    @ee Hello, the UK’s most reliable network! I have no 4g/5g on my phone at all. No data. Which has made my phone absolutely useless when I need it most! Is there a plan to acknowledge or fix this problem?

    @EE after about my 8th call to you today in the last 16 days I was promised a callback. Still nothing and still no parcel from you which has either been lost or stolen. Is this **** ever going to get sorted out???? Bunch of liars each and every one of you. I'm sick to death! Joke

    @EE Hi. My signal has gone and hasn’t came back since last night. Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

    @SakuraSam3 @Virgin I had to put an out of office on as I can't Hotspot my mobile with @EE (which has amazing customer service by the way) all day. And @Virgin is so expensive we are looking for other providers atm

    @Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

    @EE Tried to Anytime Upgrade but order was cancelled as I was told I have to go on a higher price plan. I currently receive f&f discount which reduces the monthly cost, but the new plan would be higher than what I am paying with a discount. Help!

    @EE terrible service. Network issues for months due to faulty mast. Was offered 1 month free yet you still took my payment. Upgrade due, you want to charge £15 extra to my plan as EE offer the best network coverage? Emails are being ignored.

    @EE my husband has been treated appallingly by your customer service team. Still getting nowhere fast. Once my contract is up I’m out of here after 20 loyal years

    Ordered a Ring 2 from @EE. They can't even tell me when they will be in stock. They actually think that this is acceptable, and that customers should just suck it up. Gone are the days of actual customer service

    @EE did you know you are letting loyal customers down? Can see a "good as new" deal as a new customer but can't upgrade to it. Chap on 150 couldn't help either. Suggested I contact your "customer resolution team". #itshouldntbethishard #newcustomerdeals #loyalcustomersshafted
