@EE I’m not an EE customer any more but I recommend you put out a tweet telling people about a scam that’s going around A number (usually +44 7873 567131) will message with a link saying a purchase or bill didn’t go through. Hope no one falls for this one!

@susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

@EE Tried to Anytime Upgrade but order was cancelled as I was told I have to go on a higher price plan. I currently receive f&f discount which reduces the monthly cost, but the new plan would be higher than what I am paying with a discount. Help!

Its annoying to think I'm paying over £60 a month for 2 years on @EE for a phone that would probably cost me about £5/600 in total now on. Plus I've not had a signal all day, trying to phone someone, check Facebook- no signal, I mean the phone is great but not worth it anymore!!

@EE Yes, it says “there seems to be a problem... Sorry we’re having a little difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back later”. It has been doing this since I tried to logon yesterday. It’s the same with the website.

What kind of half-arsed network support function do you run @EE fixed 5G on a business account and it doesn’t work with plain old FTP (but it does when paired with my iPhone) and your ‘help-desk’ answer is we don’t support that and you’ll wait 4+ weeks for a reason why #seriously

@EE Who validated your marketing claims of being the “UK’s best network”? On @VodafoneUK I could comfortably hotspot and work from the train. On your network it’s mostly unusable 3G.

@EE Thanks for your prompt and helpful response. Indicative of @EE customer support, and very different from the forceful, at times unreasonable and unprofessional responses I’ve had from @BritishTelecoms. But it is perhaps a great company. My anecdotal evidence is naturally limited.

@EE network problem in South Ayrshire for around 3 weeks! Every text message you send says the problem will be fixed in 16hours. What am I paying for when I get get a text message or phone call while I'm away from my house? Can't speak to an advisor either its all automated!

Upgraded one of our @EE phones. Upselling chap offered good price on broadband. OK. Accidentally became a @BritishTelecom customer. Result: Landline disappeared without warning. Unwanted VOIP phone arrives, as if this would replace our 8 phones. Jokers.
