@EE Gave it another go there, changing the colour of the phone incase it was a stock issue. Still nothing after I click the confirm button but an endless spinning wheel that goes nowhere. This is ridiculously frustrating.

@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@EE I am now becoming discussed with the level of service I am getting regarding cueing my bills. I have not been able to access any of my bills since November neither online or on the app. When I call just get fobbed off with excuses. I want this to be fixed!

@dpd_support I was no 36 in a delivery queue but when the driver reached no 35 he seems to have got stuck. I was told he would be here in 30 minutes about 5 hours ago. 4 1/2 hrs late. Your live chat is terrible You’ll have to explain to @EE why they lost £1100 year contract

@EE A 45 min wait to ask someone how to cancel a contract Really EE. I can’t phone 45 days ahead because I will be abroad/same as 30 (minimum). People do have jobs, that doesn’t allow that amount of time, even the chat line

@EE been a customer for 20 years; with three lines and you can't beat an @TheO2 deal. Disappointed given I've stuck with you even though the reception at home is awful and I receive weekly texts to say an engineer is working on it ..& it could not be fixed. A perk customer too

@kevinbacon @ee you are advertising a network that consistently has problems in my area. Every 2nd day I receive text messages saying they have a problem in my area and it will take up to 8 hours to resolve.
