@MarinaPurkiss @EE Hopefully now they have seen this they will take action. And if that has happened - someones cloned her phone too. I would still write to their executive office as frankly going public and only then maybe getting it fixed is the utter pits in terms of customer service...

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I had a problem with EE they refused to do anything for me but my colleague’s husband was the head of OFCOM locally and amazingly he got it sorted for me! Don’t give up you just need the right person to sort if for you
