  We are in the middle of having the worst customer experience with BT/ee. @EE. @bt_uk This is a catalogue of disaster! We reported loss of broadband on 18th June. 2wks later, over10 phone calls, multiple engineers;they still are incapable of listening & fixing a simple problem

  I've had some bad experiences with customer service over the years but @EE have just gone to the top of the pile. 2 hours of my time wasted this morning and zero solution to my problem. Still if they don't want my money, I'm sure I can find someone who does.

  @jocknroll @EE that's odd, my provider piggybacks on EE/BT lines and I have no problem at all with my internet Have you checked the router settings? Worth complaining too if you're not getting the quality of service they charge silly ££ for

  Deeply regret moving from BT to @EE. Wifi/Internet either ridiculously slow or dropping out 5, 6, 7 times a day. PC unusable. I'd go back to using pen and paper if it wasn't for the price of stamps. Everything is useless or a rip-off. #brokenbritain
