Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

Still nothing and still no parcel from you which has either been lost or stolen. Is this **** ever going to get sorted out???? Bunch of liars each and every one of you. I'm sick to death! Joke

I currently receive f&f discount which reduces the monthly cost, but the new plan would be higher than what I am paying with a discount. Help!

Companies will often charge a premium for the device opposed to buying it outright when often you can negotiate/find a discount. SIM only is usually a lot cheaper and offers more flexibility.

You can be sure that if I was seeking to buy something or add a line that they would answer immediately.
