    @EE Tried to Anytime Upgrade but order was cancelled as I was told I have to go on a higher price plan. I currently receive f&f discount which reduces the monthly cost, but the new plan would be higher than what I am paying with a discount. Help!

    The past 2 weeks in Chessington KT9 the @EE mobile signal has dropped in and out consistently and isn’t good enough to rely upon for an entire phone call. Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

    @EE It doesn’t matter how good you claim it is now. I was cheated by Orange out of money back for my first mobile phone. I shall never forget nor forgive Orange or its successors.

    @EE Thanks for getting back to me. It’s a problem that EE will definitely have to investigate as all the messages are from EE numbers. Perhaps you should start asking for ID when it’s PAYGO so many people are falling for this scam.

    @Tent_Peg @EE I’m trying to run a business and the network is dropping in and out constantly! I had better signal in Cornwall than I’m getting in Surrey!

    @EE No, the advisor said she couldn't put any orders through at all due to system problems. This is what I'm complaining about! Ridiculous!

    @EE I am on a SIM only contract monthly pay plan. I feel stuck with your network - not meeting my needs in any way. My phone is a samsung S7, connectivity and mobile calls has become a nightmare. I can't drive with google map as the internet fails. Is there a way out? #SOS
