@YardleyShooting @EE @TalkTalk EE customer service are always great. Have you tried to see if they have a solution? They suggested I use a WiFi enabled phone at home as my signal is weak (and upgraded my phone early). I'm not on commission.

@EE Any update on the problems with regard ee handsets not receiving calls or messages,I have six people in the house hold all with ee who can’t make or use our hand sets this is since Saturday,what’s going on this is pathetic,my wife works from home and it’s useless
