  @SakuraSam3 @Virgin I had to put an out of office on as I can't Hotspot my mobile with @EE (which has amazing customer service by the way) all day. And @Virgin is so expensive we are looking for other providers atm

  @EE Tried to Anytime Upgrade but order was cancelled as I was told I have to go on a higher price plan. I currently receive f&f discount which reduces the monthly cost, but the new plan would be higher than what I am paying with a discount. Help!

  Hey @EE and @sainsburys EE reception in Sainsburys at EH11 2QW is abysmal which means scan and shop doesn't work and also offers can't be viewed on the app. The alternative seems to be to sign up to O2 WiFi and hand over a lot of personal data. This is unacceptable. Sort it out.

  Hi @EE. I’ve had a data sim for internet for about a month now and it worked okay. Last couple of days it’s been appalling and is causing me WFH issues. My phone is fine, but the data sim is so slow recently. What’s going on?

  @EE As I am fully aware as a customer that you do an annual price increase it has been little by little year on year. To then jump up by that much is a disgrace. That is hardly keeping the customer informed as I receive a letter a month before when I can't really do anything 1/2

  So disabled son has spent hundreds on Google play through my phone bill yet @EE won't help and its impossible to speak with @GooglePlay how can I get my money back through the transactions I didn't authorise? @MartinSLewis any ideas I'm desperate! 😭😭

  @O2 what's going on with your network in Eastbourne at moment..? Reception is bloody awful so many dead spots, there's 3 off us looking to ditch you and go to @EE 20 years been with o2 recent years been crap.
